    Pengadilan agama dapat mengeluarkan dispensasi pernikahan kepada calon pengantin yang berada di bawah usia pernikahan yang sah karena alasan yang memaksa, seperti kehamilan yang tidak terduga. Metodologi kualitatif berdasarkan analisis deskriptif dan penilaian menyeluruh terhadap literatur yang relevan membentuk strategi penelitian penelitian ini. Berikut hasil penelitian tersebut: Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 1 tahun 1974 sampai dengan Undang-Undang No. 16 tahun 2019 tentang perubahan usia minimum perkawinan, calon pengantin harus berusia 19 tahun untuk menikah, menurut analisis hukum dari putusan perkara perkawinan. Namun demikian, menurut Pasal 7 (2), dalam keadaan darurat, pasangan tersebut dapat mengajukan permohonan pengabaian ke pengadilan dengan memberikan bukti yang cukup. Yang kedua adalah perlindungan jiwa dan anak-anak melalui dispensasi pernikahan bagi ibu hamil, yang didasarkan pada berkah dzaruriyah dan memastikan hak dan kehormatan anak ditegakkan

    Bengkel Las Darmo is a welding company in Cirebon that produces various popular products such as fences, canopies, and stairs. In its production process, there are occupational health and safety risks due to the use of heavy equipment that uses electricity and gas, as well as exposure to unhealthy work environments, such as noise, dust, and sparks, which can cause illness or work accidents. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach through interviews and direct observation to analyze the implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) protection at Bengkel Las Darmo. The results of the study indicate that the company has provided personal protective equipment (PPE), first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and OHS training in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003. However, the implementation of OHS has not been optimal due to the low awareness of workers in using complete PPE and the fact that workers have not been accommodated in BPJS Health and Employment. From the perspective of Maqashid asy-Syari'ah, these steps are in accordance with the principle of Hifdzu Nafs (life protection) to prevent work accidents, provide protection for workers, and guarantee job security for the company.     ABSCTRACTThis research is motivated by the establishment of a mosque in the orphanage complex, as well as carrying out Friday prayers. while in the area there is already a grand mosque that establishes Friday prayers. In fact, according to the majority, two Fridays are not allowed in one area. Because there will be Fridays that are not accepted. Therefore, the author aims to reveal the background of the establishment of the mosque and the implementation of Friday prayers in the orphanage complex. . This research is a type of empirical sociological juridical research with a socio-legal approach. This research uses observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques use data reduction and drawing conclusions, and data validity with triangulation. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta validitas data dengan triangulasi.     Peace education as a base for introducing multicultural society to students

    In the midst of an unstable world condition with many wars, this is a concern in itself. It seems that education is needed that is in line with efforts to instill the values of peace in preventing social conflict and even war which can harm living creatures. Peace education is considered very appropriate and appropriate to continue to be taught in the current situation and conditions. With that as a basis for introducing a multicultural society that must be upheld by humanity. The aim of this research is to determine the application of peace education as a basis for introducing students to a multicultural society. The research approach was carried out qualitatively accompanied by a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. With data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data interpretation, data triangulation, and conclusions.     Since its inception, Islamic boarding school education has had distinctive characteristics and continues to maintain its existence even when facing the dynamics of life in this modern era. Without changing its characteristics, which are always identified with the priority of religious, cultural, and social values in its education system, Islamic boarding schools carry out transformations in various fields, including instilling religious character in their students. This holistic education system can ultimately give birth to a generation of students or students who have figures who have morals or good character. One of the Islamic boarding schools that still applies this system is the Tarbiyatussalafiyah Islamic boarding school Tegalsiwalan Probolinggo. This research is aimed at finding out the process of applying Imam Ghazali's theological thinking in shaping the character of students at the Tarbiyatussalafiyah Islamic Boarding School. The approach taken in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study type of research. The data sources obtained by researchers were primary sources in the form of information from Islamic boarding school leaders, ustadz, administrators, and students. The research results obtained by researchers in the field in the form of character formation material include: Religious knowledge, physical education, and spirituality. Meanwhile, the implementation process carried out by caregivers, ustadz, and administrators of the Tarbiyatussalafiyah Islamic boarding school in forming the character of the students is by applying three methods, namely the exemplary method, the habituation method, and instilling character values including (1) Performing congregational prayers, (2) Instilling an honest attitude, (3) Discipline, (4) Politeness, (5) Patience, (6) Tolerance.Keywords: Internalization, al-Ghazali, Santri Character, Ayyuhal Walad

    Fintech, Blockchain, Islamic Finance: A Systematic Literature Review

    Introduction: The rapid development of financial technology (fintech) and blockchain has brought a major transformation in the global industry, including in the Islamic finance sector. However, integrating fintech and blockchain with Sharia principles remains a challenge and has not been studied systematically. This research aims to map and analyze the development of research related to Fintech, Blockchain, and Islamic finance, identifying trends, research gaps, and future development directions.Methods: This study employed a qualitative research method with a Systematic Literature Review approach, utilizing a model prism. The data source for this study consisted of published articles obtained from Scopus and Emerald. The study's results showed that 30 articles, published in Scopus and Emerald, were published between 2015 and 2024. Results: Based on the findings obtained, it is evident that blockchain technology, fintech, and digital innovation have significant potential in enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and inclusivity of Islamic finance, particularly through applications in zakat, waqf, sukuk, and crowdfunding. Despite regulatory and collaboration challenges, these technologies have been able to eradicate poverty, support economic development, and expand access to finance, including in non-Muslim countries. Technology adoption is also influenced by religiosity factors and perception of benefits, confirming the need for global regulatory and standard support to maximize its benefits. Conclusion and Suggestion: The reviewed studies suggest that blockchain technology has significant potential to strengthen trust and compliance with Shariah by enabling smart contracts, decentralized financial products, and transparent auditing mechanisms. Moreover, fintech solutions can expand financial inclusion in Muslim-majority countries and beyond, especially for the unbanked population. However, challenges remain in terms of regulatory frameworks, Shariah standardization, scalability of blockchain applications, and the readiness of financial institutions and customers to adopt these innovations. In conclusion, while fintech and blockchain present strong prospects for advancing Islamic finance, further research and practical implementation are required to fully realize their potential in providing Shariah-compliant, inclusive, and sustainable financial services

    This article discusses how the exemplary method in Islam can be used to improve the quality of education. The exemplary method means that educators provide good examples to students. Not just giving lectures to students. This study uses a literature study, namely by reading and analyzing various sources that have been mentioned in the method that discusses Islamic education and this method. The results of the study show that this method is very suitable for forming the character and morals of students. Because they tend to imitate what they see. This exemplary is in accordance with the verses of the Koran, namely the letter Al-Ahzab: 21 and also the letter Luqman verse 17. Where in the letter Al-Azab it is stated that the Prophet Muhammad is the best example. However, in reality, in today's education there are still many educators who have not implemented this exemplary method consistently. There are several challenges, such as the lack of cooperation between schools and parents and also the lack of training for teachers and the influence of the external environment. Therefore, cooperation is needed from schools, families, and also the community to practice the exemplary method again. In this way, Islamic education can produce students who are not only cognitively intelligent, but also have good morals

    Pertanian perkotaan (urban farming) semakin digemari di wilayah perkotaan, termasuk di Desa Rejowinangun. Adanya lahan yang sempit dan kurang subur menjadi tantangan yang coba diatasi melalui tren ini. Bertani di wilayah perkotaan tidak hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan, tetapi juga menawarkan berbagai manfaat bagi individu dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam makna di balik praktik pertanian perkotaan dan mengaitkannya dengan konsep eudaimonia atau kebahagiaan sejati dalam filsafat Aristoteles. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengalaman dan motivasi petani perkotaan di Rejowinangun. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis tematik akan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama terkait praktik pertanian perkotaan dan kaitannya dengan eudaimonia. Temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa petani perkotaan di Rejowinangun didorong oleh berbagai motivasi, termasuk masalah lingkungan, keinginan untuk makanan organik, dan kebutuhan untuk aktivitas fisik dan sosial. Pertanian perkotaan tidak hanya memberikan manfaat nyata seperti produksi pangan, tetapi juga menawarkan imbalan psikologis dan sosial. Peserta sering mengungkapkan perasaan bahagia, puas, dan rasa memiliki yang lebih dalam terhadap komunitas mereka. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang potensi pertanian perkotaan sebagai cara untuk mencapai eudaimonia.     Empirisme adalah sebuah filsafat pengetahuan yang menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan manusia diperoleh melalui pengalaman, observasi, dan eksperimen. Artinya, pengetahuan tersebut diperoleh dari data atau informasi yang diperoleh melalui pancaindera manusia, bukan melalui akal atau nalar semata. Empirisme berperan penting dalam perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga memiliki batasan dan kritik. Filsuf seperti Immanuel Kant dan Karl Popper mengembangkan sintesis antara empirisme dan rasionalisme. Empirisme merupakan salah satu bentuk inovasi yang berani. John Locke adalah tokoh pembawa gerbong aliran empirisme dalam filsafat. Sebuah aliran yang berkiblat bahwa semua pikiran dan gagasan manusia berasal dari sesuatu yang didapatkan melalui indera, melalui pengalaman oleh sebab itu ide bawaan apriori yang diyakini Descrates adalah salah. John Locke sangat percaya bahwa benak manusia sewaktu dilahirkan bagaikan kertas putih (tabularasa). Ide yang terdapat di dalam benak manusia sesungguhnya berasal dari pengalaman. Ia hadir secara aposteriori. Pengenalan manusia terhadap seluruh pengalaman yang dilaluinya (mencium, merasa, mengecap, mendengar) menjadi dasar bagi hadirnya gagasan-gagasan sederhana. Namun pikiran bukanlah sesuatu yang pasif terhadap segala sesuatu yang datang dari luar. Beberapa aktivitas berlangsung dalam pikiran. Gagasan-gagasan yang datang dari indera diolah dengan cara berfikir, bernalar, mempercayai, meragukan dan dengan demikian memunculkan apa yang disebut perenungan. Empirisme timbul sebagai reaksi dari paham rasionalisme “Rene Descartes”dan membawa kontribusi dalam Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan. Dalam sintesis, empirisme memainkan peran kunci dalam kemajuan sains dan teknologi dengan menekankan pengamatan, eksperimen, dan verifikasi.     The Effectiveness of STEM-PjBL in Enhancing Science Process Skills in Chemistry: A Focus on Stoichiometry

    The challenges of 21st-century education require students to develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Science Process Skills (SPS) play a pivotal role in fostering scientific competence, especially in chemistry learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the STEM-Project Based Learning (STEM-PjBL) model in enhancing students’ SPS on the topic of stoichiometry. This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group, involving 66 tenth-grade students from SMA Islam Al-Azhar 5 Cirebon, equally divided into experimental and control classes through cluster random sampling. The experimental class received instruction using the STEM-PjBL model, while the control class was taught using conventional methods. Research instruments included a validated SPS test and observation sheets. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26, including normality and homogeneity tests, independent sample t-test, and normalized gain (N-gain) calculations. The results showed that students in the experimental class demonstrated significantly greater improvement in all 11 aspects of SPS, including observing, classifying, predicting, hypothesizing, planning experiments, applying concepts, and communicating scientific findings. The t-test revealed a significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05), while the N-gain in the experimental class (mean = 0.574) was categorized as moderate and higher than the control group (mean = 0.274). These findings indicate that the STEM-PjBL model is an effective and innovative instructional strategy for improving science process skills and conceptual understanding in chemistry education, particularly in complex topics such as stoichiometry
