Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Interverning (Studi pada Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Tabanan)
This research aimed to identify and analyze the influence of work performance, work environment, job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tabanan University; identify and analyze the influence of work performance and work environment on job satisfaction of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tabanan University; and identify and analyze the influence of work performance and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tabanan University. This research used a quantitative approach focusing on hypothesis testing using measurable data and involving 60 lecturers teaching at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Tabanan University. This research data came from primary data and secondary data using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research showed that work performance had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, work environment had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, work performance had a direct positive and significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction, work environment directly had a positive and significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction, work performance indirectly had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, work performance indirectly had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance through job satisfaction, and the work environment indirectly had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance through lecturer job satisfaction
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner Pada Kinerja Organisasi
Visionary leadership is a type of leadership that emphasizes the ability of a leader to formulate and communicate a clear and attractive long-term vision to organizational members. Visionary leaders have the ability to provide specific directions and motivate organizational members to achieve the goals set. They are also able to identify and address changes and challenges that the organization may face in the future. Meanwhile, organizational performance is the ability of the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. Organizational performance can be measured from various perspectives, such as productivity, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Good organizational performance can help organizations to maintain competitiveness and achieve long-term goals. Research has shown that visionary leadership can have a positive influence on organizational performance. Visionary leaders who are able to formulate and communicate a strong vision can help direct and move members of the organization in achieving the goals set. Visionary leadership can also provide a high sense of confidence and involvement in employees, as well as provide a long-term view that can help them understand the overall goals of the organization. Overall, visionary leadership can be an important factor in achieving an organization's long-term goals and improving overall performance
IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN SPIRITUAL PADA KOMUNITAS YOGA TERTAWA PUSPEM BADUNG
Yoga merupakan suatu ilmu yang dipandang sebagai jalan untuk meraih penyatuan. Pendidikan spiritual tidak hanya ditandai dengan paket kerohanian seperti perjalanan religius, namun juga merupakan suatu dasar dalam berperilaku sesuai dengan tata susila dan norma agama, perkembangan globalisasi memberikan dampak yang besar bagi menurunnya pendidikan spiritual masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan spiritual pada komunitas yoga tertawa Puspem Badung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah reduksi, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; 1) Proses pembelajar yoga tertawa di komunitas dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan, yaitu, awal persiapan, lalu tahapan inti dan tahapan penutup. 2) Dampak implementasi pendidikan spiritual pada komunitas yoga tertawa Puspem Badung dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu: a) Mewujudkan kesadaran pendidikan spiritual, b) Mewujudkan keharmonisan mental, c) Meningkatkan kesehatan jasmani. 3) Upaya komunitas yoga tertawa Puspem Badung dalam pemertahanan pendidikan spiritual pada komunitas yoga tertawa Puspem Badung dibagi menjadi berapa bagian yakni: a) Membuat inovasi baru terhadap gerakan, b) Pelaksanaan workshop, c) Melakukan diskusi, d) Mengikuti program trainer untuk menjadi seorang instruktur yoga tertawa
PERAN YOS DALAM PEMERTAHANAN IDENTITAS BALI AGA DI DESA PEDAWA, KECAMATAN BANJAR, BULELENG
Desa Pedawa Kecamatan Banjar, Kabupaten Buleleng masuk dalam kategori Desa Bali Aga. Di Pedawa, masyarakat mengenal yos atau kawitan kulit tempat memuja dewa-dewa lokal sesuai keyakinan masyarakat Pedawa. Terdapat sebanyak 14 yos yang dikenal di Desa Pedawa. Artikel ini menganalisis tentang dua hal. Pertama, yos sebagai pemertahanan identitas Bali Aga di Pedawa, kedua implikasi yos terhadap sosioreligi terhadap masyarakat Pedawa. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasilnya terdapat 14 jenis yos di Pedawa. Yos sangat berperan dalam pemertahanan identitas Bali Aga di Pedawa. Karena banyak tradisi yang dilaksanakan bertalian dengan keberadaan yos. Seperti tradisi nedunang periang, tradisi perkawinan Melaib Mebasa Tegeh. Implikasi dari keberadaan yos adalah berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan sosial dan religi masyarakat. Yos menjadi kohesi sosial yang merekatkan hubungan masyarakat yang berbalut religi
PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN RESOLUSI KONFLIK BERBASIS CATUR PARAMITHA TERHADAP SIKAP SOSIAL DAN HASIL BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA HINDU DAN BUDIPEKERTI SISWA KELAS VI GUGUS VI BATURITI
The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the chess paramitha-based conflict resolution learning model on social attitudes and learning outcomes of Hinduism for class VI Cluster VI Baturiti students. Data were analyzed using MANOVA with the help of SPSS 17.0 for windows. A total of 73 students were selected as samples by random sampling technique. The data collected is data on social attitudes and learning outcomes. The results showed that: first, there were differences in social attitudes between students who took the Catur Paramitha-based conflict resolution learning model and students who took conventional learning with an F value of 5.071 with a significance less than 0.05. second, there are differences in learning outcomes of Hinduism between students who take the Catur Paramitha-based conflict resolution learning model and students who take conventional learning with an F value of 10.829 with a significance less than 0.05. Third, there are simultaneous differences in social attitudes and learning outcomes of Hinduism between students who follow the Catur Paramitha-based conflict resolution learning model and students who take conventional learning in class VI SD Gugus VI Baturiti with an F value of 79.3
AKUISISI BAHASA DAN PREFERENSI BAHASA ASING DALAM SUDUT PANDANG SOSIOLINGUISTIK
In the realm of sociolinguistics, the acquisition of language is one of the important stages in one's linguistic level. Determination of which language is a person's mother tongue is determined in this phase. After going through several advanced phases, one will know various other languages. After learning certain languages in his life, a person will find that there are languages that he does not understand or has never learned before. This language can then be referred to as a foreign language. Foreign languages are very crucial to comprehend according to needs and interests. Foreign languages do not only refer to languages from other countries, but also languages from other regions within a country that are not understood by certain speakers. NEEDS ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH FOR TOURISM MATERIAL IN PROMOTING CONTEXTUAL LEARNING
Commonly in running an ESP, the teacher/lecturer needs to design a learning model which begins with needs analysis, the learners’ goal/target academic, and the student’s ability to cope with the course (Lisa & Kathrin, 2016). In tourism education, it is important to analyze the students’ need analysis and contextual aspects, regarding to tourism terminologies, conversation, language function, and language expression, those aspects will give meaning to the content. The aims of this study are to investigate the types of students’ target needs toward English for tourism material development and to analyze the types of students’ learning needs toward English for Tourism material development. The approach of the study was quantitative research with a cross-sectional survey design. The sample was 114 Cultural and Religious Tourism Study Program in STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. The instruments used in data collecting were questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The results found that the students need to increase their speaking ability and confidence in using English. The result of the learning needs indicated which the students want the learning process to be more variation, be more adaptive to situations and circumstances, and should be more pleasant

Although the development of the world has advanced in such a way as with the sophistication of its technology, the belief in supernatural and magical things cannot be erased. The magical world has its own charms and problems in the lives of Balinese people. Undeniably, the attractiveness often invites the attention of the author in welcoming and recording the phenomenon into literary works. In this paper examines modern Balinese literary works in the form of short stories. The short stories studied were taken from a collection of Leak Pemoroan stories written by I Wayan Sadha. This study examines three short stories in a collection of Pemoroan Leak short stories entitled Jeg Pragat Ka Balian, Pemoroan Leak and Walik Sumpah. The focus of the discussion in this paper is to raise the magical aspects contained in the three short stories that have been mentioned. The magical aspects to be discussed are the Pangiwa aspect and the Panengen aspect contained in the short story.Keywords: Magic, Pangiwa, Panengen, Short Story, modern Balinese literatur
PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL MELALUI NANGUN SAT KERTHI LOKA BALI
Degradation of character appears to be the abandonment of local cultures by being replaced by foreign cultures which actually have a negative impact on the development of Indonesia’s young generation, especially in Bali. Therefore it is necessary to have a character education based on local wisdom so that the younger generation does not forget the Balinese culture. The vision of the government that fosters local wisdom-based character is “Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali”. Through this vision, the provincial government of Bali issued a number of policies relating to the preservation of Balinese culture from the day of the use of traditional Balinese clothing, the implementation of the Balinese language month, to the use of local Balinese products. In addition to protecting the environment in Bali, a policy to limit the accumulation of disposable plastic waste is also applied. If this policy is carried out by all Balinese people on a continuous basis, it will shape the habits of the community which in turn can also shape character.Keywords: Tri Kaya Parisudha, Juvenile Delinquenc
Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Agama Hindu Dalam Upacara Ngapon Tapakan Panawa Sanga di Pura Luhur Pucak Padang Dawa
The implementation of this study aims to examine the values of Hindu religious education contained in a ceremony, especially the Ngapon Tapakan Panawa Sanga ceremony located at Pura Luhur Pucak Padang Dawa. The island of Bali, which is an island with a majority Hindu population, has a cultural diversity that reflects Hinduism itself. Balinese people in their lives always balance between humans and nature, humans and humans and humans and God. On this occasion the researcher examined the values of Hindu religious education at the Ngapon Tapakan Panawa Sanga ceremony at Luhur Pucak Padang Dawa Temple, Bangli Village, Baturiti District, Tabanan Regency. This procession was carried out over a long period of time, this can be seen from the hermitage itself. Indirectly, the community and the next generation maintain and preserve traditions passed down from their ancestors. The values of Hindu Religious Education studied are the values contained in the Ngapon Tapakan Panawa Sanga ceremony at Luhur Pucak Padang Temple, Dawa Bangli Village, Baturiti District, Tabanan Regency, including: Values of Tattwa Education (philosophy), Values of Ethical Education, Values of Ceremonial Education (rituals), and the Value of Aesthetic Education.
