No full textIn divorce from a pregnant woman, there are many reasons for the husband to leave his wife pregnant, one of which is related to there are many rifts and disharmony in the household when the wife is pregnant. This article focuses on the discussion of the law of divorcing women in pregnant conditions. The first part is to explore the understanding of the concept of divorcing pregnant women through the perspective of Islamic law and religious courts regarding the case and the factors that influence it. Research in this study is qualitative. This research method is descriptive-analytical, which describes and explains the problem of divorce of pregnant women accordance with the views of Islamic law and the views of religious courts. The result of this study is that the law of talak women is pregnant according to Islamic law, and there is disagreement about punishing tarak problems in the pregnant state. With different arguments, some argue that talak in this state of pregnancy is not allowed, while others argue that this is permissible. In the case of divorce of religiously pregnant women there are those who say it is permissible and some say it is forbidden, and want to divorce in a holy state and do not bear the burden. Meanwhile, according to the law, religious courts are allowed under certain legally applicable conditions. As a result, Islamic studies are not enough with text analysis but also pay attention to the historical aspects that lie behind it. This paper aims to answer the problem of the study of Islamic epistemology which initially rested on idealism which was only textual based to use a contextual approach. The research method used is literature study, which is a series of research that has data sources from books, articles related to the theme. Understanding history in Islamic studies is an effort to find out the reality in the past related to Islamic teachings which are the benchmark for the future era as an effort to anticipate future distortions. The historical approach in Islamic studies has contributed to the value of human life by providing moral messages indirectly contained in history as an effort to anticipate negative thinking patterns in life caused by advances in science

No full textIslamic Religion education is the most important thing to implement in each education level from elementary, high school, and higher education, from basic formal public schools into campuses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of Islamic religious education in public schools and campuses along with solutions to overcome them. The research method used in this research is library research using content analysis. The research results show that; First, the problems of Islamic religious education in public schools, namely the limited time allocation of only 2 hours of lessons per week, learning that is more oriented towards cognitive aspects, learning methods that are still traditional and boring, and the lack of competence of teachers. Second, the Problems of Islamic Religious Education on public campuses, namely: the provision of a very minimal credit load, only 2 credits, the provision of learning patterns that are less sustainable and only theoretical in nature, the form of developing an autonomous Islamic religious education, and Islamic religious lecturers who are not linear

This is an initial provision so that children from an early age are accustomed to being honest, trustworthy, and clean-hearted without having to harm themselves and others. Therefore, there is a need for public awareness that education is not only carried out in schools and the responsibility is placed on the school alone. Rather, the roles and responsibilities of parents at home are much greater primarily by instilling character values in children and parenting styles. In this paper, it is explained and explained clearly both theoretically and practically. How is the correlation of family functions as the main basis for anti-corruption education in the family? What are the values given by parents and the methods used in character education in shaping anti-corruption education in the family? SOLUSI PERMASALAHAN KESEHATAN DENGAN PENGAMALAN AL-QUR’AN DAN SUNNAH RASULULLAH SAW
No full textHealth is something that is the hope of all creatures on this earth. Carrying out all activities such as worshiping, working, eating, drinking, and so on requires physical and psychological health to support the success of each activity carried out. The research was conducted to determine the extent to which the public understands the importance of health, as well as the appropriate solutions to overcome health problems that often occur in the community. Questionnaires were distributed with the target of 34 students, college students, and the general public using qualitative methods in the form of resource persons' answers which were then processed so as to obtain accurate results related to the research carried out. Here we describe several matters relating to the solution of health problems, including the Islamic view on health, healthy living behavior based on the sunnah of the Prophet S.A.W. the role of the Qur'an in terms of health, as well as explaining how its implementation in realizing healthy living behavior. The results of the research show that the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet S.A.W. very influential for the solution of physical and psychological health problems for the community, including those who feel calm and happiness when practicing the sunnahs of the Prophet S.A.W., and feel physical and mental health and comfort in carrying out daily activities. The practices of the Prophet S.A.W. Of course, it has a positive impact on people's lives if they are able to implement it, especially for health problems. The amount of information obtained is able to explain how the position of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet S.A.W. proven to be the best solution in overcoming public health problems. Thus, deepening religious knowledge, reading books and various other sources, as well as natural tadabbur can increase knowledge related to this matter

No full textThis article is the result of a qualitative research that aims to identified how Islamic economic law reviews the position of material security in Islamic banking transactions. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the existence of sharia guarantees and the rule of law, especially in daily economic and business activities is an absolute requirement (condition sine qua non). The legal principles of sharia guarantees will serve as ethical guidelines, foundations, and guidelines as well as touchstones for validating the rule of law regarding sharia guarantees. The position of material guarantees in Islamic banking transactions is a benchmark to determine the ability of customers to fulfill their obligations, but it is only allowed so that there is no negligence in the responsibilities that exist with the customer so that from this it can create a trust between the customer and the bank

Metode ini mampu menyelesaikan persoalan umat Islam kontemporer yang dikenal dengan gerakan ganda (double movement). Metode double movement adalah penafsiran pesan al-Qur'an yang berangkat dari situasi sekarang menuju ke (situasi) era al-Qur'an diturunkan, kemudian (setelah diketahui konteks historis pesan itu dan disarikan prinsip-prinsip "ideal" moralnya) kembali lagi kepada situasi sekarang guna mengapliksikan prinsip tersebut setelah mempertimbangkan perubahan sosial yang ada. Gerakan pertama ini berusaha mengkaji konteks sosial moral umat Islam di masa Nabi dan menemukan deskripsi yang komprehensif tentang dunia saat itu. Sementara gerakan kedua mencoba memanfaatkan nilai dan prinsip yang umum dan sistematis itu untuk diterapkan ke dalam konteks pembaca al-Qur'an kontemporer. Pembiayaan gadai emas BPRS Bhakti Sumekarmerupakan produk pembiayaan atas dasar jaminan berupa emas sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk memperoleh uang tunai dengan cepat, dengan jaminan berupa perhiasan atau batangan/lantakan yang terbuat dari logam mulia emas dengan kadar minimal 30 persen. Dan tidak dimaksudkan untuk tujuan investasi nasabah.Model analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitianini adalah deskriptif yang dapat diartikan sebagai prosedur pemecahan masalah yangdiselidiki dengan menggambarkan keadaan subjek atau objek. Dalam penelitian inipeneliti akan mendeskripsikan tentang praktik gadai emas di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Cabang Madyan Pamekasan. Gadai emas syariah pada bank BPRS Bhakti Sumekar CabangMadyan Pamekasanini sangat membantu kebutuhan masyarakat Pamekasan yang membutuhkandana. Selain proses yang sangat mudah dan cepat pembiayaan gadai emas iniberlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah, dimana nasabah hanya dipungut biayaijarah (biaya jasa simpan, pemeliharaan dan keamanan). No full textsistem voucher menjadi salah satu strategi pemasaran oleh pihak penjual. Sistem ini juga di terapkan di Koperasi Pegawai Republik Nusa Indah. Saat ini marak beredar penawaran voucher belanja dan potongan harga dari aplikasi belanja online. Dalam bertransaksi jual beli terdapat etika atau rambu yang mengatur dan mengendalikan terjadinya transaksi yang tidak di perbolehkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan bagaimana perspektif islam terhadap sistem voucher yang di terapkan di KPRI Nusa Indah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pertimbangan titik tolak analisis terhadap kenyataan yang ada dalam praktek lapangan tentang penerapan voucher belanja oleh KPRI Nusa Indah. Sistem voucher yang di terapkan di koperasi sama halnya dengan pembayaran dengan tabungan anggota yang dititipkan sementara di toko tersebut. Sehingga tidak ada unsur gharar dalam penggunanan sistem voucher di KPRI Nusa Indah

No full textThis article is the result of a field study at MA Darussalam Daun on human resource management in improving teacher competence there. This study aims to answer academic problems according to the focus of the study, namely to determine the application of human resource management in improving the quality of education and to determine the factors and obstacles in improving the quality of education. Using qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, data collection techniques by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, data checking using data triangulation. The results of this study are 1) The application of human resource management in improving the quality of education starting with planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, 2) Supporting factors include support from parents, and involving teachers in training programs while the inhibiting factors are lack of discipline of teachers so that the application of human resource management is still perfunctory as well as the lack of facilities and infrastructure that can hinder the teaching and learning process
