DECOLONIZATION AND HUMAN MOBILITY IN CROSS-CULTURAL PSYCHOLOGY
This theoretical essay integrates critical perspectives on cross-cultural psychology, the concept of human mobility, and a policy implementation model to propose a renewed framework for professional practice. Starting from the recognition of cultural diversity as a fundamental reality (Matsumoto & Juang, 2004), the article examines criticisms of Western bias and "intellectual extractivism" in the field (Anjum & Aziz, 2024; Henrich et al., 2010). It is argued that adopting the term "mobility", rather than "migration", offers a more fluid and less charged lens for understanding human displacement and its psychological impacts (Cresswell, 2006). Next, Secchi\u27s public policy model (Abad, 2017) is used as a framework to operationalize the implementation of the APA Multicultural Guidelines (2017), promoting epistemic justice and practical competence. It is concluded that a relevant and ethical cross-cultural psychology must be anti-colonial, sensitive to power and mobility dynamics, and committed to structured processes of institutional change
TOOLS FOR HUMANIZING ARMED CONFLICTS IN INTERNATIONAL LAW
By examining their philosophical and legal underpinnings and evaluating the function of international legal norms and institutions in reducing the humanitarian effects of armed conflicts, this study investigates the instruments for humanizing armed conflicts within the framework of international law. Along with the function of international organizations and international criminal justice, the study focuses on international humanitarian law and international human rights law as the main tools for humanization. It also provides a critical evaluation of these instruments\u27 efficacy and prospects for the future, highlighting the primary obstacles they face in modern armed conflicts
GERMAN UNIT AND ITS IMPACT ON DETERMINING THE NATURE OF IMMIGRATION TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1871 – 1882
The study demonstrated the importance of the topic through the human, economic, and social strength it represented, which provided American society with the opportunity to invest the migrants’ expertise in agriculture, industry, and trade. It focused on examining migration routes and the ways German immigrants moved to the United States, clarifying the journey from the moment of departure from European ports until arrival at major American centers. It explained the mechanisms of operation of maritime transport companies and their role in organizing voyages and setting prices. The study also explored the difficult conditions that accompanied the migrants’ transatlantic passage, including health risks, shortages of supplies, and overcrowding on ships. Furthermore, it concentrated on analyzing the governmental procedures that accompanied the immigrants’ entry into American ports, particularly the legislation aimed at regulating the movement of newcomers, registering them, and monitoring their situations
This study aims to systematically and critically examine the concept of public accountability for village funds by integrating the local wisdom perspective of the Ammatoa Kajang tribe. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the PRISMA 2020 protocol, this study analysed 39 Scopus-indexed scientific articles published between 2009 and 2025 to identify models, theories, and practices of public accountability in village fund management. The synthesis results show that public accountability at the village level is generally still administratively and formalistically oriented, with a focus on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and external supervision. However, the local wisdom values of Ammatoa Kajang, such as Kamasemasea (simplicity), Pappasang (trustworthiness), and Tallasa Kamasemasea (living in harmony with nature), offer an alternative paradigm that emphasises moral, social, and ecological accountability. Using Jacques Derrida\u27s deconstructionist perspective, this study highlights the tension between transparency and power and opens up a reflective space for the formation of a hybrid accountability model that combines local ethics and formal mechanisms. This study contributes to the strengthening of culture-based public accountability theory and provides normative recommendations for participatory, inclusive, and socially just village governance policies.

VOICES FROM THE FIELD: AN EXPLORATORY SURVEY OF IMITATION AND FORMALISM IN NEO-CHINESE INTERIOR DESIGN
In recent years, Neo-Chinese Interior Design (NCID) has become a distinctive stylistic movement in China, reconceptualizing traditional Chinese cultural motifs through the lens of contemporary design. However, its rise has been accompanied by academic concerns regarding widespread imitation and formalism that may hinder its authentic evolution and cultural depth. This study investigates practicing designers’ critical perspectives on these phenomena. Using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from 70 interior designers in Qingdao, a major city in Eastern China. Quantitative analysis revealed that over half of the respondents acknowledge imitation and formalism as prevalent issues. Qualitative analysis of the data underscores a need for more theoretical and methodological guidance to move beyond imitation and achieve genuine innovation in NCID. The study concludes that the widespread imitation and formalism in contemporary NCID pose significant challenges to its sustainable development. Addressing these issues requires a multifaceted approach, including developing effective methods for integrating traditional culture with modern innovation through design education and bridging the education-market gap through practical verification. These findings not only provide essential references for the education and practice research of NCID but also offer valuable insights into the reinterpretation of traditional culture in contemporary interior design across other cultural contexts
INTEGRATING VR/AR INTO ROBOTIC SURGERY EDUCATION: A MODEL TO ENHANCE UPTAKE IN SAUDI HOSPITALS
There has been a sustained effort to highlight the potential of immersive technologies, such as XR, VR, and AR, to enhance surgical precision and improve accessibility in health and biotechnology from 2020 to 2025. In accordance with the PRISMA guidelines, 276 documents were retrieved from Web of Science (WoS), and 50 research articles were ultimately included in the study. Despite hard work in a new era of healthcare with even greater potential, further research is required to elucidate the future challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Adequate health literacy is a significant challenge because it influences relationships between patients and doctors, access, and self-management, all of which are essential for improved health outcomes. The study also identifies recent changes in medical education in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. It then performs a systematic review of current healthcare and training applications of virtual, augmented, and extended reality targeted at improving knowledge, skills, and user engagement. Furthermore, it analyzes how 6 G technologies can support low-latency m-health and VR/AR services and discusses the use of wearables and exoskeletons to minimize ergonomic risks. This work synthesizes the benefits and limitations of immersive technologies, proposes an integrative framework that links 6G, XR, and wearables for safe, practical training and care, and outlines future research directions, particularly for resource-poor settings
MODERATING EFFECT OF GREEN CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR AND RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GREEN SALE GROWTH AND GREEN BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: CASE OF RETAIL SECTOR AT HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM
This paper is a study about the effect of the green 7Ps in the marketing mix on green sale growth and then green business performance, with the green customer behavior item as a moderation variable between green promotion and green sale growth. This research aims to show the important role of the green marketing mix in the companies when customers request a green and friendly environment and green customer behavior influences the effect on firm revenue through green advertisement of the organization. Data was used for this research by surveying 260 managers of home stores in the retail industry in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, then selecting 252 samples as valid data. We used SmartPLS 3 software to analyze the data. The result show that all of factors in marketing mix are impact direction and positive significant to green sale growth item and achieve favorable green business performance, except green customer behavior variable is negative impact to green sale growth factor. Through this research, the author wants to verify and fill the previous research gap about green 7Ps in the car retail industry and specify the relationship between the green marketing mix and green sale growth (Eneizan et al., 2016) and green business performance. Simultaneously, this paper adds the role of the moderating variable (green customer behavior item) between the green promotion variable and the green sale growth factor; then, it’s proved that recycling products and green customer behavior have a negative impact on the green revenue of the firm. Clearly, if green consumers get green promotion information, their attitude and awareness will grow high, and they will want to protect their environment by reusing goods so that sell-out product quality will decrease. This study contributed to the knowledge about green business performance in the reuse products field and helped investors be careful as they chose goods for suitable company development
