Get PDFIslamic education means an education system that is able to give a person the ability to lead his life in line with his ideals as well as various Islamic values that have imbued and adorned his personality. The term Islamic education is an educational system that includes all aspects of life that are needed by the servants of Allah, both worldly and in the hereafter.Islamic education has the goal of forming a personality as a caliph of Allah SWT or at least preparing for steps that refer to the final goal. The intended purpose is developed and realized on the basis of three elements of human nature, namely: 1. body, 2. spirit and 3. mind, each of which must be maintained.
Various emotions can arise in oneself such as sadness, disappointment, hate, anger, joy, love. The name given to these emotions will affect how children think and act about these feelings. Therefore, it is necessary to implement Islamic education in shaping EQ (emotional Quantum).
Success will be obtained if science, especially Islamic religious education, has been obtained at school, and in everyday life using electronic devices for positive activities, especially for religious knowledge, such as watching YouTube, Zoom, meetings, etc. which is called E learning.E-Learning is a learning activity that utilizes electronic devices that have a connection to the internet as a medium for delivering lessons to students. The electronic device can be in the form of a computer or smartphone positive things that are obtained are stored in the mind and remembered, shaped and applied, trained to keep them in mind and become knowledge in their minds, then a success is formed that can be obtained. in him.

A DECONSTRUCTION OF CHARACTERS IN “SPONGEBOB MOVIE: SPONGE ON THE RUN”
Get PDFThis research discussed the deconstruction of characters, which aimed to deconstruct a binary opposition between the main character and minor character in SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run. The researcher used note taking as an instrument to get the valid data. Primary data in this study was taken from the dialogue of the characters in the "SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run" and watching in YouTube to get the data needed including the movie. So, secondary data in this study was taken from the movie and dialogue scripts in the movie by some of the characters in the movie. The findings showed that the main character in this movie was SpongeBob. SpongeBob is brave enough to defy a seven- seas king in order to save Gary, his pet. SpongeBob was portrayed as a brave, unique, and never-given-up to realizing his purpose. And the minor characters in this movie played an important role in the movie because they formed the basis for SpongeBob’s character to be a brave boy.

THE EFFECT OF SONG LYRIC TEXT ON STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY MASTERY AT SEVENTH GRADE OF SMPI AL IKHLASH KASEMBON
Get PDFThis study was conducted to know the effectiveness of song lyric text on students’ vocabulary mastery at SMPI Al Ikhlash Kasembon in seventh grade. This study used pre-experimental research design with one experimental group only. The population in this research was seventh grade of SMPI Al Ikhlash Kasembon Malang consisting 24 students. The researcher used pre-test and post-test in multiple choice consisting 21 items format then the data was analyzed by t-test using SPPS version 30.After collecting data, the calculation of the data resulted the average (mean) score of pre-test and post-test.The mean score of pre-test was 25.0 with standard deviation was 14.166. Meanwhile, the mean score of post-test was 76.0 with standard deviation was 25.160. In testing hypothesis, the researcher used t-test formula. The result of t-test is -10.345 at the level of significance of DF is 23 and the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.00 at the 95% confidence interval of the difference. Based on SPSS, the result is 0.00<0.05. The Sig. (2-tailed) was lower than 0.05 so it means that there was significant between pre-test and post-test. So, the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis could be accepted. It means that the using of Song lyric text give positive effect to the students’ vocabulary.

The role of ethics inIslamic religious education is as the main pillar of the search for knowledge and in practicing that knowledge.This is confirmed by the main purpose of sending the Prophet Muhammad is to give a good determination aboutmorals and ethics. While the main supporting factor in Islamic religious education is the emergence of aesthetics(art) in the educational process. This aesthetic is used as an intermediary to achieve the core goals of Islamicreligious education, and the existence of aesthetics is expected to provide a different color and style in education,as has been done by most members of the Wali Songo. No full textJamaluddin Al Afghani is a true Islamic fighter, his whole life from when he was young until the end of his life was devoted to fighting for Muslims from the clutches of the invaders. According to Jamaluddin Al Afghani, the decline of Muslims is actually the result of Muslims themselves who have misunderstood the teachings of Islam, so that they really lag behind the Western world. In addition to the absence of a sense of unity and unity among Muslims themselves, not only among the common people but also among the ulama. The absence of communication and interaction between the ulama led to the breakdown of the ulama network which of course had an impact on the general public. Another factor is the absolute system of government that acts arbitrarily against its people, making the backwardness of Muslims worse. For Jamaluddin Al Afghani, a good and ideal government system is a republican or democratic government system, because this government system involves the people in making decisions through their representatives who sit in parliament. This democratic system of government is what the Qur'an actually wants, not the caliphate government system, where in this government, wisdom and authority are only in the hands of the caliph, and this allows violations of individual rights.

IMPROVING SPEAKING ABILITY BY USING PICTURE SERIES
Get PDFSpeaking ability is a linguistic aptitude or a mode of communication in which a person can communicate his or her thoughts or information in a logical order while mastering the mechanics of speaking convention (pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency and understanding). The researcher used Picture Series Technique to overcome the challenges that the students were having in this study. This research was conducted in order to improve students’ speaking ability through Picture Series Technique in the first grader students of MTs MUNIR ISMAIL Gondanglegi Malang 2020-2021. The researcher chose Classroom Action Research (CAR) as the technique of research in this study. This study was carried out in two stages by the researcher. The first cycle consisted of two meetings, whereas the second cycle consisted of one meeting. The researcher employed the Picture Series Technique to create a pleasant environment throughout the speaking teaching and learning process, and, more significantly, to increase the students' speaking abilities. The subject of this research was the students of first grader students in MTs MUNIR ISMAIL. The instruments to collect the data were interview, observation checklist, and speaking test. The findings of this study revealed that employing Picture Series Technique in teaching speaking, particularly in describing people, yielded positive results. The researcher might be able to help the pupils enhance their speaking skills. Their comments indicated that they were interested in learning about the subject of speaking since they found it simpler to communicate utilizing the Picture Series Technique. Their average score is 74, based on the results of cycle 1. The special characteristics of Islamic boarding schools are the curriculum that is focused on religious sciences integrally, for example Arabic syntax, Arabic morphology, Islamic law, Islamic jurisprudence system, Hadith, interpretation of Al-Qur'an, Islamic theology, Sufism, and rhetoric. The pesantren education system often characterized: [a] the use of traditional system, [b] the spirit of democracy, [c] A system that prioritizes simplicity, and [e] A system that does not suffer from symbolic disease. There are several traditions of santri which can be identified as social values, such as [a] Volunteering (sincere) and serving (khidmah), [b] Wise, [c] Simplicity, [d] Collective, [e] Organizing joint activities, [f] Guided freedom, [g] Independent, and [h] Make boarding schools a place to gain knowledge and dedication. The internalization of modernization (reorientation) of education in pesantren cannot be separated from the supporting and challenging factors. However, as a moderate Islamic education system, pesantren must take the following steps: [a] advancing the educational paradigm, [b] Islamic education being developed towards an ideological-sociological perspective, [c] Restore the basic curriculum framework and map out the basics of discussion, and [d] interpreting according to social reality.The existence of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia is quite familiar to Indonesian citizens, so that the special characteristics of Islamic boarding schools are curriculum content that is focused on religious sciences, for example Arabic syntax, Arabic morphology, Islamic law, Islamic jurisprudence system, Hadith, interpretation of Al-Qur'an, Islamic theology, Sufism, dates, and rhetoric.

PENGHULU WANITA DALAM PERSEPEKTIF FIQIH DAN UNDANG- UNDANG
Get PDFAlthough many women occupy strategic positions, both in the legislative, executive, and social life, in the realm of penghulu in Indonesia, there has never been found a woman who has become a structural position in KUA or becomes a penghulu. These positions are still assumed to be the domain of men. By using a normative approach, this study focuses on the problem of how female leaders are from the perspective of fiqh and law.
The appointment of women as penghulu was not carried out due to two reasons, namely juridical-normative and sociological-psychological. juridically-normatively Article 3 Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 30 of 2005 concerning Guardian Judges which states that guardian judges are the Head of the District KUA, Penghulu, and Penghulu Assistant. In other words, if women are appointed as Penghulu, their position will be questioned if they carry out their duties as guardian judges which in fiqh must be a man.Saat ini sudah banyak perempuan yang menduduki posisi strategis, baik dalam lembaga legislatif, eksekutif maupun dalam kehidupan sosial. Business Sustainability in the Era of Society 5.0: Optimizing the Utilization of Social Media and Fintech for Muslim Millennial Entrepreneurs
Get PDFThe transformation of conventional business transactions into digital-based businesses is strongly influenced by the presence of social media and fintech. The pattern of business interactions does not only take place in traditional and modern markets, but has also penetrated the virtual world. This study aims to examine and explore efforts to optimize the use of social media and fintech for business actors from Muslim millennials in maintaining the sustainability of the business they are engaged in in the face of the Society 5.0 era. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method with a case study model on Muslim millennial business actors carried out in the Bungku Utara district, Morowali, Central Sulawesi. The result found that the use of social media in the form of Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram as well as fintech in the form of M-Banking and E-Wallet for business continuity, plays an important role and its use in marketing, sales, market analysis, and forming and developing business networks. The theoretical implications of this research show that there is a need to integrate the use of social media and fintech in business activities by business actors. The practical implications show that the greater the use of social media in business activities, the greater the use of fintech which will support business continuity managed by business actors
PSIKOLOGIS KEPRIBADIAN DAN SOSIAL ANAK DALAM KELUARGA DENGAN STATUS PERKAWINAN SIRI
Get PDFSiri marriage, a form of marriage that is not officially registered with the state but is recognized as legitimate under certain religious laws, is a common phenomenon in Indonesia. This practice has significant psychological and social implications for children born from such unions. The study aims to analyze the impact of siri marriage on the psychological and social development of children, focusing on how the uncertainty of the parents' marital status affects the children's well-being. The findings suggest that children from siri marriages often struggle with issues such as low self-esteem, identity confusion, and emotional instability. They are more susceptible to psychological disorders, including anxiety and depression, due to the social and emotional uncertainty they experience. Moreover, the stigma attached to their parents' marital status often leads to social isolation, hindering their ability to form healthy interpersonal relationships and adapt to their social environments. The study emphasizes the importance of parental and social support to mitigate these negative effects and foster emotional stability in children. It also calls for legal and social interventions to better protect the rights and welfare of children born from siri marriages
