Maqashid Sharia Analysis of Insurance Implementation in Sharia Pawnshops
Get PDFTo control and limit self-interest in Islamic business and insurance in accordance with the commands of Allah SWT is based on Sharia, which is the foundation for Islamic commerce. Since the Maqasid Shariah approach can provide a realistic and clear picture and description of the business operations, contracts, and products in sharia pawnshops, it can be considered that the products are able to meet the needs as the times continue to evolve. Naturally, fiqh evolves rapidly over time with the aim of conforming to the maqasid of sharia to protect the welfare of society. When applying a formalistic and textual approach to fiqh, it results in gaps because there are differences. Analyzing Maqashid Syariah Insurance Implementation in Islamic Pawnshops is the purpose of this study. And by using qualitative methods. The results of the study found that the analysis of maqashid sharia insurance application in Islamic pawnshops has been implemented properly. That is, the fulfillment of Maqashid Sharia values in financing motorized vehicles on trust products that guarantee insurance in Islamic pawnshops. First, the religion of the customers is maintained. Get PDFDi tengah-tengah pesatnya pertumbuhan perbankan syariah masih ada tantangan yang harus diatasi salah satunya yaitu pemenuhan gap sumber daya insani (SDI), baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Universitas Al-Qolam Malang berusaha untuk berkontribusi dalam pemenuhan sumber daya insani tersebut dengan cara membuka Program Studi Akuntansi Syariah, namun sampai perkuliahan dimulai peminatnya hanya sedikit. Hal tersebut mendorong pihak Universitas membuka program beasiswa NU untuk 10 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami kesadaran mahasiswa memilih Program Studi baru Akuntansi Syariah Universitas Al-Qolam Malang. Metode penelitiannya yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kesadaran mahasiswa memilih Prodi Akuntansi Syariah Universitas Al-Qolam Malang dipengaruhi oleh 3 faktor yaitu faktor personal, faktor referensi dan faktor pekerjaaan.
 
PENGARUH LAYANAN INFORMASI TEKNIK CINEMA THERAPY BERBASIS PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN SELF-EFFICACY SISWA MTS AL – WASHLIYAH
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efikasi diri siswa MTs Al-Washliyah beberapa waktu lalu dan setelah diberikan perlakuan khusus layanan informasi berbasis pendidikan Islam dan untuk mengetahui dampak dari perlakuan khusus layanan informasi berbasis pendidikan Islam terhadap peningkatan efikasi diri siswa MTs Al-Washliyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi terdiri dari 101 siswa kelas VIII di MTs Al-Washliyah. Sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan strategi purposive sampling adalah 31 siswa kelas VIII-C. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penyelidikan menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri siswa kelas VIII-C MTs Al-Washliyah sebagai kelompok uji coba yang beberapa waktu lalu diberikan perlakuan khusus layanan informasi adalah 80,64% siswa kelas VIII-C MTs Al-Washliyah memiliki efikasi diri yang rendah dan 19,36% memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi. Efikasi diri siswa kelas VIII-C MTs Al-Washliyah setelah diberikan perlakuan, khususnya layanan informasi metode cinema therapy berdasarkan instruksi Islam, terdapat 16,12% siswa kelas VIII-C MTs Al-Washliyah yang memiliki efikasi diri tinggi dan 83,88% yang memiliki efikasi diri tinggi. Terdapat dampak dari layanan informasi strategi perlakuan cinema therapy berdasarkan instruksi Islam dalam memperluas efikasi diri siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, yang menyiratkan bahwa ada dampak yang perlu diperhatikan beberapa waktu setelah melakukan (pre-test) layanan informasi strategi cinema therapy berdasarkan instruksi Islam dan setelah melakukan (post-test) layanan informasi strategi cinema therapy berdasarkan instruksi Islam terhadap kecukupan efikasi diri
Pendampingan Pembelajaran Anak di RA Darussalam melalui Manajemen Controlling di Pringgondani, Bantur-Malang
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of children's learning assistance at RA Darussalam through the implementation of controlling management in Krajan Pringgodani, Bantur, Malang. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the controlling management applied at RA Darussalam plays an important role in improving the quality of children's learning. The assistance includes structured planning, supervision, evaluation, and follow-up. Through this controlling management, teachers can effectively monitor student progress and provide appropriate interventions according to each child's needs. The research also found that the involvement of parents and the surrounding community supports the success of this assistance program. With good cooperation between teachers, parents, and the community, children gain a more holistic and supportive learning environment. The findings indicate that controlling management focuses not only on academic aspects but also on children's social and emotional development. The controlling management model applied at RA Darussalam shows flexibility in adjusting to the individual needs of students, creating a more inclusive and child-centered learning process. Therefore, this model can serve as a reference for other early childhood education institutions in efforts to improve the overall quality of learning. In conclusion, the implementation of controlling management at RA Darussalam significantly contributes to enhancing the quality of learning and can be adopted by other institutions with relevant adjustments
Sosialisasi Program Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kasus Perundungan di Pondok Pesantren Sirojul Ulum As-Sarqowi Gondanglegi Malang
Get PDFPerundungan di lingkungan pesantren adalah fenomena yang menjadi perhatian banyak kalangan, terutama sejak jatuhnya banyak korban tingkat ekstrem berupa meninggalnya korban. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan agar kasus-kasus perundungan di pesantren bisa dihilangkan atau setidaknya bisa dikurangi. Dari pihak pemerintah, upaya itu terlihat dengan keluarnya SK Dirjen Pendis Nomor 1263 Tahun 2024 tentang Pengasuhan Ramah Anak di Lembaga Pendidikan yang Terintegrasi dengan Asrama. Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah upaya dari pihak non-pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan semangat aksi pencegahan dan penanganan kasus perundungan di pesantren. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: (1) terlaksananya kegiatan sosialisasi pencegahan dan penanganan kasus perundungan di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Sirojul Ulum as-Sarqowi Gondanglegi Malang; (2) meningkatnya kesadaran pentingnya program anti perundungan yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan pondok pesantren, khususnya Pondok Pesantren Sirojul Ulum as-Sarqowi Gondanglegi Malang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan dan konsolidasi, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terselenggaranya sosialisasi pencegahan perundungan. Materi yang disampaikan disajikan secara menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh seluruh peserta, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran santri akan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan nyaman.

Toxic parenting itself occurs because of many things, including trauma that parents have had in the past, personal problems that parents have, inappropriate emotional control and too high expectations from parents for their children. There are several types of toxic parenting, including pageant present, namely parents who want to shape their children according to their wishes, dismissive parents, namely parents who always underestimate their children, and contemptuous parents, namely parents who often insult their children. There are many impacts resulting from toxic parent behavior. Children who experience toxic parents will have a low self-image. No full textThis research is motivated by the existence of a misunderstanding among the public regarding the meaning of jihad. In general, when the word "jihad" is mentioned, some people immediately associate it with violence, war, even suicide bombings. This assumption was also the background to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center (WTC) and the Pentagon on September 11 2001. The change in the meaning of jihad, which should have broad dimensions and not only be limited to physical aspects, has damaged the image of the Islamic religion as a whole. Sheikh Abu Bakar Muhammad Syatha in his book, I'anatut Thalibin, states that jihad is carried out to create prosperity and prosperity for all mankind. In this context, jihad is more related to efforts to create prosperity and happiness in life for Muslims without war or bloodshed. This research aims to determine the application of jihad without violence or war according to the mindset of Sheikh Abu Bakar Muhammad Syatha. The research method used is qualitative research with a library research approach, collecting data and information from various books. Data collection techniques involve searching the literature as primary and secondary sources. The results of the research show that, according to the mindset of Sheikh Abu Bakar Muhammad Syatha, jihad is an effort to create prosperity and prosperity for Muslims, therefore when prosperity and prosperity can be created without war, war should be avoided because war is a medium, not the main goal.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya pandangan pemahaman yang keliru di kalangan masyarakat terkait makna jihad. Secara umum ketika kata “jihad” disebutkan, sebagian orang langsung mengaitkannya dengan kekerasan, peperangan, bahkan bom bunuh diri. Anggapan ini juga yang melatar belakangi terjadinya serangan teroris pada Word Trade Centre (WTC) dan Pentagon pada 11 September 2001. Perubahan makna jihad yang semestinya memiliki dimensi luas dan tidak hanya terbatas pada aspek fisik, telah merusak citra agama Islam secara keseluruhan. Syekh Abu Bakar Muhammad Syatha dalam kitabnya, I’anatut Thalibin, menyatakan bahwa jihad dilakukan untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran bagi seluruh umat manusia. Dalam konteks ini, jihad lebih terkait dengan upaya menciptakan kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan hidup bagi umat Islam tanpa adanya peperangan maupun pertumpahan darah.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan jihad tanpa kekerasan atau peperangan sesuai pola pikir Syekh Abu Bakar Muhammad Syatha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research, mengumpulkan data dan informasi dari berbagai buku. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan penelusuran pustaka sebagai sumber primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, menurut pola pikir Syekh Abu Bakar Muhammad Syatha, jihad adalah usaha untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran bagi umat Islam, oleh karena itu ketika kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran dapat tercipta tanpa peperangan maka hendaknya peperangan dihindari karena peperangan merupakan wasilah bukan tujuan utama
Pemakaian Skincare pada Perempuan Masa Iddah dalam Perspektif Kitab Tausyikh Karya Syekh Nawawi: (Perspektif Kitab Tausyikh Karya Syekh Nawawi)
No full textNowadays, skincare is very widely used by women, using skincare has become a woman's primary need. Actually, there are no prohibitions on using skincare, as long as the items used are BPOM certified and verified as halal so that they remain safe when used. However, if it is related to iddah, are women still allowed to use skincare during the iddah period?, then it is still necessary to study the law from the perspective of the Shafi'i Madzhab, especially in the Tausyikh Book written by Muhammad Nawawi bin Umar Al-Jawi. The aim of this research is to find out what the law is for using skincare for women during the Iddah period, because women still have very little understanding about this. In this research, the method used is library research by collecting individual words or sentences that are considered relevant in discussing a woman's iddah, especially in the Imam Syafi'i Madzhab. Primary data sources are Syafi'iyah books, while secondary data are books and journals. From this research, it was found that the majority of Syafi'iyah ulama' did not allow the use of skincare on women who were on iddah to die and allowed it on women who were on iddah for divorce because this was related to ihdad, those who were required to perform ihdad were women who were on iddah to die and not on iddah on divorce. Because the wisdom of berihdad is nothing other than a form of condolence for the death of her husband.

Sebenarnya tidak ada larangan dalam memakai Skincare, asalkan barang yang dipakai telah bersertifikasi BPOM dan berverifikasi halal agar tetap aman ketika dipakai. Akan tetapi jika dikaitkan dengan iddah, apakah perempuan masih diperbolehkan memakai Skincare ketikah sedang masa iddah?, maka masih perlu mengkaji hukumnya dalam sudut pandang Madzhab Syafi’i khususya dalam Kitab Tausyikh karangan Muhammad Nawawi bin Umar Al-Jawi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana hukum pemakaian Skincare pada seorang perempuan masa iddah, Karena masih minim sekali pemahaman perempuan mengenai ini. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunkan yakni library research dengan mengumpulkan kata atau kalimat individu yang hal tersebut dinilai relevan dalam membahas mengenai iddah seorang perempuan khususnya dalam Madzhab Imam Syafi’i. Sumber data primer adalah kitab-kitab Syafi’iyah, sedangkan data sekunder berupa buku dan jurnal. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan hasil bahwa jumhur ulama’ Syafi’iyah tidak memperbolehkan pemakaian Skincare pada perempuan yang sedang iddah wafat dan memperbolehkan pada perempuan yang sedang iddah cerai karena hal ini berhubungan dengan ihdad, yang diwajibkan berihdad yakni perempuan yang sedang iddah wafat bukan iddah cerai. Karena hikmah dari berihdad tidak lain untuk bentuk bela sungkawa karena suaminya meninggal.
