PERANAN PEMERINTAH DAN KESADARAN MUZAKKI DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KESEJAHTERAAN
Get PDFWelfare is a goal to be achieved in the economy. In Islam, welfare is the right of each individual people (ummah), and the state's obligation to make it happen. When this condition is not felt by the people (the people), it is an indication that the people and the state are facing serious problems and a fundamental solution is needed to overcome these problems. In an Islamic perspective, the solution is none other than returning to the totality of the application of syara' law (Islamic law) in life, including by conducting muzakki education so that there is an increase in awareness in carrying out the obligations of the assets entrusted to him by Allah, through the distribution of zakat on assets (zakatu al-maal). When the awareness of muzakki increases and is strengthened by the government's role in the management of zakat, automatically zakat will become one of the economic instruments in realizing the welfare of the people. This research is literacy research or literature review. Research that examines or critically reviews knowledge, ideas, or findings contained in the body of academic-oriented literature, as well as formulating theoretical and methodological contributions to certain topics. From the research it was concluded that normatively, the government's role in zakat management is a reflection of two roles, namely as the sole manager of the economy and giving sanctions to muzakki who refuse to pay zakat. Currently, the government's role is ineffective, due to three reasons, namely; (1) the Islamic economic education curriculum is partial, incomplete and comprehensive, (2) the existing Zakat Law is less than ideal, and (3) the application of Islam is not totality in society. This is due to the implementation of Islam, including the implementation of the Zakat Law which is not in its habitat, namely the capitalistic system. The existing Zakat Law should be applied in the Islamic system. The application of the Islamic system through the six steps outlined in Islam, both tactical and strategic, will create a prosperous society
PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN REMOTE AUDIT TERHADAP KINERJA PEMERIKSA BPK PERWAKILAN PROVINSI RIAU SELAMA MASA PANDEMI
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Remote Audit terhadap Kinerja Pemeriksa pada Kantor BPK Provinsi Riau. Variabel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian terdiri atas variabel independen yaitu Penggunaan dan variabel dependen yakni kinerja pemeriksa keuangan pada masa Pandemi . Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tersebut digunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi pengaruh (correlation studies) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, diharapkan akan didapatkan hasil pengukuran yang lebih akurat tentang respon yang diberikan oleh responden, sehingga data yang berbentuk angka tersebut dapat diolah dengan menggunakan statistik yaitu uji normalitas, uji validitas , reliabilitas serta uji hipotesa T dan F. Populasi dalam penelitian ini di batasi pada pemeriksa keuangan Kantor BPK Provinsi Riau. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 30 orang pemeriksa keuangan. Pengambilan sampel dalam menggunakan kuosioner yang mengunakan skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan pada taraf signifikan 95%. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa variabel Pelaksanaan Remote Audit berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Riau Selama Masa Pandemi

Implementation of Online Learning by Indonesian Language Teachers at High School Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru
No full textLatar belakang dalam penelitian ini yaitu pembelajaran daring membuat guru yang berusia di atas 50 tahun ke atas kewalahan dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi pada pembelajaran daring. Namun hal ini menjadi pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, dan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring masih sama dengan pembelajaran tatap muka secara langsung, yaitu dari komponen perencanaan, komponen pelaksanaan, dan komponen evaluasi masih tetap dilakukan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring sudah terlaksana cukup baik. Hal ini disebabkan guru telah mempersiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Namun, pembelajaran daring memiliki kendala dalam pelaksanaannya kondisi jaringan yang tidak stabil dan kesulitan peserta didik memahami materi pembelajaran adalah tantangan tersendiri dalam pembelajaran daring.The background in this study is that online learning makes teachers aged over 50 years and over overwhelmed in following technological developments in online learning. However, this becomes the knowledge and skills of teachers in the implementation of online learning. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method, with interview data collection techniques, and descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of online learning was still the same as face-to-face learning, namely from the planning component, implementation component, and evaluation component. The implementation of online learning has been carried out quite well. This is because the teacher has prepared lesson plans, implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning. However, online learning has obstacles in its implementation, unstable network conditions and difficulties for students to understand learning materials are challenges in online learning

Through the study of the Strata Norm Roman Ingarden, it is hoped that the beauty of poetry and the clarity of meaning is reflected in the layers of sound, layers of meaning and layers of objects. The problems in this research are: How is the analysis of the Strata Norms of Roman Ingarden in the Anthology of the Poetry of the Fire Verses by Sapardi Djoko Damono? This research uses a descriptive method. Data collection techniques using hermeneutic techniques and analyzed by content analysis techniques (content analysis). The results of this study can be concluded that there is a normative stratum of Roman Ingarden in the poetry anthology of Ayat-ayat Api by Sapardi Djoko Damono in the form of layers of sound including vowel repetition (assonance) and consonant repetition (alliteration). Then there are layers of meaning in the form of lexical meaning and grammatical meaning. Furthermore, there is an object layer containing the actors, the setting of the place, the setting of time and the objects presented in the poem

This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative research design. The research method was chosen to answer the research objective, namely to describe the feasibility of the Indonesian-language Smart Textbook for SMA class X Revised 2013 Curriculum published by Erlangga. Data collection techniques using the method of observation (observation). The data analysis technique in this study was carried out descriptively based on the BSNP/PusBuk.PP category table. 19/2005 Article 43 paragraph (5) states that the appropriateness of the content, language, presentation, and graphics of textbooks is assessed by BSNP and stipulated by a Ministerial Regulation. The aspect of feasibility that is observed is the feasibility of graphics. The instrumental items to be analyzed consist of: (1) Book Format Size; (2) Leather Part Design; (3) Contents Section Design; (4) Paper Quality; (5) Print Quality and; (6) Volume Quality

Where is the Eligibility Language it has a section, it's in terms of straightforwardness of languagein textbooks, where is the simplicity in Indonesian textbooks The 2013 curriculum published by the 2018 edition of the Ministry of Education and Culture is good. Then from a communicative point of view, this section is also a language textbook Indonesia Curriculum 2013 published by the 2018 edition of the Ministry of Education and Culture has pretty good. The dialogue and interactive parts are also good, already includes all existing book assessments. And finally the suitability with the development of Indonesian textbook students The 2013 curriculum published by the 2018 edition of the Ministry of Education and Culture is good, a lotin the book there is a suitability for the development of students and very relevant.

Gaya hidup, tontonan, idola, dan banyak lagi aspek yang jika tidak diperhatikan secara serius akan menambah semakin semu kualitas dan peran dalam sebuah keluarga. Orang tua dalam hal ini harus benar benar mengontrol dan memberikan pendidikan mengenai makna dari “birrul walidain” agar tidak hanya mengharapkan anak yang berbakti namun juga menjadikan anak tau bahwa nilai tersebut bersumber besar dari agama Islam. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di RT 01, Kelurahan Mundam Kecamatan Medang Kampai Kota Dumai, dengan jarak tempuh menggunakan jalan tol sekitar 2 jam 40 menit, kegiatan ini nantinya akan memberikan pelatihan kepada ibu-ibu majelis taklim RT 03, Kelurahan Mundam Kec. Medang Kampai tentang Birrul Walidain. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada ibu-ibu untuk mendidik anak menuju, Birrul Walidain. Harapannya setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini agar ibu-ibu memperoleh bekal ilmu pengetahuan untuk diberikan kepada anak-anak menuju hidup Birrul Walidain, agar anak-anak ini kelak punya masa depan yang cerah, menjadi generasi yang hebat, akhlak yang baik sehingga memperoleh kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat

Get PDFPenelitian bertujuan mengkaji kecerdasan spiritual, kepatuhan peraturam dan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah menengah atas. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dan melibatkan guru, peserta didik dan guru bimbingan konseling sebagai informan penelitian. Data dikumpulakn dengan wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan display data, reduksi data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peserta didik mematuhi peraturan sekolah berdasarkan teladan yang diberikan oleh guru berikut dengan kekonsistenan penegakan aturan yang dilaksanakan. Kecerdasan emosional peserta didik dapat aberkembang dengan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam yang dilakukan secara konstan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru pendidikan agama Islam mengembangkan keselarasan kecerdasan spiritual dengan pengetahuan berjalan secara holistik. Di samping itu menyamaratakan hukuman atau sanksi dengan jelas untuk pelanggar Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik melalui penerapan oleh guru pendidikan agama Islam mampu mengembangkan kepatuhan pada aturan dalam kehdiupan.
