THE ROLE OF HEALTH AWARENESS IN SHAPING CONSUMERS’ TRUST AND PURCHASE INTENTION TOWARD ONLINE ORGANIC FOOD: EVIDENCE FROM PAKISTAN
The growth of online food stores has greatly influenced the consumer buying pattern especially in the organic food product market. The paper explores the connection between health awareness and the intention to buy organic food online with reference to trust and confidence in health-related information. The collected data were collected using a structured questionnaire from 100 consumers of Pakistan and analyzed using SPSS. The relationships between health awareness and trust in online organic food, confidence in digital information, and purchase intention were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality tests, correlation analysis, multiple regression, and principal component analysis. The results indicate a strong statistically significant positive correlation between health awareness and online organic food purchase intention. The regression analysis proves the hypothesis that the effect of health-related perceptions, as a bloc, has a strong effect on purchase intention. Moreover, principal component analysis reveals a health-oriented factor that significantly influences the variance with a preponderance implying that health awareness, trust and intention are interrelated in the form of an integrated thinking system. The research is an addition to the existing body of knowledge on online food consumption because it reveals how health awareness is a key influencer of online organic food buying behavior
ETHICAL LEADERSHIP AS DIDACTIC INFRASTRUCTURE: A SERIAL MEDIATION MODEL OF STUDENTS’ SUSTAINABLE BEHAVIORS IN HIGHER EDUCATION
Sustainable development agendas increasingly depend on whether educational institutions can cultivate not only knowledge but also everyday pro-environmental action. Building on ethical leadership theory and self-determination theory, this study examines whether ethical leadership climate functions as a form of “didactic infrastructure” that shapes students’ sustainable behaviors through learning-environment conditions and meaning-related psychological mechanisms. Using cross-sectional survey data from higher education students (final analytic sample N = 769 after attention-check screening), we tested a serial mediation model linking ethical leadership climate to sustainable behavior through didactic climate (autonomy-supportive teaching, perceived course value, and belonging/collaboration), basic psychological need satisfaction (autonomy, competence, relatedness), and moral motivation (purpose-oriented study motives, prosocial impact orientation, and openness to value diversity). Path analyses with robust standard errors and bootstrap confidence intervals indicated that ethical leadership climate was strongly associated with didactic climate and, in turn, with need satisfaction and moral motivation. Sustainable behavior was significantly predicted by moral motivation, need satisfaction, and didactic climate, while the direct effect of ethical leadership on sustainable behavior diminished once the mediating mechanisms were included, consistent with an indirect-effects explanation. The model accounted for substantial variance in sustainable behavior even after controlling for demographic and background covariates. Findings suggest that sustainable student conduct is not merely an individual preference but an outcome of ethically grounded institutional climates that support autonomy, belonging, and purpose-making within learning environments.

OVERVIEW ON FISCAL FEDERALISM
This article provides an overview of fiscal federalism, exploring its theoretical underpinnings, practical implementations, and contemporary challenges. Fiscal federalism is defined as the financial and administrative relationships within a federal system of government, addressing the distribution of fiscal responsibilities and resources across central, regional, and local levels. The article examines key principles such as decentralization, subsidiarity, and fiscal equivalence, alongside the evolution of fiscal federalism theory through first and second-generation models. Practical implementations are analyzed using indicators like revenue assignment, expenditure responsibilities, intergovernmental transfers, and fiscal autonomy, culminating in the Fiscal Decentralization Index (FDI). The study highlights how these indicators facilitate cross-country comparisons and inform policy development. Contemporary issues such as globalization, economic disparities, asymmetric federalism, and the flypaper effect are discussed, alongside case studies from the United States, Germany, India, Brazil, and Canada, illustrating the diverse approaches to fiscal decentralization. It concludes that while fiscal federalism holds great promise for enhancing government efficiency and responsiveness, its success depends on careful implementation, continuous assessment, and adaptation to local contexts
STRATEGIES TO MANAGE STRESS AT WORK AND ENHANCE EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING THROUGH HEALTH PROMOTION - A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW AND META-ANALYSES
Therefore, a meta-analysis was carried out on the overall effectiveness of psychological and occupational health interventions across different population samples. A meta-analysis involving ten peer-reviewed studies that compare the interventions showed an overall moderate, statistically significant effect size of 0.34 (95% CI [0.25, 0.43]. However, there is still large heterogeneity seeking across the spectrum (I² = 91%), indicating considerable variation across the studies in terms of the population and intervention. Though most of the investigated findings mentioned in the literature conferred positive impacts on both mental and physical health, there were a few points to negative consequences, including higher stress levels or deterioration in efficiency. Evaluating the funnel plot, the observed was symmetrical, which consequently reflected no presence of publication bias. The benefits of such interventions are, therefore, underlined by the study while stressing the importance of a proper approach employing the demographic, employment status, and cultural variation to achieve the best results and to prevent falling into such negative effects
SELF-EFFICACY ACROSS DEMOGRAPHICS: THE ROLE OF CAREER SEEKING BEHAVIOR IN MALAYSIAN UNDERGRADUATES
Background: The preparations involved in planning, choosing, and making career decisions are explained by university students\u27 career readiness. The purpose of this study is to determine undergraduate students\u27 profiles of career readiness. In addition to measuring the differences in career self-efficacy among fields of study, gender and career seeking behvior Methods: This study uses crossectional servey design to determine the career readiness patterns of students. A total of 410 undergraduate students based on cluster division, namely sciences (n = 174), and social sciences (n = 236), were involved as the study sample. The instrument used is the Career Decision Self-efficacy – Short Form (CDSE-SF). Data were analyzed descriptively and using t-tests. Result: According to the study\u27s findings, career self-efficacy is moderate (42.9%), and high (57.1%). Furthermore, there was no significant difference between Sciences and Social Sciences students according to the independent t-test analysis, t(408) = 1.87, p = .072, for all subscales except for the Goal Selection subscale, which showed a significant difference t(313) = 2.71, p = .007. However, revealed no gender difference t(408) = 0.45, p = .650. Conclusion: The study underscores a notable gap in career self-efficacy among undergraduates, revealing only moderate confidence in career decision-making. The lack of differences across gender and fields of study points to systemic shortcomings in higher education’s career readiness initiatives. These findings highlight the need for structured, experiential, and evidence-based career development programs to strengthen both students’ skills and self-belief, ensuring they are better prepared for the workforce. Future research should examine intervention-based and longitudinal approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of such programs over time
ISLAMIC FINANCE AS A MECHANISM FOR SUSTAINABLE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF SYSTEMIC TRANSFORMATIONS
The article considers the potential of Islamic finance as an institution of the moral economy capable of serving as an infrastructural foundation for sustainable regional development. By comparing the principles of Islamic finance with the categories of the moral economy (responsibility, justice, intrinsic expediency, virtues), the authors substantiate the thesis that it is possible to create an alternative development model focused not only on macroeconomic growth but also on the moral reproduction of social, environmental, and economic relations. Particular attention is given to the mechanisms of waqf, zakat, interest-free microfinance, and sukuk in supporting the real sector, promoting inclusion, and facilitating redistribution. The conclusion is drawn regarding the applicability of the Islamic financial model in regional strategies aimed at comprehensive sustainability and the institutional revival of the moral foundations of economic activity
AI BIBLIOMETRIX 5.0 FOR CULTURAL FACTORS, ORGANISATIONAL, AND LEADERSHIP ON DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL EFFICIENCY
This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to examine the interconnected influences of cultural factors, organisational dynamics, and leadership capabilities on digital transformation and educational efficiency, drawing on a dataset generated with AI Bibliometrix 5.0 to map the field\u27s intellectual landscape. The results show consistent growth in scientific production from 2016 to 2025, reflecting an increasing worldwide interest in digital transformation across multiple educational scenarios, with significant scientific output originating mainly from the USA, the UK, Australia, Indonesia, and China. Network co-occurrence and word-cloud map analyses demonstrate that research topics are increasingly converging on digital innovation, organisational readiness, leadership competencies, and cultural flexibility, emphasising how these factors together may determine successful transformative outcomes. Analysis of trend topics also reveals that digitalisation processes in education are highly influenced by institutional culture, the governance model, and leadership approach, which, in turn, impact the level of technology adoption and the institution’s operational effectiveness. The thematic map and the factorial analysis evidence significant shifts from basic research on digital adoption toward more mature themes focused on organisational efficiency, strategic alignment, and performance enhancement. The bibliometric results confirm that cultural openness, organisational agility, and transformative leadership are interrelated factors that substantially contribute to the positive outcomes of the digital transformation and the potential to improve educational effectiveness. The paper makes a contribution through a systematic, data-based synthesis of research patterns and thematic trends, thereby paving the way for further empirical research and policy development in digitally supported education
