    NILAI-NILAI PERJUANGAN NOVEL SAGARAS KARYA TERE LIYE

    This study aims to analyze the values ​​of struggle in the novel Sagaras by Tere Liye, using a sociology of literature approach. This study is a qualitative literature study. The data sources used are quotations containing the values ​​of struggle in the novel Sagaras by Tere Liye. The data collection technique in this study uses documentation studies, searching for or finding data about things or variables in the form of notes or quotations, transcripts, books, newspapers and so on. The data analysis technique used is the document review technique, by recording important contents in the document using the content analysis method, data reduction method, and interpretation method. The results of this study are the values ​​of struggle which overall there are 53 data, from each of these struggle values ​​there are 5 values ​​of struggle, including the value of willingness to sacrifice there are 8 data, the value of unity 14 data, the value of respect 14 data, the value of enthusiasm and never giving up 14 data and the value of cooperation 6 data. The five values ​​of struggle are then studied for their benefits in solving various problems faced. In its application, the researcher explains the benefits of the values ​​of struggle to be applied in community life or in the world of education to build national character based on struggle so as not to give up easily, and not cause division among each other.     Implementation of Maqashid Syariah on Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk

    This research aims to analyze the implementation of maqashid syariah in Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) and assess the alignment of the CWLS instrument towards public benefit. The theories used are the theory of waqf, cash waqf and maqashid syariah. This research is qualitative research with a literature review method. The research stages in order to analyze the implementation of maqashid syariah in CWLS are the preparation stage, literature collection, analysis and conclusion stages. The results of this research show that the concept and implementation of CWLS has implemented maqashid sharia both directly and indirectly. In hifzh ad-din, the implementation of CWLS has received a statement of sharia conformity by the DSN MUI. At hifzh an-nafs, CWLS investment proceeds have been allocated to hospitals which have served thousands of people to recover from their illnesses. At hifzh al-aql, one of the CWLS investment return fund allocations was given to the educational project funding program, so that it has facilitated many students to obtain knowledge and education. In the hifzh an-nasl concept, indirectly the implementation of CWLS has been allocated for long-term social and infrastructure projects so that the benefits can be felt by the next generation. Finally, in the hifzh al-mal concept, the implementation of CWLS has an economic value that provides returns on investment, this economic value can be enjoyed by mauquf alaih and other stakeholders

    Representasi Kekuasaan Negara dalam Dokumen Kurikulum Merdeka: Analisis Wacana Kritis Model van Dijk

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis wacana dalam dokumen Kurikulum Merdeka menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) model Teun A. van Dijk. Kurikulum Merdeka yang diperkenalkan pada 2022 diklaim memberikan fleksibilitas dan otonomi kepada sekolah, namun perlu ditelaah secara kritis untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana kekuasaan negara terstruktur dalam kebijakan pendidikan ini. Melalui analisis makrostruktur, superstruktur, dan mikrostruktur, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa negara berperan sebagai agen dominan dalam transformasi pendidikan nasional, dengan narasi yang memperkuat kontrol negara atas pendidikan. Meskipun istilah "merdeka belajar" digunakan, kebijakan ini tetap mencerminkan kontrol yang ketat dan sentralistik. Secara ideologis, kurikulum ini membentuk identitas pelajar sesuai dengan visi negara, yang lebih bersifat konstruk ideologis daripada hasil negosiasi sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka bukan hanya berfungsi sebagai panduan pendidikan, tetapi juga sebagai alat ideologis untuk mereproduksi kekuasaan negara dalam bentuk yang tampak netral.     Achieving quality education is a fundamental goal for schools in providing educational services. Private schools, with their various limitations, face more complex challenges compared to public schools. Multiple strategies are required to improve the quality of education in private institutions. This study employs a qualitative method using a case study approach to uncover phenomena within the school environment. Interviews, observations, and documentation were used as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that school principals implement various strategies to enhance educational quality. These include competency development, providing motivation, and optimizing teachers' roles in various educational programs. Additionally, giving rewards to teachers to improve their performance is one of the efforts made to enhance educational quality

    Reproductive health education for adolescents is a crucial issue due to the high number of cases of unwanted pregnancies and sexual violence involving teenagers. This study aims to explore how the teaching of Fiqh Wanita (Islamic jurisprudence for women) helps maintain adolescent reproductive health among female students at Al-Islam Islamic boarding school in Yogyakarta. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The findings reveal that the Fiqh Wanita curriculum at Al-Islam integrates reproductive health topics by combining religious teachings with health knowledge. Lectures, discussions, and evaluations are the primary teaching methods employed. The female students demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining reproductive health, aligning with Islamic teachings that encompass both physical and moral aspects.Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja merupakan isu penting karena banyaknya kasus kehamilan tidak diinginkan dan kekerasan seksual yang melibatkan remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembelajaran fikih wanita membantu menjaga kesehatan reproduksi remaja di kalangan santriwati Al-Islam di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus; pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran fikih wanita di pesantren Al-Islam menggabungkan materi kesehatan reproduksi dengan cara yang menggabungkan ajaran agama dengan pengetahuan kesehatan. Ceramah, diskusi, dan evaluasi adalah metode pembelajaran yang digunakan. Santriwati menunjukkan pemahaman yang baik tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi, yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam mencakup aspek fisik dan moral

    This study examines the enhancement of Human Resource Management (HRM) design at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA). A case study was conducted at MDTA Al-Hidayah Srimulyo Dampit, where several HRM-related issues were identified, including the low frequency and effectiveness of meetings, the absence of a clear and fair salary system, a decline in student enrollment, a lack of teacher discipline and motivation, and limited parental involvement. The research employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach to facilitate the restructuring of the HRM system at MDTA Al-Hidayah. The findings indicate efforts toward transforming the HRM design, particularly in managerial functions (planning, organizing, directing, and controlling), compensation budgeting, and the integration of human resources through improved communication and collaboration. This study is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic education management knowledge, particularly in the context of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, and to offer a practical model for improving HRM in non-formal Islamic educational institutions.     The Role of Trust in Mediating the Influence of Islamic Branding on the Decision to Stay at Sharia Hotels

    This study analyzes the mediating role of trust in the relationship between Islamic branding and stay decisions at sharia hotels. Although interest in Islamic-based hospitality is increasing, limited studies have explored the mediating effect of trust in this context, especially in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS), data were collected from 200 respondents who had stayed in sharia hotels in Malang City, East Java, through purposive sampling. The results show that Islamic branding positively and significantly affects trust, and trust significantly influences stay decisions. The model explains 68.5% of the variance in stay decisions (R² = 0.685), with a Variance Accounted For (VAF) of 63%, confirming partial mediation. These findings highlight that a strong Islamic brand enhances customer trust and encourages stay decisions. Theoretically, this study enriches Islamic marketing literature by validating the mediating mechanism of trust, while practically offering insights for sharia hotel managers to strengthen trust through consistent Islamic branding

    Transformasi Makna Kosakata Bahasa Indonesia dalam Meme Instagram: Kajian Semantik Kontekstual

    The shift in meaning of Indonesian vocabulary on social media, particularly in Instagram memes, reflects a dynamic linguistic phenomenon among teenagers. This study aims to describe the changes in vocabulary meaning in Instagram memes and analyze the contextual factors influencing these shifts. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with contextual semantic analysis. Data consisted of 30 memes from five popular Instagram accounts, analyzed for vocabulary, visual context, and social interaction. The results indicate that vocabulary changes include generalization, specialization, amelioration, pejoration, and total transformation. Influencing factors include visual context, Generation Z creativity, digital social interaction, as well as humor and satire. These findings confirm that Instagram memes function not only as entertainment but also as a laboratory for vocabulary meaning change in Indonesian

    This study aims to analyze the effect of time management on the learning achievement of Mathematics Education students at UIN Suska Riau. In the world of higher education, many students face difficulties in managing time effectively, which has an impact on the quality of their learning. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The research sample consisted of 37 students who filled out a questionnaire containing 24 statement items related to time management, including the ability to set goals, priorities, make schedules, minimize distractions, and delegate tasks. The results of the analysis using the Spearman test showed that the correlation coefficient value between time management and learning achievement was -0.069, with a significance value of 0.684, which was far above the threshold of 0.05. This finding indicates that there is no significant relationship between the two variables. Therefore, time management is not a key factor influencing academic achievement, and other variables that can contribute to student learning achievement need to be consideredPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika UIN Suska Riau. Dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi, banyak mahasiswa yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengatur waktu secara efektif, yang berdampak pada kualitas belajar mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 37 mahasiswa yang mengisi angket yang berisi 24 item pernyataan terkait manajemen waktu, meliputi kemampuan menyusun tujuan, prioritas, membuat jadwal, meminimalisir gangguan, dan mendelegasikan tugas. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji Spearman menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi antara manajemen waktu dan prestasi belajar adalah -0,069, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,684, yang jauh di atas ambang batas 0,05. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Oleh karena itu, manajemen waktu bukanlah faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi prestasi akademik, dan perlu dipertimbangkan variabel lain yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa

    Abstrac The phenomenon that often occurs nowadays is the rampant spread of religious hoaxes and distorted interpretations of the Qur'an in cyberspace, which have the potential to divide the community and disrupt social harmony. Religious hoaxes, in the form of false information related to teachings, figures, or interpretations of Quranic verses, spread widely through social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as other online media. Distortion of Quranic interpretation occurs due to low religious literacy and minimal public knowledge about correct interpretation methods, making deviant interpretations easily accepted and disseminated. This research highlights the importance of verification strategies based on the principle of tabayyun (clarification), as taught in QS. al-Hujurat: 6, to counter religious hoaxes and maintain an authentic understanding of Islamic teachings. The research method used is a library study with primary sources in the form of socially-oriented Quranic exegeses such as Tafsir al-Misbah and Tafsir an-Nur, as well as secondary sources from previous literature and social media. A descriptive qualitative approach is used to examine the practice of verifying religious hoaxes in digital media. This research also adopts the debunking method from John Cook and Stephan Lewandowsky, which emphasises clarifying core facts, providing explicit warnings before restating hoaxes, and offering correct alternative explanations. The research results show that media and religious literacy education is very important for the community to be able to recognise and reject hoaxes as well as understand the interpretation of the Qur'an in its entirety according to its spiritual context. This research is expected to serve as a reference for preachers, academics, and policymakers in formulating effective strategies to combat religious hoaxes in the digital era. Hoaks keagamaan, berupa informasi palsu terkait ajaran, tokoh, maupun tafsir ayat Al-Qur'an, menyebar luas melalui media sosial seperti Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, dan TikTok, serta media daring lainnya. Distorsi tafsir Al-Qur'an terjadi akibat rendahnya literasi keagamaan dan minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang metode penafsiran yang benar, sehingga tafsir yang menyimpang mudah diterima dan disebarluaskan . Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi verifikasi berdasarkan prinsip tabayyun (klarifikasi), sebagaimana diajarkan dalam QS. al-Hujurat: 6, untuk menangkal hoaks keagamaan dan menjaga pemahaman ajaran Islam yang otentik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library study) dengan sumber primer berupa tafsir Al-Qur'an bercorak sosial seperti Tafsir al-Misbah dan Tafsir an-Nur, serta sumber sekunder dari literatur terdahulu dan media sosial. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk mengkaji praktik verifikasi hoaks keagamaan di media digital . Penelitian ini juga mengadopsi metode debunking dari John Cook dan Stephan Lewandowsky, yang tekanan pada klarifikasi fakta inti, peringatan eksplisit sebelum menyebutkan ulang hoaks, dan penjelasan alternatif yang benar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi literasi media dan keagamaan sangat penting agar masyarakat mampu mengenali dan menolak hoaks serta memahami tafsir Al-Qur'an secara utuh sesuai konteks spiritualnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pendakwah, akademisi, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi efektif penanggulangan hoaks keagamaan di era digital.
