No full textDalam Undang-undang Nomor 44 tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit pasal 1 ayat 1 disebutkan bahwa yang dimaksud dengan Rumah Sakit adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat. Pelayanan Kefarmasian adalah suatu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggungjawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian adalah Literature Review atau tinjauan pustaka. Penelusuran literatur jurnal dalam database jurnal penelitian dan pencarian melalui internet. Penelusuran database yang digunakan adalah Google Scholar dengan jangka waktu lima tahun terakhir, yakni dari tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2022. Hasil Penelitian: dari sembilan penelitian yang dijelaskan, bahwa menggambarkan keseluruhan informasi yang diperoleh peneliti adalah perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan dan penyimpanan, serta pendistribusian. Selain itu, didapatkan bahwa pengelolaan obat pada pelayanan kesehatan di Sumatera Utara belum maksimal berjalan dengan baik

No full textTerdapat faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi minat masyarakat menabung di bank syariah yaitu pengetahuan dimana semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan, semakin besar minat menabung di bank syariah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produk, promosi dan gaya hidup terhadap minat menabung pada Bank Syariah pada siswa SMA Al-Mujahidin. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan responden adalah siswa SMA sebanyak 64 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, artinya semakin baik promosi yang dilakukan maka akan semakin tinggi minat menabung siswa. This research aims to determine the role of schools, civics education, Pancasila, and the views of religions and religious communities in Indonesia in realizing civil society. From the results of this study, it was found that the high level of diversity in Indonesia had occurred long ago and has continued until now and in the future. In this case, schools have a significant role in developing unity in diversity. Also, civic education, Pancasila, and religion have a role in unity in diversity in Indonesia

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran terpadu model nested terhadap keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas sasaran 1 dan sasaran 2. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu sasaran 1 sejumlah 25 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan sasaran 2 sejumlah 20 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode yang digunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan posttest only control design. Teknik non probability sampling digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes essay berjumlah 5 butir soal. hipotesis di uji dengan uji t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis uji-t pada dua kelas menunjukkan ð‘¡â„Žð‘–ð‘¡ð‘¢ð‘›ð‘” > ð‘¡ð‘¡ð‘Žð‘ð‘’ð‘™ yaitu 2,115 > 1,681 yang menerangkan adanya pengaruh pembelajaran terpadu model nested pada keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi di sekolah dasar. No full textThis study aims to find out whether the simulation approach in teaching social studies in grade V at an elementary school can improve social studies learning. Classroom action research (PTK), which combines qualitative and quantitative methods, was the type of research used. In total, there were 22 students in class V. Cycle I experienced an increase in lesson plan observation results of 81.91%, and cycle II experienced an increase of 97.22%. The observation results of teacher characteristics in cycle I amounted to 82.81%, and increased to 93.75% in cycle II. The results of observations of student characteristics in cycles I and II were 82.81% and 93.75%, respectively. This shows that the social studies learning process in class V SDN 32 Andalas has improved by using the simulation method

No full textThe background of the problem in this article is the need to analyze the strategies for developing teacher professionalism in the context of school-based management at the elementary level in the digital era. The aim of this article is to analyze the strategies, benefits, challenges, and impacts of using technology on the development of teacher professionalism within the context of school-based management at the elementary level in the digital era. This article employs a qualitative research method, utilizing interviews with five teachers and analyzing recent literature. The research procedure involved structured interviews with teachers involved in professionalism development, as well as data collection and analysis using thematic coding. The findings and discussions indicate that strategies for developing teacher professionalism through technology utilization in the context of school-based management at the elementary level in the digital era have been identified. The challenges include limited access, inadequate training, and privacy concerns. However, the benefits include access to extensive educational resources, global collaboration, and increased student engagement. The use of technology also has a positive impact on improving the quality of teaching and the efficiency of school-based management. As a recommendation, support and collaboration among schools, government, and stakeholders are necessary to ensure effective and equitable utilization of technology in the context of elementary education

No full textTujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan kesantunan ujaran dwibahasawan peserta didik, serta prinsip kesantunan dalam interaksi siswa di SDN Ngadas 2 Malang. Hasil yang telah diteliti mendapatkan empat prinsip tindak ujar kesantunan dalam berbahasa, antara lain maksim kurmat, maksim andhap asor, maksim ampan papan, dan maksim tepa selira. Secara umum tindak tepa selira cenderung menempatkan status sosial dan kekuasaan penutur lebih rendah daripada petutur yang lebih rendah status dan kekuasaannya. Terdapat tiga konsep yang mendasari berbahasa santun dalam lingkungan masyarakat SDN Ngadas 2 malang adalah pertama, konsep ujaran ketidaklangsungan menjadi tema yang mendominasi mereka, karena berada dalam lingkungan dengan masyarakat tempat tinggal yang berbudaya asli Jawa

No full textThis study aims to provide innovation from local food processing made from tubers. Where most of the livelihoods of the Siahap village community are farming. One of the most dominating is the cultivation of Cassava or often known as Cassava. Cassava itself is a commodity that is chosen by the people of Siahap village. Besides being easy to cultivate, cassava can also be processed into various needs and processed foods. Cassava also has a lot of protein and fiber which is good for health. In addition, cassava can also be a food that can increase nutritional intake for pregnant women in preventing stunting. The high number of stunting cases has resulted in Indonesia being included in the top five countries with the highest stunting cases in the world. The main prevention of stunting is to pay attention to the nutrition of pregnant women by consuming foods that can fulfill nutrition for both mother and child. Besides generally discussing the benefits of tubers, this article also contains innovations in the form of increasing the Micro Business Activity Unit in Siahap village by processing cassava
