Efforts to Improve Economic Literacy in Students of Kalam Kudus Christian High School in Welcoming the Era of Society 5.0
Get PDFThis community service initiative focuses on improving economic literacy among students of SMA Kristen Kalam Kudus as preparation for facing challenges and opportunities in the era of Society 5.0. Society 5.0, a concept that emphasizes the integration of advanced technology with social systems, demands a workforce that is not only skilled in technology but also economically literate. This program aims to equip students with essential economic knowledge and skills, as well as enhance their understanding of financial concepts, entrepreneurship, and the digital economy. Through workshops, interactive discussions, and practical applications, this initiative provides students with the tools they need to navigate and succeed in an increasingly digital and connected world. This effort contributes to shaping a generation that is able to make informed economic decisions, thus supporting their personal and professional development in the context of Society 5.0

Get PDFKonsep restorative justice sebagai wujud pencegahan terjadinya penyalahgunaan kekuasaan oleh pihak tertentu, serta dapat dijadikan sebagai peluang dalam menyelesaikan suatu perkara pidana dialihkan ke luar pengadilan, tentunya dengan mengutamakan kepentingan si korban dan tetap memperhatikan kepentingan si pelaku serta masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan konsep restorative justice, maka mekanisme tata acara dan peradilan pidana yang berfokus pada pemidanaan diubah menjadi proses dialog dan mediasi agar terciptanya kesepakatan atas penyelesaian perkara pidana yang lebih adil dan seimbang bagi pihak korban maupun pelaku. Restorative justice dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana pemerataan keadilan, terutama bagi korban dan pihak yang rentan secara sosial-politik serta lemah secara ekonomi, seperti kelompok lansia, anak-anak dan masyarakat miskin. Dengan demikian, peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada di Indonesia haruslah dapat mengadopsi konsep restorative justice ini, serta negara harus memastikan agar terbukanya akses hukum pidana yang lebih mengedepankan rasa keadilan sosial bagi masyarakat dalam menanggulangi tindak kejahatan. Restorative justice merupakan suatu pendekatan dalam upaya penyelesaian perkara pidana dengan melibatkan pihak-pihak yang terkait, seperti korban, pelaku, keluarga korban maupun keluarga pelaku, dan pihak lainnya, dengan cara para pihak bersama-sama mencari jalan penyelesaian yang adil dengan lebih mengutamakan pemulihan kembali sebagaimana kondisi semula, serta ditujukan bukan untuk melakukan suatu pembalasa

Sehingga manusia menginginkan segala sesuatu yang serba otomatis, praktis, dan fleksibel, tetapi dari pertumbuhan yang pesat tersebut membuat akumulasi data itu menciptkan yang Namanya “ Rich of data poor of information”, karena data yang terkumpul itu tidak dapat digunakan. Proses penjualan pada Toko Grosir Olivia Shop membuat data dengan transaksi yang biasanya cuman disimpan hingga masa yang cukup lama dan pada akhirnya akan dibuang, padahal data tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan juka dipergunakan sebaik mungkin dalam menyusun rancangan pemasaran, karena dengan adanya informasi penjualan tersebut pihak grosir dapat mengetahui informasi penjualan produk apa saja yang sering terjual dan ada keterkaitannya. dari penjelasan tersebut peneliti merasa tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian di Grosir Olivia Shop Menggunakan Metode Frequen Pattern Growth (Fp-Growth) untuk menganilisis apa saja produk yang saling berkaitan agar data penjualan di Grosir Olivia shop dapat dipergunakan untuk menemukan produk yang saling berkaitan sehingga dapat membantu pihak grosir dalam pemasaran produkk
PASKAH YAHUDI DAN PASKAH KRISTEN

Dalam perayaan Paskah, orang Yahudi dan orang Kristen sama-sama mengenangkan dan menghadirkan kembali karya keselamatan Allah bagi manusia. Paskah Yahudi berakar pada karya penyelamatan Allah bagi bangsa Israel berdasarkan peristiwa exodus dari Mesir. Paskah Kristen berakar pada Paskah Yahudi yang mendapat arti baru dalam kurban salib Kristus. Bagi orang Kristen, kurban salib Kristus memulihkan hubungan manusia dengan Allah sehingga setiap orang dimungkinkan untuk mencapai keselamatan. Dasar atau akar Paskah inilah yang kemudian selalu dirayakan, baik oleh orang Yahudi maupun orang Kristen dalam ritus-ritus keagamaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa Paskah Yahudi dan Paskah Kristen merupakan dua perayaan iman yang berbeda, tetapi memiliki keterkaitan, atau bahkan kontinuitas yang dipandang secara sepihak. PENGARUH E-REKRUTMEN DAN REPUTASI PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP MINAT KERJA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS BUANA PERJUANGAN KARAWANG
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the influence of e-recruitment and corporate reputation on the job interest of students at Buana Perjuangan University Karawang. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The sample consists of 100 respondents, who are Management students from the 2022 batch at Buana Perjuangan University Karawang, selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that both e-recruitment and corporate reputation significantly affect students’ job interest. E-recruitment has a positive effect, indicating that an effective digital recruitment system increases students' interest. In contrast, corporate reputation has a negative effect, suggesting that a poor perception of the company can reduce job application interest. Together, these two variables explain 32.9% of the variance in students’ job interest

Get PDFThe implementation of digital attendance systems is increasingly common in the industrial sector to improve employee discipline and productivity. PT Pupuk Kujang has adopted this system to optimize attendance tracking and operational efficiency. A literature review of 10 scientific journals shows that digital attendance using biometrics, facial recognition, and geolocation can minimize data manipulation, increase transparency, and simplify attendance reporting. Studies also emphasize that integrating digital attendance with HR systems, offering flexible attendance settings, and providing employee training significantly enhance system effectiveness. However, challenges such as technical issues, user resistance, and infrastructure limitations must be addressed. For PT Pupuk Kujang, optimizing digital attendance can be achieved through cloud-based system development, network infrastructure upgrades, and linking attendance records to incentive policies. By overcoming these challenges, PT Pupuk Kujang can maximize the benefits of its digital attendance system. An effective system not only improves individual accountability but also strengthens overall work productivity and enhances human resource management within the company

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of environmental costs, company size and environmental effects on financial performance. The population in this study was listed as a mining company In The Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 season. The ideal in This study was 13 mining companies listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange 2021-2023. Sampling technique using intentional sampling. The data source obtained in this study is from secondary data, namely financial statements 2021-2023. Data analysis in this study used the spss 26 program (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) with multiple linear regression analysis method, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test and experimental hypothesis. Based on the results of the tests, it was shown that the environmental costs and significance value 0.106 > 0.05 and t-count 0.106, then did not show any effect on financial performance (ROA). In the size of the company, which is the size of the manager with the value of sig 0.008 < 0.05 and t-count -2.827, this shows that there is an influence on the economic effect. The environmental effect with the gis value of 0.003 < 0.05 and t-count 3.162 shows that there is an influence on the economic effect. In simultaneous tests of gis value 0.012 < 0.05 with f-count 4.253, it is shown at the same time environmental costs, society size and environmental performance affect economic performance

One of the fields affected by this transformation is accounting technology. Accounting systems are not only designed for professional accountants but can also be utilized by students pursuing accounting education. This study aims to examine the influence of performance expectations, facilitating conditions, and perceived ease of use on the interest in using Accurate Online. This research employs a quantitative approach using primary data. The sampling technique is determined through purposive sampling and the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 194 Accounting students from Politeknik Negeri Lampung. The hypothesis testing analysis tool used in this study is SmartPLS software. The research findings indicate that performance expectations and facilitating conditions have a positive effect on the interest in using Accurate Online. However, perceived ease of use does not have a positive effect on the interest in using Accurate Online
PENGARUH GCG TERHADAP KETAHANAN KINERJA KEUANGAN DI MASA COVID 19, STUDI : PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), proxied by institutional ownership, on the financial performance resilience of manufacturing companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design. The sample consists of 15 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using simple regression tests and paired sample t-tests. The results show that institutional ownership has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), which is used as the company's financial performance indicator. However, the paired sample t-test results indicate no significant difference in ROA before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, suggesting that financial performance remained relatively resilient under external pressure. These findings highlight the crucial role of GCG in strengthening corporate financial structures during crises and provide strategic insight for management and stakeholders in decision-making

Get PDFThis research was conducted at elementary school UPT SDN 002 Pasaribu, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The problem in this study is about students' difficulties in reading the beginning which can affect student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of learning and improve students' beginning reading skills in class II UPT SDN 002 Pasaribu, Humbang Hasudutan Regency. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study were 28 second grade students, and the object was to improve the ability to read the beginning of Indonesian language by using word card media in second grade students of UPT SDN 002 Pasaribu, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The data collection techniques used were observation sheets and documentation. The results of the study showed that the implementation of learning using picture word card media with the achievement of completeness in cycle I was in the sufficient category while the achievement of completeness in cycle II was in the good category. The conclusion in this study using picture word card media in early reading in class II UPT SDN 002 Pasaribu, Humbang Hasudutan Regency has increased
