SOCIAL COHESION OF SOCIETY: SOCIO-CULTURAL PROJECTIONS
Our study focuses on the issue of sociocultural projections of social cohesion in society. The methodology involved a comprehensive application of theoretical methods, including analysis, synthesis, generalization, analogy, and theoretical modeling, as well as ontological and epistemological perspectives to identify sociocultural projections of social cohesion. Key principles underpinning the architecture of social cohesion during wartime were identified, including sociocultural integrity, homogeneity and heterogeneity, systemicity, the sociocultural orientation of social processes, the influence of natural and artificial sociocultural factors, and the intersubjectivity of sociocultural reality. A model of social cohesion in society has been constructed. The results of the study demonstrate that a sociocultural approach to social cohesion allows it to be defined as a state of dynamic unification of society to address pressing issues. It is shown that social cohesion, as a guiding idea for preserving statehood, unfolds amid profound transformations of the sociocultural foundations of societal life – both social and cultural. It is determined that social cohesion emerges as a result of actions within the sociocultural environment, as interactions and mutual influences among societal actors, both horizontally and vertically, are mediated by the sociocultural environment, while societal actors, in turn, influence the content of the sociocultural environment
THE OFFENCE OF GAMBLING UNDER VIETNAMESE CRIMINAL LAW: CHALLENGES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY AND CROSS-BORDER ACTIVITIES
Under Vietnamese criminal law, gambling is regulated as an offence infringing upon public order, closely associated with the objective of maintaining social stability and controlling social evils that pose a risk of widespread proliferation. Article 321 of the 2015 Criminal Code, as amended and supplemented in 2017 and 2025, constitutes the central legal provision governing criminal liability for gambling offences, while also delineating the boundary between administrative sanctions and criminal prosecution. However, the rapid development of digital technology and the increasing prevalence of gambling activities involving foreign elements have exposed significant limitations within the current legal framework. This article identifies and analyses three major shortcomings in both legislation and law enforcement practice concerning gambling offences in Vietnam, namely: (i) difficulties in determining the value of money or property used for gambling as a basis for criminal liability; (ii) legal gaps in addressing gambling activities involving foreign elements; and (iii) inconsistencies in the interpretation and application of aggravating circumstances relating to the use of the internet and electronic means to commit gambling offences. Based on a qualitative analysis of relevant legal provisions and their practical application, the article proposes several recommendations aimed at enhancing the transparency, consistency, and effectiveness of Vietnamese criminal law in addressing gambling offences in the context of digital transformation and international integration
In teacher training processes, the aim is to enhance skills and knowledge to manage the classroom curriculum, considering teaching and assessment methodologies. The inquiry has focused on describing the strategies used by teachers in teaching assessment during initial teacher training. This was supported by a quantitative, descriptive study using a Likert-type scale, whit confirmatory factor analysis for validation and Cronbach´s alpha for reliability. Inferential analysis was also applied, highlighting that teaching how to teach and assess in initial teacher education is conditioned by the work carried out in the classroom
IMPACT OF VIRTUAL REALITY-BASED IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE ON SPIRITUAL AWARENESS AND SOCIAL SOLIDARITY: EVIDENCE FROM INDONESIA
The rapid advancement of digital technology presents a unique paradox in religious communities: while religious observance remains high, social pathologies such as drug abuse and juvenile delinquency continue to rise. This study explores the potential of Immersive Experience based on Virtual Reality (VR) as an intervention tool to bridge this gap. Specifically, it examines how simulating the history of the Prophet Muhammad SAW through VR affects Spiritual Awareness and Social Solidarity among the youth in Jember, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 211 respondents selected via purposive sampling. The results demonstrate that the Immersive Experience has a significant and positive influence on both Spiritual Awareness (T-statistic = 15.512, p < 0.001) and Social Solidarity (T-statistic = 15.288, p < 0.001). Furthermore, the model explains a moderate to substantial amount of variance in the dependent variables (R2 > 0.40), with discriminant validity confirmed by HTMT ratios < 0.90. These findings suggest that VR technology can transcend its entertainment value to become a transformative medium for spiritual and social education, fostering a "Digital Transcendence" that strengthens both vertical and horizontal human relationships
AVALIAÇÃO DA QUALIDADE PERCEBIDA PELOS JOGADORES DE VIDEOGAMES POR MEIO DE REDES NEURAIS PARA MELHORAR OS PROCESSOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO
The article considers that the quality perceived by video game players is a complex factor to measure, which sets the tone for this research to use neural networks, as they are a system capable of processing information, recognizing patterns, and approximating an appropriate response, which is a critical point in an industry that has one of the highest annual growth rates in the world. The methodology used is based on exploratory research with descriptive and correlational elements, which were defined using the following reference criteria: published studies, market analysis, and industry financial reports. These were applied in questionnaires that classified elements of quality and level of impact, which were answered by video game players to estimate the value of perceived quality with the help of neural networks. The results obtained from the titles evaluated showed acceptable reliability, which will support the development process and monitor the performance of a video game during its useful life, providing information that can facilitate and guide processes in continuous improvement cycles for future video games
ENSURING LEGAL CERTAINTY IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF CIVIL JUDGMENTS AGAINST REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS: ASSET SEIZURE AND CONTINGENCY EXPENDITURE
This study examines the problem of legal certainty in the execution of civil judgments against regional governments in Indonesia. Although court judgments that have attained final and binding force (inkracht van gewijsde) possess executorial authority, their enforcement is frequently impeded by the statutory prohibition on the seizure of state and regional assets, as stipulated in Article 50 of Law Number 1 of 2004 on State Treasury. The inability to impose executorial seizure often results in delays in the fulfillment of the prevailing party’s rights and undermines public confidence in the judicial system. Employing a normative juridical research method, this study analyzes two principal enforcement mechanisms: the possibility of executing seizure over regional government assets and the utilization of contingency expenditure (Belanja Tidak Terduga/BTT) within the regional budget. The findings indicate that the seizure of regional assets is legally permissible on a case-by-case basis, particularly with respect to assets that do not serve essential public functions or originate from unlawful land occupation. In addition, the use of contingency expenditure may be legally justified to satisfy court-imposed monetary obligations classified as urgent needs, especially to prevent greater state losses resulting from the accumulation of interest. This study recommends the establishment of a clearer and more explicit regulatory framework to ensure legal certainty regarding the timeframe and effectiveness of judgment execution by regional governments

NURSE`S AWARENESS OF THE FORMS OF CATHETER-RELATED INFECTIONS AND THEIR PREVENTION MEASURES
Background: It is known that most catheter-related infections are caused by medical infections. Much of the medical manipulation that a nurse deals with in any daily activity may involve the placement of catheters in the human body. The present work attempts to study the awareness of nurses working in intensive care units in the city of Ruse, Bulgaria, about catheter-related infections and preventive measures associated with them. Material and Methods: To find out how much the nurses working in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Ruse, Bulgaria, are informed about the forms and measures for the prevention of catheter-related infections, we created a questionnaire containing 17 closed questions. A total of 68 questionnaires were sent to the two hospitals, corresponding to the number of working nurses at the ICU. Conclusion: The effect of "unused knowledge" is observed in some of the respondents. They know the rules that work, but it is impossible to follow them in practice
