MENGATASI MOTIVASI BELAJAR RENDAH SISWA DENGAN TEKNIK BEHAVIORAL
No full textMotivation is very important in students to increase interest in learning. In fact there are students who do have low motivation in learning which impacts on their learning outcomes. This study aims to improve low learning motivation at MA Nurul Ummah sampit by applying a Behavioral approach. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. Data collection in this study uses interview, observation and documentation. The object of this study is low learning motivation. The subject of this study was one of the XII students at MA Nurul Ummah Sampit. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. For data validity checking techniques are using source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the application of Behavioral techniques succeeded in increasing low learning motivation. The increase in motivation of students from low categories becomes a high category after carrying out individual counseling
MINAT KUNJUNGAN MASYARAKAT KE KANTOR PERPUSTAKAAN
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat kunjungan masyarakat ke kantor perpustakaan arsip dan dokumentasi kota Sampit Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota perpustakaan arsip dan dokumentasi yang berjumlah 927 orang mengingat jumlah populasi begitu besar maka penulis menarik sampel sebesar 10% Jumlah Populasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan sampel adalah teknik Sampling intsidental, maka jumlah sampel adalah 93 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skoring. Hasil penelitian dari variable minat adalah responden yang memiliki minat rendah sebesar 17.20% dengan jumlah 16 responden, responden yang memiliki minat sedang sebesar 64.51% dengan jumlah 60 responden dan responden yang memiliki minat tinggi sebesar 18.27% dengan jumlah 17 responden

No full textKinerja guru ditentukan oleh keahlian dan kemampuan guru yang bersangkutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di sekolah se-Kota Besi yang berjumlah 52 guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 15 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa ada ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, ada pengaruh yang siginifikan lingkungann kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah se-Kota besi tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019
KESULITAN BELAJAR SISWA PADA PELAJARAN IPS DI SMP NEGERI 11 SAMPIT
No full textAktivitas belajar siswa seringkali mengalami kesulitan belajar dari faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ips terpadu. Subjek dalam penelitiaan ini adalah siswa kelas viii di SMP Negeri 11 Sampit tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 2 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pedoman observasi dan wawancara. FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT PESERTA DIDIK SEKOLAH DI MADRASAH
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor yang mempengaruhi minat siswa sekolah di Madrasah.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X (sepuluh) Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kotawaringin Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019, yang kemudian di ambil sebanyak 55 siswa sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor yang dibantu dengan SPSS 15.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa faktor internal dan ekternal secara bersama-sama terhadap minat peserta didik sekolah di MAN Kotawaringin Timur adalah sebesar 98.496% sedangkan 1.504 % sisanya dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain

No full textThis study aims to determine Students' perceptions of professional competence and Teacher's Work Motivation on Student Learning Outcomes of Class VIII in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kotawaringin Timur Academic Year 2019/2020. The population in this study was eighth grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kotawaringin Timur Academic Year 2019/2020, totaling 256 students. The technique used in collecting samples was proportional random sampling technique, so the number of samples was 80 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that there was no influence there was no effect of students' perceptions about professional competence and Teacher Work Motivation together on student learning outcomes indicated by the value of Fcount < Ftable is 0.465 < 3.11

No full textCybercounseling services are considered very suitable for reaching students who need help, because many students experience problems when learning to be brave during the Covid-19 pandemic. The focus of this research is about the problems faced by students during courageous learning, and about cybercounseling carried out by guidance and counseling teachers in an effort to overcome the problems faced by these students. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with the research subjects being students of the East Kotawaringin Madrasah Aliyah (MAN), which is referred to as 35 people. The interview method used interview data through the What's App application when counseling was conducted, and data analysis used a qualitative descriptive method. Problems that arise from students during learning during the Covid-19 emergency are quite diverse, starting from internal factors and internal factors. The presence of cybercounseling conducted by guidance and counseling teachers provides valuable meaning for students to facilitate students to be able to make behaviour changes, construct thoughts, develop the ability to cope with life situations during this pandemic, make decisions that affect them, and succeed. learn the learners

No full textPersonality problems are very closely related to one’s self, as is the nature of introverted. If the introverted is owned by someone, it will cause him to become someone who is vindictive, unable to establish relationship with other people and will have difficulty communicating well.This study aims to overcome children who have introverted nature by applying Gestalt counseling models with reversal techniques. Intake of data is using qualitative descriptive methods with case study approach.The results of this study indicate that the application of the Gestalt counseling model with reversal techniques successfully composed student who have introverted traits. There is a decrease in introverted characteristics from high category to low category after carrying out individual counseling

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru di SMA Negeri 4 Sampit tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMA Negeri 4 Sampit yang berjumlah 29 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru di SMA Negeri 4 Sampit tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 memiliki kompetensi profesional didominasi dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 19 responden dengan persentase 65,52%

No full textThis paper aims to determine the implementation of evaluation techniques for Islamic religious education. This paper uses a qualitative approach and literature study methods. Based on the results of the discussion, evaluation consists of measurement and assessment. In the context of learning, evaluation has a very important and strategic position, because it included in the steps or learning. The goal is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning system. In general, the principle of evaluation consists of continuity, comprehensive, fair, objective, cooperative, and accountability. In terms of its type, learning evaluation consists of evaluation of planning, development, monitoring, impact, efficiency, and comprehensive programs. Judging from the object, learning evaluation includes input, transformation, and output. As for the subject is educators, officers who have been coached, even students can evaluate they-self. From a technical point of view, it consists of tests and non-tests. The implementation of the Islamic Religious Education learning test technique must be carried out continuously, comprehensively, and integrated. Thus, Islamic education educators must be able to evaluate the development of students including aspects, aqliyah, qolbiyah, dan amaliyah
