    ANALISIS MODEL AISAS DALAM STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN DIGITAL @WATURUMPUK_MENDAK DI INSTAGRAM

    Strategi komunikasi pemasaran merupakan bagian penting dalam melakukan bisnis termasuk dalam pariwisata. Seiring perkembangan teknologi mengubah pola perilaku masyarakat dimana mereka dapat mencari informasi secara cepat melalui media sosial. Instragram merupakan salah satu platform media sosial yang banyak dimanfaatkan dalam menyusun strategi komunikasi pemasaran. AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action dan Share) merupakan teori yang dikembangkan dari analisis model pada komunikasi pemasaran yang sebelumnya telah ada yaitu AIDMA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Memory, dan Action). Penggunaan AISAS lebih tepat pada aplikasi analisa untuk sebuah media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa model AISAS tersebut yang di aplikasikan pada instagram salah satu wisata lokal yaitu @waturumouk_mendak. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan melalui wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi telah disimpulkan bahwa post @waturumpuk_mendak berhasil menarik perhatian hingga para pengikutnya membagikan pengalaman melalui kolom komentar ataupun membagikan post tersebut. Para wisatawan waturumpuk mencari informasi melalui instagramnya untuk memperoleh informasi lebih mengenai wisata alam watu rumpuk Desa Mendak tersebut. Namun perlu adanya konsistensi dalam postingan menjadi penting bagi pengelola media sosial @waturumpuk_mendak untuk terus meningkatkan interaksi terhadap followers

    Institutional Management of Islamic Education in the Governance of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Ikhlas Damsari

    The institutional management of Islamic education, especially Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA), is a management process that involves planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising human resources and non-human resources in order to achieve Islamic education goals effectively and efficiently. One of them is Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Ikhlas, a non-formal institution that has its own foundation in Damsari Village, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency. This study aims to describe the institutional management of Islamic education in the governance of Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Al-Ikhlas Damsari. This article uses qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the study show that institutional management in Madrasah Al-Ikhlas is fully held by the head of the Madrasah because the head of the Madrasah is required to have various abilities, both in the fields of management and leadership style. In addition, the governance of the Al-Ihlas Madrasah itself is adjusted to follow government regulations regarding management in madrasah management, the madrasah curriculum system, management of teacher strategies in teaching, and management of madrasah facilities and infrastructure

    Managing Students to Build Discipline : A Case Study At Islamic Senior High School, Islamic Centre

    This research is motivated by the still low level of student discipline at MA Islamic Centre Cirebon Regency, which is evident from the high number of violations against school regulations. This study aims to describe: Student management, Discipline level, and the role of student management in improving student discipline. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted by grouping information from sources and organizing it into themes that align with the research objectives. The research results indicate that student management at MA Islamic Centre has been running well, marked by various development efforts such as new student orientation, morning assemblies, and the imposition of sanctions for violations. However, factors such as lack of student motivation and environmental influences hinder the improvement of discipline. The data sources include the Head of the Madrasah, the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, teachers, and students. Data analysis techniques include collection, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that overall, student management significantly contributes to improving student discipline through structured and consistent coaching activities

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami manfaat pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat), kecerdasan emosional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo. Produktivitas yang tinggi di tempat kerja sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, namun bukti menunjukkan bahwa tujuan kerja pegawai belum terpenuhi dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap produktivitas kerja. Pelatihan (Diklat), kecerdasan emosional, penempatan pegawai, dan kedisiplinan kerja merupakan variabel utama yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Pelatihan yang diselenggarakan secara efektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan efisiensi dalam bekerja. Sementara itu, kecerdasan emosional turut berperan dalam memperlancar komunikasi dan memperbaiki hubungan kerja. Penempatan karyawan yang sesuai dengan keahlian dan pengalamannya dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas mereka, Sementara disiplin kerja yang tinggi berdampak langsung pada produktivitas pegawai. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan produktivitas pegawai dapat dicapai dengan optimalisasi Diklat, kesadaran kesadaran akan kecerdasan emosional, perbaikan sistem penempatan pegawai, dan penerapan disiplin kerja yang lebih ketat

    A Ray of Hope in Outsourcing: Realizing SDG 8 in Yogyakarta City

    The unemployment rate in Indonesia, particularly among Generation Z, remains relatively high despite showing a decline between 2023 and 2024. A mismatch between workforce skills and industry needs, along with the dominance of the informal sector, are the main causes. This study examines the role of outsourcing, a system of delegating work to third parties, as a government strategy to reduce unemployment in Yogyakarta and its contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8: decent work and economic growth. Using a qualitative approach, the results indicate that outsourcing provides broader and more flexible employment access for young job seekers. Although it still faces criticism regarding job stability and labor protection, this mechanism has proven to support the creation of new jobs and promote inclusive economic growth.     Enhancing Community Preparedness for Disasters through the Safe School Program (SPAB) in Cilacap Regency

    This article discusses the SPAB program in increasing community preparedness in facing disasters that can occur anytime and anywhere. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which uses articles, journals and books as well as interviews with parties related to this research theme to obtain detailed information. The objectives of this research are 1) to determine the implementation of the Disaster Safe Unit Program (SPAB) in Cilacap Regency; 2) knowing the obstacles in implementing the disaster safe education unit program; 3) stages in implementing the disaster safe education unit program. The implementation of the disaster safe education unit program in Cilacap district has not been carried out optimally due to several obstacles that have occurred, one of which is a lack of budget, resulting in inadequate assets. There is a need to improve strategies in implementing the Disaster Safe Education Unit program so that it can run effectively and in accordance with the stated objective

    INITIAL EDUCATION ON THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF MORINGA AND CORIANDER LEAVES FOR FAMILY WELLNESS AS A COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT EFFORT THROUGH LOCAL HERBAL UTILIZATION. This community service program aimed to improve health literacy and empower members of the PKK (Family Welfare Movement) through early education on the benefits of moringa (Moringa oleifera) and coriander (Coriandrum sativum) as local herbal ingredients with the potential to support family health. The activity was conducted in Benteng Gantarang Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency, involving 30 participants. The methods included socialization, health education sessions, hands-on training, and evaluation using a 15-item pre-test and post-test questionnaire. The results revealed a significant increase in participants' understanding, with pre-test scores rising from 46.84% to 80.52% in the post-test. This improvement indicates that the multidisciplinary, participatory-educational approach—integrating agricultural, economic, and information technology perspectives—was effective in raising awareness of the use of local herbal resources. These findings support the need to advance the program toward entrepreneurial development through herbal capsule production, product legalization (PIRT), and digital marketing strategies to broaden the social and economic impact of this community service initiative

    EMPOWERİNG WOMEN FARMERS' COMMUNİTİES İN ORGANİC VEGETABLE BUSİNESSES İN URBAN AREAS: The Women Farmers Group in Pekalipan Village, Pekalipan District, Cirebon City serves as a strategic platform for housewives to develop economic potential through utilizing yard land in RW.10. This empowerment program emerged as a solution for mothers who have been solely engaged in domestic routines without having other productive activities. Under the guidance of field extension officers from the Cirebon City Agriculture Department, these women farmers are encouraged to optimize their home yards by growing various types of organic vegetables. The applied concept pays careful attention to women's role balance, where gardening activities do not interfere with their primary responsibilities as mothers and wives, but instead provide real contributions to alleviating family economic burdens. Through intensive mentoring methods, this program aims to inspire enthusiasm and motivation among women farmers to improve family quality of life while building economic independence through environmentally friendly organic vegetable cultivation. This initiative demonstrates that women's empowerment can be achieved without abandoning their main responsibilities and roles within the family.

    Exploring the Dynamic Perspectives of Pre-Service English Teachers on Innovative Teaching Approaches in English Language Education in Cirebon

    This study explores the dynamic perspectives of pre-service English teachers on innovative teaching approaches in English language education in Cirebon, Indonesia. With the increasing demand for 21st-century skills and the global shift toward student-centered and technology-integrated instruction, this research investigates how future educators perceive and implement innovation during their teaching practicum. Utilizing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis involving three pre-service teachers from Syekh Nurjati State Islamic Cyber University. Thematic analysis revealed that participants highly value innovation—particularly project-based learning, gamification, and technology integration—as effective means to promote engagement, creativity, and communicative competence. However, several challenges emerged, such as lack of technological infrastructure, limited training, and difficulty managing classroom behavior during innovative implementation. These findings underscore the need for teacher education programs to provide more practical training and institutional support to empower future educators in adopting adaptive and innovative pedagogical practices

    The Influence of Public Elementary School Teachers' Authority on Students' Character

    Teachers are role models for students in the school environment, a teacher's personality has a huge influence on the morals of their students. The fact in the field is that there are still many teachers who do not reflect what should be an example for each of their students. This research aims to analyze the influence of teacher authority on the formation of student morals at SD Negeri 014628. This research is quantitative research using positivism methods. The data from this research were analyzed using the normality test, linearity test, and partial test or t-test formulas. The population in this study was 139 students at State Elementary School 014628, sampling in this study was carried out randomly, the sample size was 30 people. Data was collected using questionnaire and documentation techniques. From the results of partial test calculations (t-test), the value of t count is 5.767 > t table 2.048. And the significance value of the influence of variable X on variable Y is 0.001 < 0.005, which can be stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between teacher authority (X) on the formation of student character (Y) so that the positive values taught by teachers such as discipline, ethics and responsibility can be implemented well by students in the future.Keywords:  Teacher Authority, students’ characters, elementary schoo
