Pengembangan Ekosistem Usaha Wisata Halal Bebas Pungli Berbasis Manajemen Bisnis Syariah di Kawasan Sentul Kabupaten Bogor
Halal tourism development in Sentul, Bogor, is hindered by illegal levies (pungli) and the lack of halal certification, which damage tourist trust. This community service aims to establish an extortion-free business ecosystem based on Sharia Business Management. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method with four partners, activities included social mapping, participatory planning, and assistance for NIB and halal certification via SIHALAL. Success was evaluated using the Policy Acceptance Model (Vlassenroot et al., 2008). Results show significant transformation: four partners successfully completed the halal certification submission process, and an "Extortion-Free Tourism Zone" was established with transparent tariff standardization. Vlassenroot analysis reveals that partner acceptance of the new system was driven by a shift in social norms towards blessing-oriented business (General Indication) and the perception of tangible economic benefits from business legality (System Specific Indication). This intervention proved effective in transforming informal economic actors into ethical, legal, and sustainable tourism business entities

Enhancing Family Resilience for Religious Moderation: Preventing Radicalism through Digital Religious Literacy
This article discusses the importance of the family's role in preventing religious radicalism and promoting religious moderation through digital religious literacy. The research aims to explore the level of family digital literacy among Muslims in Cirebon and its role in strengthening family resilience as a key element in addressing potential radical challenges. Using a mixed-methods approach with questionnaire surveys and interviews, the study reveals that religious conflicts in Indonesia, particularly in Cirebon, stem from factors like low religious literacy among millennials, driven by a lack of interest in reading and a limited understanding of religious teachings. Technology and social media exacerbate these conflicts, involving violations of religious freedom, intolerance, and blasphemy, persisting despite regulations and threatening multicultural harmony. Family resilience, encompassing economic, psychosocial, and socio-cultural aspects, plays a crucial role in countering religious radicalism. As the smallest social institution, the family transmits values, with economic resilience preventing the infiltration of radical ideas. Empowering families as moderation agents is vital, and strategies for enhancing family digital literacy, including education and awareness campaigns, monitoring online activities, promoting quality information sources, developing critical thinking skills, and using content filters, contribute to building resilience against radical influences. The study's results are expected to enrich academic literature by applying the concept of family resilience, specifically in preventing radicalism and promoting religious moderation. The findings strive for a direct impact on practical efforts to prevent radicalism, contributing to the formation of an inclusive and moderate society. Keywords: Family Resilience, Digital Religious Literacy, Religious Moderation

This research is a library research using descriptive-analytical method. From the results of the study, the author concluded that this method, although it has drawbacks because the scope of the discussion is very broad, partial, not thematic, but this method can also be an alternative choice for millennials in understanding the Qur'an, if packaged properly, using popular scientific language. , by presenting the moral message of each verse in the studied sura. The results of this study indicate that the taḥlīlī interpretation method, if presented with a new paradigm, is adapted to the current context, uses popular scientific language, and is presented concisely, by taking the moral message from each verse, then conclusions are drawn in the form of moral values from the sura , remains relevant to the current context and is able to answer the needs of millennials.
Fiqh Muamalah Review of the Object of Akad (E-Commerce) on Defective Goods
This study examines the application of Fiqh Muamalah to buying and selling practices in e-commerce, with a focus on the seller's responsibility for defective goods. Using a qualitative method through literature review and normative analysis, the research draws upon scholarly works, journal articles, and relevant Islamic legal sources. The study aims to provide a conceptual framework that aligns Islamic commercial ethics with contemporary online transaction practices. The findings reveal that e-commerce transactions can be considered valid under Fiqh Muamalah if they fulfill essential sharia principles, including justice (‘adl), honesty (ṣidq), and transparency (bayān). The use of Salam and Istishna’ contracts is permissible provided the object of sale is clearly defined, halal, and free from gharar (uncertainty). Furthermore, the study highlights the relevance of khiyār al-‘ayb (option due to defect) and khiyār al-syarth (conditional option) as Islamic legal mechanisms that offer fair resolutions in cases involving defective products. This research supports the growth of sharia-compliant digital commerce by offering practical, jurisprudential solutions and emphasizing key ethical values—trust, accountability, and consumer protection—to promote fair, transparent, and sustainable e-commerce in line with Islamic principles.Keyword: Muamalah Fiqh; Contract Objects; E-Commerce; Defective Goods.
THE CONTRIBUTION OF ṢAFIYYAH BINT ḤUYAYY IN HADITH TRANSMISSION IN AL-KUTŪB AL-TIS’AH
In the narration of hadith, there is a significant disparity between men and women, with male narrators being far more dominant than female narrators. This research aims to examine the narrations of Ṣafiyyah binti Ḥuyay, the wife of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, in al-Kutūb al-Tis’ah using a literature-based qualitative methodology. Although Ṣafiyyah lived with the Prophet for only about three or four years, she managed to collect and narrate twenty-four hadiths from him, along with several other narrations outside of the nine books. Ṣafiyyah conveyed these hadiths to five of her students: ‘Alī bin al-Ḥusain, Muslim bin Ṣafwān, Ṣuhairah binti Jaifir, Kinānah, and Syumaisah. These hadiths have been transmitted by various narrators with varying levels of credibility, including both powerful and weak narrators, resulting in some hadiths being classified as ṣaḥīḥ (authentic) and others as ḍa’īf (weak). The substance of the narrated hadiths covers themes such as the I’tikaf of the Prophet Muhammad SAW at the end of Ramadan, the fermentation of grapes, the attack on the Ka’bah in the end times, the Prophet’s defence of Ṣafiyyah, teachings on remembrance (dhikr), and the pilgrimage journey of the Prophet with his companions. In the ever-evolving modern era, the role of women in science is crucial for the advancement of society. Without individuals studying hadith, future generations will not be aware of the life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW
