No full textThis paper tries to capture the current conditions in Indonesia, where there are often conflicts due to sara issues. The trigger is none other than the hoax problem. If we see an explosion of conflict that occurred lately that is sprinkled to the surface is a very sensitive issue, namely the problem of ethnicity and religious issues. In the context of nation and state, Indonesia is inhabited by a variety of tribes and religions. As Muslims, we should be able to understand more sensitively that we live in this country side by side with followers of other religions, which if we cannot understand properly, there will be greater conflict. Therefore, developing the concept of tolerance in Islam must be echoed by everyone, so that in the end there will be harmony in the nation and state

No full textThis study is an examination of the concept of critical education that is reviewed in a paradigmatic framework and see it in the perspective of Islamic education. Based on this, the fundamental issues of the study include the relevance, elaboration, and application in Islamic education. Therefore, this study is then expected to synthesize a more comprehensive educational paradigm and have scientific / theoretical and practical contributions to the development of the concept of Islamic education. Methodologically, this research is a study of qualitative analysis (literature) by maximizing philosophical, normative, pedagogical and interdisciplinary approaches to be developed in looking at how the concept of critical education and its actualization in Islamic education. Education aims to work on the human reality that has consciousness, free will, critical reason, and creativity. Therefore, methodologically critical education must rest on the principles of action and total reflection. That is the principle of acting to turn a static reality into a dynamic state for individual educators (educators and learners) as well as society as a whole. Based on the critical education paradigm, then education is expected to generate critical reasoning, creative ability, freedom in appreciation, and critical awareness of learners. Therefore, the pedagogic pattern that becomes the main patron used in the teaching and learning process in the education system so far has to be replaced by the pattern of andragogical education which is more open to the learner to actively participate, critically and creatively in teaching and learning process. Referring to the concept of Islamic education, basically Islamic education emphasizes humanization and liberation as an education orientation, and puts learners and educators alike as subjects in the learning process. Therefore, the Islamic educational paradigm base all the ideas, goals, and educational process on the foundation of spirituality and a solid faith to God and His Messenger. Or in other words, Islamic education combines aspects of vertical (spirituality) and horizontal (social) as the orientation of education. No full textThe purpose of this study is to describe the preparation, implementation and results of the grand design of SMS in MBS for consummating an effective and excellent school at SDN 3 Tambak, Tambak Subdistrict of Gresik Regency in 2015. This study was conducted in SDN 3 Tambak Tambak Subdistrict Gresik in 2015 using school profile data. The implementation of study was carried out for 3 months from August to October 2015 with the observation and documentation method. The result shows that the SMS method has improved the academic and non academic achievement of students, enthusiasm and competence of teachers, infrastructure, financial management, school management and PSM. The conclusion is that the implementation of SMS in the grand design of MBS can consummate an effectiveness and excellence school of SDN 3 Tambak Tambak District of Gresik Regency in 2015

No full textIn general that the students' views on the subject matter of mathematics as a frightening specter and boring. It can be proved that the student’s mathematics test results than other subjects is much lower. One of reasons is the teachers have no ability to convey the subject matter by using media or a fun props. So it is necessary to create a learning innovation that aims to facilitate in increasing the student’s learning activity outcomes of integer multiplication in grade IV by using bamboo media count in SDN 3 Tambak, Tambak District of Gresik. This research method is descriptive qualitative, quantitative and mediating. The result of this study is student’s activity increase about 12% in the first cycle and 71% to 83% in the second cycle. By using this methode, the student’s learning outcomes increase 20% in the first cycle and 65% to 85% in the second cycle. The conclusion, that is based on the results of the final act of the second cycle’s count show, is a fact that the use of bamboo can increase the student’s activity and learning outcomes in multiplying integers fourth grade students of SDN 3 Tambak Tambak District of Gresik in 2016

No full textThe appreciation of the reputation and achievements of the Religious Courts continued to flow from experts and credible international survey organizations. Among others, Mark Cammack, Daniel S. Lev, Markus Zimmer, Cate Summer, Tim Lindsey, CJ Diana Bryant, Yoshiharu Matsuura etc. Meanwhile, the survey agency, among others, The Asia Foundation, ACNielsen, UN Women -institute under the auspices of the United Nations-, IALDF, etc. that in essence they satisfy with the performance of the Religious Court. This condition is contradictory to the situation in their own country, even though de jure has received an additional mandate (competence) as mandated by Article 49 of Law No. 3 of 2006, but de facto skepticism and pessimism in some quarters, indirectly weaken and reduce the competence of the Religious Court. This is often done by a handful of party, unsupported by valid research data. In fact, the true increase Religious Court's competence born from the womb of reform, but already at the age of eight years of this, it still has not gained the trust and support of the maximum. Expectations of economic actors to the sharia court Religion should be coupled with efforts to strengthen the real from stakeholders to the Religious Court can maximize its role in escorting the growth of the Islamic finance industry, that will be the focus of study in this paper

No full textThis research is motivated by the prescription in the Indonesia Criminal Code (KUHP) which is became one of the causes of a prosecutor cannot prosecute and execute a sentence against a criminal offender. A concept that was initially unknown in Islamic criminal law (fiqh jinayah). The purpose of this study is to compare the concepts of prescription in the Indonesia Criminal Code and Islamic jurisprudence. This study uses a library research method with a comparative approach. The conclusion of this study is that the Indonesia Criminal Code the prescription applies to all criminal acts at the level of prosecution and the execution of penalties. On another side the prescription in Islamic criminal law can only be applied to takzir crime at the same level, namely prosecution and executing sentences
