Kajian Etnomatematika dalam Tradisi Adat Belis Perempuan Maramba di Tanarara Sumba Timur
Tradisi Belis Maramba adalah komponen penting dari adat perkawinan orang Sumba Timur, terutama di daerah Tanarara. Nilai simbolis dan spiritual serta konsep matematika yang dapat dikaji dalam konteks etnomatematika ditemukan dalam tradisinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menjelaskan elemen-elemen matematika yang ada dalam praktik Belis Maramba serta memahami potensinya sebagai sumber pembelajaran matematika yang didasarkan pada budaya lokal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik etnografi melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses Belis Maramba mengandung konsep bilangan, proporsionalitas, pola geometris, pengukuran, dan klasifikasi, yang mencerminkan pemikiran matematis intuitif masyarakat lokal. Hasil ini memungkinkan pembelajaran matematika untuk menjadi lebih kontekstual dan bermakna bagi peserta didik dengan mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal.Tradisi Belis Maramba adalah komponen penting dari adat perkawinan orang Sumba Timur, terutama di daerah Tanarara. A simple definition of “organization” that can be applied is: “An organization is a system of reciprocal influence among people in a group who work together to achieve certain goals.” The implementation of the organization will be concrete if there are aspects that are quite important for the organizational process, namely: (1) Organizational identity. (2) Organizational principles. (3) Formulation of goals. (4) Organizational culture. (5) Management levels. Identity is not just a name, but an organizational structure must be formed so that its management is clear. The principles of the organization have two roles, namely: (1) As a guideline in a healthy and efficient organization. (2) As a foundation in carrying out organizational activities. Meanwhile, the formulation of objectives can be explained as follows: (1) Specific. (2) Time-limited. (3) Measurable. (4) Challenging. (5) Achievable. In an organization there are also dynamics of the relationship between individual goals and organizational goals, namely: (1) Totally contradictory. (2) Partially contradictory. (3) Neutral. (4) Appropriate. (5) Exactly the same. In the context of organizational development, several functions of organizational culture: (1) Culture as a differentiator between one organization and another. (2) Culture as a shaper of organizational identity. (3) Culture as an organizational glue. (4) Culture as a control tool. In an organization there are three levels of management: (1) Top Management. (2) Middle Management. (3) First Line Management
Strategi Pesantren dalam Membentuk Karakter Kemandirian Santri di Pondok Pesantren Darussa’adah 21 Malang
This research aims to analyze the strategy of the Darussa'adah 21 Sutojayan Pakisaji Malang Islamic Boarding School in forming the independent character of its students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the Darussa'adah 21 Sutojayan Pakisaji Malang Islamic Boarding School has several strategies in forming the independent character of its students, namely: getting used to the values of independence, discipline and responsibility. These strategies are implemented through various programs and activities, namely: daily routines, extracurricular activities, student organizations, service to Islamic boarding schools and the community, and alumni empowerment. The conclusion of the research is that the Darussa'adah 21 Sutojayan Pakisaji Malang Islamic Boarding School has successfully implemented various strategies in forming the independent character of its students. These strategies have a positive impact on developing the students' independent character.

Efektivitas TGT (Team Games Tournament) pada Pembelajaran Responsif Budaya
This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in the context of culturally responsive learning. TGT is a game-based learning strategy that is considered capable of accommodating the cultural diversity of students and increasing their active role in the learning process. Through literature studies, data were collected from various scientific articles discussing the implementation of TGT with adaptation to local culture. The analysis was carried out using a descriptive and interpretive approach to describe how the implementation of TGT can create fun, interactive, and meaningful learning. The results of the study showed that TGT was effective in increasing active participation of students, building self-confidence, and making learning experiences more relevant to their cultural background. However, studies related to the meaningfulness of learning activities in a cultural context are still limited, so further research is needed to explore this aspect in more depth
MEMBANGUN KEMANDIRIAN ANAK: INTEGRASI KEGIATAN AGAMA DAN SOSIAL DI PONDOK PESANTREN AINUL YAKIN
This research aims to understand the dynamics of integrating religious and social activities for children with special needs (ABK) at Pesantren Ainul Yakin Gunung Kidul. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research explores how the pesantren integrates ABK in religious activities such as congregational prayers, Quran memorisation, and religious studies, as well as social activities such as group work and community service. Data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the integration of religious and social activities has a significant positive impact on the psychological, social, and spiritual development of ABK. Religious activities help strengthen ABK's faith and piety, provide inner peace, and reduce stress. Meanwhile, social activities enhance ABK's social skills, self-confidence, and independence, and reduce stigma and discrimination. This research also identifies the challenges faced in integrating ABK, such as physical and cognitive limitations, social stigma, and limited resources. Solutions implemented by the pesantren include providing special assistance, adjusting teaching methods, and educational programs to improve understanding and acceptance of ABK. The integration of religious and social activities at Pesantren Ainul Yakin Gunung Kidul has successfully created an inclusive and supportive environment for ABK to develop holistically. The findings of this research contribute to the development of inclusive education in pesantren and can serve as a model of best practice for other educational institutions.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dinamika integrasi kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di Pesantren Ainul Yakin Gunung Kidul. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana pesantren mengintegrasikan ABK dalam kegiatan keagamaan seperti salat berjamaah, menghafal Al-Qur’an, dan pengajian, serta kegiatan sosial seperti kerja kelompok dan pengabdian masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual ABK. Kegiatan keagamaan membantu memperkuat iman dan ketakwaan ABK, memberikan ketenangan batin, serta mengurangi stres. Sementara itu, kegiatan sosial meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, rasa percaya diri, dan kemandirian ABK, serta mengurangi stigma dan diskriminasi. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan-tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan ABK, seperti keterbatasan fisik dan kognitif, stigma sosial, serta keterbatasan sumber daya. Solusi yang diterapkan oleh pesantren meliputi pemberian pendampingan khusus, penyesuaian metode pengajaran, dan program edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerimaan terhadap ABK. Integrasi kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial di Pesantren Ainul Yakin Gunung Kidul telah berhasil menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan mendukung bagi ABK untuk berkembang secara holistik. Temuan dalam penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan pendidikan inklusif di pesantren dan dapat menjadi model praktik terbaik bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya.
 
Gamifying Grammar: Enhancing Students’ Motivation Through Digital Game-Based Learning in EFL Classroom
This study investigates the impact of digital-based gamification on students’ motivation and grammar comprehension in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom. Grammar learning is often perceived as difficult and monotonous, which can reduce engagement and mastery. To address this challenge, Digital Game-Based Learning (DGBL) was implemented, integrating elements such as points, challenges, leaderboards, and instant feedback to create an interactive and motivating environment. A mixed-method design was employed, including pre-tests and post-tests to measure grammar comprehension, motivation questionnaires to assess engagement, semi-structured interviews to explore students’ perceptions, and classroom observations to monitor participation. Findings reveal that DGBL significantly improved both grammar understanding and student motivation. Students reported that gamified activities were enjoyable, challenging, and supported independent learning, while quantitative data indicated higher post-test scores and increased motivation levels. These results suggest that digital-based gamification can be an effective instructional strategy to enhance active participation, comprehension, and learner autonomy in EFL grammar instruction. However, careful consideration is needed to ensure equitable access to technology and alignment of game elements with learning objectives. Overall, the study highlights the potential of gamification to transform grammar learning into a more engaging and effective educational experience
Strategi Komunikasi Interpersonal Pengasuh Pondok Pesantren dalam Menanamkan Sikap Kritis Santri terhadap Isu Radikalisme di Media Sosial
This research was conducted at Al-Khoirot Islamic Boarding School Malang. The purpose of this research is to find out the interpersonal communication strategies of Al-Khoirot Islamic Boarding School caretakers in instilling a critical attitude of students towards the issue of radicalism on social media. The research method used is qualitative research using a narrative approach. The subjects in this study were caregivers and students at the Al-Khoirot Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study indicate that there are six strategies applied by caregivers in an effort to instill a critical attitude of students towards the issue of radicalism on social media. The six strategies are divided into three perspectives of interpersonal communication, namely situational perspective, developmental perspective, and interactional perspective. 1) A situational perspective by repeating material in each study and opening a question and answer session, this is applied in an effort to provide understanding to students. 2) developmental perspective by publishing books and student bulletins, these two strategies are applied in an effort to build close relationships with students, so that students really understand what is conveyed by caregivers. 3) an interactional perspective by forming alumni organizations and knowing the essence of social media, these two strategies are implemented in an effort to provide positive caregivers regarding issues of radicalism that exist in everyday life and on social media. This strategy can be applied in various fields of science, for example forming children's character, providing material presentations, and so on. The critical attitude applied by Al-Khoirot students is based on indicators of critical attitude, including: thinking in terms of content, having intellectual attitudes, universal intellectual standards, distinguishing between information, advertising and knowledge, and thinking critically based on one's own abilities. Based on these indicators it can be concluded that the critical attitude shown by the students is not as deep as the critical attitude explained by Richard Paul.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui strategi komunikasi interpersonal Pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot dalam menanamkan sikap kritis santri terhadap isu radikalisme di media sosial. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan naratif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah Pengasuh dan santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam strategi yang diterapkan pengasuh dalam upaya menanamkan sikap kritis santri terhadap isu radikalisme di media sosial. Keenam strategi tersebut terbagi menjadi tiga perspektif komunikasi interpersonal, yakni perspektif situasional, perspektif perkembangan, dan perspektif interaksional. 1) Perspektif situasional dengan mengulang materi di setiap pengajian dan membuka sesi tanya jawab, hal ini diterapkan dalam upaya memberikan pemahaman kepada santri. 2) perspektif perkembangan dengan menerbitkan buku dan buletin santri, kedua strategi ini diterapkan dalam upaya membangun hubungan akrab dengan santri, agar santri benar-benar paham terhadap apa yang disampaikan oleh pengasuh. 3) perspektif interaksional dengan membentuk organisasi alumni dan mengetahui esensi media sosial, kedua strategi ini diterapkan dalam upaya memberikan pengasuh positif terkait isu radikalisme yang ada di kehidupan sehari-hari maupun di media sosial. Strategi ini dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai bidang keilmuan, misalnya membentuk karakter anak, memberikan sajian materi, dan lain sebagainya. Sikap kritis yang diterapkan santri Al-Khoirot adalah berdasarkan indikator sikap kritis, di antaranya: berpikir secara konten, mempunyai sikap-sikap intelektual, standar intelektual universal, membedakan antara informasi, iklan, dan pengetahuan, dan berpikir kritis berdasarkan kemampuan diri sendiri. Berdasarkan indikator tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sikap kritis yang ditunjukkan oleh santri tidak mendalam seperti halnya sikap kritis yang diterangkan oleh Richard Paul
Dinamika Pengalaman Psikologis selama Pembelajaran Kolaboratif dengan Aktifitas Seni: Sebuah Penelitian Studi Kasus menggunakan Photo Elicitation Interview dalam Klasikal Pelatihan Dasar CPNS di PPSDM Kemendikbudristek
The basic training for civil servant candidates is aimed at strengthening national character. At the PPSDM of the Ministry of Education and Culture, collaborative learning with art activities is conducted during the classical training sessions. Preliminary data from this study revealed that collaborative learning with art activities has generated positive emotions and reduced anxiety among trainees. Therefore, the objective of this research is to explore the psychological dynamics experienced by trainees during collaborative learning with art activities in the Classical Training for Civil Servant Candidates at PPSDM Kemendikbudristek. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design involving three civil servant candidates participating in the training. Data is collected using a photo-elicitation interview method to achieve a deeper understanding. Subsequently, the data is analyzed using an interactive data analysis approach, including coding, theme identification, and theory construction. The findings of this research indicate that, in addition to fostering positive feelings and reducing anxiety, feeling secure about people, roles, and responsibilities plays a dynamic role in the meaningfulness of collaborative learning. Combined with art activities, the meaningfulness of collaborative learning can serve as a platform for building a sense of belonging as a civil servant.Pelatihan dasar Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk membentuk karakter kenegaraan. Di PPSDM Kemendikbud, saat klasikal berlangsung pembelajaran dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan kegiatan seni. Data preliminari penelitian ini mendapati bahwa pembelajaran kolaboratif dengan kegiatan seni telah memunculkan perasaan positif dan mengurangi kecemasan para peserta pelatihan. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika pengalaman psikologis peserta pelatihan saat pembelajaran kolaboratif dengan kegiatan seni dalam klasikal pelatiahan dasar CPNS di PPSDM Kemendikbudristek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus pada tiga orang calon pegawai negeri sipil peserta pelatihan. Data diambil menggunakan photo-elicitation interview agar lebih mendalam. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis data interaktif melalui pengkodean, pengidentifikasian tema, dan pengkontuksian teori. Hasilnya, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa selain pemunculan perasaan positif dan pengurangan kecemasan, ditemukan juga bahwa feeling secure atas people, role, dan responsibility memiliki peran dinamis atas kebermaknaan pembelajaran kolaboratif. Bersama dengan kegiatan seni, kebermaknaan pembelajarn kolaboratif bisa menjadi sarana untuk membangun sense of belonging sebagai abdi negara
Analisis Pengaruh Persepsi dan Pola Asuh Orang Tua terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Studi Akuntansi ke Perguruan Tinggi di SMK Gondanglegi dan Pagelaran
Student’s interest to study further in university with accounting major commonly influenced by many factors, including externals and internals. This research’s objective is to analyze the influence of parents’ perceptive thoughts and their parenting style towards the students’ interest in accounting major. This research uses quantitative approaches and the population subjects are students in Gondanglegi and Pagelaran. Sampling techniques uses in this study is purposive sampling by questionnaire techniques in data collection. Data is analyzed using dobled-linear regression to get the relation between independent and dependent variables. Results of this study shows that student’s perceptions of accounting major positively and significantly influence their interest to study further for linear major. Besides that, parenting style negatively influences to student’s interest. This study implies that to increase student’s interest in accounting major or department, educational institutions should focus on quality development and teaching methods
PENERAPAN SERVICE LEARNING PADA ANAK ADHD (ATTENTION DEFICIT HIPERACTIVITY DISODER) (Studi kasus pada aspek Speed Delay dan Hiperactivity Di RA Insan Kamil Tumpang)
Inclusive of education as an educational service is general. The concept of implementing education is determined for regular children and children with special needs. In children with special needs, it focuses on children with ADHD who experience language delay disorders (speed delay) and hyperactive children. The purpose of the study was to describe the form of service learning services. The research method used in descriptive-qualitative research through data collection techniques using observation/field note data methods, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis conducted by examining based on gradual assessment indicators. The results of the study found based on Service learning collaborate the BCCT method as a learning concept in the classroom to hone child-oriented abilities based on aspects of center activities. The learning process that is prepared in a structured manner can obtain maximum results. The findings of the results were obtained through an evaluation process that emphasized that the BCCT method emphasizes learning that hones children's skills. In addition, cooperation with the medical sector is a form of school program that is carried out every six months. The conclusion of the research findings is that the design of child-oriented activities, the use of clear methods, and providing services for ADHD children that are medical in nature. This will help children's growth and development in terms of learning aspects at school and health aspects for students and it is very important for each institution to work together in the health sector to carry out institutional work programs effectively and efficiently
