    The Environmental Impact on Children’s Language Development

    The environment is a factor that has a considerable influence on children’s language development. Because with the environment, they can continue the routine as well without feeling difficulties. The stimulation that a child gets through the environment influences the child's language development. Stimulation that is received slowly will affect the child's language development. The role of parents is very important in guiding and teaching children. The family is the first and foremost environment in child development. Parents really need to understand these steps. Development according to the age of a child's cognitive development will be able to influence his development, this is related to his success or delay in thinking and communicating with a child who is said to be slow in speaking can affect the ability to connect in everyday life personally or socially. So that children have no difficulty learning to socialize and other work activities when they grow up. Factors that can affect children's language development include the following: Brain development and intelligence, Gender, physical condition, Family environment, Economic conditions, Regional social/cultural settings, Bilingualism (2 languages).     Carbon Trading dengan Prinsip Syariah di Malaysia Potensi dan Implementasi di Indonesia

    Intisari: Perdagangan karbon (carbon trading) merupakan mekanisme pasar yang efektif untuk mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca sekaligus mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan. Dalam perspektif Islam, mekanisme ini dapat diselaraskan dengan prinsip syariah seperti keadilan (‘adl), keberkahan (barakah), dan tanggung jawab lingkungan (khalifah fil ard). Artikel ini mengeksplorasi potensi dan tantangan implementasi carbon trading berbasis syariah di Indonesia, dengan merujuk pada studi kasus Malaysia sebagai negara Muslim yang telah memulai pasar karbon sukarela berbasis syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa carbon trading berbasis syariah memiliki kesesuaian dengan maqasid syariah serta menawarkan model pembiayaan yang etis dan berkelanjutan. Namun, rendahnya literasi karbon, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan potensi spekulasi menjadi tantangan utama. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan audit syariah, pengembangan produk keuangan inovatif, dan kolaborasi regional untuk memastikan implementasi yang efektif. Dengan strategi ini, Indonesia dapat memanfaatkan potensi besar perdagangan karbon untuk mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan dan ekonomi secara etis.   Kata kunci: Perdagangan karbon; prinsip syariah; keberlanjutan; Indonesia; Malaysia.   Abstract: ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance)-based financing has emerged as a strategic approach Carbon trading is an effective market mechanism to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while supporting environmental sustainability. From an Islamic perspective, this mechanism aligns with Sharia principles such as justice (‘adl), blessings (barakah), and environmental responsibility (khalifah fil ard). This article explores the potential and challenges of implementing Sharia-based carbon trading in Indonesia, referencing Malaysia as a case study for its voluntary carbon market integrated with Sharia compliance. The findings indicate that Sharia-based carbon trading aligns with maqasid syariah and offers an ethical and sustainable financing model. However, challenges such as low carbon literacy, limited infrastructure, and potential speculation remain significant barriers. Addressing these challenges requires Sharia audits, innovative financial products, and regional collaboration to ensure effective implementation.     The purpose of this study is to determine whether Islamic law and positive law regulate the Foreclosed Collateral (AYDA) process in the settlement of non-performing financing in Islamic banks. This research uses literature review or library research with descriptive analysis. The steps include defining the subject, finding relevant sources, and drawing conclusions. According to research findings, Islamic bank financing is also equipped with positive legal material guarantees (based on Indonesian civil law). If the agreement made by Islamic banking is based on Islamic law and the principles of sharia contract law, this will certainly facilitate the settlement of defaults, where the bank can take over the guarantee in order to resolve non-performing financing. The bank has the right to sell the collateral by selling it itself (underhand sales), execution through direct auction (parate execution) or flat execution through the religious court if the collectability is stuck

    Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Niat Penggunaan Batik Bekasi

    Niat Penggunaan Batik Bekasi di kalangan masyarakat Bekasi masih belum optimal. Salah satu hal yang diduga memengaruhi niat penggunaan Batik Bekasi pada masyarakat adalah bauran pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap niat penggunaan Batik Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan masyarakat Bekasi. Hasil uji deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari separuh responden belum memiliki batik bekasi. Akan tetapi, sebanyak 75% responden sudah mengetahui Batik Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan Batik Bekasi dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 22,8%. Dimensi people dan physical evidence memiliki penilaian tertinggi dari konsumen, sedangkan dimensi promotion membutuhkan peningkatan pada strategi promosi kepada masyarakat.     This study aims to describe how the implementation of using the skipping technique is an effort to improve reading content comprehension through online libraries (class VII students of MTs Daarus Salam Bantur). This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This study aims to increase students' reading speed and students' reading comprehension. With the skipping technique as an effort to increase understanding of reading content, it is hoped that it will be able to increase students' reading interest, reading speed and reading comprehension. Applying speed reading skills is very important for the development of science and technology today. The ability to read fast is a type of reading that prioritizes speed, without leaving an understanding of aspects of reading.     Urgensi Spiritualitas dalam Dunia Pendidikan Perspektif Al-Ghazali

    The moral crisis in modern education indicates that intellectual intelligence alone is insufficient to shape a complete human personality. In this context, spirituality becomes a fundamental aspect that must be emphasized to prevent education from losing its ethical foundation. This study aims to examine Imam Al-Ghazali’s concept of spirituality and its significance in the educational sphere. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research draws upon a literature review of Al-Ghazali’s works such as Ihya’ Ulum al-Din, Bidayat al-Hidayah, and Mizan al-‘Amal. The findings reveal that Al-Ghazali regards spirituality as the core of human character formation. For him, education should not only convey knowledge but also purify the soul (tazkiyatun nafs) and cultivate divine awareness (ma’rifatullah). Spirituality plays a crucial role in harmonizing the intellect, emotions, and heart. When the educational system neglects this dimension, knowledge becomes logical yet morally empty. Therefore, spirituality should be internalized through religious habituation, ethical guidance, and moral formation. This concept remains relevant to foster knowledgeable individuals with strong moral responsibility. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi pustaka terhadap karya-karya Al-Ghazali seperti Ihya’ Ulum al-Din, Bidayat al-Hidayah, dan Mizan al-‘Amal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Ghazali menempatkan spiritualitas sebagai inti dari pembentukan kepribadian manusia. Pendidikan menurutnya tidak hanya bertujuan menambah ilmu, tetapi juga mengarahkan manusia pada pembersihan jiwa (tazkiyatun nafs) dan pengenalan hakikat ketuhanan (ma’rifatullah). Spiritualitas memiliki peran vital dalam mengintegrasikan potensi akal, emosi, dan hati agar seimbang. Ketika dunia pendidikan mengabaikan aspek spiritual, ilmu hanya berhenti pada logika tanpa moralitas. Oleh karena itu, spiritualitas perlu diinternalisasikan dalam sistem pendidikan melalui pembiasaan ibadah, penanaman nilai religius, dan pembentukan akhlak.     The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has transformed the global landscape. In these times, leadership in Islamic education faces various complex challenges. This description demonstrates the ability of Islamic educational leadership to realize its lofty ideals as “leadership management” in Islamic education. The definition of leadership in education can be formulated as follows: “Educational leadership is a series of abilities of a person in the educational process that is effective and efficient in achieving goals.” Based on its implementation, official leadership is divided into: (1) Autocratic Leadership Type. (2) Pseudo-Democratic Leadership Type. (3) Laizzez Faire Leadership Type. (4) Democratic Leadership Type. As for the definition of leadership in Islam, in Arabic it is called "khalifah" (QS. 02:30). Viewed from the prophetic leadership of Rasulullah SAW, then leadership management can be said: “all leadership theories are in the Prophet Muhammad SAW.” In Islamic leadership, a concept is offered about the characteristics of a leader that are inherent in the person of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, namely: (1) Shiddiq. (2) Amanah. (3) Tabligh. (4) Fathanah. The description above can be concluded that the implementation of leadership in Islamic education requires: Knowledge and faith, open-minded, trustworthy and fair, directive, selective about information, consultative, polite, forgiving, trustworthy, exemplary and productive.     Abstract:  Restorative justice is an alternative approach to resolving criminal acts without punishment that has been implemented in Indonesia since 2021 at the police level. The purpose of this interview is to obtain more in-depth information about how restorative justice is implemented, including experiences, opinions, and obstacles encountered, as well as to obtain data and information related to the practice of restorative justice at the Surakarta Police Headquarters. The research method used in this study is qualitative research, with a normative and empirical approach. This study uses secondary data as its main source. This study uses interview techniques to collect data.  The data analysis technique used in this study is the qualitative approach according to Miles and Huberman, which consists of three main stages, namely data simplification (reduction), data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning Restorative Justice at the Surakarta Police Headquarters is considered ineffective. To ensure equitable and fair implementation for all levels of society, Police Regulation No. 8 of 2021 should be repealed and replaced with a Law on Restorative Justice that adopts the principle of diyat in Islam. However, the formulation of a Law on Restorative Justice that adopts the principle of diyat in Islam in Indonesia needs to be done carefully, inclusively, and contextually so that the values of justice, benefit, and forgiveness can be accepted by the entire community and not considered as a practice of the majority religion

    NEGOTIATING BETWEEN SHARIA AND MEDICAL PRACTICE: An maqashid Analysis of Khashyat al-Imlāq as a Motive for Misoprostol Use in Indonesian Muslim Households

    The use of misoprostol (miso) as an abortion drug has sparked ethical, medical, and legal debates. On the one hand, this drug has important medical functions, such as treating miscarriages, postpartum hemorrhages, and life-threatening emergencies in mothers. However, on the other hand, miso is often misused for illegal abortions. This article aims to examine the position of miso in the perspective of contemporary Islamic law through the maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah approach. The research was conducted using a qualitative method based on a literature study, with primary sources from the Qur'an, hadith, classical fiqh books, and contemporary fatwas from Majma' al-Fiqh al-Islami and the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). The results of the study show that the use of miso is permissible if there are sharia and medical reasons of emergency, such as saving the life of the mother or a fetus that is already dead, provided that the pregnancy is less than 120 days old. Conversely, the use of miso for illegal abortion without an emergency reason is considered haram, as it contradicts the principles of ḥifẓ al-nafs and ḥifẓ al-nasl. In conclusion, contemporary Islamic law affirms that the use of misoprostol must be subject to maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, with strict medical supervision and regulation, in order to protect life and preserve offspring.The use of misoprostol (miso) as an abortion drug has sparked ethical, medical, and legal debates.     Revitalisasi Nilai-Nilai Kearifan Lokal dalam Pendidikan Pesantren Salafiyah

    Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia have a strategic role in preserving and transforming local wisdom values ​​to the younger generation. This study aims to analyze efforts to revitalize local wisdom values ​​in the Salafiyah Islamic boarding school education system in the modern era. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in three Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools in East Java. Data collection techniques were carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with kiai, ustadz, and students, and analysis of pesantren curriculum documents. The results show that the revitalization of local wisdom values ​​in Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools is implemented through the integration of yellow book learning with the local socio-cultural context, the application of the value system of tawadhu, ta'dzim, and ukhuwah in the daily lives of students, and the preservation of local traditions such as tahlilan, istighosah, and learning the art of hadrah. This revitalization faces challenges in the form of the influence of globalization, shifting values ​​among the younger generation, and limited resources. However, Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools are still able to maintain their identity through critical adaptation strategies that combine tradition with contemporary needs without losing the essence of their local values
