    EFEKTIVITAS TERHADAP DISPENSASI KAWIN: Studi Kasus UU NO. 16 TAHUN 2019 di Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Malang

    Law No. 16 of 2019 stipulates that the minimum marriage age for both males and females is 19 years. If this requirement is not met, a marriage dispensation must be obtained from the Religious Court. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Law No. 16 of 2019 regarding marriage dispensation. Using a qualitative method with a normative-empirical approach, the findings reveal a significant decrease of approximately 79.9% in marriage dispensation applications at the Malang Religious Court from 2020 to 2024. This decline reflects effective law enforcement supported by government outreach programs and stricter judicial discretion in approving dispensation requests. From an Islamic perspective, marriage dispensation is permissible, aligning with the jurisprudential principle that preventing harm (darar) takes precedence over pursuing benefit (maslahah).Law No. 16 of 2019 stipulates that the minimum marriage age for both males and females is 19 years.     Based on the reflective thought on how children’s hyper emotional responding to an action that requires attention and patience in RA Shodrul Ulum Brongkal, this research aims to identify concrete relation between children’s emotional development and behavior with certain kind of parenting. This research conducted towards 58 respondents parents in RA Shodrul Ulum Brongkal. Research methods in this study uses quantitative SDQ (Strength and Difficult Questionnaire) for collecting data and uses SPSS program to analyze the data. This research shows that student’s emotional and behavior development significantly related to parenting model. Extreme behavior and hyper reactive emotions also consider as the result of how parents-child relationship and communication

    This study aims to describe the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model through the snakes and ladders game media in learning to write personal letters to class VII students of SMP Plus Ja-alhaq, Bengkulu City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects of the study were teachers and class VII students. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the PJBL model through the snakes and ladders game media can increase students' motivation, activeness, and writing skills. The snakes and ladders media that are designed interactively and attractively make the learning process more enjoyable, foster creativity, and strengthen cooperation between students. The obstacles faced such as time constraints and student adaptation to new media can be overcome with good time management and teacher direction. In conclusion, the implementation of PJBL assisted by the snakes and ladders game media is effective in improving the ability to write personal letters to class VII students of SMP Plus Ja-alhaq, Bengkulu City

    Bad credit is a condition where a borrower or so-called debtor does not fulfill his obligations in paying debts or principal installments according to the schedule or tempo determined according to the initial agreement. This condition often occurs due to various factors, including a decline in the debtor's financial capacity, unstable economic conditions, and less than optimal financial management. In the banking sector, bad credit or Non-Performing Loans (NPL) can have a serious impact on the liquidity and profitability of financial institutions, as well as disrupt the stability of the financial system as a whole. Efforts to overcome bad credit include loan restructuring, improving risk management, and strict supervision of credit disbursement. This can be done through the initiation method, namely a series of processes and procedures designed to assess and validate potential customers before providing access to banking services or products. This method is carried out to ensure that only customers who meet the criteria are allowed to start a business relationship with the bank, whether for the purposes of opening an account, providing credit or using other financial products. The initiation method used by Bank Muamalat Ponorogo is by solicitation (excavating in-depth information, evaluation (assessment) and approval). This method can be a solution to prevent bad credit which is often faced by financial institutions (banking)

    Understanding fiqh law and Qur'an education is a very important education to be taught. Fiqh punishes obligatory 'ain for everyone to study the Qur'an. Understanding the jurisprudence and education of the Qur'an is also prioritized to be taught when a human being is still in childhood. In Ponorogo itself, there are many Qur'an Education established by the Government and the private sector. Of the many existing Qur'an Educational Institutions, there are various methods applied in teaching the Qur'an to students, such as the Ummi, Ottoman and even classical methods. The success of each method used certainly depends on various factors. Meanwhile, the understanding of fiqh law can be inserted in the study of the Qur'an. In order to realize success in providing understanding and education of the Qur'an, Academicians of the Riyadlotul Mujahidin Ngabar Ponorogo Islamic Religious Institute (IAIRM Ngabar) and several students who were divided into several groups then assisted in understanding fiqh law and learning the Qur'an at TPQ Roudlotul Jannah which was located in Carangejo Village, Sampung District, Ponorogo Regency. The assistance carried out was carried out by introducing fiqh law and Ottoman methods and began by analyzing what factors were obstacles in learning fiqh law and the Qur'an in the village.     The development of technology will always transform every year such as AI (Artificial Intelligence) based technology. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of interactive flipbook maker media, cognitive learning through interactive flipbook maker media, and the results of flipbook maker development. The research method used is research and development (RnD), researchers create a work that produces products and has usefulness and production value according to the RnD stage. Data collection techniques use observation, data instruments, and documentation. The results of the study are findings about interactive media design made using the flipbook maker Pro V4.3.4.0 application. The mapping of cognitive themes contained in the product includes counting, one-to-one correspondence, number comparison, and recognizing and writing numbers. The validated development results reached 96.25% in product design. In the mapping of cognitive material contained in the product, the validation results reached 97.5%. The results of the responsive validation carried out during two product trials on students reached 41% to 59% of the small group. Meanwhile, the results of the product development response reached 42% to 58% of the large group. Based on the research analysis, it can be concluded that the flipbook maker product is declared quite feasible. The scope of product revision based on the validity test, the value that has been produced has reached above 50%, which means that the flipbook maker product can be produced in large quantities and can be used as an alternative digital and movable learning media so that children can use this media in learning activities wherever and whenever

    Legal protection for employment contracts for truck drivers is a crucial element in safeguarding the rights of workers within the transportation sector. This article examines the challenges and opportunities associated with the implementation of employment agreements in accordance with relevant legislation, including Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower.  The findings reveal that a significant number of truck drivers operate without written employment agreements, which exposes them to various rights violations, such as inadequate wages, insufficient social security, and excessive working hours. Furthermore, existing protections for occupational safety and compensation in the event of accidents are notably lacking. This study recommends policy enhancements that include the requirement for companies to establish written employment contracts, register employees with the Employment Social Security Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan), and ensure equitable wages and working conditions.     Transformasi Pondok Pesantren dalam Upaya Internalisasi Kompetensi Literasi Digital (Studi: Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Rifa’I 2, Kabupaten Malang)

    This study examines the transformation of Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Rifa'i 2 in internalizing digital literacy competencies. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study aims to analyze the pesantren's strategies in integrating digital literacy into the curriculum and culture, as well as identifying the challenges faced. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model and triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the boarding school has integrated digital literacy into its vision, programs (“Media Al-Rifa'i” for the creation of Islamic content), and curriculum (ICT, digital Project Based Learning). There has been a shift in teaching methods from conventional to the use of digital media. The central role of teachers as facilitators and supervisors of digital ethics is supported by external assistance. The main challenge is maintaining a balance between the values of the pesantren and the digital world. The pesantren plans to incorporate digital literacy into its long-term curriculum, preparing students for the digital age without compromising moral values. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference and encourage further research on the adaptation of Islamic educational institutions to the digital age

    Strategi Transformatif Nawaning Nusantara dalam Pencegahan Kekerasan Seksual di Pesantren

    Pesantren is an Islamic educational institutions that has existed since before independence. Their image has declined due to several instances of sexual violence within them. While traditionally safe and welcoming institutions for children and women, they have been stigmatized by the actions of certain individuals. The purpose of this study was to determine Nawaning Nusantara's strategy for preventing sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools. This study used a case study with a qualitative approach to data collection and analysis through observation, interviews, and literature review from various written sources in online media. The results revealed that Nawaning Nusantara has a strategic plan, including a sexual violence prevention mitigation agenda, workshops, and training for facilitators for tarbiyah jinsiyah. Efforts to prevent sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools include monitoring within the boarding school, consulting with religious leaders (kyai), official regulations on boundaries between men and women, and studying the yellow book on sexual education and gender understanding through the KGI (Ngaji KGI) study and Qira’ah Mubadalah perspective

    Pendampingan Pembuatan Soal dengan Teknologi Artificial Intelligence

    This community service activity aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI)-based learning technology to support the effectiveness of the learning process. Held at MA Raudlatul Ulum 2 Putukrejo, this activity was motivated by low digital literacy and limited use of AI technology among teachers. The implementation method included a pre-test, material delivery, a practical workshop on using AI applications such as MagicformApp, Quizgecko, Kahoot, Quizizz, and Readworks, a presentation of the practical results, a post-test, and an activity evaluation. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge of various AI platforms that can be used to automatically generate questions. In addition to providing new experiences, this training also encouraged teachers' independence in creating learning evaluation materials. The main obstacles faced included limited technological infrastructure and a ban on students using digital devices in the Islamic boarding school environment. Nevertheless, this training made a significant contribution in broadening teachers' horizons about the application of AI in learning. It is recommended that this activity be held on an ongoing basis with the support of facilities and further training
