Legal Protection for Investors in Share Transactions with Repurchase Agreement Rights According to DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 94/DSN-MUI/IV/2014
The DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 94/DSN-MUI/IV/2014 serves as an Islamic legal guideline to ensure that REPO transactions are conducted based on valid, transparent, and fair contracts. This study aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for investors in stock transactions with REPO rights according to the fatwa and review its compliance with the capital market legal system in Indonesia. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory approach and sharia fatwas. The results show that this fatwa provides strong legal protection for investors through the regulation of the contract structure, the prohibition of transfer of benefits during the REPO period, and dispute resolution provisions that comply with sharia principles. This protection is strengthened by the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Sharia Supervisory Board in supervising and implementing sharia REPO transactions. Thus, this fatwa is an important instrument in realizing safe and just sharia capital market transactions
PERAN DAN FUNGSI FILSAFAT PENDIDIKAN DALAM STRUKTUR KEILMUAN PONDOK PESANTREN: (Studi di Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Amanatul Ummah Ponorogo)
This research in-depth analyzes the role and function of Islamic educational philosophy in shaping the scientific structure at the Amanatul Ummah Ponorogo Student Islamic Boarding School in the context of modernization challenges. By focusing on Islamic values, this research examines how Islamic boarding schools attempt to integrate traditional values with the increasingly complex demands of the times, especially in facing globalization and developments in information technology. This research will identify the strategies implemented by Islamic boarding schools in maintaining the relevance of Islamic values, such as curriculum adaptation, use of technology in learning, and development of innovative learning models. Apart from that, this research will also discuss the challenges faced by Islamic boarding schools in dealing with value pluralism, radicalism and the current of secularism. Through in-depth analysis of the curriculum, learning methods, extracurricular activities, and in-depth interviews with kyai, teachers and students, this research aims to provide recommendations for Islamic boarding schools in developing educational models that are capable of producing graduates who not only master science, but also have good character. who is strong and adheres to Islamic values. This research will answer two main questions: (1) What is the role of educational philosophy in shaping the scientific structure at the Amanatul Ummah Ponorogo Islamic Boarding School? and (2) What is the function of educational philosophy in the educational context of the Islamic boarding school? Translation Shifts in Taylor Swift’s Song Lyrics: An Analysis of Their Translation into Indonesian
This study aims to identify the types of translation shifts in the Indonesian translations of Taylor Swift’s English song lyrics and to analyse the forms of equivalence applied. The data were collected from three selected songs— “Blank Space,” “Shake It Off,” and “You Belong with Me”—along with their Indonesian translations by digital content writers. A qualitative method with documentation technique was employed. Catford’s (1965) theory of translation shifts, including level and category shifts, and Nida’s (1964) theory of equivalence served as the theoretical framework. Comparative analysis between the source and target texts was conducted to classify translation shifts and assess the equivalence achieved. The study identified a total of 44 translation shifts, with structure shifts being the most frequent, while intra-system shifts were absent. The frequent occurrence of structural and level shifts is attributed to the grammatical differences between English and Indonesian. Dynamic equivalence was more dominant than formal correspondence, indicating that translators prioritized naturalness, clarity, and idiomatic expression, especially for expressive and figurative song lyrics. These findings demonstrate that translation strategies in lyrical texts require careful adaptation of syntax, semantics, and cultural nuances to maintain meaning and aesthetic impact. The study contributes to translation studies by clarifying how translation shifts and equivalence strategies function in creative texts
Pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) Berbasis Literasi Numerasi: Setrategi dan Tantangan
This study aims to identify the implementation strategies and challenges faced in applying the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach based on numeracy literacy mathematics learning. A systematic literature review method was employed, analyzing scholarly articles published between 2018 and 2024. The findings reveal that the main strategies in RME-based numeracy literacy include the use of realistic contexts, mathematical modeling, scaffolding, group discussions, and individual reflection. These strategies positively contribute to students’ conceptual understanding and numeracy skills. However, several challenges were also identified, such as limited teacher comprehension of RME philosophy, lack of contextual learning resources, and resistance to shifting from traditional teaching methods. These findings have significant implications for teacher training, the development of contextual teaching materials, and education policies that support numeracy literacy. The study concludes that the success of RME implementation heavily depends on the readiness of the educational ecosystem to support meaningful and contextual learning.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi implementasi dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) berbasis literasi numerasi pada pembelajaran matematika. Kajian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka sistematis terhadap artikel ilmiah yang terbit antara tahun 2018 hingga 2024. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa strategi utama yang digunakan dalam RME berbasis literasi numerasi mencakup penggunaan konteks realistis, model matematis, scaffolding, diskusi kelompok, dan refleksi individu. Strategi-strategi tersebut berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep matematis dan kemampuan numerasi siswa. Namun, sejumlah tantangan juga teridentifikasi, antara lain keterbatasan pemahaman guru terhadap filosofi RME, kurangnya sumber daya pembelajaran kontekstual, serta resistensi terhadap perubahan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan pelatihan guru, pengembangan bahan ajar kontekstual, dan kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung literasi numerasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi RME sangat bergantung pada kesiapan ekosistem pendidikan dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang bermakna dan kontekstual
Model Contextual Teaching Learning dan Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Siswa SMP Singingi pada Materi Aritmatika
This research assesses the effectiveness of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model in enhancing students' understanding of social arithmetic and its effect on their mathematical reasoning skills. The study was conducted with 20 students from class VII at SMP Negeri Singgi using a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicated that students' mathematical reasoning skills were still low, with only five out of 20 students meeting or exceeding the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). The average mathematical reasoning ability in the class was also below expectations. Interviews with teachers revealed challenges in implementing CTL, particularly concerning time limitations and the complexity of the material. While CTL makes learning enjoyable, it requires collaborative efforts to assess and refine teaching strategies and optimize the model. Continuous evaluation and adaptation of teaching strategies, along with collaboration among teachers, students, and relevant stakeholders, are crucial for improving the mathematics learning outcomes at SMP Negeri Singgi. The results of this study contribute to the development of more contextual and life-relevant mathematics teaching approaches.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai sejauh mana efektivitas model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi aritmatika sosial, serta pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan melibatkan 20 siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri Singingi. Teknik yang digunakan merupakan teknik reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta menggunakan tringulasi teknik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa masih tergolong rendah, di mana hanya lima siswa yang berhasil mencapai atau melebihi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) Secara umum, rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis di kelas tersebut belum memuaskan. Wawancara dengan guru menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan CTL menghadapi kendala, terutama dalam hal keterbatasan waktu dan kompleksitas materi yang diajarkan. Meskipun CTL mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menarik, penerapannya memerlukan kerja sama aktif untuk menyusun dan menyempurnakan strategi pembelajaran. Evaluasi berkelanjutan, penyesuaian metode pengajaran, serta kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan pihak terkait menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika di sekolah tersebut. Temuan ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran matematika yang lebih kontekstual dan selaras dengan kehidupan nyata siswa
The Impact of Pesantren Environment on MBKM Implementation: ELT Student’ Obstacles
This study aims at examining how pesantren environment become obstacles for ELT student in the implementation of MBKM at University of al Qolam Malang. Based on qualitative method employed using interview it is discovered three challenges in terms of obtaining permission to observe Gus at the pesantren, the use of communication technology, specifically social media, which respondent need to use in order to continue communicating with their classmates and lecturers regarding lectures, and time management, as the requirements of MBKM often conflicted with their regular schedule.

Kajian Komparatif Strategi Dakwah Husain Basyaiban dan Syamsuddin Nur Makka
This study aims to comparatively analyze the preaching strategies of Husain Basyaiban and Syamsuddin Nur Makka which are quite popular among young audiences. The primary data used in this study is text data in the form of a number of uploads that have certain characteristics on TikTok media. Based on the comparative study conducted, this study has findings in the form of a number of communicative strategies conveyed by the two preachers. These strategies include preaching that focuses emotionally and sympathetically or manhaj al athifi. In addition, the tilawah strategy or informal description is typical of preachers to make it easier for the audience to understand the law through the arguments. The last is the bi al hikmah strategy or wise preaching which is conveyed using polite intonation to attract the audience's attention.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komparatif strategi dakwah Husain Basyaiban dan Syamsuddin Nur Makka yang cukup populer di kalangan audiens muda. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data teks berupa sejumlah unggahan yang memiliki karakteristik tertentu di media TikTok. Berdasarkan kajian komparatif yang dilakukan, penelitian ini memiliki temuan berupa sejumlah strategi komunikatif yang disampaikan oleh dua pendakwah. Strategi tersebut meliputi dakwah yang fokus secara emosional dan simpatikal atau manhaj al athifi. Selain itu, strategi tilawah atau deskripsi informal khas para pendakwah untuk memudahkan audiens memahami hukum melalui dalil-dalil. Terakhir merupakan strategi bi al hikmah atau dakwah bijak yang disampaikan menggunakan intonasi santun agar menarik perhatian audiens
Perbedaan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Esktrakurikuler di Sekolah Negeri Sukapira I Kota Cirebon dan Sekolah Juara Wirautama Patrol Indramayu
Through extracurricular activities, which are non-academic endeavors, students can channel and develop their interests and talents in order to increase their knowledge and skills. At Sukapura 1 School and Patrol School Juara Wirautama Indramayu, extracurricular activities include scouting, silat, karate, taekwondo, angklung, dance, fine arts, study clubs, and sports. Since scouts are one of the government-sponsored programs, along with Paskibra and the Red Cross Youth, they must take part in extracurricular activities, however, there is definitely a difference in how these are organized or carried out in each school. To gather data regarding the disparity between Juara Wirautama Indramayu Patrol School and Sukapura I School's extracurricular activities, Techniques from interviews and observation are used in this study. After that, the data is transformed into information. This study shows that Wirautama Patrol Champion School increases dominant potential in every field, whereas Sukapura 1 School in Cirebon City itself enhances national and cultural values. The characteristics of these two schools differ. Nonetheless, both organizations strive to guarantee that extracurricular activities have a beneficial impact on students' development.Dalam rangka memperluas pengetahuan dan keterampilannya, mahasiswa dapat menyalurkan dan mengembangkan minat dan bakatnya melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, yang merupakan pengejaran non-akademik. Kepramukaan, Silat, Karate, Taekwondo, Angklung, Seni Tari, Seni Rupa, Klub Studi, dan Olahraga adalah beberapa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ditawarkan di Sekolah Sukapura 1 dan Sekolah Patroli Juara Wirautama Indramayu. Meskipun tidak diragukan lagi ada variasi dalam cara kegiatan ekstrakurikuler ini direncanakan atau dilaksanakan di setiap sekolah, pramuka diharuskan untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler karena merupakan salah satu program yang disponsori pemerintah, bersama dengan Paskibra dan Palang Merah Pemuda. Dalam rangka mengumpulkan informasi tentang kesenjangan antara kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di Sekolah Sukapura I dan Sekolah Patroli Juara Wirautama Indramayu, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Data kemudian diubah menjadi informasi. Menurut penelitian ini, Sekolah Sukapura 1 di Kota Cirebon sendiri mengangkat nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan budaya, sedangkan Sekolah Juara Patroli Wirautama mengangkat potensi dominan di setiap bidang. Kedua sekolah ini memiliki fitur yang berbeda. Namun, kedua lembaga memiliki tujuan yang sama, yaitu untuk menjamin bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berkontribusi positif bagi pertumbuhan siswa
Analizyng Ridha As a Mediator Within the BDI Model: A Study on Middle-Class Preferences for Muslim-Friendly Cafes
This study aims to analyze the impact of Muslim-friendly cafes on customer satisfaction using the BDI (Belief, Desire, Intention) model framework. The main focus is on how the concept of ridha (spiritual satisfaction) can be measured by customers visiting these cafes. A survey was conducted with 161 middle-class Muslim respondents in South Sulawesi using a Likert scale, and data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. Results show that belief, desire, and intention significantly influence the decision to visit. Key factors enhancing satisfaction include halal product quality, good service, and a comfortable Islamic atmosphere. Worship facilities, like prayer rooms, also add value. Muslim-friendly cafes attract both Muslim and non-Muslim customers interested in quality. Religious and cultural factors play a crucial role in shaping Muslim consumer behavior. Marketing strategies incorporating BDI elements and spiritual satisfaction can boost visits and customer loyalty
SINERGI MAQASHID AL-SYARIAH, KONSTITUSI, DAN MASYARAKAT SIPIL DALAM MENANGKAL RADIKALISME DAN EKSTREMISME BERAGAMA
Abstract: Acts of radicalism and religious extremism are often associated with religious teachings that are considered deviant from what they should be because they lead to acts of terrorism. Radicalism is ideological thinking with the aim of achieving change through more systematic or organized methods. Meanwhile, religious extremism is thinking or behavior that is very radical and often leads to acts of violence and intolerance to differences. This research is a literature study that examines efforts to resolve radicalism and religious extremism through the constitution, civil society and law in Indonesia. The results of the discussion explain: in the Radicalism section, the government emphasizes the importance of Pancasila and the Law as the basis of life so as not to deviate and be radical about the order of the Indonesian state. While in the Religious Extremism section which leads to acts of terrorism, the government issued regulations PP No. 77 of 2019 concerning the Prevention of Criminal Acts of Terrorism and Law No. 5 of 2018 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Terrorism, besides that prevention is carried out through religious-based educational institutions and community efforts through social media and community organizations. The value of legal philosophy shown is through a deep understanding of radicalism and religious extremism in Indonesia which is extracted from religious, social and political values.
