No full textAccording to Ministry of Investments’ and the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Boards’ data, Small Micro and Medium Enterprises (“MSMEsâ€) have contributed Rp 8,574 trillion 61% of the value of Gross Domestic Product (“GDPâ€). Looking at the potential of MSMEs that can support the national economy, the Indonesian government has begun to shift its focus to empowering MSMEs. One of the root causes that hinder the efforts to scale up the MSMEs is about capital. This is exacerbated by the condition of the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 that has reduced the possibility and opportunities for MSMEs to raise capital. Along with the recovery of MSMEs in Indonesia after COVID-19, the Indonesian government has provided diverse economic stimulus. One of them is by issuing Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 57/POJK.04/2020 of 2020 which essentially regulates Securities Crowdfunding (“SCFâ€). The regulation has been updated to accelerate the empowerment of MSMEs in Indonesia through the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 16/POJK.04/2021 of 2021. This study uses normative juridical methods through a secondary data approach, aiming to break down and analyze how the financing model and implementation of SCF regulations will support MSMEs. This district has several interesting tourist attractions that can be visited such as Kalimantung Island, Mursala Island, Putri Island, Coral Island, and Bakar Island. However, due to the lack of information and promotions that have been carried out, many people do not know how many interesting islands there are in Central Tapanuli. Therefore, a tool is needed to promote these tourist attractions so as to increase the tourism sector in the area. For this reason, an application called "Paradise of Central Tapanuli" was made, where this application introduced tourism in Central Tapanuli. The method used is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method in examining the status of a human group, an object, a condition or a thought or class of tourism in the present. . This application was built using the Kodular website which is a website application that allows users to create applications based on the Android operating system using Block Programming so that users do not need to do coding (writing programming code). Menyadari bahwa public speaking adalah salah satu soft skill yang penting, banyak orang yang berusaha untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara mereka. Dengan penguasaan public speaking seseorang memiliki kesempatan luas untuk mengaktualisasikan segala potensi yang dimiliki di hadapan siapapun sehingga dapat mempromosikan dan banyak dikenal orang. Al Wustho Islamic Digital Boarding College karena di dalamnya melakukan pembelajaran public speaking yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara mahasantri sehingga dapat juga bertujuan untuk dakwah. Metode dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian mahasantri Al Wustho Islamic Digital Boarding College. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bagaimana keterampilan berbicara yang baik di depan umum sehingga bermanfaat bagi dakwah islam yang akan memberikan impact terhadap diri kita sendiri, orang lain, dan islam

No full textPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya pengetahuan dan kreatifitas siswa sekolah dasar dalam menyusun pola lantai dalam seni tari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengetahuan dan kreatifitas siswa di sekolah dasar dalam menyusun pola lantai dalam seni tari dan memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kreatifitas siswa dalam menyusun pola lantai. Penelitian dilakukan di SD, dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 18 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pengetahuan dan kreatifitas siswa dalam menyusun pola lantai umumnya masih rendah. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kreatifitas siswa dalam menyusun pola lantai diperlukan sistem pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa untuk aktif bergerak, mencoba, dan melakukan eksplorasi. Peneliti memberika formula kreatif untuk meingkatkan pengetahuan dan kreatifitas siswa dalam menyusun pola lantai, yaitu strategi MPPM, yaitu pembelajaran yang diawali denngan kegiatan membaca dan mengamati, pengarahan terbimbing, proyek dan mengevaluasi. Dalam tahap pengarahan terbimbing siswa diberikan panduan bagaimana cara menyusun pola lantai dalam tarian dan rambu apa saja yang harus diperhatikan dalam menyusun pola lantai, seperti kesesuaian dengan tema tari, kostum yang dipakai, gerakan tari, dan pesan tari yang disampaikan kepada penonton

No full textLeadership in an organization is needed, because a leader has an effort to move people in this matter under him, in achieving certain goals that have been set, including in the leadership of Hizbul Wathan. After the emergence of the Hizbul Wathan Scouting Movement in 1960 which was signed by the Central Executive of Muhammadiyah at that time Buya Syafii Maarif made the cadres of the Muhammadiyah organization who had a guiding spirit rise and immediately spread in a structured diaspora to establish the Hizbul Wathan Scouting Movement in their respective regions, Yogyakarta was no exception. which became the forerunner to the center of the scouting movement of Hizbul Wathan. In the city Yogyakarta has also experienced ups and downs of the Hizbul Wathan scouting movement which has the slogan "talk less, work more". However, from 2017 to 2019 the leadership of the Kwartir Regional Scouting Region of Hizbul Wathan rose again to show its existence, which was led by Ramanda Hendri with six division heads who had members under them divided into each division according to their respective abilities. However, after the fall of the leadership period of Ramanda Hendri, the Kwartir Regional Scouting Hizbul Wathan in the city of Yogyakarta experienced a decline in quality marked by a marked lack of activity, and the departure of members under it. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of leadership of the Hizbul Scout Kwartir Region Wathan Kota Yogyakarta in 2017-2019 in shaping the character of deep militancy organize. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative research based on case studies. Meanwhile, to analyze the descriptive data in this study by sorting the data to interpret the findings in the field, then the process of source triangulation was carried out. The Leaders of the Hizbul Wathan Scouting Regional Kwartir in the City of Yogyakarta in 2017-2019 strive to realize quality Hizbul Wathan scouting from scouting abilities and good morals towards others. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis budaya lokal terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa kelas V sekolah dasar Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan eksperimen dengan desain pretest posttest control group design. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi keterampilan sosial. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis budaya lokal berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan sosial, hal ini berdasarkan nilai thitung sebesar 2,128(2,128>2,002) dan dan hasil sig. 2 tailed senilai 0,038 (0,038<0,05). Hal ini dikarenakan siswa belajar melalui pengalaman, bukan mengingat pengetahuan sehingga proses pembelajaran lebih dipentingkan daripada hasil

No full textCurrently, education faces various challenges due to significant changing times. The use of technology has influenced education widely. Where Education has an important role in answering and preparing the current and future generations. The Independent Curriculum is here as a solution to this problem, namely to give the right to learn independently. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept and implementation of the independent curriculum in the Islamic religion subject cluster in learning at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Al Hadi Mojolaban Sukoharjo. The research method is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research subjects were school principals and a team of teachers from the Islamic Religious Education family who developed the curriculum. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive analysis, namely data presentation and conclusion. While testing the validity of the data is done with the Validity Test. The results of the research show that the Merdeka Curriculum was born as a curriculum capable of developing innovation in creating a fun learning atmosphere and in line with national education goals. Implementation. Merdeka Curriculum at the SD/MI level to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile. The concept of the Independent Curriculum encourages students to be active, creative, and think independently in developing their knowledge and skills. The implementation of the independent curriculum in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools which is characterized by the character of Islamic learning uses the Independent Sharing Category, namely the school implements the Independent Curriculum at the first and fourth grade levels of SD/MI and develops its own teaching tools, especially in Islamic subject groups
