Islamic Financial Literacy and Regulatory Framework in the Implementation of Equity Crowdfunding in Indonesia
Sharia investment through Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) has become one of the main pillars in developing the Islamic financial system in Indonesia. Although it is regulated by OJK Regulation No. 57/POJK.04/2020 and strengthened by the DSN-MUI fatwa, the implementation of Sharia-compliant ECF still faces significant challenges. This study aims to analyse the legal framework of Sharia ECF in Indonesia, evaluate compliance with its principles in its practices, and identify challenges related to financial literacy and legal protection for investors and issuers. The research method used is a normative legal approach with qualitative analysis through a literature review of relevant regulations, fatwas, and legal documents. Islamic Education, Javanese Culture, and the Basic Needs of Migrant Workers' Children: A Critique of Abraham Maslow's Theory
This study aims to critique Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of human needs theory, which continues to serve as a primary reference for assessing human needs from childhood through adulthood. Using a qualitative field research approach, data were collected through interviews and direct observations in the field. The study reveals that Maslow's hierarchy, which positions self-actualization at the peak of needs, requires adaptation to the Javanese cultural context, which influences the Islamic education of migrant workers' children in Seketip Village, Kediri, East Java. The ambiguity surrounding the adequacy of physiological needs, such as food and sleep, can lead to subjective interpretations that may foster egotism, thereby obscuring the objectives of Islamic education. Conversely, Javanese traditions and Islamic teachings provide clear moral guidelines for shaping wise individuals. The study concludes that Islamic education and Javanese culture can serve as supplementary parameters to Maslow's theory, addressing the shortcomings in measuring the satisfaction of unquantifiable needs. With morality as a concrete benchmark, this education can shape children’s character, enabling them to meet basic needs while also providing a strong foundation for life. This need is termed as Fundamental Preconditions, encompassing spiritual and visionary needs, and must be fulfilled from conception through to after birth. Creative Teaching: Strategi Guru Dalam Metode Bermain Berbasis Experiential Learning Dan Active Play-Based Learning Untuk Menanamkan Adab Islami
ABSTRACT Character education from an early age is a crucial foundation in shaping children's personalities, especially in instilling Islamic manners. Young children tend to learn through direct experiences and enjoyable activities, requiring methods that suit their characteristics. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of play-based methods in teaching Islamic manners at Muslimat NU Nurul Ummah 16 Kindergarten. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study subjects are teachers and students at the kindergarten. The results indicate that play-based methods, such as storytelling, Islamic songs, role-playing, moving class activities, and environmental exploration, enhance children's understanding of Islamic values, including honesty, patience, respect, and cooperation. Supporting factors for the success of these methods include active teacher involvement, a supportive school environment, and peer interaction. However, challenges arise due to the lack of parental involvement in reinforcing learning at home. Therefore, stronger collaboration between schools and parents is needed to optimize Islamic manners education. In conclusion, play-based methods are effective in instilling Islamic values in young children, making this approach worthy of further development and adaptation to meet the needs and characteristics of early childhood learners.ABSTRAK Pendidikan karakter sejak usia dini menjadi fondasi penting dalam membentuk kepribadian anak, terutama dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai adab Islami.
