    “Banyak agama yang mewarnai kehidupan manusia, mulai dari agama-agama samawi hingga agama-agama non-samawi. Agama-agama tersebut tumbuh sebagai ideologi yang menjadi jiwa kebaikan sekaligus sebagai sumber konflik yang tiada habisnya. Kenyataan tentang identitas yang ‘paling benar’ tersebut dapat diminimalisir dengan menemukan common word pada masing-masing ketiga agama bersangkutan. Tulisan ini akan menganalisis bentuk common word yang terdapat dalam ajaran Islam, Kristen dan Yahudi yang termaktub dalam kitab suci alQuran, dan alKitab (Injil dan Taurat). Penulis mengklasifikasi bentuk common word berdasarkan pada tataran teologis, historis dan Humanis, serta menganalisa berdasarkan pada implementasi kehidupan masa kini. Jadi penulis ingin mengeksplore common word secara detail dan terperinci.â

    Discussing about abortion as we discuss about human life. As human beings we should not live in a place of residence or take one's life away because this is not in accordance with maqashid al-shari'ah and Human Rights. Islam as an elastic and dynamic religion views abortion as not always blameworthy, but by first seeing one's legal status in having an abortion. The difference in „illat law will result in a different legal status. From this background, the writer is interested to explore further about abortion in the controversy of the jurists and the things that are the background of different views and understand further opinions about abortion law. Hanafi permitted abortion with the permission of his parents. The fuqaha Malikiyah forbid reserve abortion after semen in the womb, but some others confirm it. The majority of fuqaha Shafi'iyah allows abortion before the spirit is blown, while after the age of 40 days the law is haram. Imam al-Ghazali forbids the abortion of the fetus in all phases of development in pregnancy. The Hambali Madhab generally permits abortion before the blowing of the spirit. Ibn Jauzi forbade since before the blowing of the spirit in all phases of fetal development. The controversial contribution among the jurists in determining the law of abortion is motivated by differences in the arguments (al-ta'a rud al-adillah) between the traditions narrated by Bukhari and the traditions narrated by Muslims.     Moral education is the spirit of Islamic religious education and achieving a perfect morality is the real goal of education. Moral education is important for humankind the importance of morals is not only in the life of the individual but also in living in the family and society, even in the life of dancing. Morals are the essence of life and make the difference between humans and animals. “Akhlak†is conscious guidance or leadership by educators of the educated is physical and spiritual development towards the formation of praiseworthy morals. The concept of moral education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum not stated directly in the vision and mission of the madrasah. However, moral education values ​​are, in the student code of ethics, for exemplary methods, habituation, lectures, and stories, as well as reward and punishment, implementation of moral education at MTs Madinatul Ulum Baureno Bojonegoro. They are teaching human resources, complete regulatory tools, hidden curriculum, religious culture facilities, and infrastructure that are sufficient to support moral education activities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting faktors for moral education at MTs Madinatul Ulum Baureno Bojonegoro consisted of internal faktors; Inconsistent and sustainable enforcement of rules, Limited time in Madrasa.     This article discussed teaching and learning strategies to read the Qur’an in the Qur’an Education Park (TPQ). TPQ is a non-formal institution specifically for children learning to read the Qur’an. For this puspose a strategy is needed in order to be able to read the Qur’an in accordance with the rules of recitation so that later it can read the Qur’an well an fluently. This Islamic education was created with the aim of helping children who were minimal in reading the Qur’an while in formal school due to the lack of Islamic religious educations teachers and low Islamic religious education teachers. So it is lees able to guide students in religious education. TPQ Nurul Huda is a TPQ located in the village of Bugel in Jepara Regency. From the beginning of this TPQ the parents had already flocked to put their children in school in the TPQ, so the number of the students grew rapidly from year to year.Abstrak                         Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi belajar baca Al-qur’an yaitu di Taman pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ). TPQ ialah  lembaga non formal khusus untuk anak-anak belajar membaca Al-qur’an. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya strategi Tujuannya adalah agar bisa membaca Al-qur’an sesuai dengan kaidah tajwid supaya nantinya bisa membaca Al-qur’an dengan baik dan fasih. Pendidikan islam ini dibuat dengan tujuan membantu anak-anak yang minim baca Al-qur’an waktu disekolah formal karena kurang adanya guru pendidikan agama islam serta guru pendidikan agama islam yang rendah kualitasnya. Sehingga kurang mampu membimbing siswa dalam pendidikan agama. TPQ Nurul Huda adalah TPQ yang terletak di Desa Bugel Kabupaten Jepara. Dari awal berdirinya TPQ ini para orang tua sudah berbondong-bondong memasukkan anaknya sekolah di TPQ tersebut, sehingga jumlah murid dari tahun ke tahun berkembang sangat pesat.                           Tujuan penelitian ini adalah supaya mengetahui bagaimana strategi para guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar baca Al-qur’an anak-anak di TPQ Nurul Huda Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan metode wawancara. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Bugel Kabupaten Jepara.                         Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi para guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar  baca Al-qur’an anak-anak di TPQ Nurul Huda Jepara yaitu dengan metode Yanbu’a yang pembelajarannya disesuaikan dengan cabang serta harus bisa menirukan seperti gurunya.     Sroyo merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di kecamatan Kanor, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, provinsi Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Sebelah utara berbatasan dengan Desa Drajat. Sebelah timur berbatasan dengan Desa Banjar Anyar. Sebelah selatan berbatasan dengan Desa Mejuwet, dan sebelah barat berbatasan dengan Desa Nglarangan. Walaupun letaknya di desa, namun desa Sroyo memiliki pasar Tradisional yang cukup terkenal di kecamatan kanor. Adanya letak geografis yang sangat strategis belum menjadikan icon bagi masyarakat Sroyo yang tergolong masih pasif dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Atas dasar itu, peneliti ingin melakukan pendampingan terhadap ibu – ibu PKK Desa Sroyo yang berorientasikan pada peningkatan di bidang ekonomi melalui pelatihan produk olahan kripik Danong (daun nanga) dan olahan stick tempe serta pelatihan dan pemasaran dan pengemasan. Dalam melaksanakan pendampingan, peneliti mengadakan beberapa pelatihan  dan kerja sama dengan home indutry Tempe, perangkat Desa dan ibu – ibu PKK.     Piyak is a small village which is prosperous with its agricultural product. Most of the land area of this village is ricefield area which can crop rice three times in a year. The community of Piyak only grow rice in their rice throughout the year. As a result, they need to buy another food necessities, such as seasoning, vegetables, and fruit, in the nearest market. They actually do not really need to buy those things because they could grow the vegetables and fruits in their own yard area. However, they do not have sufficient knowledge on how to use the yard area and also the prospect. Therefore, this community service activity is aimed to educate the community about the way to use their yard area optimally to help them fulfill their familys’ food necessities. The method used in this community service activity is Assest Based Community Development (ABCD). The community was given knowledge about the benefit of yard area and the crops that they can get from it. Then, the community made the growing media and planted vegetables and fruits in their yard area. They plant 720 food plantation which consist of eggplant, chili, and papaya. The seeds of eggplant, chili, and papaya were got from Environmental Services of Bojonegoro Regency. Besides those plantation, the community could add other plantation based on their needs. Therefore, the optimalisation of yard area not only able to fulfill the food necessities but also could add the families’ income

    “Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi antarbudaya etnis Jawa dan Sunda pada mahasiswa fakultas dakwah dan komunikasi uin sunan ampel surabaya. Perbedaan bahasa dan budaya dapat menjadikan hambatan dalam proses komunikasi mahasiswa etnis jawa dan sunda. Perbedaan etnis dapat pula membuat kesulitan berkomunikasi dan interaksi satu sama lain, dan menjadikan proses komunikasi terganggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik purpose sampling guna pengumpulan data penelitian dan teknik triangulasi untuk memeriksa validitas data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan 5 key informan yang berasal dari etnis Jawa dan Sunda, pertama, mahasiswa etnis sunda mengalami shock culture saat pertama datang di tanah jawa berkomunikasi dengan mahasiswa etnis jawa, kedua, untuk menjembatani agar budaya dan bahasa maka mahasiswa etnis Jawa dan Sunda menggunakan bahasa persatuan yakni bahasa Indonesia untuk membangun interaksi yang harmonis satu sama lain.â€Penelitian ino bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi antarbudaya etnis Jawa dan Sunda pada mahasiswa fakultas dakwah dan komunikasi uin sunan ampel surabaya. Perbedaan bahasa dan budaya dapat menjadikan hambatan dalam proses komunikasi mahasiswa etnis jawa dan sunda. Perbedaan etnis dapat pula membuat kesulitan berkomunikasi dan interaksi satu sama lain, dan menjadikan proses komunikasi terganggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik purpose sampling guna pengumpulan data penelitian dan teknik trianggulasi untuk memeriksa validitas data.     Pembiayaan dengan akad murabahah merupakan pembiayaan suatu barang denganmenegaskan harga belinya kepada pembeli dan pembeli membayarnya dengan hargayang lebih sebagai keuntungan yang disepakati. Isu yang berkembang pada praktikpembiayaan dengan akad murabahah di BMT UAS Cabang Kalitidu di indikasikantidak sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitiankualitatif melalui studi kasus interpretive, yaitu analisis sistematis untuk memahamisecara mendalam tentang organisasi atau objek yang diteliti. Penelitian ini dilakukanpada BMT UAS Cabang Kalitidu dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancarakepada manajer dan nasabah BMT UAS serta melakukan analisis dokumen yangdiperoleh peneliti dari dokumen atau sumber tertulis yang disediakan oleh BMT UASCabang Kalitidu. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa 1) Praktik pembiayaandengan akad murabahah pada toko klontong yang dilakukan oleh BMT UAS CabangKalitidu ditemukan adanya syarat dan rukun yang tidak terpenuhi yaitu objek dankriteria yang tidak jelas. 2) Ketidaktepatan akad murabahah sebagai instrumenpenambah modal usaha pada toko klontong
