    Javanese society is still very thick with the animist tradition of believing in ancestral spirits. It is said that the ancestors according to community culture were the first people to set foot in a settlement or village. Although at this time the ancestors had been buried either in a field or under a large tree that was more than hundreds of years old but his spirit was believed to still be able to protect the surrounding community in quotes is the grandchildren of great-grandfather. Many stories say that by respecting the spirits of the ancestors, the Tlanak villagers often get blessings, for example recovering from illness, high status, and good fortune. So the Tlanak village government stipulates that once a year the people of Tlanak village must celebrate respect for the spirits of the ancestors, called the alms of the earth at the grave of great-grandfather. The budget has been set by the village and each Head of the Tlanak village community is also obliged to pay the dues that have been determined by the village government.     Problem Based Learning (PBL) method was learning method that teach students for solving the problem and reflecting it with their experiences in order to develop thinking ability in solving problem which was meaningful, relevant, and contextual. PBL was one of methods in contextual teaching and learning based on constructivist learning theory. The result of this paper showed that PBL method was applicable to be implemented in learning fiqh, and it could be combined with other conventional method for achieving advantage of learning result optimally. On the other hand, PBL was effective enough in helping students’ understanding and in linking their education with real problem in society

    : The purpose of this action research is: (a) want to know the improvement of student's learning achievement after the application of learning problem solving method, (b) to know the influence of student's learning motivation after applying the learning problem solving method. This research uses action research for three rounds. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN Sukaoneng Kecamatan Tambak of Gresik Regency in the academic year 2015/2016. Data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheet of teaching and learning activities. From the analyst's result, it is found that students' learning achievement has increased from cycle I and cycle II that is, cycle I (46,15%), cycle II (84,62%), From the results of cycles I and II proved to have increased learning mastery of 38.47% so it can be said the method of problem solving (problem solving) can improve student achievement in grade IV SDN Sukaoneng. The conclusion of this research is problem solving method can improve student's learning achievement and can have a positive effect on learning motivation of fourth grade students of SDN Sukaoneng Tambak Sub-district of Gresik Regency in the lesson year 2015/2016, and this learning model can be used as one of alternative learning IP

Informant research in this research are student Semester II and Management Committee STIKOM Bali. The results of this research are STIKOM Bali democracy education to students through college industry. The lecture is an embodiment of industrial links and match among colleges with the industrialized world.  Implementation of the lecture industry conducted two one year  periods by presenting the seminar was the entrepreneur IT, stand Expo food by students , education and exhibition of collage. The purpose of the lecture industry activity was held to provide an opportunity to students choosing business freedom what will the group by presenting the entrepreneurial of IT. Application of the democracy education is intended for students as a provision in the industrialized world after their graduation in college

    Is there democracy in Islam?, how is the attitude of Muslims to democracy, is Islam compatible with democracy? This question gets a different reaction from Muslim thinkers. This means that Democracy in Islam is still a controversial issue, both theoretically and practically. There are at least two groups or blocks of views from Muslim thinkers. First the conservative group, they reject openly Islamic relations with democracy. For them in Islam there is no place for democracy. Second, the moderate Islamic view group. This group holds that the substance (essence) of democracy is in line with Islamic principles. While democracy in the view of Western educational philosophy in this paper is represented by the opinion of Dewey (1916/1996), Schumpeter (1942), Dahl (1971) and Zulu records (2001). While the view of democracy in the philosophy of Islamic education is represented by the view of moderate Islamic groups that bring Democracy into Islamic education in a dialogical way. The point is that the values of Democracy can be strengthened through education. Democracy and education are entities that can not be separated in achieving the two educational objectives as Nurcholis Madjid said in Indonesia context

    The study of Islamic religion in schools, some of the most necessary ways to apply by educators is to provide the right strengthening (reinforcer) and Punisher to the learners. By providing reinforcement and punishment, learners will feel rewarded and given attention in all its efforts and behaviors and achievements. Most educators are less concerned about taking an action, because as small as any act of teacher will certainly bring positive and negative impacts to students. An educator must be wise and think first in taking an action. The more precise the action given makes the student motivated to learn. Because learning will bring a change to the individuals who do it. Changes are not only related to the addition of science, as well as skill, skills, attitude, self-esteem, interests, self-adjustment to students. This research aims to describe the implementation of Reinforcer and Punisher in SMP Negeri 03 Jombang and describe any supporting factors and Reinforcer (reinforcement) and Punisher (punishment) students in SMP Negeri 03 Jombang. This research is field research, qualitative research is a study that uses natural background, with the intent of interpreting the phenomenon occurring and carried out by way involving various existing methods with the draft case study Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation. This research uses the approach method.     This paper tries to solve the problem of 'Allāl al-Fāsy regarding al-maqāṣid al-sharī`ah, as a figure who developed the study of maqāṣid sharīah after as-shāṭiby and Ibnu `Ashūr. The study of the science of maqāṣid sharī`ah offered by al-Shāṭiby was later developed by two people from the generation of the al-Māliky school, namely Ibn ʻArūr and al-Fāsy. Ibn 'Asr supported to make maqaṣid sharī`ah an independent science of ushul fiqh. While al-Fāsy tried to apply the ideas of maqāṣid al-Shāṭiby in the realm of contemporary issues. He prioritizes the essence of Islamic sharia in the benefit of humans. For him, there is no dispute with the benefit of humans. To find out the essence of this Shari'a, al-Fāsy divides maqāṣid into two; the first is the maqāṣid sharīah in establishing the basis of sharia law called ushūl al-shar`, and the second is the maqāṣid sharīah in providing human rights
