MODEL KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI PEMIMPIN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
Islamic education leadership will always make Islamic values in its leadership. Communication between superiors and subordinates is not just in the realm of organization, but in Islam there is fostering relations between human beings. Leadership education are expected to be able to make corrections to the behavior that exists in the organization, and leaders of an institution are able to implement quality standards. Quality improvement and management development are very much considered. Individuals as leaders of their existence are responsible for Islamic education institutions, leadership development (leadership development) of its existence can be interpreted as an extension of one's capacity to run a management to achieve something more effective in leadership roles and processes
KONSEP PENDIDIKAN TAN MALAKA DALAM PERSPEKTIF PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
Education in Indonesia is not yet independent because the knowledge being taught cannot free students into human beings who are socially and economically independent, instead trapped in new foedalism by pursuing degrees without actual scientific content. The Tan Malaka Education Concept states that an education based on Indonesian character, in line with reality aimed at freeing humans from misery, oppression, and ignorance, makes life more beneficial for oneself and its surroundings, there is no caste and class distinctions. While the noble goal of Islamic education is the process of making humans kaffah (perfect), which is more emphasized on the servitude of a person to his Lord, looking at the same human being seen only taqwa. This shows that Tan Malaka's thought has the same place in placing humans not as objects of education and feudalism, but also as actors in education and making people more useful to others and with quality. TALFIQ DALAM PELAKSANAAN IBADAH DALAM PERSPEKTIF EMPAT MADZHAB
This scientific paper is a result of literature research on talfiq in the implementation of the four mazhabs in the turots, especially, presented by scholars of the four mazhab (Shafi'i, Hanafi, Maliki and Hanbali). Talfiq in the implementation of worship is one of the phenomena that often occur in our daily lives, especially in the implementation of worship and muamalah among human beings. The Issues concerning the permissibility of talfiq can occur in dzhaniyah case, not the the obvious and definitive one according to islamic law. it is forbidden as well for some ones doing it by reason tala'ub (playful) and deliberately take the opinion that is light because of solely following their own lusts. So, the conclusion is that as a servant let us always strive to examine and explore the validity of the law in the Shari'ah through texts or sunnah or by asking someone who is an expert in his field of science

OPTIMALISASI LABORATORIUM KEUANGAN SYARI’AH DALAM MENINGKATKAN LITERASI SIVITAS AKADEMIKA TERHADAP PRODUK IKNB SYARI’AH
The development of the Muslim community needs to the products of Shariah finance industry is a positive indication of the existence of shari'ah financial institutions. The phenomenon is not too surprising considering that the majority of the population in Indonesia is Muslim. Along with the increased understanding of the Shari'ah, the positive impact is people's desire to do business and take advantage of the products and services of financial institutions Shari'ah. But in fact there are still opinions in society, including in academic circles, about Shari'ah financial transaction system which is felt not much different from the conventional transaction system. The phenomenon indicates that literacy levels of society (including academics) are still not good. This study aimed to find the level of understanding and literacy of academicians of the IKNB Shari'ah products, and to know the expectations of society to the presence of IKNB Shari'ah. Based on the expectations of the community, shari'ah financial institutions can create its professionality by optimizing its the role itself. This research was conducted using qualitative methods to explore the opinions and expectations of society, especially the academicians. The strategy of the research is a phenomenal approach, involving all elements of academicians from the community with a heterogeneous geography and culture. The results showed that the level of literacy level academicians against IKNB shari’ah products stood at 62 on a scale of 100. It means that is enabled that the society have literacy levels below that figure. Of course this requires the efforts and support of the educational institutions to provide support to optimize all available resources. Based on the opinions and expectations of the community to discover, at least there are 10 steps to optimize the syari'ah financial laboratory to improve literacy of academicians of the IKNB Shari'ah product

UTILITAS DALAM PERILAKU KONSUMEN PERSPEKTIF NILAI KEISLAMAN
Humans are social creatures that consist of two elements, namely self (lust) and soul (spirit), the first element is closely related to the physical while the second is related to mental / spiritual meaning. To measure the level of satisfaction as a consumer, three approaches were taken, namely utility approach, indefer curve approach and attribute approach. This paper will discuss consumer satisfaction using the total utility approach by comparing physical and non-physical satisfaction. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data sources (library research), namely literature review sourced from several related literature, both from articles or classic books (turats)
UPAYA GURU MENGATASI PROBLEMATIKA PEMBELAJARAN SKI BERBASIS AL QUR’AN DI MTS AL URWATUL WUTSQO JOMBANG
The history of Islamic Culture is one of the important lessons to be learned especially for Muslims as an effort to shape the character and personality of the people from the journey of a character or previous generation. In general, in reality the History of Islamic Culture is less desirable. Historical subjects are underestimated or only considered as supplementary lessons both by students and teachers. But there are different things at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. The MTs makes an innovation, namely the Qur'an-based SKI. The results of this study found that problems: problems with learning resources that are incomplete, lack of understanding of methods, lack of media to meet learning objectives, student problems before and during learning, evaluation values are substandard. Teacher's efforts: learning resources are overcome by the internet as a complementary resource, methods are overcome by other methods prepared by the teacher, media is overcome with other media that are easy to find, students are overcome with some common things, evaluations are overcome with remedial programs

KONSEP PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PERSPEKTIF UMAR BARADJA DAN RELEVANSINYA DENGAN PENDIDIKAN NASIONAL
Umar Baradja’s education concept of character has been adjusted to the concepts and objectives of national education. The result of the research on Umar Baradja’s thinking of character education is originated from Umar Baradja’s concept of interactions among social being. It was designed to prepare the next generation to be a virtuous, good, and noble human being. It was designed to able to be applied in all ages as well, from early childhood up to old age. Morals can be generated by the exercise and the struggle in the beginning, until it became a character. For example a person who wants to have a beautiful writing, the first time he had to force himself to imitate the beautiful writings, until the writing is his character. It is not strange to the man who was given by God a reason and understanding. Even, Similarly, it is not strange on wild animals, because their instinct can be transformed to be benign by exercises. It is evident that the dog can be taught to hunt and guard. Umar Baradja is a muslim leader from Surabaya. He was famous in his day until today. Alhamdulillah, his works still exist, taught in almost all pondok pesantrens (boarding schools). He offered education concept of character and by instilling and familiarizing a good behavior to Allah, His Prophet, and fellow human beings interact, and uphold the values of brotherhood. Thus character education according to Umar Baradja’s as defined in this study are the concepts or moral message and the process of instilling to humans from themselves, to others, to God and even to inanimate objects.
