Get PDFPengembangan sektor pariwisata di Indonesia, terutama di daerah Sumatera Utara, dapat didukung dengan penyediaan layanan oleh-oleh dan souvenir yang khas. Oleh-oleh tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai kenang-kenangan bagi wisatawan, tetapi juga sebagai media promosi budaya lokal yang unik. Namun, transaksi pembelian oleh-oleh di Sumatera Utara sebagian besar masih dilakukan secara konvensional, yang memerlukan wisatawan untuk datang langsung ke lokasi. Hal ini dianggap kurang efisien dan terbatas dalam menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, solusi berbasis e-commerce menjadi sangat relevan untuk mendukung kemudahan akses, pemasaran, dan pemesanan oleh-oleh khas Sumatera Utara

Bahkan tidak menutup kemungkinan suami istri harus mencari pinjaman untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga mereka. Hal ini disebabkan karena masyarakat belum mengetahui bagaimana menyusun anggaran keluarga agar kehidupan keluarga dapat berlangsung bahagia. Untuk itu warga di desa ini perlu mendapat penyuluhan tentang teknik menyusun anggaran. Informasi tentang penyusunan anggaran ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang Teknik Menyusun Anggaran. Penyuluhan ini memberikan manfaat kepada para warga bagaimana sebaiknya menyusun anggaran sehingga tidak lebih besar pengeluaran dari pendapatan. Dengan demikian maka pendapatan masyarakat yang bagaimanapun yang diperoleh dapat dikelola dengan baik

Get PDFDalam penerbitan sertifikah hak atas tanah sangatlah perlu untuk membuktikan tentang kepemilikan hak atas tanah dan dapat dibuktikan jika dikemudian hari terjadi sengketa hak atas tanah, dalam menentukan hak atas tanah jika terjadi peralihan hak, maka kedua belah pihat harus benar-benar dapat dibuktikan dengan surat sah pemegang pertama di dialihkan kepada pihak kedua dalam pembuatan sertifikat ha katas tanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normative dengan pendekatan konseptual dan perundang-undangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskrisikan tata cara pendaftaran peralihan hak milik atas tanah dengan jual beli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, setiap peralihan hak milik atas tanah dengan perjanjian jual beli, setelah dilakukannya peralihan haknya oleh PPAT yang dibuktikan dengan akta jual beli, selanjutnya PPAT yang bersangkutan dalam 7 hari kerja sejak penandatanganan akta, wajib mendaftarkan peralihan hak milik atas tanah tersebut pada Kantor Pertanahan khususnya di Kantor BPN setempat dengan membawa berkas-berkas pemohon yang diperlukan. Terkait dengan mekanisme ini sangat perlu action dari pemerintah supaya penerbita sertifikat tersebut lebih cepat dan efisiensi

Get PDFThe success of controlling weeds in soybean plantations, apart from being determined by the type, also determines the dose of mulch. This research aims to obtain the type and dosage of organic mulch to control weeds in soybean plantations. The research was carried out from August to December 2024, in Lawe Sagu Hulu Village, Lawe Bulan District, Southeast Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. The types of organic mulch used are: acacia and kirinyuh, and the doses used are: 0; 4.8; 9.6; 14.4 and 19.2 tons ha-1. The design used was a bifactorial randomized block design with 4 replications. The variables observed were: number of pods, number of seeds, seed weight, weight of 100 seeds and dry seed yield. The research results showed that an organic mulch dose of 19.2 tons ha-1 could increase the number of pods, number of seeds, seed weight and dry seed yield. Independently, the type of mulch and the interaction between type and dose had no effect on the observed soybean crop yields

Salah satu bagian dari komunikasi yang efektif yang sangat penting dipahami adalah memahami audiens karena memahami audiens adalah inti dari komunikasi. Dengan dunia yang serba terkoneksi secara digital dan komunikasi berlangsung melalui berbagai platform digital, pemahaman terhadap audiens akan membantu untuk berkomunikasi lebih efektif dan relevan. Salah satu generasi yang paling banyak terkena dampak dari digitalisasi khususnya dalam komunikasi adalah Generasi Alpha. Istilah generasi alpha ditujukan pada anak yang lahir pada tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2025. Dengan kemampuan memahami audiens akan membantu Generasi Alpha membangun hubungan yang lebih bermakna dengan individu atau kelompok baik di lingkungan digital maupun lingkungan non digital. Selain itu, juga akan meningkatkan empati dan sensitivitas terhadap audiens, meningkatkan kepercayaan dalam komunikasi karena pesan yang disampaikan menunjukkan perhatian terhadap kebutuhan audiens. Kemampuan ini juga akan membuat Generasi Alpha mampu menyampaikan pesan yang inklusif dan diterima di berbagai konteks
WOMEN`S FREEDOM IN TONI MORRISON`S SULA
Get PDFThis study examines the concept of women’s freedom in Toni Morrison's Sula, an important and relevant topic, particularly within the context of a patriarchal culture that continues to shape the lives of many women. The research focuses on the family and societal factors influencing women’s experiences. Employing a narrative qualitative methodology, the primary data is derived from Sula by Toni Morrison, supplemented by relevant literature from library research. The study applies feminist theory as proposed by Soenarjati Djajanegara, emphasizing the impact of family expectations and social conventions on individuals and their roles within society. The findings reveal that two key components shape women’s lives: family expectations and social conventions. Family expectations are often portrayed as burdens that restrict women’s freedom, while social conventions are the traditional norms, rules, and gender roles that govern how women are expected to behave, interact, and live. The analysis concludes that women need freedom to empower themselves and realize their potential. However, this freedom must not lead to self-destruction or harm to others, as such outcomes can result in women’s downfall

Model pembelajaran ini menekankan kerja kelompok dan tanggung jawab individu dalam memecahkan masalah yang diberikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen one group pretest posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 25 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik nonprobability sampling.

Formation in the Saint Bonaventure Abbey takes the form of a universal pattern of religious life with the prevailing dimensions of formation (human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral). These dimensions of formation also be elaborated with the application of the order's charism. The application of the order's charism is contained in the educational principles applied in formation, namely: Education is the work of the Trinity, the likeness of Christ, and the cultivation of basic Franciscan values. These dimensions of formation and these educational principles form the formandi’s identity

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the influence of internal communication, work stress, and work conflict on performance based on the perceptions employees of PT Elnusa Petrofin Cabang Balikpapan partially and simultaneously. This research data was obtained from employee performance reports for 3 years, namely the 2021-2023 period with a sample size of 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used is with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis research test, it shows that the independent variable (internal communication) has no positive and significant effect on (employee performance), a t-count value of -4.437 > from t table 2.026 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The independent variable (work stress) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on (employee performance). The t value obtained is -0.503 < from t table 2.026 and the significance value is 0.618 < 0.05. The independent variable (work conflict) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on (employee performance). The t value obtained is -0.633 < from t table 2.026 and the significance value is 0.531 > 0.05. Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of internal communication, work stress and work conflict do not have a significant effect on employee performance, obtaining an F value of 0.826 < from F table of 2.85 and a significance value of 0.488 > 0.0
PERAN INOVASI DAN KREATIVITAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF UMKM DI KELURAHAN BANTAN
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the role of innovation and creativity in enhancing the competitive advantage of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bantan Village, Medan Tembung District. The research focuses on Toko Besi Sadar Jaya, which faces competition from large stores and online marketplaces. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this study identifies the innovation and creativity strategies implemented, such as product diversification, improving customer service, and utilizing social media for promotion. The findings indicate that product and service innovation, combined with creative marketing, have a significant impact on increasing sales and competitiveness. However, challenges such as limited resources and price competition remain obstacles. This research provides practical contributions for MSME practitioners in adopting innovation and creativity strategies and offers recommendations for future researchers to expand the study to other sectors. Therefore, this study contributes to the development of literature related to innovation and competitiveness in MSMEs in Indonesia
