Analysis of Switching Behavior of Buy Now Pay Later Product Users Using Push Pull Mooring Framework: Analisis Switching Behavior Pengguna Produk Buy Now Pay Later Menggunakan Push Pull Mooring Framework
Get PDFThe objective of this research is to identify the impacts of privacy concern as a push effect, monetary rewards of alternative as a pull effect, and inertia as a mooring effect on product switching behavior in buy now pay later among SPaylater users in Jabodetabek. The respondents of this quantitative study were selected through purposive sampling, and the data was analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares). The results of the assessment lead to conclusions that privacy concern as a push effect positively and significantly influences the switching behavior, that monetary rewards of alternative as a pull effect positively and significantly influences the switching behavior, and that inertia as a mooring effect has no effect on the switching behavior. Further, the results also indicate that inertia is not significant in moderating the impact of privacy concern on the switching behavior and the impact of monetary rewards of alternatives on the switching behavior. In addition this study finds factors that make individuals switch to other paylater services based on migrating or switching theory as well as consumer’s decision-making processes based on the studied variable

The research method used wasqualitative, this research involved interviews with MSME owners. The research results showedthat the adoption of digital marketing strategies significantly increased exposure to salted eggMSME products. Intervensi Edukasi Stunting di Desa Sidera, Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah
Get PDFStunting in children is still a major challenge in Indonesia, including in rural areas such as Sidera Village, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. The Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) on Stunting aims to assist the government\u27s efforts to accelerate the reduction in stunting rates by providing the community with education related to stunting prevention. Through this KKN, Tadulako University students are involved in activities integrating the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in community service and student competency development. The methods included field observation, direct education, and collaboration with local health counsellors. Observations are carried out to identify factors that cause stunting, such as environmental conditions and nutritional parenting patterns in children. Counselling provides education on the importance of nutritional intake, environmental cleanliness, and healthy eating patterns as preventive measures. The results of the activities show an increase in community knowledge about the causes of stunting and intervention steps that can be taken to reduce the risk of stunting. In conclusion, this program has succeeded in increasing awareness in the Sidera Village community about the importance of stunting prevention. It is expected to be an effective education model for other areas.
Stunting pada anak masih menjadi tantangan besar di Indonesia, termasuk di wilayah pedesaan seperti Desa Sidera, Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah. Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik Stunting bertujuan membantu upaya pemerintah dalam percepatan penurunan angka stunting dengan memberikan edukasi terkait pencegahan stunting kepada masyarakat. Melalui KKN ini, mahasiswa Universitas Tadulako terlibat dalam serangkaian kegiatan yang mengintegrasikan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya dalam bidang pengabdian masyarakat dan pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan mencakup observasi lapangan, edukasi langsung, serta kolaborasi dengan penyuluh kesehatan setempat. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab stunting, seperti kondisi lingkungan dan pola asuh gizi pada anak. Edukasi diberikan dalam bentuk penyuluhan tentang pentingnya asupan gizi, kebersihan lingkungan, dan pola makan sehat sebagai langkah preventif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai penyebab stunting serta langkah- langkah intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan risiko stunting. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Desa Sidera tentang pentingnya pencegahan stunting dan diharapkan dapat menjadi model edukasi yang efektif bagi wilayah lainnya
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENYERTAAN MODAL PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN NGANJUK PADA PDAM KABUPATEN NGANJUK
Get PDFPenelitian ini mempunyai tujuan melihat bagaimana Implementasi Kebijakan Penyertaan Modal Pemerintah Kabupaten Nganjuk pada PDAM Kabupaten Nganjuk serta ingin mengetahui apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat Implementasi Kebijakan Penyertaan Modal Pemerintah Kabupaten Nganjuk pada PDAM Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, peneliti menganalisis Implementasi Kebijakan Penyertaan Modal Pemerintah Kabupaten Nganjuk dengan menggunakan Teori dari Merilee S. Grindle yang mana menganalisis sebuah Implementasi berdasar pada konten dan konteks. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Penyertaan Modal Pemerintah Kabupaten Nganjuk Pada PDAM Kabupaten Nganjuk secara umum telah terimplementasi dengan baik, hanya saja terdapat beberapa catatan pada kedua dimensi. Pada dimensi Isi Kebijakan, dalam indikator pelaksana program dan sumber daya yang digunakan, PDAM sebagai pelaksana kebijakan masih menghadapi tantangan untuk dapat memperbaiki struktur permodalan BUMD, meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, dan mengembangkan usaha BUMD. Apabila ditelusur lebih dalam, tantangan tersebut berakar dari kurangnya SDM yang handal dan loyal dalam mengembangkan PDAM, sehingga perlu adanya pembangunan kembali citra PDAM, agar PDAM kembali memiliki daya tarik dan mampu mendapatkan SDM yang bagus dan loyal dalam mengembangkan PDAM. Faktor pendukung dalam implementasi ini adalah faktor ekonomi dan kepatuhan pelaksana yang cukup, sedangkan faktor penghambat dari implementasi ini adalah karakteristik organisasi dan sumber daya manusia
DENTAL AND ORAL HEALTH COUNSELING AND EXAMINATION AT SDN PAMONGAN 1 MOJO, KEDIRI
Get PDFDental and oral health problems remain a major concern in Indonesia, particularly among primary school children, with dental caries being the most prevalent issue. This community service activity was conducted through collaboration between Universitas Kadiri (Indonesia), Karnavati University (India), and SDN Pamongan 1 Mojo Kediri. The aim was to screen students’ dental and oral health while providing counseling on proper oral hygiene practices. The method included three stages: an opening session, dental examinations using disposable diagnostic instruments, and counseling sessions emphasizing correct brushing techniques, diet control, and regular check-ups. A total of 86 students participated, with results showing 74% had dental caries, 25% had healthy teeth, and 1% presented other conditions. The counseling sessions were interactive and well received by students and teachers. Jika seorang wanita siap dengan perubahan fisik dan mental yang dialami selama kehamilan, maka akan lebih mudah menyesuaikan diri dalam menjalani kehamilan sehingga perasaan cemas akan berkurang. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada mitra adalah masih rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan mengenai perencanaan kehamilan bagi wanita usia subur di Kelurahan Pojok . Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai perencanaan kehamilan bagi wanita usia subur di Kelurahan Pojok . A Systematic Literature Review of MSME’s Internal Control
Get PDFThis article is a Systematic Literature Review that aims to summarize the results of previous research on MSME\u27s internal control. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) technique is used with the help of a tool called Watase UAKE. The filtration used is articles spread across Scopus Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 with a time span of 2015 to 2025. The review results show that 2022 is the year in which this topic is most researched, producing 2 articles. The countries of origin of researchers are spread across Brazil, Egypt, Indonesia, Sweden, USA and Spain. The most cited article is an article by Johnstone & Leanne in 2022 entitled the means to substantive performance improvements - environmental management control systems in ISO 14001- certified SMEs. This article result is about SMEs often having difficulty in designing and monitoring environmental control because it involves external aspects such as audits and regulations. As a result, the Environmental Management and Control System or EMCS they developed is broad and complex, spanning strategic and operational levels, and involving parties outside the organization. Communication Strategy for Counselor Agriculture During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Ensuring Success and Safeguarding Efforts in the Agricultural Sector
Get PDFAgricultural extension endeavors in Bocek Village, Karangploso District persist in bolstering agricultural production despite pandemic restrictions. The study scrutinized the communication strategies employed by agricultural extension personnel in disseminating information to farmer groups during the COVID-19 period. The survey methodology, encompassing cell phone interviews and questionnaires, was administered to 30 farmers and extension workers via purposive sampling. Findings indicated that individual face-to-face and cellular telephone-mediated communications were utilized, as group gatherings were curtailed due to restrictions. Alternatives such as farm and home visits were pursued. Farmers continued to adopt recommended technologies and implement provided recommendations, with the performance of agricultural extension falling within a moderate category. Despite challenges, agricultural extension activities persevered amid the pandemic. The messaging conveyed by BPP Karangploso extension workers not only addresses the needs but also employs language that is comprehensible, enabling farmers to readily grasp and respond effectively to the conveyed message

Hutan lindung memiliki pesona yang tidak kalah dengan pesisir gamat Bay namun potensinya belum banyak dikenal orang. Oleh karena itu Desa Sakti ingin mengembangkan DTW Gamat Bay sebagai ekspansi daya tarik yang ditawarkan bagi wisatawan untuk menikmati sudut lain dari Pulau Nusa Penida. Terdapat lima pilar yang dapat berperan dalam pengembangan pariwisata terhadap kawasan Nusa Penida khususnya Gamat Bay yang terdiri dari Atraksi, Aksesibilitas, Amenitas, Ancilleries dan Comunity Involvement. Kawasan Hutan Lindung dalam kawasan Gamat Bay di Desa Sakti memiliki luasan sekitar 33 hektar sebagai Hutan Lindung. Secara harfiah perancangan aksesibilitas dan RTH dapat menjadi hal utama dalam perancangan kawasan pariwisata sebagai penghubung antar zona maupun antara fasilis. Pada umumnya aksesibilitas merupakan derajat kemudahan pencapaian maupun penggunaan baik terhadap lingkungan maupun objek serta pelayanan. Aksesibilitas terbagi atas dua, yakni aksesibilitas fisik dan non fisik, aksesibilitas fisik meliputi akses pada bangunan umum, akses pada jalan umum, pada pertamanan dan pemakaman umum, dan taman kota. Aksesibilitas dirancangan sebagai penghubung area antar zona serta sebagai akses terhadap fasiltias-fasilitas penunjang pariwisata pada Kawasan Hutan Lindung. Implementation of Corporate Governance in Emerging Markets: Indonesia Stock Exchange and Singapore Stock Exchange
No full textThe objective of this study is to examine the execution of corporate governance in manufacturing sector firms listed on Indonesia and Singapore\u27s stock exchanges. The study reveals that an increase in the frequency of audit committee meetings has a substantial and favorable impact on Indonesia\u27s financial performance. Conversely, in the case of Singapore, there is a notable adverse impact on financial performance. However, the presence of an independent board of commissioners, a higher frequency of commissioner’s meetings, a more significant percentage of managerial share ownership, and the magnitude of the Board of Commissioners have a substantial adverse impact on ROA. Conversely, the frequency of board commissioner meetings and the extent of managerial share ownership hurt Tobin\u27s Q. The presence of an independent board of commissioners and the number of commissioners on the Board does not substantially impact Tobin\u27s Q. In the case of Singapore, the presence of an independent board of commissioners, the size of the Board, the frequency of board meetings, and the overall percentage of managerial share ownership do not have a noteworthy impact on ROA. Conversely, the quantity of Board of Commissioners meetings has a favorable impact on Tobin\u27s Q. The overall proportion of ownership held by managers negatively impacts Tobin\u27s Q. Both the autonomy of the Board of Commissioners and its size do not substantially influence Tobin\u27s Q
