EKSISTENSI TIRTHA PENGENTAS DI PURA MAKSAN GEDE DESA KUBUTAMBAHAN KECAMATAN KUBUTAMBAHAN KABUPATEN BULELENG
Tirtha pengentas is one of the means in the ceremony of giving. In general, tirtha pengentas are usually made by a sulinggih. However, it is different from the existing tirtha pengentas in Kubuaddan Village, Kubuaddan District, Buleleng Regency. In the process of the pitra yadnya ceremony, tirtha trimmers were obtained at the Maksan Gede Temple. Based on this problem, a research was conducted by focusing on the existence of tirtha penetas at Maksan Gede Temple, Kubuaddan Village, Kubuaddan District, Buleleng Regency. This study has a purpose to describe the existence of tirtha penetas by using theories and methods in analyzing data. The discussion of this research is about the Maksan Gede Temple as a place for the procurement of tirtha pengentas. Maksan Gede Temple is one of the temples in Kubutambahan Village, Kubutambahan District, Buleleng Regency. The structure of this temple consists of a tri mandala. The facilities used in conducting tirtha pengentas are water, reeds, gold pieces, sandalwood. The ceremonial facilities used are in the form of a sacred offering which is offered to Ratu Gede Shiva to ask for tirtha of the pengentas. The process of holding tirtha pengentas begins with preparing ceremonial facilities by both Jro Mangku and Jro Serati. After all the facilities are ready then jro mangku will do piuning to ask for tirtha to Ratu Gede Shiva which is also followed by the local community. When it is finished, the alleviation tirtha will be taken to the place of worship. Based on this description, it can be concluded that tirtha alleviation is not only made by a sulinggih. LEGAL PROTECTION OF TOURISTS AS A FORM OF TOURISM INVESTMENT IN BALI
Abstract Law is a rule written or unwritten, which basically applies, and is recognized by people as rules that must be obeyed in social life. The community in question consists of local people and foreign guests or tourists visiting Indonesian territory. Indonesia has a variety of islands that offer the beauty of stunning natural charm, one of which is the island of Bali. Tourism on the island of Bali can fulfill basic human needs not only for vacations and recreation, but tourism can be used to meet educational, research, religious, physical and spiritual health needs, as well as other things that are commercialized. Therefore, it is not enough for Indonesia, especially Bali, to only sell the beauty of beach, beauty of dances, beauty of panoramas, uniqueness of various culturetus because there are things that are important to protect. Protection of tourism consumers must be a common concern, both the central government, regional governments, tourism actors, and the local community. Providing protection to tourism consumers is a form of invaluable service because it offers a sense of comfort, safety and protection when tourists visit Indonesia. This legal protection should be a common concern for maintaining national stability in maintaining the continuity of tourism as a form of Indonesian tourism investment in general, and specifically for the island of Bali. SCAFFOLDING IN TEACHING LITERACY FOR ADULT LEARNERS IN TOURISM STUDY PROGRAM
Teaching literacy for adult learners is challenging. The adult learners attending tertiary level education have certain unique learning characteristics that differs from regular teenager students. Finding out effective way in teaching them is very imporant. One of strategies that might be effective in teaching literacy in advanced level is scaffolding. It is believed that the scaffolinding is powerful tool in teaching lieteracy for adult learnenrs. Therefore, the present study administering qualitative method aimed at analyzing what scaffolding strategies used by the lecturers and finding out challenges faced by the lecturers in implementing the scaffolding strategies in teaching literacy for adult learners. The informants of study were three lecturers at Hindu Cultural Tourism Study Program of STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja, Indonesia. The data collection were done by using content-validated interview guide and observation. The data analysis were done by using transcendental phenomenological research design. The result of study showed that the lecturers utilized three scaffolding strategies, namely conceptual scaffolding, strategic scaffolding, and metacognitive scaffolding. These scaffolding strategies were considered effective by the lecturers in the teaching literacy for adult learners. However, lecturers encountered difficulties in implementing scaffolding strategies in teaching literacy to adult learners. Those challenges were adult learners had multiple responsibilities that prevented them to be fully engaged into the learning activities outside the classroom, adult learners preferred learning activities that were practical rather than theoretical, and adult learners were resistant to changing their old learning habits.

Artikel ini berbicara tentang identitas seorang subjek yang menurut hemat penulis, dibangun dibangun dan terbangun dari sebuah budaya. Hal itu jelas, karena budaya di mana individu itu hidup, telah turut membentuk identitasnya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah berupaya untuk memberi sebuah pilihan baru dalam membangun identitas, yang mana penulis berangkat dari konteks di Minahasa, yang terkenal dengan konsep maesa-esaan, yang mana hal itu juga telah muncul dalam pembelajaran sebuah kesenian seperti musik kolintang atau jenis seni lainnya. Kendati demikian perlu juga ditegaskan bahwa budaya bisa saja merubah identitas seseorang justru karena kekayaan dan keragaman budaya itu. Melalui pendidikan identitas dapat dibangun termasuk pendidikan budaya di sekolah. Minahasa sebagai sebuah suku bangsa di Semenanjung Sulawesi Utara, adalah suku bangsa yang terus berupaya mempertahankan kebudayaan secara khusus kebiasaan-kebiasaan tradisi seperti musik tradisional kolintang, ungkapan petuah si tou timou tumou tou, serta banyak hal lain lagi, terus membangun karakter semua generasi agar menyadari identitasnya, sehingga setiap individu memiliki kesadaran bahwa identitas itu penting, identitas itu harus ‘didaku’ oleh setiap individu

The text of Aji Saraswati's speech is a vehicle for storing the cultural heritage of the Balinese people. This text belongs to the Siwaistis text and inspires the diversity of Hindus in Bali. Eksistensi Palinggih Hyang Dewa Di Desa Adat Busungbiu Kecamatan Busungbiu Kabupaten Buleleng
Palinggih Hyang Dewa is the belief of the people in the Busungbiu Village which is used as a place to glorify the ancestors who were victims of murder. This palinggih will be built by the family who are the perpetrators. If it is not built and trusted by the perpetrator's family, the perpetrator will experience pain and commotion in the family. Therefore, the existence of the Palinggih is very sacred, so its existence is still maintained today. The formulation of the problem that forms the basis for this research are: (1) What is the structure of Palinggih Hyang Dewa in the Busungbiu Village, Busungbiu District, Buleleng Regency? (2) What is the function of Palinggih Hyang Dewa in the Busungbiu Village, Busungbiu District, Buleleng Regency? (3) What is the philosophical meaning of the existence of Palinggih Hyang Dewa in the Busungbiu Village, Busungbiu District, Buleleng Regency?. These problems were analyzed using several theories, including: (1) Symbol theory to dissect the formulation of the first problem regarding the structure of Palinggih Hyang Dewa, (2) Religious theory to dissect the formulation of the second problem regarding the function of Palinggih Hyang Dewa, (3) Semiotic theory to dissect the formulation of the third problem regarding the philosophical meaning of Palinggih Hyang Dewa. In this study, the following data will be produced: (1) The structural basis of Palinggih Hyang Dewa in the Busungbiu Village which includes: the form, belief in ancestors, and ceremonies used, (2) The function of the existence of Palinggih Hyang Dewa in the Busungbiu Village includes: the religious function, the function of request for tirtha, the function of health and protection, the function of education, and the function of togetherness and harmony, (3) The philosophical meaning of Palinggih Hyang Dewa in the Busungbiu Village includes: the meaning of tattwa, the meaning of holiness, the meaning of beauty, the meaning of ethics, and the meaning of harmony
Makna Banten Sesayut Dalam Pelaksanaan Upacara Magedong-Gedongan
Humans always crave a prosperous and happy life, pure in body and mind, to make it happen, humans must maintain a harmonious relationship with the creator (God), with fellow humans and with the surrounding natural environment. Yajña ceremonies are divided into several types, one of which is manusa yaja, in manusa yaja there is a magedong-gedongan ceremony which requires upakara/banten facilities, namely banten sesayut. Magedong-Gedongan is a ceremony carried out to ask for the safety of babies who are still in the womb, so they can stay healthy until they are born in the world. In the implementation of this magedong-gedongan ritual, one of the offerings is the offering of offerings, one of which is the sesayut banten, this offering is a sthna of Ista Dewata to ask for serenity so that people who carry out the yaja are protected from harm, disturbance, or disease and so on. Sometimes people who carry out this magedong-gedongan ritual only know the ceremony, without thinking about the meaning of the offering used. Therefore, the author's purpose in making this article is to provide an understanding for Hindus who will carry out the magedong-gedongan ceremony related to the meaning of the ceremony itself and the meaning of the sesayut banten used in the magedong-gedongan ceremony. Banten sesayut has a function as a symbol of sincerity in carrying out the yajña ceremony and has the meaning of balance and the meaning of harmony. This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection methods in this study using library research, data sourced from books are used as references and efforts to analyze things that are considered related to the topics discussed in this study. Kajian Filosofis Tradisi Magepokan Di Desa Sembiran Kecamatan Tejakula Kabupaten Buleleng
The magepokan tradition is one of the unique traditions in Sembiran Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency. This magepokan tradition has been carried -out in the past by the community for generations. Every time the piodalan at Puseh Duur Temple in Sembiran Village on Purnama sasih kalima is believed to be symbolic so that all evil forces in Sembiran Village go away and do not destroy the plants and do not disturb the comfort of the community. People who live in Sembiran Village. From the background that has been described, this research will examine three problems, namely: 1) How is the basis of the magepokan tradition implemented in Sembiran Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency?; 2) What is the function of implementing the magepokan tradition in Sembiran Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency?; 3) What is the philosophical meaning of the magepokan tradition in Sembiran Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency?. The theories used to dissect these problems are 1) Religious theory to dissect the first problem concerning the basis of the magepokan tradition carried out in Sembiran Village; 2) Structural Functional Theory to dissect the second problem regarding the function of the implementation of the magepokan tradition in Sembiran Village; 3) Hermeneutic theory to dissect the third problem regarding the meaning of philosophy contained in the magepokan tradition in Sembiran Village. The results obtained are 1) The foundation of the magepokan tradition carried out in Sembiran Village includes the historical basis, religious foundation and the procession of the implementation of the magepokan tradition from beginning to end; 2) The function of implementing the magepokan tradition in Sembiran Village includes: religious functions, ceremonial pamuput functions, functions of an embodiment of gratitude, and social functions and; 3) The philosophical meanings contained in the magepokan tradition in Sembiran Village include: the meaning of harmony, the meaning of togetherness, the meaning of repelling reinforcements, the meaning of ethics and the meaning of aesthetics

Integrasi Aktivitas Belajar Tri Hita Karana Berorientasi 4C dalam Mata Kuliah Konsep Dasar IPA SD
This study aims to integrate the 4C-oriented Tri Hita Karana learning activities in the Elementary Science Basic Concepts course in: (i) initial activities; (ii) core activities; and (iii) closing activities. The results of this literature review, namely: (i) the integration of learning activities in the initial activities carried out by paying attention to the learning environment, learning resources, and the readiness of educators and students from both psychological and cognitive aspects; (ii) the integration of learning activities into the core activities is carried out by conveying learning objectives, presenting natural phenomena, carrying out technical learning according to the design or lesson plans, and concluding lessons; and (iii) the integration of learning activities in closing activities is carried out by maintaining the learning environment, assessing the learning process, and submitting the next learning plan. The three forms of learning activities implement Tri Hita Karana-based educational and teaching values, namely religious, spiritual, humanist, democratic, nationalist, environmental aesthetics, and ecological and are oriented towards creativity and innovation, critical thinking and problem solving, collaboration, communication ( 4C
