Increasing Compressive Strength of Self Compacting Concrete with MasterGlenium and MasterSure
The growth in development complexity demands innovation in the construction industry. Self-compacting concrete (SCC) can flow and fill mold cavities without additional vibration, offering an efficient solution for structures with complex shapes or tight spaces. In addition, SCC can speed up bonding and simplify workability by adding MasterGlenium and MasterSure superplasticizers. However, its use is limited due to a lack of understanding of the optimal composition of the mixture. The research aims to determine the effect of adding MasterGlenium and Maste Sure in the concrete mixture on the compressive strength of concrete. Experimental research was conducted with a mixture of MasterGlenium additives at 0.25%, 0,30%, 0,35%, 0.40%, and MasterSure 0.30% of the total binder. Slump and compressive strength tests of concrete are carried out to determine workability and quality performance. The research results showed that the optimal concrete mix with the addition of MasterGlenium 0.35% and MasterSure 0.30% was 25.39 Mpa, higher than Normal concrete 15.21 Mpa. The slump test results confirm that the concrete is classified as SCC. This shows the importance of the composition of MasterGlenium and MasterSure superplasticizers on the compressive strength of SCC concrete. So, the results of this research can be used to improve the quality of concrete structure projects
PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN DENGAN MEDIA BOOKLET TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL YANG MENGALAMI HIPERTENSI DALAM KEHAMILAN (HDK)
Background : The factor that makes the high incidence of hypertension in pregnancy is the lack of knowledge of pregnant women. The increase in cases of hypertension in pregnancy, health education with booklet media plays an important role in increasing the insight of pregnant women\u27s knowledge.
Objective : Knowing the influence of health education with booklet media on knowledge of pregnant women who experience hypertension in pregnancy at Aura Syifa Kediri Hospital.
Method : The research is a quantitative with a pretest-posttest research design. Sampling with non probability namely total sampling, obtained a sample of 30 respondents. Data collection using observation sheets, namely questionnaires.
Results : There is an influence of health education with booklet media on the knowledge of pregnant women who experience hypertension in pregnancy at Aura Syifa Kediri Hospital.
Suggestion : Researchers can further develop media used for health education counseling to be more varied to increase knowledge of pregnant women who experience hypertension in pregnancy.

Bertambahnya kasus hipertensi dalam kehamilan, pendidikan kesehatan dengan media booklet berperan penting dalam menambah wawasan peengetahuan ibu hamil. Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan media booklet terhadap pengetahuan pada ibu hamil yang mengalami hipertensi dalam kehamilan di Rumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kediri. Metode : Desain penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian one grup pretest-posttest. Pengambilan sampel dengan non probability yaitu total sampling, didapatkan sampel 30 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi yaitu kuesioner. Hasil : Penelitian inimenggunakan uji wilcoxon Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan media booklet terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil yang mengalami hipertensi dalam kehamilan diRumah Sakit Aura Syifa Kediri. Saran : Peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan media digunakan penyuluhan pendidikan kesehatan agar lebih bervariasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil yang mengalami hipertensi dalam kehamilan
Analisis Perubahan Desain Gedung Pada Tahap Konstruksi Terhadap Perhitungan Volume dan Bill of Quantity (BoQ)
Construction design changes are a challenge that requires quick adjustments in project documents, especially in the Bill of Quantity (BoQ). These adjustments reflect major changes in costs and material requirements. The use of digital technology is key to facilitating this process, enabling faster and more accurate revisions. This research aims to compare volume calculations using Revit and manual volume calculations resulting from design changes in the YOGYA Kota Baru Parahyangan Development Project. In the process, the volume of material required for various construction elements is calculated manually and with the help of digital technology. The results of these two methods were then compared to determine significant differences and evaluate each method\u27s efficiency and accuracy. This results show that the volume difference in profile steel profiles is +47.78%; concrete +21.83%; piles +12.06%; and reinforcement +2.00%. These findings show that Revit provides more accurate and detailed results than manual calculations, which are often prone to human error. Using Revit can speed up the design adjustment process, reduce costs and project completion time. This research contributes by providing empirical evidence of the benefits of digital technology in construction and practical guidance for professionals in choosing the right calculation method
PENGARUH HARGA DAN DESAIN PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK FASHION E-MARKETPLACE DENGAN MEDIASI CITRA MEREK
This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product design on the purchase decision of e-marketplace fashion products with brand image mediation in Bali Province. This study obtained 200 valid samples. This study used PLS-based SEM as an analytical tool. The results showed that price, product design, and brand image have a positive and significant influence on brand image and purchase decision. Brand image mediates the influence of price and product design on purchase decision. Aspects that need to be considered to increase purchase intention through prices are ensuring prices are affordable by the target market, prices in accordance with product quality, competitive prices with similar competitors\u27 offers, prices following the benefits obtained by consumers, and providing regular discounts. In the product design aspect, namely up-to-date clothing models, varied product design choices, materials with long durability, comfortable products to wear, and stylish. In brand image, marketers need to ensure the brand is known to consumers, has a good reputation, and builds a good emotional connection with consumers. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh harga dan desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion e-marketplace dengan mediasi citra merek di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini memperoleh 200 sampel valid. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM berbasis PLS sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan harga, desain produk, dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek dan keputusan pembelian. Citra merek memediasi pengaruh harga dan desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Aspek-aspek yang perlu diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan minat pembelian melalui harga adalah memastikan harga terjangkau oleh target pasar, harga sesuai dengan kualitas produk, harga kompetitif dengan tawaran pesaing sejenis, harga sesuai dengan manfaat yang diperoleh konsumen, dan memberikan diskon secara reguler. Pada aspek desain produk yaitu kebaruan model pakaian yang ditawarkan, pilihan desain produk bervariasi, material dengan daya tahan yang lama, produk nyaman dipakai, dan bergaya. Pada citra merek, pemasar perlu memastikan merek dikenal konsumen, memiliki reputasi yang baik, serta membangun hubungan emosional yang baik dengan konsumen.

The Pempek Fenny culinary industry still uses a manual system. This study builds a pempek order information system to improve the information system with various features and measure user satisfaction. The research method uses a mixed method with an action research approach. The population is theculinary industry owner and 6 of its customers purposively. The procedures carried out are problem identification, literature study collection, data collection, system testing, and system evaluation. This finding resulted in efficiency because some activities that were previously done manually can be done automatically by the system with a satisfaction of 3.7. Solusi Berkelanjutan untuk Perbaikan Kualitas Innerbox di PT. BKI Surabaya
Surabaya is the center of a growing manufacturing industry that always strives to improve the quality of its products. One company that faces serious problems is PT. BKI, which faces a high rate of innerbox defects with potential negative impact on product quality. The study used Six Sigma methodology to identify and address the root cause of innerbox defects within two months. The results of the analysis show that the main causes of innerbox defects include structuring, material, management, environmental problems, as well as improper assembly methods. The proposed solution involves the use of duplex-type cardboard materials, improved assembly techniques, regular machine maintenance, and environmental control. The use of stripping bands instead of duct tape on innerbox packaging is an effective improvement. The implementation of control for two months showed an increase in sigma value from 2.94 to 2.83. Perancangan Alat Pengangkut Telur yang Ergonomis Menggunakan Pendekatan Ergonomi dan Value Engineering
Food, especially eggs, is essential and increasingly demanded in Indonesia. High egg consumption in Sumbawa boosts distribution needs, necessitating in-depth ergonomic research to reduce musculoskeletal pain risks for workers. Identifying workload and ergonomic risks is crucial in material handling studies. With %CVL ranging from 14.8%-27.1%, the design of egg-lifting tools and value engineering methodologies are required for cost optimization and safety. This study designs and evaluates ergonomic aids for egg transportation. The quantitative research at UD. Saudaraku, Sumbawa, employs %CVL > 22% and value engineering methods to design ergonomic egg transport tools. The sample includes three workers with a pulse rate > 170 bpm, with measurements taken using a pulse oximeter and MSDs questionnaires. The study identifies issues with manual methods and heavy loads in egg handling, causing fatigue and pain in 100% of workers. Evaluation reveals cardiovascular fatigue risks with %CVL between 32.7%-34.4%. PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN BANK DALAM PENGAMBILAN RISIKO BANK DI INDONESIA (RISK-TAKING)
Another function of the bank is as a trust service in which the bank carries out money transfers. The function of banks illustrates that the existence of banks is important in a country\u27s economy. Government ownership tends to be more difficult to reject government interference through decision making and policy, while privately owned banks tend to be more able to reject or oppose government policies that are expected to disrupt the running of the company. This research uses 3 (three) types of variables, namely, dependent, independent and control variables. The dependent variable in this research is the risk taking carried out by the bank, and the independent variable in this research is the bank ownership structure. Meanwhile, the control variables are bank size, bank efficiency, bank loan to deposits ratio (LDR), and bank capital adequacy ratio (CAR). regression test using a robustness check with the dependent variable bank risk taking (LnZscore) it can be concluded that the independent variable bank ownership structure (Ownership) has no significant effect on bank risk taking (LnZscore)
Evaluasi Pendapatan dan Strategi Pemasaran dalam Usaha Pertanian Cabai Merah (Capsicum annum L.) Desa Puncu Kabupaten Kediri
The development of the agricultural sector has the main objective of increasing food production and nutrition and improving the standard of living and welfare of the community. One of the potential contributors to the income of the farmers studied is the red chili plant. This research was conducted in Puncu Village, Kediri Regency, as a red chili production center. The research used a census method with 15 red chili farmer respondents. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires with farmers and traders. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. The research results show that red chili farming in Puncu Village, Kediri, produces an average of 8,823 kg/ha with a total production cost of IDR34,594,639 per hectare. Farmers\u27 income reaches IDR218,218,667, so the profit per hectare reaches IDR183,624,028 with an R/C ratio of 6.43, indicating significant profits. Red chili marketing was carried out through two channels where the first channel (farmers to retailers to consumers) was classified as efficient, with an efficiency level of 1.07%. Meanwhile, the second channel (farmer to collector to retailer to consumer) could be more efficient, with an efficiency level of 3.13%. Analysis of costs, profits, and marketing efficiency provides a deeper understanding of the economic dynamics in the red chili sector in Puncu Village, Kediri.
Pembangunan sektor pertanian memiliki tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan produksi pangan dan gizi, serta meningkatkan taraf hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu potensi penyumbang pendapatan petani yang diteliti adalah tanaman cabai merah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Puncu, Kabupaten Kediri, sebagai sentra produksi cabai merah. Penelitian menggunakan metode sensus dengan 15 responden petani cabai merah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner kepada petani dan pedagang. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani cabai merah di Desa Puncu, Kediri, rata-rata menghasilkan 8.823 kg/ha dengan total biaya produksi Rp34.594.639 per hektar. Penerimaan petani mencapai Rp218.218.667, sehingga keuntungan per hektar mencapai Rp183.624.028 dengan R/C ratio 6,43, menandakan keuntungan yang signifikan. Pemasaran cabai merah dilakukan melalui dua saluran, dimana saluran pertama (petani ke pedagang pengecer ke konsumen) tergolong efisien dengan tingkat efisiensi 1,07%. Sementara itu, saluran kedua (petani ke pedagang pengumpul ke pedagang pengecer ke konsumen) tidak efisien dengan tingkat efisiensi 3,13%. Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Labu Air (Lagenaria siceraria) pada Perlakuan Dosis Pupuk Majemuk NPK dan Pupuk Organik Cair
Fertilization is a crucial factor in meeting the nutritional needs of plants, especially involvin balanced organic and inorganic fertilizers to maintain soil fertility and agroecosystem balance for agricultural sustainability. As a significant crop in consumption and having high economic potential, water gourd is the research focus. This research explores the impact of varying doses of NPK compound fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and production of water gourds. The experiment was conducted in Sugihwaras Hamlet, Babadan Village, Patianrowo District, Nganjuk Regency, from May to July 2022. The experimental design was a Randomized Group (RAK) with two factors. The first factor is the dosage of NPK compound fertilizer (g/plant), which consists of 3 levels, namely 40 (P1), 50 (P2), and 60 (P3). The second factor is the dose of POC Phonska Oca (ml/plant), consisting of 3 levels, namely 5 (O1), 7.5 (O2), and 10 (O3). Observation data was analyzed using variance; if the results showed a significant effect, the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test was continued at the 5% level. From this research, the combination of treatments between doses of NPK compound fertilizer and POC Phonsa Oca had no significant effect on all variables observed. Treatment with a compound fertilizer dose of 50 gr NPK/plant (P2) gave the highest plant length (615.11 cm) and the highest number of fruit (13.67 fruit). Meanwhile, POC Phonska Oca with a dose of 10 ml/plant (O3) produced the highest plant length namely 596.93 cm, and POC Phonska Oca with a dose of 7.5 ml/plant (O2) produced the most fruit, namely 12. Pemupukan merupakan faktor krusial dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi tanaman, khususnya melibatkan pemupukan organik dan anorganik secara seimbang untuk menjaga kesuburan tanah dan keseimbangan agroekosistem demi keberlanjutan pertanian. Labu air, sebagai tanaman signifikan dalam konsumsi dan memiliki potensi ekonomi tinggi, menjadi fokus penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dampak dari variasi dosis pupuk majemuk NPK dan pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi labu air. Percobaan dilakukan di Dusun Sugihwaras, Desa Babadan, Kecamatan Patianrowo, Kabupaten Nganjuk, pada bulan Mei hingga Juli 2022. Rancangan percobaan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor. Faktor yang kesatu adalah dosis pupuk majemuk NPK (g/tanaman), terdiri 3 level, yaitu: 40 (P1); 50 (P2); 60 (P3). Faktor kedua adalah dosis POC Phonska Oca (ml/tanaman), terdiri 3 level, yaitu: 5 (O1); 7,5 (O2); 10 (O3. Data pengamatan dianalisis dengan sidik ragam, seandainya hasilnya menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dilanjutkan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) taraf 5%. Dari penelitian tersebut menghasilkan kombinasi perlakuan antara dosis pupuk. majemuk NPK dan POC Phonsa Oca tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel yang diamati. Perlakuan dosis pupuk majemuk NPK 50 gr/tanaman (P2) memberikan panjang tanaman tertinggi (615,11 cm) dan jumlah buah tertinggi (13,67 buah). Sementara itu, POC Phonska dengan dosis 10 ml/tanaman (O3) menghasilkan panjang tanaman tertinggi yaitu 596,93 cm, dan POC Phonska Oca dengan dosis 7,5 ml/tanaman (O2) menghasilkan buah terbanyak yaitu 12 buah. Perlakuan pupuk majemuk NPK dan POC Phonska Oca dengan berbagai variasi dosis menunjukkan perbedaan yang tidak signifikan terhadap berat, panjang, dan diameter buah labu air
