PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMUNIKASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KOPDIT CU PARDOMUAN PAKKAT
Get PDFThis study aims to test and analyze the influence of motivation, communication and work discipline on employee performance at CU Pardomuan Pakkat Cooperative. Data collection was carried out on a population of 50 employees and the number of research samples was 50 samples. The technique used was saturated sampling. Data analysis using SPSS version 25. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of partial testing, each variable is, the t-value of motivation is (6.174)> t-table (1.679) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The t-value of communication is (6.989)> t-table (1.679) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so that communication has a significant effect on employee performance. The t-value of work discipline of (12,890) > ttable (1.679) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The F test shows that motivation, communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at CU Pardomuan Pakkat Cooperative, with an Fcount value of 20.683 > Ftable of 3.20 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the study formulated that the multiple linear regression equation is KK = 7.176 + 0.268 M + 0.178 K + 0.732DK + e. This means that motivation, communication and work discipline have a significant partial effect on employee performance at CU Pardomuan Pakkat Cooperative.The determination coefficient of 0.773 is equal to 77.3%, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables of motivation, communication and work discipline by 77.3% while the remaining 22.7% is explained by other factors such as work stress, training and others that were not included in this study

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada tema Tumbuhan Sumber Kehidupan Di Bumi di kelas IV SD Negeri 097820 Bah Jambi Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran Discovery Learning berbantuan media audio visual (X) dan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 25 siswa berdasarkan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner/angket, instrumen tes pilihan berganda. Hasil belajar siswa menunjukan rat-rata pretest 62,65 sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest 85,64 dan untuk kuesioner/angket siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 92,52. Selanjutnya penguji hipotesis menunjukan dengan thitung sebesar 9,984 sedangkan ttabel 2,068 maka terbukti bahwa hipotesis lebih besar maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. WOMEN`S TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES IN TONI MORRISON`S BELOVED

It employs a qualitative narrative research approach as proposed by Creswell, with data collected through a compilation of stories. The theoretical framework is feminism, which is understood as both a social movement and a field of study aimed at elevating women's status within patriarchal societies or environments. The analysis focuses on loss and violence as key factors in the trauma experienced by women subjected to slavery. This study identifies two primary causes of women's trauma: loss, as exemplified by Sethe, who endures severe trauma under slavery, and violence, which she faces at the hands of slave owners and through systemic oppression. The novel reveals how trauma, loss, and violence not only devastate individual lives but also shape collective experiences of suffering and the ongoing struggle for identity and freedom. The study concludes that Toni Morrison illustrates that women's traumatic experiences encompass various dimensions, primarily loss and violence

Get PDFThis study aims to determine and explain the influence of service quality, prices and facilities on outpatient satisfaction at Imelda Hospital. Data was collected using surveys, documentation and interviews. The research approach used was quantitative, with 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data in this study were analyzed using SPSS. The research results show that service quality, prices and facilities have a good influence. Together they have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. The coefficient of determination value of 0.441 shows that 44.1% of patient satisfaction can be explained by service quality, price and facilities while the remaining 55.9% is explained by other factors such as trust, location and brand image
PENGARUH PENGUNGKAPAN EMISI GAS RUMAH KACA TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN STEM CEO SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
Get PDFThis article aims to analyze the effect of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions disclosure on firm value in Indonesia's energy sector, considering the CEO's educational background in STEM as a moderating variable. The phenomenon that triggered this research is the increasing attention to the environmental impact of companies, especially in the energy sector which is the second largest contributor to emissions in Indonesia. The method used in this study is regression analysis with data from annual reports and sustainability reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The findings show that GHG emissions disclosure has a negative and significant relationship with firm value measured using Tobin's Q ratio. In addition, the CEO's STEM background does not show a significant moderating influence on the relationship. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of transparency in emissions disclosure and the need for more effective strategies in environmental management to increase firm value, as well as provide insights for decision makers within companies to consider STEM-based leadership in the management of environmental issues

Get PDFThis study aims to find out whether the implementation of good governance in the Village Fund Allocation in Hutapaung Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2021-2023 has been carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 20 of 2018. The population of this study is the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report in Hutapaung Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The sample of this study is the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report in Hutapaung Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency for 2021-2023. The research methods used were documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis technique. The results of this study show that the implementation of Good Governance in Village Fund Allocation in Hutapaung Village, Pollung District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2021-2023 is not optimal. Because in the principle of transparency, it is still difficult for the public to obtain information related to the report on the realization of the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation. In principle, participation does not involve the community directly during the planning of the management of the Village Fund Allocation. The suggestions that can be given are the need to provide information media that is easily accessible to the community related to the report on the realization of the implementation of the APBDes, involving the village community during the planning of the management of the Village Fund Allocation so that there is an opportunity for ideas from the community, and managing the Village Fund Allocation in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018
Analisis Pendapatan dan Kelayakan Usahatani Padi Sawah di Desa Sei Rakyat, Kecamatan Medang Deras, Kabupaten Batu Bara
Get PDFPenelitian ini menganalisis biaya produksi padi per ha/MT di Desa Sei Rakyat, Kecamatan Medang Deras, Kabupaten Batu Bara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai potensi ekonomi usahatani padi sawah di Desa Sei Rakyat, Kecamatan Medang Deras, Kabupaten Batu Bara, serta kelayakan usahatani padi sawah di Desa Sei Rakyat, Kecamatan Medang Deras, Kabupaten Batu Bara. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Sei Rakyat, Kecamatan Medang Deras, Kabupaten Batu Bara. Data dianalisis data satu musim tanam pada musim tanam I (November 2023 – Januari 2024). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Slovin dan melibatkan 40 KK sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya produksi budidaya padi sawah di Desa Sei Rakyat, Kecamatan Medang Deras sebesar Rp14.081.099/0,72 Ha/MT atau Rp20.437.047/Ha/MT. Petani padi sawah di wilayah penelitian memiliki rata-rata pendapatan bersih Rp16.532.101/0,72Ha/MT (atau Rp22.383.241/Ha/MT). Rasio R/C untuk tanaman padi adalah 2,14. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jika petani mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp1 dan memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp2,14, maka pendapatan bersihnya adalah Rp1,14. Petani mendapatkan pendapatan bersih sebesar Rp1,14. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa usahatani padi sawah di Desa Sei Rakyat, Kecamatan Medang Deras, Kabupaten Batu Bara layak untuk diusahakan
