PARADOX OF THE REWARD SYSTEM: CAN REWARDS STRENGTHEN OR WEAKEN THE INFLUENCE OF PERFORMANCE ON JOB SATISFACTION?
As one of the university\u27s resources, lecturers play a strategic role in the academic and educational development of students. The government must establish regulations regarding the profession, career, and income of lecturers because the widespread phenomenon of low lecturer salaries indicates that there are factors that are still not commensurate with their level of education. When a lecturer has positive feelings about their work, it\u27s called job satisfaction. So, job satisfaction, performance, and the faculty reward system are very important for universities. This research was conducted using a quantitative method. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique used in this study. This research involved 260 faculty samples from excellent accredited private universities in the cities of Malang, Surabaya, and Jember in East Java, as well as Mataram in West Nusa Tenggara. A total of 245 questionnaires were collected out of 260 distributed and processed using Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The research results indicate that the reward system does not have a direct impact on job satisfaction, but it does have a direct impact on performance and is proven to moderate the influence of performance on job satisfaction. Performance significantly influences job satisfaction and is proven to fully mediate the impact of reward systems on job satisfaction
AN EXAMINATION OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS\u27 ATHLETE IDENTITY AND SOCIAL MEDIA ADDICTION LEVELS
This learning objective is to examine the impact of physical education on social media and athlete performance. A total of 232 physical education teachers, 124 female and 108 male, participated in the study. The "Athlete Identity Scale (ASIS)," adapted for the Turkish session by Öztürk and Koca (2013), was used to determine the level of athlete structure, and the "Social Media Addiction Scale (SMAS)" prepared by Tutgun-Ünal and Deniz (2015) was used to determine the level of social media addiction. The study data were tested using the SPSS 25.0 package program. T-test, One Way ANOVA, and Tukey tests were used. Participation in women\u27s physical education is higher in the amount of social media compared to men\u27s, while men\u27s physical education has a higher social identity level, the intensity of emotional situations in physical education is higher, athletes are more likely to participate in physical education, the amount of physical education in parts is higher, and youth physical education has more social media use (p<0.05). Consequently, social media addiction in physical education is moderate, while athlete performance is high. Furthermore, it has been determined that changes in social media in the organization of physical education vary according to gender and age variables; the athlete\u27s status, exercise status, and educational status vary depending on the variability
DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY FOR CARICA FRUIT PRODUCTS TO INCREASE SALES VOLUME IN MSMES IN KEJAJAR DISTRICT, WONOSOBO REGENCY
This research examines distribution strategies to increase sales volume of Carica fruit products among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kejajar District, Wonosobo Regency. Carica (Carica pubescens), a fruit that grows exclusively in the Dieng highlands, is processed into signature products of Wonosobo but faces distribution challenges. Using a qualitative approach with case study methodology, data was collected through interviews with 10 informants including MSME owners, government representatives, farmers, and consumers. The study employed SWOT analysis, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Composite Performance Index (CPI) to analyze distribution strategies. Results indicate that the key to increasing sales volume is collaboration with experienced private sector partners who possess established distribution networks. The AHP analysis revealed three priority criteria: maintaining farmer partnerships (priority factor 0.370), improving company resources (0.353), and government support (0.277). The main alternative strategies include improving production facilities and infrastructure (priority factor 0.305), intensifying Carica cultivation, expanding sales networks, and completing food safety certifications. The research identifies both direct distribution channels (farmer to processor to consumer) and indirect channels (involving collectors and distributors), each with distinct advantages and disadvantages. This study contributes to distribution management literature by providing an integrated framework for MSMEs operating with endemic agricultural products in rural areas, emphasizing the importance of strategic partnerships throughout the supply chain
INSURANCE AGAINST CYBER RISKS: COMPARATIVE STUDY
The digital community faces a myriad of legal challenges, among which a particularly significant issue is the matter of insurance against the risks associated with digitization. These risks encompass cyber-security threats, the implications of digital advancement, electronic attacks, digital hacking, infringements on digital privacy, and a host of other related vulnerabilities. In recognition of the significant challenges faced by digital institutions and their stakeholders in preserving privacy policies, protecting data, and ensuring information security, cyber insurance—also referred to as insurance against digital risks or electronic insurance—has emerged as an innovative and crucial solution. This form of insurance has arisen in response to the needs of companies to safeguard their interests and mitigate the damages resulting from cyberattacks aimed at data breaches and privacy violations. Accordingly, this research endeavors to analyze the legal issues associated with the provisions of insurance against the risks of digitization, commonly referred to as electronic insurance against cybersecurity threats. DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A 21ST-CENTURY LEARNING MODULE FOR ETHICAL CITIZENSHIP IN MALAYSIAN PRIMARY HISTORY EDUCATION
This article critically examines how history education in Malaysia functions as a state instrument of ideological socialization and explores the potential of transformative pedagogy to promote ethical citizenship among primary school students. Drawing on Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory, Kohlberg’s stages of moral development, and Westheimer and Kahne’s citizenship typology, the study investigates the Neo-21st Century Learning History Module a technology-enhanced, inquiry-based teaching innovation. Through a review of Malaysian curriculum policy and international literature, the paper highlights the limitations of textbook-centered instruction, which emphasizes conformity and rote learning at the expense of civic reflection. The proposed pedagogical model seeks to counter these tendencies by fostering historical thinking, moral reasoning, and democratic engagement. The study contributes to current debates on the role of education in social reproduction and transformation, aligning with global calls for justice-oriented and pluralistic citizenship education
LOWERING COSTS AND IMPROVING EFFICIENCY IN THE SAUDI HYDROGEN VALUE CHAIN: A CORE ENABLER OF SAUDI ARABIA\u27S HYDROGEN EXPORT AMBITIONS UNDER VISION 2030
Saudi Arabia considers low-carbon and green hydrogen to be a central component of its Vision 2030 plan and its net-zero goal in the longer term. Saudi Arabia has huge advantages: plenty of sunshine and winds, already established energy infrastructure, and adequate financing. Saudi Arabia must, however, leverage its potential to be a powerhouse in hydrogen export by optimizing its hydrogen value chain, from renewable energy to feedstock gas, then to hydrogen production, conversion to blue carrier fuels such as ammonia, to hydrogen transportation, to final imports. This report examines the cost drivers and efficiency boundaries in the hydrogen value chain that are relevant for the export strategy in the case of Saudi. The report proposes an action plan on how the costs could be reduced and efficiency increased. The report first provides the context for hydrogen under Vision 2030 and the market perspective. Then the report dissects the levelized cost of hydrogen (LCOH) for green and blue hydrogen for Saudi beyond. The article further includes policy instruments that can promote scale-up and attract private sector investment, like offtake contract models with a long-term perspective, low carbon certification for hydrogen, strategic industrial clustering, and global collaboration with importing nations. It concludes with a plan for Saudi Arabia to develop and transport cost-competitive hydrogen on a large scale and emerge as a major hydrogen supplier in the international market and also achieve its domestic decarbonization targets during the period of 2030-2040
WHY DO INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS COME BACK? AN S-O-R EXPLANATION OF SERVICE QUALITY, TRUST, AND SATISFACTION IN SAUDI HOSPITALS
Medical tourism has become an increasingly competitive global industry, prompting healthcare destinations to focus on service excellence and long-term patient retention. Using the Stimulus–Organism–Response (SOR) framework, this study examined how service quality (stimulus) affects revisit intentions in Saudi hospitals, with patient satisfaction and trust as organism factors. Service quality is defined as a second-order construct comprising key aspects of healthcare service delivery. A quantitative research approach was adopted, with data collected from international patients in Saudi hospitals, yielding 220 samples. The model was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that service quality has a strong, significant positive impact on both patient satisfaction and trust. Although satisfaction positively influences revisit intention, trust has an even greater effect, highlighting its vital role in shaping patients’ future behaviors in healthcare settings with high perceived risk. The findings confirm the SOR-based mechanism in which service quality serves as a core stimulus, influencing patients’ internal evaluations and subsequent willingness to revisit. This research contributes to the healthcare and medical tourism literature by empirically validating a comprehensive SOR-based model and emphasizing the importance of trust in maintaining patient relationships. In practice, these insights are valuable for healthcare policymakers and hospital managers in Saudi Arabia, especially in light of Saudi Vision 2030, by highlighting the need to improve service quality and to build trust to enhance patient loyalty and international competitiveness

APPLICATION THE PRINCIPLE OF GOOD FAITH IN FORCE MATTERS BETWEEN CREDITORS AND DEBTORS IN FOUR-WHEEL VEHICLE FINANCING AGREEMENTS
The principle of good faith implies that every party involved in negotiating an agreement is obliged to disclose all material information that may influence the other party’s consent to the agreement. However, until now there are still many creditors who do not comply with the provisions that have been set by the Government related to the existence of Force Majeure which makes it difficult for debtors to carry out their obligations, so that it can potentially incur late fines. This research employs a normative juridical research methodology. The analysis is based entirely on secondary data obtained through documentary research. These sources include primary legal instruments, scholarly legal literature, and supporting reference materials that function as tertiary legal sources.O princípio da boa-fé implica que todas as partes envolvidas na negociação de um acordo são obrigadas a divulgar todas as informações relevantes que possam influenciar o consentimento da outra parte em relação ao acordo. DISAGREGATED CONSUMPTION INFORMATION AND THE NEIGHBOR CONSUMPTION INDEX IN HOUSEHOLD ELECTRICITY USE
Enhancing the efficiency of electricity consumption is an important step in mitigating environmental degradation, as the reliance on fossil fuels in energy production remains one of the primary contributors to carbon emissions and ecological harm. The objective of this study was to develop the Neighbor Consumption Index (NCI), a tool designed to explore differences in household electricity usage and to compare two groups of households with and without access to a service providing detailed information about electricity consumption. The central motivation of our research lies in comparing electricity consumption among geographically proximate households with similar usage patterns. We applied K-means clustering to group households and statistical tests to examine differences in consumption between households with and without access to disaggregation technology. The NCI was then calculated as a relative measure with the potential to provide households with a benchmark relative to their neighbors, thereby supporting reflection on their own consumption behavior. For the empirical analysis, we utilized data processed by the software company Bidgely.
