    Marriage is an existing and growing institution in society. It aims to create happiness, but in its sustainability often encounter factors that sometimes hinder the creation of these objectives. Factors that hinder the achievement of happiness in marriage can break up marriages that lead to divorce. Therefore, the existence BP4 in the community is very important, even expected to remain functioning as a consultation for communities experiencing turmoil in the household, either due to a lack of inner and outer living. In practice BP4 of Sangkapura district serves as an advisory body before the parties to litigate in the Religious Court. Thus contributing of BP4 is working to make peace before the case being heard in the Religious Court. However, if a divorce case has been entered in the Religious Coutr, BP4 has almost no role at all because it is not in any divorce case BP4 asked for help and guidance. Theoretically BP4 role focused on maintaining integrity of the household and the family drove toward the couple happiness and prosperity and peace in his life. In practical terms BP4 role is to provide services to a marriage partner advisory regarding marriage and divorce disputes. The work program of BP4 of Sangkapura district actually been quite good and is expected to control the divorce and guiding families toward sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah. However, there are still shortcomings that have not been handled well, namely improving the publication widely to the public to introduce the existence and role of BP4

    The latest UNDP report of Indonesia HDI value can be made as an indicator to see quality of Indonesian human resources. Indonesia ranks 111 out of 177 countries in the index, lower than philippines since 90 persen of the 238 million citizens are muslim, the HDI value shows that Indonesia islamic human resources (Sumberdaya umat Islam) is still low. We have no choice but to improve it in order to get stategic role in the global era. Revitalizing islamic educational institution is one way of improving it. Pesantren must not keep silen in this “runway world” pesantren should respond wisely every singel global changing. The responsibility of pesantren is get ting harder and harder: it shoul be a center of moral defence on the one hand, and has to create religious and educated society, on the other hand. Therefore, it is relevant to condiser the edea of link and match as an educational system of pesantren, and also to balance the mastery of kitab kuning and kitab putih, relegious knowledge and science technology. The mastery of kitab kuning should be kept as a trade mark of pesantren, but on the same time pesantren has to support and direct santries in mastery of science technology which generally found in the kitab putih

    Human learning process lasted until the end of life (long life education). School is one institution that runs the process.     The process skills that need to be trained in the science lesson covers the basic process skills eg observe, measure, classify, communicate, recognize the relationship of space and time, as well as an integrated process skills eg, design and conduct experiments which includes preparing hypothesis, determining variables, preparing an operational definition, interpret data, analyze and synthesize data. The basic skills in the process approach is the observation, calculate, measure, classify, and make hypotheses. It can be concluded that the process skills in science teaching in elementary covering basic skills and integrated skills.     Professional teachers have the characteristics as based on Law No. 14 of 2005, among others: having pedagogical competence, personality competence, professional competence and social competence. The STKIP Bima Sociology Education Study Program which has teacher background holds real teaching or Field Experience Practices (PPL) with 107 PPL students with a total of 843 students from various study programs located in Bima City and Bima Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research informants were students in social studies majors in grades X and XI, science class X and class XI. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique according to Mile and Huberman has three stages (data reduction, data display and data verification). Testing the validity of the data using data triangulation. The research analyst uses the structural functional theory of Robert King Merton. The results of this study relate to the performance of PPL teachers and the competence of professional teachers. The performance of PPL teachers experienced a dominant increase in student assessment in the second month of implementation. Professional teacher competency consists of pedagogic competencies, personality competencies, professional competencies and social competencies. Pedagogical competencies are more emphasized on methods, media, and learning strategies. Personality competency, the teacher is still not firm in controlling students who make noise. Professional competence, the teacher still lacks mastery of the material so that it has an impact on the delivery of piecemeal material, rigid and forgetfulness. Social competence, teachers always remind and direct students how important the future is

    : One of the realities in education that will be discussed here is that the process of achieving learning in SDN 2 Patarselamat still uses the old paradigm, even though the current curriculum has evolved. So as not to rule out the possibility of learning outcomes achieved by students seem monotonous because it only memorizes facts and the teacher is seen as the main source in learning. One of the learning outcomes obtained is the Citizenship Education subject for class V which shows results that do not meet the minimum completeness. In this case for Citizenship Education, Patarselamat 2 Primary School sets KKM 70. While the class is declared a complete classic if the number of students who have finished learning individually reaches> 85%. From the results of the study found that the average value in the first cycle 69.5 and 70% mastery of learning and in the second cycle increased by 80 and 95% mastery learning. Referring to the action hypothesis proposed in this class action research, it can be concluded that: there is an increase in the ability to explain the importance of the integrity of the Unitary State of Indonesia through learning the Talking Stick to fifth grade students at SDN 2 Patarselamat in the academic year 2017/2018

    Various complaints to the learning outcomes of Indonesia language at the National Examination submitted by students who claimed that the Indonesia language test is very difficult and resulted in a relatively low value from year to year than any other subjects at every level of education is an issue that immediately overcame. This paper describes solutions to the various problems in carrying out an assessment of the Indonesian learning through Mueller’s authentic assessment. The implementation of the authentic teaching on the subjects of Indonesian constrained in the number of materials or sub-oriented materials on aspects of skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). To measure these skills, it is believed that the authentic assessment appropriate to be applied. The application of the authentic assessment in the form of performance assessment, portfolios, and observation can not be separated from the element of teacher’s subjectivity. For gaining the goal, this formula was implemented  to reduce the subjectivity done by the teacher

    The concept of Khalifah according to M. Quraish Shihab is that the Caliph must conform to; (a). Yahduna bi Amrina, can take people to the destination in accordance with our instructions (Allah). (b) Aabidin (including Iqam Al-Shalah and Ita’ Al-Zakat), establishing a prayer is a picture of a good relationship with God, while performing zakat is a picture of harmonious relations with humans. (c) Yuuqinun (full of confidence). The caliph must be sure that he can protect, nurture and guide so that every human being reaches the goal of his creation. (d) Shabaru (patience and fortitude), which is patient in carrying out God's mandate in the form of responsibility to prosper the earth and its contents by carrying out its laws in human life on earth. (e) Basing and implementing education according to Islam originating from Al-quran and As-Sunnah in order to realize the whole Muslim person. Because in essence the ultimate goal of Islamic education is to form Insan Kamil with a pattern of piety. The implication of the concept of Khalifatullah according to M. Quraish Shihab on Islamic education namely Islamic education must pay attention to the preparation of the design of educational programs outlined in the curriculum. In the curriculum guided in the scope of oriented on three things, namely: The achievement of the goal hablum minallah (relationship with God), the achievement of the goal hablum minannas. (relationship with humans), Hablum minal ‘alam (relationship with nature). Where the curriculum must also pay attention to the objectives of Islamic education which includes four aspects, namely. (1) aspects of akidah (yatlu alaihim ayatihi) (2) aspects of cleansing and forming behavior with ahklak al-karimah (wayuzakkihim), (3) aspects of rationality and transformation of science (wa yu'allimuhum al-kitab), (4) psychomotor aspects (wa al-hikmah)
