APLIKASI PEMBELAJARAN KISAH TELADAN RASULULLAH MUHAMMAD SAW BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA
The advancement of technology has a negative impact on the younger generation, one of which is from the knowledge of moral values that have been taught by the Prophet SAW . This research aims to produce a multimedia - based application of learning the prophet Muhammad's exemplary story that utilizes technology positively so that the younger generation can still follow technological progress without abandoning the teachings of the prophet's exemplary story that has been taught. This application is built by appl ying the MDLC method. Applications are designed using Adobe Illustrator CC 2018, Adobe Animate CC 2018 to create applications with the Actionscript 3.0 programming language, and Adobe Audition CC 2018 to process audio data. The result of making this applic ation, which is an application that contains the story of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is presented with an interesting look that includes multimedia elements in it
Analisis Bisnis Vtube Perspektif Hukum Islam
Bisnis di era modern ini sangat beragam, sehingga sistem yang digunakan dalam dunia bisnis juga beragam, baik dalam sistem penjualan maupun sistem pemasaran, sehingga perlu untuk analisis bisnis untuk mengetahui hukum suatu bisnis menurut hukum Islam.
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bisnis Vtube perspektif hukum Islam. Masalah tersebut diuraikan dalam beberapa fokus penelitian berikut: 1) bagaimana sistem kerja bisnis Vtube. 2) Bagaimana hukum bisnis Vtube perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui sistemkerja bisnis Vtube. (2) mengetahui hukum binsis Vtube perspektif hukum Islam.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, interview mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah editing, koding dan sistemazing. Teknik pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan perpanjangan pengamatan, trianggulasi, dan meningkatkan ketekunan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa 1) sistem kerja yang digunakan dalam bisnis Vtube meliputi 3 sistem yaitu, personal point, referral point dan group point. 2) hukum bisnis Vtube perspektif hukum Islam adalah tidak boleh karena tidak memenuhi syarat yang telah ditetapkan dalam fatwa DSN MUI tentang penjualan langsung berjenjang syariah (PLBS), dan Vtube juga termasuk bisnis Ilegal yang dihentikan oleh satgas waspada Investasi
KURIKULUM PESANTREN SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI ERA SOCIETY 5.0
Law No. 20 of 2003 article 3 explains that national education functions to develop capabilities and form dignified national character and civilization in the framework of educating the nation's life. Aims to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe in and fear God almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become citizens of a democratic and responsible state. However, the implementation of character education in the national education system has not shown a significant success rate. Therefore, an alternative is needed to bridge this failure so that a national education is formed that is able to produce a generation with character. This study aims to analyze and describe alternative student character education systems in the era of society 5.0. The alternative to be offered is the concept of character education in the Islamic boarding school curriculum. As well as explaining the relevance of the pesantren curriculum in building character education in the era of society 5.0. The research method used is literature review (literature review) with the concept of the PRISMA method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). In practice, the pesantren curriculum is divided into several concepts according to the type of pesantren. Traditional Islamic boarding schools implement the traditional curriculum using the sorogan, bandongan and wetonan methods. Meanwhile, modern pesantren (khalaf) use the national curriculum but do not completely abandon the concept of salaf pesantren education. And in combined pesantren (salaf-khalaf) the curriculum used is a combination of the traditional curriculum and the modern curriculum. Implementation of the curriculum in the salaf pesantren is to maintain the traditional education system. The curriculum in Khalaf Islamic boarding school is by adopting a modern education system but still in traditional nuances. Meanwhile, in combination boarding schools is to practice the rules of almuhafadhah 'ala salafusshaleh wal akhdu biljadidil ashlah (keeping old traditions that are still relevant and adopting new, better traditions). The concept and objectives of the pesantren curriculum are aligned with the goals of national education, namely building the life of a multicultural nation and building a nation's civilization that is cultured, intelligent, noble and contributes to the development of life. The relevance of the pesantren curriculum is embodied in 8 (eight) character forms, namely: Religious character, tolerance, independence, democracy, love of the motherland, communicative and friendly, national spirit and fond of reading. As a result, the pesantren curriculum is present as an alternative education system in achieving the goal of building national character
PROBLEMATIKA HUKUM UMRAH KREDIT DALAM PANDANGAN IMAM SYAFII
One of the conditions for performing Umrah is being able. Able in the sense of being able to body and provision (cost). While credit is the same as debt. Imam Shafi'I in his book says no when doing worship to the Baitullah with debt. And some of these travel in Medan provide Umrah trips by way of credit or the so-called Umrah bailout in collaboration with the bank. This is where the problem arises in the opinion of Imam Shafi'i. First, what about the conditions for being able to perform Umrah and what is the reason for prohibiting Umrah by credit, so that you think so. Then how is the systematics in performing Umrah by way of credit. And finally, what are the opinions of people who have performed Umrah by credit regarding this matter. The method used is qualitative with a socio legal approach. Results of the author's findings are that many people perform Umrah with this credit method because of a lack of understanding of the meaning of istithaah from the conditions for Umrah even though the majority of Muslims in Medan follow Imam Syafi’i. Meanwhile, Imam Shafi'i forbade Umrah with debt. Because credit is like debt. And also the desire to perform worship to Umrah which is like a lifestyle trend today. Therefore, many people want to perform Umrah by credit. There are even those who use the guarantee of the house they live in as collateral to perform Umrah by means of this credit. It will be a big problem if there are problems in paying the installments every month
Analisa Hukum Mediasi Sengketa Wakaf Dalam Putusan Perkara No. 474/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Gs Di Pengadilan Agama Gresik
Menurut UU Wakaf, pergantian nadzir perseorangan dapat dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu pengunduran diri nazhir perseorangan, atas dasar inisiatif KUA, dan atas usulan wakif atau ahli waris wakif. Sengketa wakaf salah satunya persoalan penggantian nazhir. Kompetensi absolut untuk penyelesaian sengketa wakaf di Pengadilan Agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa isi putusan kesepakatan perdamaian sengketa wakaf dalam putusan Pengadilan Agama Gresik No. 474/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Gs. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif-empiris dan bersifat deskriptif analitis. Hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, isi putusan kesepakatan perdamaian berbunyi : “menghukum Para Penggugat, Tergugat I dan Tergugat II untuk mentaati dan melaksanakan isi persetujuan yang telah disepakati tersebut.“ kedua, putusan akta kesepakatan perdamaian sengketa wakaf ini adalah bersifat mengakhiri sengketa diantara para pihak, kesepakatan perdamaian dengan memberi amanah musyawarah lanjutan, mengikat bagi para pihak dan pihak terkait, memiliki sifat dapat dilaksanakan atau eksekutorial, mediasi menjadi cara alternatif penyelesaian sengketa yang lebih cepat, mengandung rasa keadilan substantif, seperti dengan pergantian komposisi nadzir baru, mencerminkan perilaku iktikad baik para pihak dalam mediasi, mengedepankan proses perundingan, kesepakatan perdamaian dalam mediasi tidak bertentangan hukum, kesepakatan yang terdokumentasi dan ditandatangani, kesepakatan yang terkuatkan oleh pengadilan, menghindari dampak negatif konflik sosial dan keagamaan, memperbaiki / mempertahankan silaturahmi dan sesuai ketentuan al-Qur’an dan hadits
STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN LISTENING TEAM UNTUK MENGATASI KESULITAN KONSENTRASI BELAJAR (STUDI KASUS SMK AL-FATTAH PUNGPUNGAN KALITIDU BOJONEGORO)
The learning process must be carried out by a teacher, learning according to what is desired or expected. These learning processes determine the extent to which students understand and accept the material presented. However, in reality, there are still many problems in the learning process in the classroom that have not run optimally. One of them is students who have difficulty concentrating in PAI subjects, this is because a teacher still uses the classic method, namely the lecture method and the class environment is less conducive. To overcome these problems PAI teachers must apply active learning strategies, one of which is the Listening Team learning strategy. The Listening Team expansion strategy is a learning strategy by creating teams or groups according to their respective roles and tasks. The formulation of the research problem is how to apply the Listening Team learning strategy to overcome difficulties in learning concentration at al-Fattah Pungpungan Kalitidu Bojonegoro Vocational School? The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifying. To check the validity of research data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Listening Team learning strategy to overcome difficulties in learning concentration at al-Fattah Pungpungan Kalitidu Bojonegoro Vocational School has been implemented properly, namely, with lesson planning, the application of the Listening Team strategy, and evaluation of appropriate learning outcomes
Studi Komparatif Hukum Islam Dan Hukum Positif Tentang Tindak Pidana Korupsi Di Indonesia
Dalam konteks negara Indonesia –negara hukum yang tidak menerapkan hukum Islam-, peraturan-peraturannya dikenal dengan istilah hukum Positif (al-Qonūn al-Wadh`iy). Dimana undang-undang atau peraturan untuk mengatur pergaulan hidup bermasyarakat yang diputuskan dan ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Dari sini, hukum Positif merupakan produk (hasil pemikiran) manusia untuk sekedar memenuhi kebutuhan mereka yang bersifat temporal dan kasuistik. Tujuannya tak lain biar nuansa kehidupan ini senantiasa harmoni. Beda halnya dengan hukum syar`i, dia datang dari syari` dengan perantara al-Qur`an dan al-Hadist untuk merealisasikan kemashlahatan umat manusia sepanjang masa. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang tindak pidana korupsi di indonesia perspektif hukum islam dan hukum positif. Hukum positif memandang bahwa Sanksi tindak kriminal korupsi adalah dengan mengekang kemerdekaan pelaku, namun tidak dimaksudkan untuk menderitakan dan merendahkan martabat manusia. Sanksi disini adalah sanksi fisik berupa kurungan penjara dan sanksi materi berupa denda, Sanksi tersebut diharapkan dapat menjerakan sekaligus mendidik pelaku. Hukum islam memandang bahwa Sanksi tindak kriminal korupsi adalah ta'zir, dimana pemberian sanksi disesuaikan terhadap tingkat kriminal yang dilakukan, sikologis pelaku dan lingkungannya, dengan bentuk dan jenis sanksi yang dapat menjerakan pelaku dan mendidik pelaku serta masyarakat lain untuk tidak melakukan kriminal tersebut. Tuduhan Zina Dalam Bentuk Meme Di Media Sosial Perspektif Fiqh Kontemporer
Penelitian ini mengkaji tuduhan zina melalui meme di media sosial. Ini sangat penting dikaji karena perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu meningkat. Termasuk meme, meme merupakan fenomena baru dikalangan penggunanya. Meme dalam bentuk video atau gambar dimaknai sebagai ide, prilaku atau gaya yang menyebar dari orang perorang melalui media sosial karena sifatnya lucu, mengandung parodi dan satire. Namun bisa menimbulkan problem dimana menganggap segalanya dapat dijadikan candaan dan tujuannya menyudutkan orang lain. Akibatnya masyarakat mudah terkena hasutan, hoax semakin menyeruak hingga ujaran kebencian dan pembunuhan karakter. Maka perlunya pemaknaan yang mendalam terhadap kajian Islam, khususnya fiqh kontemporer dalam kasus ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana landasan konseptual dugaan zina melalui meme di media sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi virtual. Etnografi virtual digunakan untuk melihat fenomena visual atau kultur pengguna di cyber space. Data berupa postingan meme dan komentar pengguna terhadap postingan tersebut di akun instagram, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tuduhan zina melalui meme di media sosial tidak dapat di pidana dengan hukuman hadd melainkan dengan hukuman jarimah ta’zir
Implementasi Pengembangan Kurikulum Madrasah Bertaraf Internasional
This paper is the result of a field study conducted at one of the educational institutions on the island of Bawean, namely Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Falah Tambilung. The focus studied in this research is on how to implement the development of an international standard madrasa curriculum (MBI). This study aims to determine the implementation of international standard madrasa curriculum development. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, while the data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, data conclusion. Checking the validity of the data used is source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the MBI curriculum development is carried out by a). Reviewing the curriculum by inviting lecturers and kiai from Java to review learning at MBI, b). Shaping the character of students starting from the beginning of school entry, and c) Focusing on deepening the subjects used for college entrance selection
PROBLEMATIKA FAKTOR-FAKTOR PRODUKSI DALAM ILMU EKONOMI MODERN: SEBUAH UPAYA AKADEMIK DALAM INTEGRASI DAN ISLAMISASI KONSEP PRODUKSI
This study aims to determine the factors in the production concept in the western view and how the solutions provided by Islam are through integration and islamization methods which are then constructed through an Islamic worldview. The research method uses qualitative research with library research. The results of this study indicate that the western production theory has a capitalist economic system with worldly principles with an understanding that overrides God, namely income, wealth and prosperity in the world. Therefore, Islamic economics comes with bringing the best solution to the production concept that is widely embraced by western society by causing various damage, then the Islamization of the western production concept is based on the Islamic Worldview as the basis and the center is aqidah being the best solution to straighten the concept. The actual production offers three factors of production of renewal, namely the Caliph fil ardh (Human), Nature and all its contents and devotion to God Almighty as its pillar. The three offers of Islamic production renewal factors provide guidance and direction for good production methods so as to create halal and thoyyibah production results in order to achieve the benefit and welfare of the people
