Analysis of the Influence of Islamic Microfinance in Creating Sustainable Financing Model Innovations for MSMEs in Indonesia
Get PDFOne of the points of the program of Sustainable Development Goals is no poverty. Indonesia has several programs to alleviate this poverty problem as a country with high poverty. One of them is the development of MSMEs. The realization of MSMEs in Indonesia is not without problems, which in this case, is the problem of financing for business capital. This paper examines the influence of Islamic Microfinance in creating innovative sustainable financing models for MSMEs in Indonesia. The discussion in this paper offers innovations in sustainable financing, and capital models carried out by Islamic Microfinance Institutions for increasing MSMEs in Indonesia. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that sustainable financing initiated by Islamic Microfinance Institutions has a significant role in increasing MSMEs in Indonesia. This will also help increase state income through MSMEs and helping to alleviate poverty in Indonesia

Get PDFMarriage is a sacred event where a husband and wife must have a strong bond in living it. A good attitude can be realized from various drives, including internal factors, what is meant is morality, attitude and action. The purpose of this study is to find out about the dimensions of Sufism in the household from Al-Ghazali's perspective, the factors that cause harmony and destruction of the household, the benefits of marriage and household etiquette. This study uses a qualitative research method with analysis used descriptive, with data collection techniques, examines theory through discussion and comparison of data with other references relevant to the discussion. The results of this study indicate that: 1). al-Ghazali's view is to try to improve morality by following the procedures of the Shari'a and imitating the footsteps exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad as an essential mirror of Shari'a. 2) There are 19 types of women to be avoided in the category of potential partners. 3). The criterion of a woman is her halal status and kindness. 4) The benefits of marriage include: children, suppressing lust, resting lust by making out with his wife and focusing his heart on managing the household. 5) marital problems include: negligence in seeking halal sustenance, not understanding the character of the spouse and lack of a sense of responsibility. 6) The solution to household harmony: remind each other of worship, give thanks and pray to Alla

Get PDFThis paper is motivated by the debate about the existence of inheritance law in Islam which is often stigmatized as a law that is not friendly to the element of equality in the percentage of acquisition of men and women. This background will then be examined in this paper by proposing a perspective on the principle of proportionality as the basis of Islamic inheritance law. Through a normative-doctrinaire legal study method, this study concludes that the principles of inheritance are eclectic between the principle of proportionality and the principle of justice. Get PDFThis study aims to elaborate on the provisions of divorce in classical fiqh, which are considered valid upon the husband's pronouncement alone, in contrast to positive law, where divorce is only considered valid if declared before a court. This discrepancy creates a legal dilemma among Indonesian Muslims, prompting the application of maqāṣid syarī‘ah as a reconciliatory framework through the perspective of Ibn ‘Āshūr. The research employs a library-based method using content analysis, philosophical-hermeneutic, and maqāṣid syarī‘ah approaches. Data were collected through documentation involving inventory, classification, and evaluation of relevant sources. The findings indicate that requiring divorce to be pronounced before the Panel of Judges of the Religious Courts aligns with the principle of maṣlaḥaḥ, supporting legal equality and certainty—particularly regarding marital status, spousal maintenance, joint assets, ḥaḍānah rights, and child support. Ibn ‘Āshūr’s framework, built upon the four pillars of al-Fiṭrah, as-Samāḥah, al-Musāwah, and al-Ḥurriyyah, emphasizes the importance of witnesses in interpreting QS. aṭ-Ṭalāq (65):2 through ẓāhir al-naṣṣ. Although he does not explicitly require divorce to be declared before a court, this interpretation supports the relevance of court-based divorce procedures in Indonesia as a means to preserve the objectives of Islamic law (maqāṣid syarī‘ah) by discouraging arbitrary divorce

Get PDFThe discussion in this research is a review of Islamic law regarding the issue of marriage contracts via video calls that have ever occurred. The data studied is the fatwa of the Ulama' of the Syafi'iyyah madzhab with more focus on the fatwa of Habib Zain bin Ibrahim bin Smith.
Regarding this research, researchers tried to analyze the fatwa of Habib Zain bin Ibrahim bin Smith as the main study material. By using a literature review through technical fatwa analysis. This analysis aims to find out more deeply and critically about fatwas related to the problems above. The existing data was obtained from reading classical and contemporary jurisprudence literature, focusing more on the fatwa of Habib Zain bin Ibrahim bin Smith in the book Fawaidul Mukhtarah Li Salik Tariqil Akhirah. The data is then collected and used as a legal comparison.
Through this research, the following results were obtained: Description of the practice of marriage contracts via video call. Legal fatwas that can be used as a reference if a marriage contract takes place via video call. Legal conclusions and results of fatwas regarding marriage contracts via video call. Plus there is a solution if the marriage ceremony takes place via video call

Hal tersebut dibuktikan ketika guru mengajukan pertanyaan, peserta didik menjawab secara seragam. Di saat yang bersamaan, hasil ulangan harian menunjukkan rendahnya perolehan nilai peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir divergen peserta didik pada materi dinamika hidrosfer dan pengaruhnya bagi kehidupan manusia dengan menggunakan model PBL dipadu pembelajaran berdiferensiasi konten. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan rancangan penelitian diawali observasi pra tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan selama dua siklus dengan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas X-1 SMAN 2 Batu dengan jumlah 35 peserta didik. Persentase peningkatan kemampuan berpikir divergen peserta didik dari pra tindakan ke siklus I sebesar 19.40 % sedangkan peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II meningkat sebesar 12.5 %.

This study aims to describe the Service Learning process at KB Raudlatut Tholibin Bulupitu Gondanglegi-Malang. The qualitative research method is to understand what cases are experienced by the research subject holistically. Indicators developed in the form of curriculum implementation, developing learning strategies and learning management. The service learning process includes (1) the teacher must make the learning process as interesting as possible, (2) the messages conveyed through learning must be interesting, clear and real, (3) foster motivation to learn, (4) let children learn according to their interests. The strategy for the process of implementing Service Lerning is based on the awareness as an educator that it emphasizes teachers and school members complying with learning norms with discipline, guiding and directing to solve work problems, willing to provide assistance in a proportionate and professional manner. The aim is to get the results of the development of cognitive abilities in children. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) to see the cognitive abilities of children who are less than optimal. In data collection, through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research and discussion developed on the Snake and Ladder Modified Board game media conducted at RA Sunan Kalijogo Kalipare show that the Snake and Ladder game in terms of modification of the form of media creation is different from snakes and ladders games in general besides being played individually or in groups. The results of a very significant increase in cognitive abilities were proven from the results of the third day percentage of 57.5% in cycle I and the results in cycle II reached 77.5% which was carried out in only one meeting. The Snake and Ladder Modified Board game has obstacles including inadequate venue size with limited media and time. Research suggestions emphasize the selection of instructional media with more emphasis on design concepts and effective and efficient utilization
