The study of Islamic institutions is the study of Islamic procedures affecting all fields concerned with human beings, such as political, economic, and legal aspects. This study covers in terms of religion and all aspects of human life from politics, economics, and law. The study of political Islam discusses how Islamic teachings can be applied in the political system and can influence the political decision-making process. The study of Islamic economics deals with the principles of Islamic economics and how principles such as politics, economics and law can be applied in everyday life. While the study of Islamic law discusses the Islamic legal system and how the teachings of Islam can be applied in various aspects of law, such as civil law, Family Law, and criminal law. In writing this journal article formulates how the differences in political, legal, economic development of Islamic civilization and in the state of Indonesia. The type of method used in this writing is using qualitative descriptive method using library research or with library research, where the data used is Library data. Primary Data used in this writing are journals and books related to the history of Islamic civilization and the state of Indonesia by collecting various information that is considered relevant and in accordance with the problems studied in this writing. The results of this study are political, economic, and legal aspects in Indonesia that continue to develop following the flow of modern times that remain guided by Islamic institutions and do not eliminate the characteristics of a democracy with the motto Unity in diversity
Manajemen Peserta Didik dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing di Madrasah
In realizing quality students who are able to compete in various fields. This study aims to describe the management of students at MA Nurut Taqwa and to describe the competitiveness of students at MA Nurut Taqwa. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The method used in data collection is observation related to the implementation of student management in increasing competitiveness, interviews with school principals and student assistants, as well as documentation data and activity archives from management at MA Nurut Taqwa. Researchers use the Miles and Huberman model, namely reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of student management at MA Nurut Taqwa has been well organized in increasing scientific power which includes: management of new student admissions, activity programs, coaching, evaluation and student achievement.Ilmu menjadi suatu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia untuk mencapai kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Dan tidak ada cara lain untuk memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan tersebut kecuali dengan belajar dan memburunya. Disamping itu pemiliknya mendapatkan kedudukan dan keutamaan tersendiri di mata Allah SWT sehingga Rosul mewajibkan umatnya untuk belajar dan menuntut ilmu melalui sabdanya. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan terkait Kewajiban Belajar Dan Menuntut Ilmu Dalam Perspektif Hadist Nabi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, sedangkan sumber data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari data primer dan sekunder lalu dianalisis isinya dan terakhir disimpulkan secara deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kewajiban Belajar Dan Menuntut Ilmu Dalam Perspektif Hadist Nabi mencakup Hadist Bukhori No 73 yang berisi tentang kebolehan hasad terhadap orang yang berilmu, mengamalkan dan mengajarkan kepada orang lain. Lalu Hadist Sunan Ibnu Majah No 224 yang berisi tentang kewajiban bagi setiap muslim dimanapun dan kapanpun tanpa ada batasan. Dan terakhir adalah Muttafaq A’laih (Hadist Bukhori No 100 dan Hadist Muslim No 2673) yang berisi peringatan kepada umat Nabi Muhammad bahwa ilmu akan dicabut secara perlahan dari pemiliknya oleh karena itu setiap muslim diwajibkan untuk belajar agar meminimalisir pengangkatan pemimpin/imam dari orang bodoh yang tidak berilmu
Menghadapi Persaingan Sengit Lembaga Pendidikan: Strategi Diferensiasi dalam Pemasaran Lembaga Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia
This study aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the differentiation strategy in marketing educational institutions. Through research and analysis, this study will explore practical concepts, theories and strategies that can be applied by educational institutions to differentiate themselves and overcome fierce competition in the world of education so that they can compete and provide significant competitive advantages. The method used in this research is library research method. Library-based research is a form of research that uses literary works as the object of study. Researchers study the literature, writings and sources that are closely related to the problem under study. Collecting data by looking for sources from various sources such as books, journals, and existing research. The data obtained from the literature study were analyzed using an interactive qualitative model. This data analysis model consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of a differentiation strategy in the marketing of educational institutions has a positive impact on attracting students' interest. Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Moderasi Beragama dalam Al-Qur'an dan Pengukuhan Desa Sadar Kerukunan di Kota Banda Aceh
The life of the Indonesian people, which consists of ethnic, cultural and religious differences, tends to experience several dynamics. These dynamics often lead to disputes and disputes, so that serious attention is needed from the government. So far, several efforts have been made, including forming or strengthening harmony-conscious villages, as has been done by the Banda Aceh City Government. The harmony-aware village was given to two villages, namely Kampung Mulia Village and Peunanyoeng Village, of course based on the indicators that were used as conditions for awarding the award. On the other hand, the Central Government through the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia sparked a concept to create harmony in people's lives namely "religious moderation". However, the question is, what is the relationship between the harmony-conscious village and the concept of religious moderation, this is the formulation of the problem to be answered in this research. This type of research is field research with in-depth interview methods, and uses a descriptive-analytic approach. In this study, the answer was found that a village that is aware of harmony is an effort by the government to care for and maintain a harmonious life among religious people and that in a village that is aware of harmony, there are values of religious moderation, namely: Perpendicular (I'tidal), Middle (tawassuth) , tolerance (tasamuh), deliberation (shura), reform (ishlah), pioneering (qudwah), anti-violence (al-la'unf) in the cultural realm (I'yar al-'urf), and citizenship/love for the motherland (muwathanah ). These values flourish so as to create a harmonious life
PENERAPAN KONSEP LEADHERSHIP DAN POWERSHIP YANG IDEAL PADA TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN
The concept of leadership is always used in various sectors, one of which is education. In the world of education, the concept of leadership is indispensable for educators. This is because educators are professionals in planning and implementing the learning process. For this reason, they are required to develop their performance or abilities through leadership. Meanwhile, the leader in the school institution is the principal. This leader plays a role in improving the performance of educators with an ideal leadership system. This analysis was conducted to see the ideal application of the concept of leadership and powership to the subject of teaching staff. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. From this analysis it is concluded that: the application of the concept or style of leadership for these educators has an influence on discipline, performance or ability, and responsibility. In improving discipline, school leaders apply telling and situational methods. So, educators can understand that school rules must be obeyed and implemented. Next is to improve the ability or performance of educators. The leader applies a participatory style. Leaders must build two-way communication with educators. Have full trust and respect for their performance. Finally, increase the sense of responsibility to apply a democratic style. Leaders regard educators as work partners and not subordinates. Then, the leader provides appropriate guidance and provides clear coordination of the tasks performed.
Abstrak:
Konsep kepemimpinan selalu digunakan dalam berbagai sektor, salah satunya pendidikan. Dalam dunia pendidikan, konsep kepemimpinan sangat diperlukan bagi tenaga pendidik. Hal ini karena tenaga pendidik merupakan orang yang profesional dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan proses pebelajaran. Untuk itu, mereka dituntut untuk mengembangkan kinerja atau kemampuannya melalui sebuah kepemimpinan. sedangkan, pemimpin dalam lembaga sekolah adalah kepala sekolah. Pemimpin ini berperan untuk meningkatan kinerja dari tenaga pendidik dengan sistem kepemimpinan yang ideal. Analisis ini dilakukan untuk melihat penerapan konsep leadership dan powership yang ideal dengan subjek tenaga pendidik. Metode analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari analisis ini diperoleh ke simpulan bahwa: penerapan konsep atau gaya kepemimpinan untuk tenaga pendidik ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap kedisplinan, kinerja atau kemampuan, dan tanggungjawab. Dalam meningkatkan kedisplinan, pemimpin sekolah menerapkan cara telling dan situasional. Sehingga, pendidik bisa memahami bahwa aturan disekolah harus ditaat dan dilaksanakan. Selanjutnya adalah meningkatkan kemampuan atau kinerja tenaga pendidik. Pemimpin menerapkan gaya partisipatif. Pemimpin harus membangun komunikasi dua arah dengan tenaga pendidik. Memberikan kepercayaan dan respek penuh terhadap kinerjanya. Terakhir, meningkatkan rasa tanggungjawab menerapkan gaya demokratif. Pemimpin menganggap tenaga pendidik sebagai patner kerja dan bukan bawahan. Kemudian, pemimpin memberikan bimbingan yang sesuai dan memberikan koordinasi yang jelas terhadap tugas yang dilakukan.

Implementasi Manajemen Peserta Didik Dalam Meningkatkan Layanan Pembelajaran
The problem studied in this study is the implementation of student management in improving student learning services at MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk, Tambak District. This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of student management in MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk, Tambak District, (2) Describe the efforts made by madrasas to improve student learning services at MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk Tambak District, and (3) Describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of student management in improving student learning services at MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Implementation of student management in MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk is carried out through management function activities, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. (2) Efforts made by schools to improve student learning services, namely teachers have used the lecture method, question and answer method, practice method. (3) The supporting factors are from the point of view of teachers who already have a bachelor's degree, while the inhibiting factors come from students who have low IQ.Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan layanan pembelajaran siswa di MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk Kecamatan Tambak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen peserta didik di MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk Kecamatan Tambak, (2) Mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan madrasah dalam meningkatkan layanan pembelajaran siswa di MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk Kecamatan Tambak, dan (3) Mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan layanan pembelajaran siswa di MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Implementasi manajemen peserta didik di MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk dilakukan melalui kegiatan fungsi manajemen, yakni planning, organizing, actuating, dan controlling. (2) Upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam meningkatkan layanan pembelajaran siswa, yaitu guru sudah menggunakan metode ceramah, metode tanya jawab, metode praktek. (3) Faktor pendukung yaitu dari segi guru yang sudah memiliki gelar sarjana, sedangkan faktor penghambat berasal dari peserta didik yang berIQ renda
Improving Learning Outcomes Of Islamic Religious Education Through The Application Of The Project Method For Class Iii Students Of Gresik State Primary School
They are using commercial tactics to increase their accomplishments in Islamic education in the third year, and learning at Gresik State Elementary School results in enrollment at Gresik State Elementary School. The instructor's way considers this to be a loss of concern for the students, as those who still need to meet the Minimum Completion Criteria are classified as impoverished individuals. In elementary schools, the Strategy Project is a comprehensive initiative that teaches writing, reading, crafts, and other subjects. Over three years at Public Alementary School Gresik, the Project learned Islamic principles by using technology to construct this formula for investigating inner difficulties. This study used a project technique to expand on the findings of three years at Gresik State Elementary School by examining Islamic lessons. The study will be conducted over a number of months, beginning in August 2010 and terminating when it is finished. A study of classroom activities makes up the research structure (classroom Activity Research). The instruments for studying edges and gathering data to update the status of inspection findings are included in this inspection equipment. Cycles I and II yielded the initial test results, which indicated a rise in scores from Cycle I to Cycle II. The learning value gained in the pre-activity outcomes information was 49%. The score climbed by 63% in Cycle I and by 77% in Cycle II. It is clear from the facts above that degree II and degree II learning outcomes and the development of teacher activities are closely related. The existing state of affairs demonstrates how educator activities and second degrees affect second-degree success. The readiness of educators and their replacements to support the growth of activities at the level of learning outcomes keeps things as they are. The findings support the following research conclusions. "A second degree in the field of Islamic school system training will be studied in three years at the Gresik State Elementary School through the project strategy, which will allow the results to be further developed
Peran Bank Sampah Bumdes Lebak Indah Dalam Meningkatkan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Lebak Kecamatan Sangkapura Kabupaten Gresik
Human needs are very diverse. Some are fulfilled from nature, some are from factory production. These used goods or commonly called waste, can be a problem and can also be a maslahah for the wearer. Recently, many places have started to develop waste bank programs to break down the waste problem and convert it into rupiah. Among them is the Lebak Indah BUMDES waste bank. This study aims to determine the operationalization of waste banks and their role in improving the community's economy. By using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis method, the researcher explains the data in the field in the form of a narrative originating from field research. The role of the Lebak Indah BUMDES waste bank in improving the community's economy, including for customers who weigh their waste at the garbage bank, so that household waste becomes rupiah. And also the women who are in charge of managing the waste bank get paid so they can help meet economic needs

Kontribusi Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (Bmt) Terhadap Ekonomi Nasabah Kreditur Di Bmt Sidogiri Kecamatan Sangkapura Bawean Kabupaten Gresik
ABSTRACT
This paper raises and explains whether one of the non-bank financial institutions, namely Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Sidogiri Sangkapura Bawean Branch, has contributed to improving the economy of creditor customers or not. And if there is indeed a contribution, the researchers will re-measure how much the Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Sidogiri Sangkapura Bawean Branch contributes to improving the economy of creditor customers.In this study, the researcher chose Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Sidogiri Sangkapura Bawean Branch because BMT is a non-bank and sharia-based financial institution located on the island of Bawean. In addition, BMT Sidogiri Sangkapura also makes it easier for researchers to obtain the data needed for the purposes of this research.The research method that the researchers used in this study was a survey method with the Chi Square analysis technique. Survey research is research that takes samples from the population and uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool.In this study the technique was used to find out about the contribution of Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) to the economy of creditor customers at BMT Sidogiri Sangkapura.
