    Di era digital, teknologi telah membawa manfaat signifikan tetapi juga menimbulkan tantangan terkait perlindungan privasi. Kajian ini fokus pada relevansi nilai-nilai Al-Qur\u27an, prinsip-prinsip hak asasi manusia (HAM), dan perspektif gender dalam melindungi hak privasi di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan kajian literatur dan analisis konseptual, menggunakan data primer dari Al-Qur\u27an dan tafsir, serta data sekunder dari literatur HAM dan studi gender. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui seleksi teks dan studi relevan, sementara analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik dan komparatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur\u27an menekankan pentingnya menjaga martabat dan privasi individu, seperti dalam Surah Al-Hujurat ayat 11-12 dan Surah An-Nur ayat 27-28 serta 30-31, sejalan dengan prinsip HAM yang menekankan non-diskriminasi dan kesetaraan. Tantangan khusus seperti kekerasan berbasis gender dan pelecehan online menunjukkan perlunya kebijakan yang inklusif dan adil untuk melindungi perempuan dan kelompok marginal. Integrasi nilai-nilai Al-Qur\u27an dengan prinsip-prinsip HAM dan perspektif gender dapat menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih manusiawi dan adil. Rekomendasi kajian ini mencakup penguatan kerangka hukum nasional dan internasional, pengembangan kebijakan digital yang inklusif dan transparan, serta peningkatan edukasi digital yang menekankan pentingnya menjaga kehormatan pribadi. Artikel ini berkontribusi sebagai panduan bagi pembuat kebijakan, peneliti, dan masyarakat umum dalam memahami dan mengatasi tantangan perlindungan privasi di era digital, dengan menggunakan pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan perspektif agama, HAM, dan gender

    This study aims to describe the self-efficacy of tahfidz teachers and analyze efforts to improve student memorization in the tahfidz program through teacher self-efficacy at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School Sriwijaya. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. This research was carried out at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School, Sriwijaya, Palembang City and involved tahfidz teachers as research subjects. Data was collected through observation and interviews and then analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study showed that tahfidz teachers made efforts through an interactive classroom atmosphere, motivation, murojaah, the use of reward and punishment systems, parental involvement through WhatsApp groups, discussions with fellow tahfidz teachers, and a variety of learning methods. All these efforts reflect how essential teachers\u27 self-efficacy is in achieving the goals of tahfidz learning and supporting the achievement of the institution. Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efikasi diri guru tahfidz dan menganalisis upaya meningkatkan hafalan siswa pada program tahfidz melalui efikasi diri guru di SD Islam Al-Azhar Sriwijaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Islam Al-Azhar Sriwijaya Kota Palembang dan melibatkan guru tahfidz sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru tahfidz berupaya melalui suasana kelas yang interaktif, motivasi, murojaah, penggunaan sistem reward dan punishment, keterlibatan orang tua melalui grup WhatsApp, diskusi sesama guru tahfidz, serta metode pembelajaran yang variatif. Semua upaya ini mencerminkan betapa esensialnya efikasi diri guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tahfidz dan mendukung pencapaian institusi

    The Influence of Audio-Visual Media on Students\u27 Speaking Skills of the First Semester of PAI Program

    This study explores the impact of audio-visual media on the speaking skills of the first semester students of PAI program, with a focus on fluency, pronunciation, and overall communication effectiveness. In recent years, the integration of multimedia tools, such as videos, films, and instructional content, has been recognized as a valuable resource in language learning. The research employs a mixed-methods design, combining quantitative assessments of fluency and pronunciation with qualitative interviews to capture students\u27 perceptions. Over a six-week period, participants were exposed to a variety of audio-visual materials, and pre- and post-assessments were conducted to measure improvements in speaking performance. The results indicated a significant enhancement in students\u27 fluency, pronunciation accuracy, and confidence in speaking. Furthermore, students reported increased comfort in engaging in conversations and public speaking after exposure to the media. These findings support the idea that audio-visual media provide authentic language models that help students internalize effective communication strategies. This study underscores the potential of audio-visual tools in fostering speaking skills and suggests that educators should incorporate these resources into language curricula to create a more dynamic and engaging learning environment

    Integration of the Islamic Religious Education Curriculum in Building a Religious Culture at Mts At-Tibyan Deli Serdang

    This study aims to explore and analyze how the integration of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum can build a religious culture at MTS At-Tibyan Deli Serdang. By understanding the role of PAI in shaping students\u27 character and religious values, this research is expected to provide constructive recommendations for the development of a more effective and relevant curriculum. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies. The informants include the headmaster, the curriculum vice-principal, and PAI teachers. In analyzing the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis through steps of data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that: 1) The integration of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum at MTS At-Tibyan combines theory and practice, both in religious teaching and students\u27 daily life. Through regular worship, the integration of Islamic values into general subjects, and an asrama-based learning model, MTS At-Tibyan has successfully created a generation that is not only academically intelligent but also has a strong religious character. This approach plays an important role in building a religious culture in the school, making PAI the foundation in shaping students\u27 personalities in line with Islamic teachings. 2) The integration of the PAI curriculum at MTS At-Tibyan has had a significant impact on shaping the religious culture in the school. The holistic approach, which combines religious theory and its practical application in daily life, as well as the asrama-based teaching model and educators\u27 role modeling, has succeeded in establishing religious habits. MTS At-Tibyan has not only shaped a generation with strong religious knowledge but also instilled Islamic values in their daily lives, creating a deep and sustainable religious culture both inside and outside of school. 3) The integration of the PAI curriculum at MTS At-Tibyan faces challenges related to students\u27 inadequate diniyyah understanding and their adaptation to asrama life. To address these challenges, MTS At-Tibyan applies a comprehensive strategy, including intensive guidance for students who need a deeper understanding of diniyyah and gradual adjustment for those who are living in the asrama for the first time. Collaboration among the school, caretakers, teachers, and parents plays a key role in creating an environment that supports students\u27 spiritual and academic development, ensuring the effective implementation of the PAI curriculum and the formation of strong religious character in the younger generation

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa lebih dalam terkait relevansi sistem pendidikan Islam masa klasik dengan sistem pendidikan pondok pesantren khalafi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Data yang dipergunakan dalam kajian ini merupakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Alur analisa mengacu pada teori Miles & Huberman, dengan triangulasi data sebagai uji keabsahannya. Hasil studi menyatakan bahwa terdapat relevansi antara sistem pendidikan Islam di masa klasik dengan sistem pendidikan pondok pesantren khalafi. Mulai dari tujuan pendidikan, materi yang diajarkan, dan metode pendidikan yang digunakan oleh guru. Adapun kurikulum dalam sistem pendidikan Islam masa klasik secara garis besar belum terjadi pembakuan dari pemerintah yang berkuasa, sehingga terjadi perbedaan kurikulum antar lembaga pendidikan. Sedangkan kurikulum pada sistem pendidikan pondok pesantren khalafi memiliki pembakuan yakni kurikulum terpadu untuk pedidikan formal maupun informal. Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze in more depth the relevance of the classical Islamic education system with the Khalafi Islamic boarding school education system. This study uses a qualitative research method with a comparative approach. The data used in this study are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis flow refers to the theory of Miles & Huberman, with data triangulation as a test of its validity. The results of the study state that the Islamic education system is relevant in the classical period and the Khalafi Islamic boarding school education system. Starting from educational objectives, the material taught, and the educational methods teachers use. The curriculum in the classical Islamic education system in general has not been standardized by the ruling government, so there are differences in curriculum between educational institutions. The curriculum in the Khalafi Islamic boarding school education system has standardization, namely an integrated curriculum for formal and informal education

    This study examines the role of the Islamic Boarding School Organization (OPP) in instilling Islamic education values ??at the Irsyadul Islamiyah Tanjung Medan Islamic Boarding School. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Triangulation was used as a validity technique in this study. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that OPP plays an effective role in instilling Islamic education values ??through various activities such as studying yellow books, preaching, al-barzanji, and yasin. The values ??instilled include faith and piety, discipline, responsibility, Islamic brotherhood, leadership, and Islamic scientific and ethical values. Supporting factors in implementing the role of OPP include full support from the Islamic boarding school, active participation of students, and diversity of work programs. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited human resources who are competent in leadership, minimal facilities and infrastructure, and low discipline of some students. This study concludes that OPP is an important instrument in the formation of the character of students in accordance with Islamic values

    This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic religious education on the prevention of bullying behavior at the MTs Islamic Boarding School Daarul Muhsinin Janji Manahan Kawat Labuhan Batu. The population in this study were students of MTs Pondok Pesantren Daarul Muhsinin class VIII, totaling 223 students from 7 classes, namely (VIII-1, VII-2, VIII-3, VIII-4, VIII-5, VIII-6, VIII-7). The technique used in this sampling was random technique, where the author took a sample of 15% of the total number of students in class VIII. So the sample in this study was 33 people. ?The research results show that the correlation value rxy = (7.369) and the value Df = 33-2= 31 obtained rtable at a significant level of 5% ?of (2.03951) and the multiple regression test (R Square) of 0.637, meaning that there is an influence of Islamic religious education in schools of 63.7%, and the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other variables. Thus, rxy is greater than rtable so that it can be concluded that there is an influence of Islamic religious education on the prevention of bullying behavior at the MTs School, Pondok Pesantren Daarul Muhsinin Janji Manahan Kawat Labuhan Batu. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan Agama Islam Terhadap Pencegahan Perilaku Bullying Di Sekolah MTs Pondok Pesantren Daarul Muhsinin Janji Manahan Kawat Labuhan Batu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik MTs Pondok Pesantren Daarul Muhsinin kelas VIII yang berjumlah 223 siswa dari 7 kelas yaitu (VIII-1, VII-2, VIII-3, VIII-4, VIII-5, VIII-6, VIII-7). Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik acak, dimana penulis mengambil sampel 15 % dari jumlah siswa seluruh kelas VIII. Maka sampel pada penelitian ini 33 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi rxy = (7,369) dan nilai Df = 33-2= 31 diperoleh rtabel pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar (2,03951) dan uji regresi berganda (R Square) sebesar 0,637 artinya terdapat Pengaruh Pendidikan Agama Islam  Di Sekolah sebesar 63.7%, dan 37,3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.     This study aims to determine the influence of character education on student ethics in Islamic religious education learning for class VII at the Napabarbaran Islamic Boarding School. The population in this study were all students of the Napabarbaran Islamic Boarding School class VII totaling 151 students from 5 classes, namely (VII-A, VII-B, VII-C, VII-D, VII-E). The technique used in this sampling was by using a random technique, where the author took a sample of 20% of the total number of students in class VII. So the sample in this study was 30 students. The results showed that the correlation value of rxy = (3.415) and the value of Df = 30-2 = 28 obtained rtable at a significant level of 5% of (1.701) and multiple regression test (R Square) of 0.558 meaning that there is an influence of character education on the ethics of class VII students of 55.8%, and the remaining 44.2% is influenced by other variables. Thus, rxy is greater than rtable so it can be concluded that there is an influence of character education on student ethics in learning Islamic religious education for class VII at the Napabarbaran Islamic Boarding School.     This study aims to determine the inquiry method in learning al-Qur\u27an Hadith, especially in the material of the law of reading at MTs Negeri 1 Karanganyar and MTs Negeri 8 Sragen in 2022, the obstacles faced in the application of the inquiry method of learning al-Qur\u27an Hadith in the material of the law of reading at MTs Negeri 1 Karanganyar and MTs Negeri 8 Sragen in 2022 and to find out the solutions carried out in learning al-Qur\u27an Hadith in using the inquiry method of reading law material in 2022. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using data analysis. The data in this study were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning using the inquiry method runs smoothly. The implementation of learning in applying the inquiry method is the implementation of activities consisting of six stages including: orientation, formulating problems, formulating hypotheses, summarizing data, testing hypotheses and formulating conclusions. The obstacles faced in learning al-Qur\u27an Hadith using the inquiry method at MTs Negeri 1 Karanganyar and MTs Negeri 8 Sragen are in the division of groups and material regarding reading laws, especially “mad” material, students do not understand it when directly directed to look for themselves in the Qur\u27an, maybe globally children can still do it. The solutions carried out by teachers in learning al-Qur\u27an Hadith reading law material with the inquiry method at MTs Negeri 1 Karanganyar and MTs Negeri 8 Sragen include teachers making peer tutors, giving more practice questions and tasks to find reading laws in the Qur\u27an according to the material taught so that students were learning by practicing it directly in the Qur’an
