A Consideration of Standardize Sustinability Information and Enviromental Accounting in Financing of Japanese Banks
Get PDF筆者は、2017年に発表されたTCFD 提言によって、金融機関が与信を行う上で、とりわけESG 融資を進める際、どのような審査基準の変更が必要となり、それによって金融機関にどのような業態変化が求められるかについて論文で省察した。
本論文では、現行で金融期間が、与信企業へESG 融資を行う際、入手する与信審査の情報の諸問題を考究する。与信情報は企業の経営状況を観察するデータであり、経営学・会計学の視点では、損益計算書、貸借対照表、キャッシュフローの動きを捉える財務情報調査と金融機関のリレーションシップバンキング機能であるモニタリングによる調査の両者が与信先審査の情報の源泉と言える。環境問題に対処するとき、企業の経営で捉えられるステークホルダーの範囲が大きくなっていることは、金融機関の審査項目に大きな変化をもたらしている。例えば、企業が気候変動の急変など予想不可能なリスクに対応するマネージメントの体制が構築されているかもステークホルダーに公言することが必要となる。金融機関は融資にあたり、このような企業のマネージメントの内部情報に密接に関連した内容も扱わなければ、企業自身の維持可能性、企業の取り巻くリスクへの対応力や強靱性を審査し、判断することはできない。
本論で非財務情報であるサステイナビリティ（Sustinability）関連情報を考察対象としたのは、日本で2023年に基準化され公表される予定であり、それがどのような形になるか考究したいからである。これを言及する上で、本論ではヨーロッパで、すでにサスティナビリティ会計の規範となっている「GRI スタンダード」を省察した。本論文は会計学で扱う分野にも触れており、会計学では非財務情報としてどのようなものを扱うのかについては、まだ学問の上で共通化されてはいない。それが、将来どのような形に落ち着くのかを探るのもここでの目的と言える。そのため、本論では現在、経済産業省の研究会で行われてきた議論の結果にも言及し、何が非財務情報として扱われ、その際どのような問題が生じるのかについて考察する。金融機関が、ESG 融資を行うとき、その与信先企業の調査は、いままでリレーションシップバンキングのモニタリングで調査した行員の「勘」の部分であると言える。それが、このたび非財務情報を特定化することは、経営学の「見える化」の動きと言える。その意味から、本論文が金融経営の研究から見て、無関係な内容にならないことも付言しておく

The consideration of the essential theory for corporate governance
Get PDF産業振興が著しいグローバル社会の現在、国際的な大企業の不祥事が相次いでおり、このことが日本においても社会の耳目を集めている。本論文はこうした認識に立ち、企業が将来の発展に向け必須とされるコーポレート・ガバナンス（以下、CG と略記）をテーマとして取り上げる。そこで、この CG の内容を歴史的に精査し、考察を加え、問題の所在を明らかにする。このために、CG において現在の世界をリードしているアメリカに焦点を当て、この歴史的推移と問題抽出を試みる。そして、CG の新たな方向性を探り、次なる企業の発展に向けた CGの指針としての見解を示す。Although the latest industrial development is remarkable global society, the scandal of some remarkable major company attracts attention in the world, also in our country. From this viewpoint, the corporate governance which is this company norm is observed in this paper. And this theme is taken up from a viewpoint which aims at company development towards the future. Then, the contents of this corporate governance are scrutinized historically, consideration is added, and the whereabouts in question is clarified. For this reason, the U.S. which leads the present world is taken up and this historical transition and problem extraction are tried. And the opinion is shown.as a viewpoint of the corporate governance of the future for describing the new directivity of corporate governance and aiming at development of the further company

Get PDF近年の農業、特に日本の販売農家数は、減少の一途をたどっている。このままでは日本の農業は、大規模農家を除いて農業従事者がいなくなる危機的状況にあるといえる。そこで、本論文では、農業に関連した時代の変化を考察し、その原因を探る。結果として、我が国の将来を支える農業を振興させるべく、IT を積極的に活用することで、これからの DX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）時代に対応できる次世代農業を促進し、活性化するための提言を行う。In recent years, the decline of agriculture in Japan, especially the number of farmers has been significantly decreasing. If this decline trend continues, small scale famers may be entirely replaced by large scale famers operations. In this paper, we examine the changes accompanying a time in agricultural practices and study their causes. By utilizing effective IT, such as the DX（Digital transformation）era, we propose the possibility of promotion and revitalization for small scale farms. In doing so, Next-Generation agriculture can be rapidly advanced, and it is activated
