TINJAUAN SAKRALITAS KEPEMIMPINAN PENDIDIKAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN
The problem dealt with in this research is quranic educational leadership related with educational leadership principles; sacred, profane and combined one. This research uses quranic verses concerning educational leadership. The method used in collecting data is recollecting, arranging, describing, and mentioning leadership concept. Techniques used to verify data are observation, triangulation technique, colleague verifying technique, and content analysis. Steps for this research are done by collecting, investigating, deciding, and amalgamating Quranic verses to search leadership concept within it. This research is bibliographical research with mawdu’iy method and explorative qualitative approach to reconstruct. This research results in several following conclusions: first, sacred leadership has six terms, that is, Al-Malik, Al-Hada, Al-Wala, Al-Rabb, Al-Qahhar and Al-Kabar. These terms have six advantages --responsibility and mercy in the hereafter and this world and flipsides -- in human kind point of view there is less democracy (syura), justice (‘adalah), freedom (hurriyah), equality (musawa), and guaranted availability of absolute perfectness. Secondly, profane leadership has eight terms; Khalifah, Ulil Amri, Mala’, Im_mah, Sultan, Naqab, Sadah, and Qawwaman. These terms have disanvantages--responsibility and mercy only in this world and plus point --there is more democracy (syura), justice (‘adalah), freedom (hurriyah), equality (musawa), and there is no guaranted availability of absolute perfectness. Thirdly, educational leadership, which combines sacred and profanity, creates realistic educational leadership. Integration between human’s submission to God and his rationality brings him to happiness in this world and the hereafter. Hence, combination of sacred and profane educational leadership produce the leadership of “Khalifah Rububiyah” which is equilibrium between sacred teachings and reality in this world. Thus, the principles; democracy, (syura) justice, (‘adalah) freedom (hurriyah) and equality (musawa) in educational leadership can be achieved optimally based on responsibility and mercy in this world and hereafter and guarantee of this world perfectness
KODE ETIK PSIKOLOGI DALAM MENDAPATKAN ILMU YANG BERMANFA’AT
The human’s fallecy of thinking, mental and actions today is spreading in entire the world. Muslim Families have been poisoned by secular thought, so they are far from the true understanding of Islam. They have achieved academic degrees, social titles, and social status in society, but they do not make them feel fear of God and the more correct the attitude of worship to Him, even to the contrary. This is caused when looking for knowledge, there are some things that are not true, they do not understand the code of ethics or adab-adab to seek a knowledge and how to achieve or get a useful science. Then the next educator in the view of Islam is a teacher or lecturer. Simply put, teachers can be called as teachers and educators at once. The code of ethics is a set of values to be adhered to and executed as well as possible in the performance of something. While psychology is a science that focuses on the behavior and mental processes that lie behind, as well as application in human life. A useful science is the science which can make the owner to be closer to God, not necessarily what it is with the knowledge we have gained but the extent of our devotion and servitude to the Khaliq with the knowledge we gain. In this article we will discuss about the code of ethics of psychology in obtaining the “manfa'at” science, with the meaning of psychology here refers to the psychology or personality of a person in the search for knowledge, as well as the personality of the teacher or educator as a supplier of knowledge to obtain benefit

Where children today have lost their true identity as humans. Why do the authors say that children now have lost their identity as human beings, this is the case of many young people today who have an immoral attitude or do not have morals, be it to parents, friends, neighbors and even teachers. We have seen this in various media, there are children who kill their own parents, there are children who kill their teachers and even dare to bring sharp weapons to school against their teachers to fight. For this reason, this article is important to read so that we can recognize good parenting in educating children
ISTIHADHAH DAN PROBLEMATIKANYA DALAM KEHIDUPAN PRAKTIS MASYARAKAT
This research aims to determine kinds of istihadhah blood in islamic law and its implications in worship through studying on the literature of the classical books of fiqh Shafi'ites. The first step is to analyze the istihadhah problems experienced by some women, and then classified them in several cases so it can be distinguished among menstrual, childbed, and istihadhah blood, and ordinances of worship that be held in conditions of istihadhah, either prayer or fasting. This research use two approaches of introduction, first, the introduction of blood color and secondly, the introduction of menstrual cycle as well as a method to count, so based on the blood color and its cycle, it can be known about each woman’s classification of istihadhah blood case and its legal solution

PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PKn TEMA BUDI PEKERTI MELALUI PENERAPAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN TALKING STICK SISWA KELAS I SDN 3 TAMBAK KABUPATEN GRESIK
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of teaching methods talking stick in improving learning outcomes of PKn (Civics) Theme Character at grade 1 SDN 3 Tambak Tambak Subdistrict of Gresik District in the academic year 2014-2015. This research is expected to be useful for readers and teachers in improving the quality of learning in the classroom, especially through the method of Talking Stick. The subject of research in this PTK is the first grade students SDN 3 Tambak Tambak Subdistrict Gresik in second semester in the academic year 2014-2015. The number of students is 30 children. The time of the research is on March 9 until 16, 2015. Based on the analysis result, it got a description that the application of the talking stick learning methods could improved learning outcomes of PKn (Civics) Theme Character at grade 1 SDN 3 Tambak Tambak District of Gresik in the academic year 2014-2015 with the completeness rate reaching 79.1%

PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI PULAU BAWEAN: SEJARAH DAN PEMBENTUKANNYA
Islamic Education in Bawean Island Indonesia began since the arrival of Islam to the island during 16th century. Initially, Islamic education activities were carried out at places such as houses, musolla and mosques. At this early stage, Islamic education was yet a formal institution and was conducted individually. From its historical journey, Islamic education at Bawean Island has progressed to become a formal institution in the form of madrasah which united Islamic education with Indonesian national education. This study aims to look at the early history of Islamic education at Bawean Island and afterwards at the resulting development process. Results have shown that students’ achievement at Islamic education institution was excellent and the response from the society was encouraging. To conclude, Islamic education institution at Bawean Island was still preferred and capable of competing with the general education
IMPLEMENTASI PELATIHAN DAN PENDIDIKAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI STMIK STIKOM BALI
STMIK STIKOM Bali is one of the private universities in Bali. During the course of the development of leadership and culture in universities many have had a change. The main factor that has changed in the organizational culture is the development of technology and the increasing number of human resources. Organizational culture in a company that is a university is carried out to achieve the goals and vision and mission of a company. STIKOM Bali has a different organizational culture from other private universities. The main issue at this time is the relationship between education and training and organizational culture on employee performance. Currently employees in universities have an agenda for training and education activities, this is done to improve company performance. Increased companies are influenced by adequate and reliable human resources in carrying out activities. Education and training as well as organizational culture in universities have a considerable influence on the performance of employees themselves. From the urgency, it was felt necessary to do a training on organizational culture education in order to have a positive impact on employee performance at STIKOM Bali. This study uses a single case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary sources are obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of research that has been found that training and education in organizational culture has a positive impact on employee performance at STIKOM Bali. This will be a reference in human resource development and affect the improvement of the company's vision and mission
