    Islam is a perfect religion that regulates all aspects of human life. Religion regulates education, physical and spiritual health, Islam is not just about human spirituality, Islam also regulates social society. Only the Islamic religion discusses all aspects of human life in detail and detail. God's messages conveyed to humans through the apostles contain educational elements. Educational theories in the Al-Qur'an can be studied through the verses of the Al-Qur'an which are used as references. In the content of these Al-Qur'an verses, Allah SWT has given the five senses as the main capital. Meanwhile, in the hadith, educational theory is developed through human nature (potential).     RECONTEXTUALIZING THE WORDS “DISTANCE” AND “DISTANCING” DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

    COVID-19 is a plague that has become a pandemic for the world. Necessary, many researchers who conduct research to understand about COVID-19, both medical and other scientific disciplines such as language science. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a contextualization of the words DISTANCE and DISTANCING with SOCIAL kolokat. For this reason, the mixed method is used to obtain coherent results. The results of this study indicate that the T-score of DISTANCING 16.1 and DISTANCE -14. This shows that the word SOCIAL is more commonly used with the word DISTANCING in corpora. The second finding is a re-contextualization of the word DISTANCING in the negative direction.     Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi Pengelolaan Keuangan dalam Perspektif Islam

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan pondok pesantren, mengingat tuntutan akan transparansi dan akuntabilitas telah menjadi standar dalam aktivitas lembaga, baik publik maupun swasta. Meskipun demikian, dalam konteks keagamaan, seringkali transparansi dan akuntabilitas tidak dianggap sebagai hal yang penting, terutama dalam bentuk pelaporan akuntansi. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menemukan konsep yang sesuai untuk menerapkan ilmu akuntansi dalam entitas keagamaan seperti Pondok Pesantren. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif untuk menggali pemahaman unik tentang prinsip-prinsip akuntabilitas dari perspektif pengurus Pondok Pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya patuh pengurus, baik dalam konteks keorganisasian maupun non-organisasi, menjadi pedoman dalam pengelolaan keuangan pondok pesantren. Setiap program dan kegiatan didasarkan pada persetujuan dan masukan dari kyai, termasuk dalam hal pertanggungjawaban keuangan yang dilaksanakan dengan baik dan amanah. Pengurus menyeimbangkan hubungan dengan Tuhan dan manusia sebagai pedoman dalam melestarikan budaya tanggung jawab yang mencerminkan sifat seorang beriman dan bertaqwa. Pertanggungjawaban (akuntabilitas) dilakukan kepada Tuhan dan manusia (pemimpin organisasi dan pemberi amanah lainnya) sebagai upaya untuk menumbuhkan budaya jujur dan amanah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari

    This study aims to explore public perceptions of Islamic banking. The research method used is qualitative research, where data is collected through in-depth interviews with Islamic bank customers. The results of this study indicate that although there is a growing awareness of Islamic banking as an alternative that is in accordance with Islamic principles, there is still a lack of understanding of its core concepts among the public. This study identifies challenges such as limited education about Islamic banking, lack of socialization, and product complexity that hinder the growth of Islamic banking. This study suggests that innovative and proactive educational efforts are needed to develop more accessible products and increase public acceptance of Islamic banking services

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan model pembelajaran think pair share. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian komparasi dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Instrument yang digunakan adalah tes uraian dan analisis datanya menggunakan independent t-test. dari  hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih baik daripada kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran think pair share dikelas VII MTs Nurul Ilmi dengan dibuktikan hasil pengujian hipotesis independent t-test untuk kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis diperoleh = 0,750 <  =1,671 dan nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,456 > 0,05. (2) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih baik daripada kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran think pair share. hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengujian hipotesis independent t-test untuk kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa diperoleh = 0,196 <  =1,671 dan nilai sig.     At the age of 11-17 years, teenagers generally experience development to reach physical, mental, social and emotional maturity. When self-control is not yet perfect, they are faced with the challenges of puberty, changes in social roles and the environment in an effort to achieve independence according to their age. If you cannot overcome this, problems will arise in the form of social deviations such as aggressive behavior, excessive fear, apathy and self-harming behavior. This research is to determine the description of emotional and behavioral problems among students at SMPI Bhumi Ngasor Bakalan Malang. Schools that also have an Islamic boarding school background will undergo initial screening to detect emotional and behavioral disorders. This type of research is descriptive observation quantitative research. The tool used to assess mental and emotional problems is the SDQ (Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire). As a result, the emotional and behavioral disorders of 33 SMPI Bhumi Ngasor students had overall scores in the abnormal category (39.4%) followed by the borderline category (36.4%). Male students experience more emotional disturbances than female students. Apart from that, for behavior and peer problems, both are in the borderline or borderline category. The normal category is in the emotional, hyperactivity and pro-social dimensions.     THE VIEW OF AHL AL-DZIMMAH THEORY REGARDING THE THOUGHTS OF THE INDONESIAN ULEMA COUNCIL (MUI) ABOUT POLICIES ON INTERFAITH SERVICES AT THE OFFICE OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS (KUA)

    This article discusses the stance of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) regarding the Ministry of Religious Affairs' decision to transform Religious Affairs Offices (KUA) into service centres for all religions. The aim of this article is to analyse MUI's perspective on the policy related to religious services at KUA from the viewpoint of the ahlu dhimmah theory, a concept within the framework of Islamic governance. The research methodology employed in this article is qualitative research, relying on literature as the primary data source. Information for this study is drawn from the documents of the Eighth Ulama Fatwa Commission Meeting. The research findings indicate that, according to MUI, KUA should not be designated as a service centre for all religions in Indonesia. This decision is based on historical evidence showing that KUA, which operates under the Ministry of Religious Affairs, is specifically intended for Muslims as part of the compensation for the removal of seven words from the Jakarta Charter, which previously affirmed the obligation to uphold Islamic law for followers of Islam in Indonesia. The ideology that has replaced this is Pancasila. MUI also argues that issues related to religions other than Islam are significantly different from Islamic religious affairs, raising concerns about the potential for religious mixing if KUA becomes a service centre for all religions. MUI asserts that transforming KUA into a service centre for all religions contradicts existing laws and is not in line with the social realities of interfaith interactions. The implications of the analysis based on the ahlu dhimmah theory suggest that non-Muslims have the right to register marriages and receive implementation services at KUA. However, it is crucial that officials acting as "marriage registrars" adhere to the teachings of their respective religions to prevent any interfaith syncretizm.Artikel ini membahas tentang Keputusan Komisi Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) terhadap kebijakan Kementerian Agama untuk menjadikan Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) menjadi pusat layanan untuk semua agama. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis perspektif MUI mengenai kebijakan terkait layanan keagamaan di KUA dari sudut pandang teori ahlu dhimmah, sebuah konsep dalam Fikih Siyasah (Politik Islam). Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah penelitian kualitatif-kepustakaan, yang mengandalkan literatur sebagai sumber data utama, yakni diambilkan dari dokumen Ijtima’ Komisi Fatwa MUI yang kedelapan tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, menurut MUI, KUA seharusnya tidak ditetapkan sebagai pusat layanan untuk semua agama di Indonesia. Keputusan ini didasarkan pada bukti sejarah yang menunjukkan bahwa KUA, yang beroperasi di bawah Kementerian Agama, secara khusus ditujukan untuk umat Islam sebagai bagian dari kompensasi atas penghapusan tujuh kata dari Piagam Jakarta yang sebelumnya menganjurkan kewajiban untuk menegakkan hukum Islam bagi pengikut Islam di Indonesia. Konsep itu akhirnya digantikan oleh ideologi Pancasila. MUI juga berargumen bahwa masalah yang berkaitan dengan agama selain Islam sangat berbeda dari urusan keagamaan Islam. Hal ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran tentang potensi pencampuran agama jika KUA menjadi pusat layanan untuk semua agama. MUI menegaskan bahwa mengubah KUA menjadi pusat layanan untuk semua agama bertentangan dengan hukum yang ada dan tidak sejalan dengan realitas sosial interaksi antaragama. Implikasi analisis berdasarkan teori ahlu dhimmah adalah bahwa non-Muslim memiliki hak untuk mendaftarkan pernikahan dan mendapatkan layanan pelaksanaan di KUA. Namun, sangat penting agar pejabat yang bertindak sebagai "pencatat nikah" mematuhi ajaran agama masing-masing untuk mencegah terjadinya percampuran antaragama

Next is a data collection technique that uses observation, questionnaires, and documentation with four subjects who are intrinsically motivated to research primary data. The findings of this research show that, according to Maqashid Al-Syari's perspective, human resources are a means of preventing poverty, promoting family harmony. , and protecting basic rights such as religion, family, family life, and the human heart is very important. As the main breadwinner, it is included in the maslahah daruriyah category.     EXPLORING TEACHING STRATEGIES IN ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILL FOR VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

    Speaking is a skill that deserves attention as much as literary skills in both first and second language. To most people, mastering the speaking skill is the single most important aspect of learning a second or foreign language in terms of the ability to carry out communication in the language. The qualitative design of this research was chosen. The subjects involved in this research were the teacher and office governance automation students of Vocational High School, Al-Khozini. Further, the data collection technique used observation, interview, and document analysis. Then, an iterative technique was utilized which one data collection technique was followed by another one. Yet, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing were constructed. To obtain data related to teaching strategies, the researcher observed the teaching and learning activities while taking notes it was followed by an interview and document analysis such as a lesson plan as clarification or verification. This research revealed several teaching strategies used by the teacher in teaching speaking skill such as demonstration, role-play, drilling, and questioning strategies. And, this research suggests that the teacher should apply various blended- teaching strategies in the teaching and learning activities

    PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF THINK PAIR SHARE TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA KELAS V

    Pengkajian ini bertarget guna mengamati terdapat tidaknya dampak model belajar kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share pada kemampuan berpikir kritis untuk pelajaran IPAS murid kelas V SD N Gandekan Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Pengkajian ini berjenis kuantitatif yang berdesain one group pretest posttest. Total populasi dipengkajian ini sejumlah 28 murid. Untuk menganalisa data dipengkajian ini memakai pengujian prasyarat normalitas Shapiro Wilk, serta pengujian hipotesis memakai paired sample t test. Melalui perolehan analisa data statistic memakai media SPSS versi 26 didapati kisaran awal dilaksanakanya treatment yang hasilnya sejumlah 61,3 serta sesudah dilaksanakan treatment memperoleh 78,6. Dari pengujian paired sample t test mendapati sign sejumlah 0,000, dimaknai 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga hipotesis menjabarkan bila terdapat dampak model belajar kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share pada kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap pembelajaran IPAS kelas V SD N Gandekan Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 dapat diterima kebenarannya
