    The Marriage Act No. 1 of  1974 Article 2 paragraph (1), regulates that a legal marriage is a marriage conducted according to each religious law and belief. It stressed the rules concerning the minimum age limit for someone to be able to enter into marriage. The marriage issue is closely related to the population problem; the rate of population growth, following derivatives issue; health, housing, food and employment, and so on. Until now, marriage at an early age (under age-limit marriage) are still rampant in this country. While the population is still adhering to the tradition, although the Marriage Act has long been firmly set. This law stipulates that a person who wants to marry must have reached the age of 19 years for men and 16 years for women, and if not yet reached that age should get dispensation from the court. The regulation is for the benefit of both prospective spouses. Fostering households need their biological and psychological readiness in order to realize a good, eternal, and happy marriage

    The purpose of this study was to determine the role and responsibilities of teachers in implementing character education in MTs Hasan Jufri Bawean. This research is a field research using descriptive-qualitative approach. The study population consisted of all teachers of MTs Hasan Jufri totaling 40 people, and the sample 20 subject class IX teachers. Methods of data collection in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are the facilities with considerable learning, extracurricular activities, the role of teachers in regular activities, such as the implementation of Duha prayer and prayer dhuhur congregation, spontaneous activities, such as giving sanction to students who are late, and create slogans that can affect students for good character, have been lead learners noble personality which all domains of aspects aimed to implement the teachings of Islam, both in attitudes, skills, and deeds of each learner

    The writing of this article is motivated by the demands of a quality educational institution that can create quality human resources. Madrasah Aliyah Hasan Jufri, the only Madrassa Aliyah with the largest number of learners in Bawean Island is required for its role to realize that expectation. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data is taken through observation, interview and documentation. Respondents consisted of madrasah head, deputy head of madrasah, head of administration, head of library and some teachers. The result of the research shows that the strategy to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Hasan Jufri is to improve the quality of teachers, increase academic and non academic achievement, increase the achievement of National Examination score and the achievement of School Exam as well as the improvement of infrastructure facilities. Supporting factors in improving the quality of education are qualified teachers of education S1 and some S2 in accordance with subjects that diampu, madrasah have education programs and clear division of tasks, infrastructure, climate and a conducive environment and great support from Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Hasan Jufri. Inhibiting factors are still low student learning motivation, employee resource has not maximal, low level of teacher discipline and fund availability still less. Efforts made in improving the quality of education are intensifying guidance and counseling activities, creating an exciting learning atmosphere, rewarding outstanding students, involving relevant staff in training activities, and applying an electrical attendance system for teachers and employees

    Al-Quran is the revelation of Allah S.W.T which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad as a guide for the whole life of mankind, not only Muslims in particular. For this reason, the Koran is an oasis in human life that is used as a guide in life. The originality of the Koran as a holy book is very guaranteed unlike other books, which until now have not been authentic and original, due to human behavior that dares to change and distort and there is no guarantee of originality certainty. Whereas in the Koran and the Hadith of the Prophet discuss the issue of Immortality or servitude to God is one of the responsibilities of man and Jin, naturally created by Allah. So that all the dynamics of human life on earth should be based on ubudiyah principles and values, both activities that are political, educational, economic, social, and so on. According to Imam al-Tabari in his interpretation; that the purpose of Allah creating man and jinn is to serve Him, if they do good they will be rewarded with reward, but if they do bad, then they will be rewarded with punishment later on the Day of Judgment. This, is not based on the needs of God, humans worship, but for the sake of benefit and the benefits also return to humans themselves

    Philosophy as the parent of all science is an important study that needs to be studied, the goal is that the deepest meaning in the context of thinking becomes clearer. So that inevitably philosophical studies need to be introduced in various forms. In a more explicit context that philosophy is an attempt to invite humans to be able to use the potential of extraordinary extraordinary intelligence is able to reveal all the deepest meanings of every inch of scientific analysis that has become knowledge. In this context philosophy as a field of contemplation which leads to ways to discover the nature of what is called love of wisdom can lead us to maturity of thought so that in time it will arrive at the desired essence in philosophy. Furthermore, to find out how to achieve the essence of philosophy is by trying to recognize the method of the Systematic Method: we are known as the work of philosophy or the contents of the first philosophy (essence theory or we are familiar with the term ontology). Second is (our theory of knowledge is also familiar with the term epistemology). Third is (value theory and known as axiology). Historical Method, Critical method: this method is used by Socrates and Plato. Intuitive Method: this method is used by Plotinos and Bergson. Scholastic Method: this method was used by Aristotle and Thomas Aquinas in the Middle Ages. And next is to know other characteristics such as history, and the thoughts of the characters

    Education is the main institution that plays a critical role in establishing and cultivate civilization. Reciprocation of a nation is strongly influenced by the existence of education. So it is necessary to note how the views of the marginalized (pedicab driver) about the value of education and how their ideals to the future of their children through educational institutions are. To find them out, this research uses field research by qualitative method  using inductive data analysis. From the field data is then acquired answers about the meaning of education, and their ideals about the education of their children. And for that, the marginalized (pedicab driver) think that education has a very important meaning, their ideals are same, that they want their children to be better human beings through education

    The tenure of attorney general of Indonesia Republic that is not strictly regulated in the prosecutor law has created legal uncertainty. By descriptive analysis, this issue will be studied in fiqh siyasah (islamic political law). In the Indonesian state administration, the attorney general's tenure that is based on the constitutional convention, which was later confirmed by the Constitutional Court decision, is 5 years old. This assertion is intended to eliminate the legal uncertainty over the conditions governing the tenure. The regulations are in line with the general principles and rules of islamic law which are principle mashlah mursalah and tasharruf al-imam 'ala al-ra'iyyah manuthun bi al-maslahah

For a long time now, attention to children's lives has always been prioritized, at least from the point of development. The family has an important role in determining the future of the child later, because in the family environment a child also first receives the values and norms that shape his personality later. Basically, the pattern of parenting in a family varies from one family to another. The difference in parenting in the family makes each individual or child have different characteristics or morals in everyday life. In this case all of us can understand that the basic principle of education is something that comes from the family environment.     This study discusses the Application of Educational Sanctions in Increasing Discipline of Students in MTs Semesta Kedungmaling Sooko Mojokerto. The approach in this study is a qualitative type case study. In collecting data used participant observation methods, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model that includes several interrelated components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data used extension of research, persistence of observation, and triangulation. The results of research on educational sanctions are (1) Socialization. At this stage the madrasa invites parents of students to sign a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the application of the rules and sanctions given. (2) Trial. Implementation of educational sanctions also needs to be tested, namely for 1 month with a duration of time from 12.00 to 13.00 WIB. (3) Implementation. First: Executor I, in KBM (Teaching and Learning Activities). Educators in the class have the right to reprimand, warn and record even the right to sanction students who have problems before being followed up by executor II. Second: Executor II (educator in charge of discipline) analyzes and interrogates student mistakes. After finding out the mistake, while being given a punishment, students are also given soft therapy and motivation not to repeat their mistakes again

    This research studies about  problems of full-day school implementation in SDIT Al Huda Sangkapura Gresik. The focus of study  is how the impact of full day school to the social development of students is. It also discusses  about obstacles faced by many teachers and solutions that teachers were doing in helping social development of students. This study assessed qualitatively by a phenomenological approach. The whole is descriptive studies in which researchers describe the research activities carried out at the object clearly and systematically. The Results of this study showed that the implementation of full day school in SDIT Al-Huda in its learning system, in general, is similar to that implemented in the pesantrens. The difference lies in the proportion of the learning system that is quantity of learning between general and religious matter each 50%. Another difference is the students do not live in school dormitory. The problems faced by the students in SDIT Al-Huda when compared with students who attend school regularly is the lack of social interaction with the community. The students have a feeling of inferiority, and lack of social sensitivity. In another side, the problems faced by teachers in helping social development of the students is the lack of parental support in motivating them to participate in school activities, lack of funds owned SDIT Al Huda, and lack of professionalism of teachers in a fun method. The solutions which teachers were doing to solve the social development problems, among other learners accustomed salutation, formed a partnership with parents, study visits to other institutions, familiarize prayers in congregation, held a talent development program and interests, and to visit a sick friend’s home. Hopefully, through this research arose an idea to improve the condition of existing education. The development of students like to be balanced between the academic and social
