The Serial Mediation Role of Dividend Policy and Capital Structure in Relationship Between Financial Flexibility and Financial Performance
This research aimed to investigate the serial mediation role of dividend policy and capital structure in the relationship between financial flexibility and financial performance. The population of this research consists of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the 13 years (2010 to 2022). Purposive sampling was used. Based on the determined criteria, six companies were chosen as the sample of this research. Data were collected from financial reports on the IDX website to obtain proxies for each variable used. The data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics, including Path Analysis and the Sobel test, to examine mediation. The results show that of the 10 proposed hypotheses, four are not significant: financial flexibility does not significantly affect financial performance, either directly or through capital structure, or through the serial mediation of dividend policy and capital structure. Financial flexibility also does not directly affect capital structure. This provides empirical evidence that managing cash holdings alone, as a risk-free asset, is insufficient to mitigate risk and improve financial performance, given that property and real estate companies require large capital expenditures due to their inherent characteristics
B2B E-Commerce Adoption and Competitive Advantage: Insights from SMEs in East Java
The rapid advancement of digital technology has encouraged small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to adopt business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce as a strategic tool to enhance their competitive advantage. However, the level of B2B e-commerce adoption among SMEs varies, influenced by technological, organizational, and environmental factors. This study examines the impact of B2B e-commerce adoption on SMEs in East Java, focusing on its role in improving cost efficiency, differentiation, growth, and product quality. The research employs a quantitative approach, surveying SMEs engaged in manufacturing and affiliated with industry associations. The findings reveal that relative advantage, top management support, firm size, business partner pressure, and government support significantly influence the adoption of higher levels of B2B e-commerce. Furthermore, a higher level of adoption is positively correlated with improved competitive advantage, particularly in facilitating business expansion and increasing market reach. The results highlight the need for policymakers and business stakeholders to support SMEs in adopting advanced e-commerce solutions. This study contributes to the existing literature by demonstrating the staged adoption of B2B e-commerce and its direct and indirect effects on SME competitiveness

The novelty of this study lies in the strong direct impact of entrepreneurial marketing on the performance of tofu-processing SMEs in a local community context, while entrepreneurial orientation shows a negative tendency, providing new insights into the dynamics of entrepreneurial characteristics in traditional businesses. Strategi Mitigasi Risiko Supply Chain pada Industri Pakaian melalui Analisis SWOT dan House of Risk
The clothing industry is one of the manufacturing sectors that is highly dependent on the smooth supply chain. Disruptions in the procurement, production, and distribution processes can pose various risks that have an impact on the efficiency and continuity of the company\u27s operations. This study aims to identify the sources of risk in the supply chain of the clothing industry and formulate effective mitigation strategies. The qualitative approach was used through a case study on one of the clothing companies, with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation studies. The analysis was carried out using the SWOT method to map internal and external factors, as well as the House of Risk (HOR) method to identify and prioritize risks and mitigation strategies. The results show that there are 17 risk events and 20 main risk agents that affect the company\u27s supply chain. Based on the calculation of Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) and effectiveness to hardship ratio (ETD), six priority mitigation strategies were obtained that can significantly reduce the impact of risk. The implementation of HOR-based mitigation strategies can help companies manage supply chain risks more sistematically and measurably, as well as increase competitiveness and operational sustainability amid market uncertainty
