    Early marriage is still a phenomenon in this country. Several sources say that the rate of early marriage is still high in Indonesia. One of the 2018 Supreme Court annual reports states that Religious Courts (PA) throughout Indonesia issued 13,251 marriage dispensations. According to the Ministry of PPPA (Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, in 2021 there were 65 thousand cases recorded and in 2022 55 thousand applications for marriage dispensation were submitted. This is directly proportional to the application for marriage dispensation in 2022 in Bojonegoro Regency which was quite high with 532 application cases. When compared with other districts such as Gresik, Lamongan, Tuban, Nganjuk, and Ngawi, the number of cases of early marriage in Bojonegoro is quite high. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1. What do the judges think about solutions to prevent and reduce the level of marriage dispensation in Bojonegoro Regency 2. What are the factors causing the increase in marriage dispensations in the Bojonegoro Religious Courts in 2022? The type of research we use includes qualitative research. Meanwhile, the approach we use is a case study approach. The nature of this research is analytical descriptive, the data collection method. as follows: a) Observation Method, b) Interview Method, c) Documentation. While the author uses data analysis: 1). Data Reduction, 2). Data Display, 3). From the results of the research, the author found the following: 1. Factors causing the high level of marriage dispensation in Bojonegoro Regency are caused by several things, namely: a). Due to promiscuity, b). The bride and groom are getting along like husband and wife, c). The prospective bride is already pregnant, d). The bride-to-be has given birth, e). Permissive Community Culture, f).     Peningkatan Kemandirian Santri Melalui Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kiai

    This article seeks to explain how the transformational leadership of the kiai at the Al Ikhlas Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang Islamic boarding school can increase the independence of the students. In addition, this study also aims to identify the factors that support and hinder the increase in the independence of the students through the transformational leadership of the kiai in the Islamic boarding school. This research uses a case study approach and qualitative research methods. The research location was carried out at the Al Ikhlas Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Islamic boarding school, Jombang. Data collection techniques include participant observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification. The validity of the data is tested through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, as well as testing the validity of the data through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study show that the Kiai at the Islamic Boarding School has made efforts to increase the independence of the students through transformational leadership that implements leadership functions such as ideal influence, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration, and inspiring motivation. Supporting factors for increasing the independence of students include a conducive environment, character education, skills education, participation of students in Islamic boarding schools activities, and family support. While the inhibiting factors include the lack of motivation and interest in learning from students, the lack of support and guidance from the family, and the lack of understanding of how to learn independently.Artikel ini berupaya untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional kiai di pondok pesantren Al Ikhlas Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang dapat meningkatkan kemandirian santri. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat peningkatan kemandirian santri melalui kepemimpinan transformasional kiai di pondok pesantren tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan metode penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di pondok pesantren Al Ikhlas Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi partisipan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Keabsahan data diuji melalui kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data, serta pengujian keabsahan data melalui kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kiai di Pondok Pesantren tersebut telah melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemandirian santri melalui kepemimpinan transformasional yang mengimplementasikan fungsi kepemimpinan seperti pengaruh yang ideal, stimulasi intelektual, pertimbangan individual, dan motivasi yang menginspirasi. Faktor pendukung peningkatan kemandirian santri termasuk lingkungan yang kondusif, pendidikan karakter, pendidikan keterampilan, partisipasi santri dalam kegiatan pesantren, dan dukungan keluarga. Sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi kurangnya motivasi dan minat belajar dari peserta didik, kurangnya dukungan dan bimbingan dari keluarga, dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang cara belajar mandiri

    Implementasi Pendidikan Profetik di Pondok Pesantren Kiai Mojo Tembelang Jombang

    This study aims to describe prophetic education at the Kiai Mojo Tembelang Jombang Islamic Boarding School. A case study technique is employed in the qualitative research methodology. The findings revealed that there are three pillars of independence for students at the Kiai Mojo Tembelang Jombang Islamic Boarding School: independent worship, independent knowledge, and independent economy. The prophetic derivation is taken from Surah At-Taubah verse 128 and Ali Imran verse 110. The concept of humanization, which involves the nature of mercy, compassion, and amar maruf, is closely related to the independent pillar of knowledge to form students who have noble morals. The concept of liberation, which arises from a sense of heartlessness towards the suffering of humanity and then makes efforts to nahi munkar, plays an important role in forming santri who are committed to good deeds as an implementation of the economic independence pillar. The transcendent concept, which includes a strong desire to believe in Allah Swy and achieve the salvation of mankind, is related to the pillar of worship, which seeks to form santri to have tawhid awareness, maintain purity, and always think. Pondok Pesantren Kiai Mojo Tembelang Jombang internalizes the prophetic value in Surah At-Taubah verse 128 in a personal-individual context, then transforms it through the interpretation of Surah Ali Imran verse 110 in a communal-social context, in an effort to fulfill the goals of the greatest individuals (khoiru ummah).Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan profetik di Pondok Pesantren Kiai Mojo Tembelang Jombang. Studi ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Hasil studi menunjukkan adanya tiga pilar kemandirian bagi para santri di Pondok Pesantren Kiai Mojo Tembelang Jombang, yaitu mandiri ibadah, mandiri ilmu, dan mandiri ekonomi. Derivasi profetik diambil dari surat At-Taubah ayat 128 dan Ali Imran ayat 110. Konsep humanisasi yang melibatkan sifat penyantun, penyayang, dan amar ma'ruf terkait erat dengan pilar mandiri ilmu untuk membentuk santri yang memiliki akhlak mulia. Konsep liberasi yang muncul dari rasa tidak tega terhadap penderitaan umat manusia lalu melakukan upaya nahi munkar berperan penting dalam membentuk santri yang berkomitmen pada amal saleh sebagai implementasi dari pilar mandiri ekonomi. Konsep transenden yang mencakup keinginan kuat untuk beriman kepada Allah Swy dan mencapai keselamatan umat manusia berhubungan dengan pilar ibadah yang berupaya membentuk santri memiliki kesadaran tauhid, menjaga kesucian, dan selalu berzikir. Pondok Pesantren Kiai Mojo Tembelang Jombang menginternalisasikan nilai profetik dalam surat At-Taubah ayat 128 dalam konteks personal-individual, kemudian mentransformasikannya melalui pemaknaan surat Ali Imran ayat 110 dalam konteks komunal-sosial, dengan tujuan mencapai cita-cita umat yang terbaik (khoiru ummah)

    This study aims to determine the Implementation of Change Management and the steps taken by the School in developing an organizational culture at SMPN 36 Bandung. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Research data collection techniques using research methods namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the principal's steps in implementing change management in developing an organizational culture in students are starting from planning, implementing and supervising the culture that has been established jointly by the teacher and student councils. As for the form of organizational culture at SMPN 36 Bandung, namely the school continues to carry out positive cultures that are already running, especially in shaping student character, starting from morning greetings, morning religious culture which includes reading asmaul husna together, praying dzuha together, reading the Qur’an together , then literacy culture activities, fit and clean culture are carried out every Friday. All these positive activities are implemented at school. Based on this, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Change Management in developing the Organizational Culture of SMPN 36 Bandung has been going well. Judging from the existing changes, both in terms of time and means.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Manajemen Perubahan serta langkah-langkah Sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya organisasi di SMPN 36 Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah kepala sekolah dalam implementasi manajemen perubahan dalam mengembangkan budaya organisasi pada siswa yaitu di mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan terhadap budaya yang telah ditetapkan bersama-sama dewan guru dan siswa. Adapun bentuk budaya organisasi di SMPN 36 Bandung yaitu sekolah tetap melaksanakan budaya-budaya positif yang sudah berjalan terutama dalam membentuk karakter siswa, mulai dari sapa pagi, budaya religi pagi yang meliputi kegiatan membaca asmaul husna bersama, sholat dzuha bersama, membaca al-quran bersama, kemudian kegiatan Budaya literasi, budaya bugar dan bersih dilaksanakan setiap hari jum'at, Semua kegiatan positif tersebut diterapkan disekolah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Manajemen Perubahan dalam mengembangkan Budaya Organisasi SMPN 36 kota Bandung sudah berjalan dengan baik. Both are included in the educational media and arises as a form of effort to improve the behavior and character building of the students. The award is given as a form of expression of happiness and pride (appreciation) for the good deeds and achievements, while the punishment is given to evaluate and improve, not to judge, rebuke or revenge.     The world of Islamic education in Indonesia in particular, and the Islamic world in general are still faced with various problems, starting from the question of the formulation of educational goals that are not in line with the demands of society, to the problems of teachers, methods, curriculum and so on. Efforts to overcome this problem are still being carried out in various ways, such as upgrading teachers, training for education management staff and so on, but along with developments in life, educational problems continue to emerge. For this reason, Islamic Education Philosophy is present as one of the offered solutions. As a philosophical study, Islamic Education Philosophy seeks to use philosophical services, namely thinking in depth, systematically, radically and universally to solve educational problems, such as problems of students, teachers, curriculum, methods and the environment by using the Qur'an and al-Hadith as the basic reference. The aims of this research are (1) to know the meaning of Islamic Education Philosophy, and (2) to know the urgency of the scope of Islamic Education Philosophy. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the results of this study are: (1) Philosophy of Islamic Education can be interpreted as a study of traditional, critical, and radical philosophical views and schools of thought in Islam towards educational issues. He answered the influence of education on the development and growth of Muslim humans and Muslims in general. It is also a means of solving various problems in Muslim education, (2) the scope of the philosophy of Islamic education is issues related to educational activities, such as curriculum, methods, and the environment.     The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of students Islamic Religious Education learning achievement when the STAD method was applied. The research approach used is class action research. Data collection techniques used with observation sheets, and written test sheets. The result of the research is that the application of STAD method learning can improve students' learning achievement, especially in Islamic Education subjects. The teaching and learning process in PAI learning by using the STAD Method has improved. The conclusion in this study is that student learning outcomes after using the STAD Method in PAI subjects of students in class I SDN 87 Bengkulu City have increased this can be seen from the test scores before the action (pretest) 15 students who scored < 65 and 9 people who scored > 65 and student test scores after treatment using the STAD Method, cycle 1 post-test scores. 10 students who scored > 65, there were 6 people who had a score of 65 and 8 students who scored < 65. While the post-test score of cycle 11, 20 students who scored> 65 and 4 people who scored < 65. By using the STAD method, it can improve student learning outcomes seen from the pre-cycle, cycle 1, cycle II successively 38%, 67%, 83%. This indicates that the actions that have been taken are in accordance with the previously prepared planning and have achieved the expected learning process and results

    Leadership as part of management has a strategic and dominant role and position in managing an organization. Ibn Qayyim al Jauziyyah in his work explains that the main object of Islamic education activities is human beings with all the elements that complement them, namely their spirit, mind and body, these three things should be given development according to their respective abilities. This study aims to find out about the leadership management model of Ibn Qayyim al Jauziyyah's Islamic Education and its relation to Islamic Education. This research uses library research methods (Library Research). Ibn Qayyim Al Jauziyyah's leadership model is based on the Qur'an and Sunnah which are relevant and can be adapted from time to time. In leadership model theory, it is in line with the transformational leadership model.Kepemimpinan sebagai bagian dari manajemen memiliki peranan dan kedudukan yang strategis dan dominan dalam mengelola suatu organisasi. Ibnu Qayyim al Jauziyyah dalam karyanya menjelaskan bahwa objek utama dari kegiatan Pendidikan Islam adalah manusia dengan semua unsur yang melengkapinya yaitu ruh, akal, dan jasadnya, ketiga hal tersebut sepatutnya diberikan pengembangan sesuai dengan daya masing-masing.     This research was conducted at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Kareteng, Bawean Island. The aim is to 1) Know the role of Ustadz and Islamic boarding school administrators in improving the achievements of Islamic boarding school students, and 2) Understand the role of Islamic boarding school administrators in improving the achievements of Islamic boarding school students. The research method used is a qualitative method, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation techniques, data analysis techniques used; data reduction, data presentation, and data verification, and data checking using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results show that 1) The role of the Ustadz in improving the achievement of students by providing tutoring such as compulsory learning from 08:00-09:00, holding special coaching such as tutoring for students for 30 minutes starting from 10:00 - 10:30, and holding evaluations every six months. 2) The role of Islamic boarding school administrators in improving students at the Miftahul Ulum Kareteng Islamic boarding school by collaborating internally and externally and deliberating between all Islamic boarding school administrators once a month to combine work programs so that they are carried out well.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Kareteng Pulau Bawean. Yang bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui peran Ustadz dan pengurus pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan prestasi santri, dan 2) Mengetahui peran pengurus pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan prestasi santri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan; reduksi data, data penyajian data, dan verifikasi data, dan pengecekan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 1) Peran Ustadz dalam meningkatkan prestasi santri dengan cara mengadakan bimbingan belajar seperti belajar wajib mulai jam 08: 00-09:00, mengadakan pembinaan khusus seperti les kepada santri selama 30 menit mulai dari jam 10: 00 - 10: 30, dan mengadakan evaluasi enam bulan sekali. 2) Peran pengurus pondok pesantren terhadap peningkatan santri di pondok pesantren Miftahul Ulum Kareteng dengan cara bekerjasama secara internal dan eksternal dan musyawarah antara semua pengurus pondok pesantren setiap satu bulan sekali untuk memadukan program kerja agar terlaksana dengan baik

    The primary purpose of this study is to explore the views and thoughts of Muslim scholar Masnun Tahir on how to develop a fiqh framework that supports harmony in culturally and religiously diverse societies. This study carries a qualitative approach by analyzing Masnun Tahir's writings, especially in multicultural fiqh and understanding religious pluralism. The research method involves the analysis of texts and critical content of works relevant to the theme of multiculturalism and harmony in the view of Masnun Tahir. The findings of this study indicate that Masnun Tahir's views on multicultural fiqh inherently carry the values of inclusiveness and respect for the rights of individuals regardless of religious and cultural background. Through this perspective, Masnun Tahir seeks to build bridges between diverse groups of people to maintain harmony and diversity. The concept of multicultural fiqh Masnun Tahir's social and humanitarian perspective has illustrated that multicultural fiqh goes beyond the application of Islamic law in diverse societies. It is a vision of how religion can be a source of inspiration in creating inclusive, tolerant, and just societies. Multicultural fiqh contains universal human values that transcend religious and cultural boundaries, potentially shaping harmonious societies and global peace. Implementing this concept involves changing people's mindsets and behavior and creating an inclusive and tolerant environment
