    KONTEKSTUALISASI HADIS “KECANTIKAN SEBAGAI SALAH SATU KRITERIA PEREMPUAN IDAMAN” TERHADAP KAUM DIFABEL: Analisis Hermeneutika Double Movement Fazlur Rahman

    This article discusses the analysis of hadiths related to the criteria for women in Islam who are recommended to marry. Of the four criteria mentioned (beauty, wealth, lineage, and religion), the researcher specified the study to one of the four, namely beauty. This is the background to the widespread use of this hadith as defence against refusing to marry women who are not beautiful, especially those with disabilities. Misunderstanding of this hadith has implications for discrimination against people with disabilities. This research method is descriptive analysis, namely describing the data that has been collected and then analyzing the data. Some of the focuses of discussion in this article include; 1). What is the quality of the hadith on the four criteria for a dream woman in Islam? 2). What is the meaning of this hadith if analyzed using hermeneutics double movement Fazlur Rahman? 3). How to address societal heterogeneity in the interpretation of this hadith? One of the conclusions from this article is that the meaning of hadith like this actually tends to create division rather than problem solving, so it is necessary to provide proper socialization and interpretation of the hadith on the four criteria for the ideal woman.Tulisan ini membahas tentang analisis hadis terkait krtieria perempuan dalam Islam yang dianjurkan untuk dinikahi. Dari empat kriteria yang disebutkan (kecantikan, harta, nasab, dan agama), peneliti menspesifikasikan kajian kepada salah satu di antara empat, yaitu kecantikan. Hal ini di latar belakangi maraknya penggunaan hadis ini sebagai defence terhadap penolakan menikahi perempuan yang tidak cantik terlebih difabel. Salahnya pemahaman hadis tersebut berimplikasi pada diskriminasi terhadap kaum difabel. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskritif analisis, yaitu melakukan deskripsi terhadap data yang telah dihimpun kemudian melakukan analisis terhadap data tersebut. Beberapa fokus pembahasan dalam tulisan ini di antaranya adalah; 1). Bagaimana kualitas hadis empat kriteria perempuan idaman dalam Islam? 2). Bagaimana makna hadis tersebut jika dianalisis menggunakan hermeneutika double movement Fazlur Rahman? 3). Bagaimana menyikapi hegerogenitas masyarakat dalam interpretasi hadis tersebut? Di antara kesimpulan dari tulisan ini salah satunya adalah pemaknaan hadis yang seperti itu justru cenderung menghadirkan perpecahan daripada problem solving, sehingga perlu diberikan sosialisasi dan interpretasi yang tepat terhadap hadis empat kriteria wanita idaman.

    Problem Relativisme Kebenaran di Era Post-Truth: Tinjauan Epistemologis

    Artikel ini akan mengkaji teori kebenaran yang cukup kuat di antara tokoh post-modern, yaitu teori Dekonstruksi Sastra Jacques Derrida dan teori “Truth and Power” oleh Michel Foucault. Keduaya berpengaruh kuat pada pekembangan post-truth, setidaknya pada dua hal; rekayasa kebenaran dan hilangnya otoritas. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan epistemologis, dan menganalisa problem tersebut secara deskriptif-analitis, yang khas dalam studi literatur. Di antara kesimpulan yang bisa ditarik adalah, dalam Islam teori-teori atau konsep-konsep tentang kebenaran sudah matang. Mulai dari konsep Al-Haq dan Al-Haqiqah hingga sumber kebenaran Islam yang tertinggi yaitu Khabar Sadiq. Dari perbandingan teori kebenaran di era post-modern dan teori kebenaran Islam menghasilkan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa post-truth sebagai buah hasil dari pada kebenaran yang relative di mana bertumpu pada suatu titik konsep yang sama yaitu relativisme. Sedangkan Islam sendiri bertolak belakang dengan faham relativisme tersebut, karena kebenaran dalam Islam adalah sebuah yang hal absolut tanpa adanya keraguan di dalamnya

    Penelitian ini mengkaji perkembangan fikih Islam dalam mengakomodasi hak dan kebutuhan penyandang disabilitas (difabel), dengan menyoroti potensinya sebagai kerangka kerja inklusi dan keadilan sosial. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menelusuri sejarah perkembangan fikih terkait disabilitas, mengidentifikasi serta mengusulkan upaya optimalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian literatur sebagai metode utama, mencakup analisis teks-teks klasik dan kontemporer, penelitian sebelumnya, serta studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fikih klasik sering memposisikan difabel sebagai penerima keringanan (rukhsah), yang meskipun berlandaskan belas kasih, kurang inklusif dalam menjawab dimensi-dimensi disabilitas dalam konteks modern. Upaya kontemporer seperti Fikih Ramah Difabel menunjukkan kemajuan signifikan dalam mendefinisikan difabel sebagai subjek hak dalam kerangka etik dan hukum. Namun, implementasi masih terbatas akibat hambatan struktural, kurangnya integrasi teknologi, dan minimnya dukungan untuk praktik ibadah dan pendidikan yang aksesibel. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa reinterpretasi fikih secara holistik diperlukan untuk memastikan inklusivitas dan kesetaraan bagi difabel dalam kehidupan beragama dan sosial.     Marketing Strategy for Hajj Savings at Bank Muamalat in Medan within the Framework of Sharia Economic Law

    This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy for Hajj savings implemented by Bank Muamalat in Medan within the framework of Sharia Economic Law. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis emphasizes sharia principles, particularly related to the application of wadiah and mudharabah contracts and the importance of transparency in Hajj savings products. Findings indicate that Bank Muamalat applies a multi-dimensional marketing strategy, including public education on the advantages of iB Hajj Savings, the use of digital platforms such as BMI Mobile to facilitate registration and transactions, and the implementation of promotional programs such as cashback and direct prizes that avoid gharar and riba. These efforts have led to a significant increase in Hajj portion acquisition and customer interest in Sharia-compliant savings products. This study highlights how compliance with fatwas issued by the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI) and regulations from the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) strengthens public trust in Islamic financial services. Academically, this research contributes to the development of Islamic financial marketing strategies that align with legal and ethical standards in Islamic economic law, particularly in the marketing of religious financial products such as Hajj savings.Keywords: Sharia Economic Law; Hajj Savings; Islamic Marketing; Bank Muamalat; Fatwa Complianc

    The Effectiveness of Hybrid Learning In The MPI Postgraduate Program: A CIPP Model Evaluation At UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon

    This study aims to determine how effective the hybrid learning model is in the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Postgraduate program at UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. The CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation method is used in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting a survey of students, lecturers, and relevant stakeholders. This study uses a questionnaire that has been empirically validated. The results of the study indicate that the hybrid learning program has met the needs and directions of digital higher education policies in various contexts. In the field of input, the availability of human resources, technological infrastructure, and readiness of learning devices are considered quite good. In the field of process, the implementation of learning is effective, although several technical obstacles and variations in learning interactions are found. In the field of product, learning outcomes show a significant increase, marked by an increase in student competence. The evaluation results show that hybrid learning in the MPI Postgraduate program at UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon is quite effective. However, technical improvements and improvements in learning interactions are still needed. This study helps develop a digital learning evaluation model in a higher education environment based on hybrid learning

    The Role Of Principal Leadership In Improving Teacher Discpline At SMK Islamic Center Cirebon

    In this era of rapid and instant development, teacher discipline has experienced a decline. Field observations reveal several challenges related to teacher discipline, such as teacher absenteeism, tardiness, and a lack of motivation in carrying out their duties. Teacher discipline at SMK Islamic Center Cirebon has become a significant issue affecting the effectiveness of the learning process. Problems such as lateness in entering the classroom, absenteeism, and inconsistent task execution remain challenges for the school. This study aims to explore the role of school leadership in improving teacher discipline, examine the current state of teacher discipline, and evaluate the outcomes of the principal's leadership in enhancing teacher discipline at SMK Islamic Center Cirebon. A qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological perspective was employed. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the principal's leadership has a significant impact on improving teacher discipline. The principal not only performs administrative functions but also demonstrates exemplary behavior, provides coaching, and implements educational reward and punishment systems. Open communication and regular training further encourage teachers to take greater responsibility. Although some teachers still show irregularities, a culture of discipline has begun to take shape. The principal functions as both a symbolic and participative leader. The strategies implemented have helped foster a professional and conducive work environment. However, teacher discipline has not fully improved due to constraints such as individual character traits and limited direct supervision.

    The interrogative methode is an important Arabic grammar rule that must be taken into account when determining the meanings of the Quran or the Arabic language in order to avoid misunderstandings. Accordingly, the researcher attempted to write a research paper on this topic. This study aims to uncover the secrets of the interrogative style tools and their rhetorical purposes in Surat Al-Ahqof. Primary sources include books on rhetoric, including: Al-Balagha Al-Wadiha, Al-Idah fi Ilm Al-Balagha, and Jawahir Al-Balagha. Secondary sources include: Tafsir Al-Tahrir wa Al-Tanwir, Tafsir Al-Munir fi Al-Aqeedah wa Al-Sharia, and several dictionaries, including the Dictionary of Contemporary Arabic Language, the Intermediate Dictionary, and Lisan Al-Arab.  The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, and the method followed by the researcher to complete this research is the descriptive analytical method that relies on the documents related to this topic. The study concluded that Surah Al-Ahqaf has 9 verses and contains 12 tools that use the interrogative style with various tools, namely "man" in two places for different purposes, including: what indicates denial, negation, and the literal meaning. "Al-Hamza" is used in six places for different purposes, including: rebuke, denial, and confirmation. The report states that "umm" is used in two places for the purpose of a piece, meaning "rather" and denial. "ma" is a single tool for the purpose of denial, and the last "hal" is a single tool for the purpose of denial.     Media Puzzle as an Interactive Strategy to Enhance Arabic Vocabulary Mastery among Students: A Study in Class IV of MIN 1 Probolinggo.

    The research is motivated by the students' low interest and limited vocabulary acquisition in Arabic, which are attributed to unengaging teaching methods and the minimal use of instructional media. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using puzzle-based media in improving Arabic vocabulary mastery among fourth-grade students at MIN 1 Probolinggo. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of puzzle media in Arabic instruction significantly enhances students’ vocabulary acquisition. The students demonstrated increased enthusiasm, active participation, and improved retention of new vocabulary due to the enjoyable and interactive nature of the learning process. Furthermore, the classroom environment became more conducive and collaborative, fostering student engagement in questioning and discussion. Thus, puzzle media is proven to be an effective alternative instructional tool for enhancing Arabic vocabulary mastery at the elementary school level

    Project-Based Learning Approach in Teaching Semantics: The Creation of Arabic Thematic Dictionaries

    Purpose – This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of project-based learning in teaching semantics through the creation of Arabic thematic dictionaries at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The research seeks to explore how this method contributes to enhancing students’ vocabulary mastery, creativity, and contextual understanding of Arabic. Design/methods/approach – Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving fifth-semester Arabic literature students. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings – The findings reveal that creating thematic dictionaries using a project-based learning model improves students’ semantic understanding, vocabulary acquisition, and creative thinking. Learners were able to construct meaning contextually, apply the theory of semantic fields, and demonstrate increased engagement and motivation. The project also fostered collaborative learning, critical thinking, and better learning outcomes, as evidenced by improved average scores post-intervention. Research implications – This study supports project-based learning as an effective pedagogical model in Arabic language instruction, particularly for semantic development. It offers practical insights for educators in higher education to integrate meaningful, contextual tasks that foster both linguistic and cognitive skills. Further research is recommended to quantitatively examine the broader impact of this mode

    Worksheets are frequently utilized as educational tools to assist teachers in learning. Integrating ethnomathematics into lessons enhances the significance of mathematics education. This study aims to develop ethnomathematics-based worksheets for junior high school students. The research employs a research and development methodology, following the stages of defining, designing, and developing as outlined by Thiagarajan. The participants include material experts, media experts, teachers, and junior high school students. The findings indicate that the worksheets are valid and suitable for further research. Feedback from teachers and students suggests that the worksheets are practical and effective. Observations from limited trials show that students and teachers are enthusiastic about learning
