PENGEMBANGAN E-LEARNING DALAM PERSPEKTIF MAQ?SHID SYAR?’AH
No full textE-learning is one of much needed educational media. Especially since the Covid-19 pandemic occurred. Where education is carried out in online. Education needs to adapt to this new phenomenon. And one of the most powerful is the use of digital technology media for education. E-learning is education that is implemented using information and communication technology as a tool. However, the use of information technology in education needs to be done carefully, because if not, it will greatly affect the effectiveness of learning. That's why the development of e-learning requires principles to increase its effectiveness. On the other side, a development principle from a sharia perspective is also needed, to see the exact law, priority scale, and priority scale.
This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This type of research is literature study. Where data sources are obtained from literature references, books, research reports, and others. Then processed critically to find the conclusion for the results.
The results of this study can be formulated in two points. First, e-learning as a medium is wash?lah for education, where education is wash?lah for the protection of reason. Second, the principles of developing e-learning in the maq?shid of sharia are three things: 1) the principle of strengthening the objectives of sharia, 2) the principle of priority (pedagogy, objectives, media, and suitability), and 3) the principle of virtue.E-learning is one of much needed educational media. Therefore, encouraging the tourism sector becomes the right choice for the region to advance the economy. The village that has taken advantage of these bureaucracy opportunities in the tourism sector is Gubugklakah Tourism Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. Indeed it has both positive and negative impacts on the environment and socio-economic conditions of the community. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach to explore how the Existence of Tourism Village Affects Social and Environmental Conditions of Communities in Gubugklakah Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. The development of agriculture-based tourism in the village of Gubugklakah has a positive influence on the Gubugklakah community, especially on environmental and social aspects. In the environmental aspect, it increases recognition to protect the environment with an eco-friendly lifestyle. The structure development of tourism facilities that are not too conflicting with the local community's natural environment and socio-cultural has caused no pollution of the landscape in the village of Gubugklakah. The development of natural resources that are non-extractive, non-consumptive, and sustainable in tourism helps to lessen the negative impact. Moreover, the local community's role in social activities increases the sustainability of tourism activities in Gubugklah Village..

In fact, unregistered marriage such as Siri marriage could create disadvantage influence on women and their children. The siri marriage, or known by 'married under the hands', 'kawin siri' or 'nikah siri', is a marriage that is carried out based on religious rules or customs, but it is not registered in the official marriage affair (KUA).. Even though it is legal according to religion, marriage under the hand or the Siri marriage has no legal protection from the law affairs. So that, Indonesia official law cannot provide legal protection for women and their children when they have any marriage issue. Moreover, if the marriage issue would affects women and children’s psychological problems.

Adapaun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pengaturan diri dalam belajar mahasiswa melalui metode analisis situasional. Melalui metode ini semua elemen yang mempengaruhi pengaturan diri dalam belajar dapat terpetakan dengan sistematis. Berdasarkan tujuan yang ditetapkan, data diperoleh dari tujuh kelompok pilihan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 48 peserta mahasiswa. Adapaun temuan utama penelitian ini berupa dua peta situasional, analisis relasional dan posisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegunaan analisis situasional serta membuktikan bahwa pengaturan diri dalam belajar tidak dapat dipisahkan dari proses kognitif dan metakognitif
