The Research on Nursing Camp of Diabetes in Children Patient : The Evaluation of the Program from the Viewpoint of the Image Research of the Camp
Get PDFP(論文)小児糖尿病(1型)キャンプに参加した子どもたちに対し、療育キャンプでの生活体験が子どもたちのキャンプに対するイメージにどのような変化を及ぼすのか検討したところ、以下の結果を示した。 (1)キャンプのイメージに対する反応語数は、キャンプの参加前は小学生が平均3.2語で、中学生は平均6.1語であった。 (2)キャンプの参加後では、小学生が平均5.2語と増加したのに対し、中学生は平均6.1語でキャンプの参加前に比べ反応語数は変化をみせなかった。 (3)分類別にみた反応語は、キャンプの参加前に比べ、携行品を示す要素型が参加後で幾分減少を示したが、逆にキャンプのプログラムに関する共存型やキャンプ場を含む場所や周囲に含まれる環境型は参加前に比べ増加傾向を示した。また、キャンプの実施前にはみられなかった社交型はキャンプの実施後には3名が反応語としてあげた。The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of nursing camp on the image of camping in the children's diabetes (type1). The results obtained were as follows: 1) In the pre-camp, the number of reaction words in the elementary students was 3.2 words on the average, and 6.1 words on the average in the junior high school students. 2) After the camp participation, the number of reaction words increased in the elementary students (5.2 words), and the number of reaction words remained in the junior high school students (6.1 words). 3) In the classification reaction words after the camp participation, element type to decrease was shown in the elementary students and the junior high school students compared with the pre-camp. On the other hand, a tendency for coexistence type and environment type to increase after the camp participation was shown in the both students. The Bookkeeping Books of England 16th Century
Get PDFP(論文)The first exposition of the subject was issued in Venice 1494. The book is titled Summa de Arithmetica Geometria Proportioni et Proportionalita. The well known Luca Pacioli's Summa, of which many copies have survived includes a section on double entry bookkeeping as practiced in Venice. The year 1543 was an eventful one in the history of bookkeeping, for it saw the introduction of Paciolo's work into three countries, translations of the De Computis appearing almost at the same time in Dutch, French, and English. The English translation of Paciolo also appeared in England in 1543. It was written by Hugh Oldcastle, a teacher of arithmetic and is the first treatise on bookkeeping in language of which we possess any record. James Peele, teacher and clerk at Christ's Hospital, wrote the oldest English bookkeeping texts which survive intact. The first, The maner and fourme how to kepe a perfecte reconyng 1553 was in the tradition of Pacioli, though Peele added instructions for keeping ledger accounts and used more illustrative entries. The Pathe-way to perfectness 1569, a larger work in the form of a diologue between teacher and student, included detailed instructions for ledger closings. Peele's second book and John Weddington's Breffe Instruction 1567 contain the first English departures from the Italian tradition of double entry. We have to think about the factors of business management in terms of the variety of the surroundings for examples information technology, office automation, factory automation and something like that. There are concrete examples which are semi-conductors, very large scale integrated circuit and other new technologies. The equilibrium of the management environment, the corporate strategy and the organizational structure is very important and there it is also important for the managers to understand the condition of internal environment and external environment as to the management resources. There are two vies as for these points, one is structure follows strategy, and of course this sentence is very famous for Chandler's saying, and the other is strategy follows structure by Ansoff's sentence and also this statement is very heavy for the man of management. There are three kinds of decisions which are strategic decisions, administrative decisions and operating decisions. These decisions are related with each plan, so that strategic plan, administrative plan, and operating plan. These plans and decisions are of course diffent from the functions in the case or pattern of the structure of the organization. For example devisonalizations are one of the systems of decentralizations and it makes many kinds of strategies such as market penetration strategy, market development strategy, product market strategy and diversification strategy and somethings like these. Anyway of course I know that there are many technologies as to communication which are influenced on the management strategy and structure. But the new technologies could not take the leadership in stead of the members of the organizations beause the man is not the object but the subject. Research on the information subject curriculum in the department of the Urawa university junior college management information
Get PDFP(論文)The department of the Urawa Junior College management changed into the department of the Urawa university junior college management information in April, 2003. The main changed parts are points that six subjects of information subjects were added. Then, I summarized the changed part by the new information subject curriculum in this paper. It is as being shown below. 1. By the new curriculum, the student of the department of management information can acquire the Certified Business Information Administrator in Advanced Studies（Joukyu Jyohousyori-shi）now. 2. It was prepared by the new curriculum so that the student of the department of management information could take a beginners' class system administrator examination. 3. It becomes easy for the student of the department of management information to take the 3rd class of an information processing practical use capability certification examination（Jyouhousyori-katsuyounouryoku-kentei），and semi- 2 class from before by the new curriculum. 4. Since the information subject turned into 19 subjects, I arranged educational contents about all subjects. I summarized that in this paper. 5. The History of the Relation between Japan and the United Kingdom
Get PDFP(論文)I have tried to trace the Relation between Japan and the United Kingdom historically. The Englishman who came to Japan for the first time was William Adams called Anjin Miura. His achievement was to have solidified the foundation to open trade between Japan and U.K. But the bonds between Japan and U.K. had been broken for about 200 years by the national isolation policy of the Tokugawa government, and the point of contact between Japan and foreign countries was only at Dejima in Nagasaki. At the last days of the Tokugawa government, the storm of the exclusion of foreigners raged, and the opposition between Japan and foreign countries, U.K., France, and Russia deepened. As the power of the Tokugawa government weakened gradually, and many informations from abroad penetrated through Japan, the opening of Japanese country became inevitable. The two great feudal clans, Choshu and Satsuma showed a strong tendency to overthrow the Shogunate, while some Samurais of the two clans went to U.K. secretly to study there. After the Meiji Restoration, the government sent a great mission called"Iwakura Mission"to 14 countries to learn various things for one year and ten months. A lot of foreigners especially Englishmen were hired in various fields. Japan narrowly won the Sino-Japanese War and the Russo-Japanese War, and then the Anglo-Japanese Treaty fairly contributed to Japan's victory. Soseki Natsume studying in U.K. showed his distress different from the Samurais at the last days of the Tokugawa government and after the Meiji Restoration. The Level of Mental Health of Mothers with Disabled Children
Get PDFP(論文)本研究の目的は、障害児を持つ母親の精神的健康度の現状を明らかにし、必要な支援内容に関する指針を得ることである。 対象者はE県の通園事業、通園施設を利用する乳幼児の母親247名とE県立養護学校に通学する児童を持つ母親98名である。母親の属性(年齢、就労状況、世帯構造等)と子どもの属性(年齢、性、障害の種類と程度)および「母親の健康関連QOL」、「育児ソーシャルサポート」、母親による「父親の育児サポート認知」、「育児負担感」を調査し分析した。さらに乳幼児と児童の母親の違いについて考察した。 その結果、障害児を持つ母親のQOLを高めるためには、母親の育児負担感を軽減する必要があることが示された。また、児童の母親にとっては父親の育児サポートが育児負担感を軽減することが示唆された。乳幼児の母親のQOLは、育児ソーシャルサポート、父親のサポートによって高められることが示された。The purpose of this study is to examine the level of mental health of mothers with disabled children in order to develop guidelines for the assistance necessary to help them. The subjects were 247 mothers with disabled infants utilizing the institutes of nursery schools for disabled infants in E prefecture and 98 mothers of disabled children attending an E prefectural school for the disabled. This study examined and analyzed the attributes of mothers (age, employment status and household structure), the attributes of children (age, sex, and degree and kind of disability),the quality of life (QOL) of mothers, the social support for raising children, the level of support from fathers, and the parenting stress of mother. This study also examined the difference between mothers of children and those of infants. The results of this study indicate that to increase the QOL of mothers, parenting stress of mother need to be reduced. Moreover, this study suggests that the QOL of mothers be improved by the support of fathers and the social support for raising disabled children.departmental bulletin pape
Effects of Welfare Education Camp on the Image of Camping in Urawa University Junior College Students
Get PDFP(論文)本研究では、浦和大学短期大学部学生(117名)を対象とした、福祉教育キャンプにおけるキャンプでの生活体験学習がキャンブのイメージに及ぼす影響について検討した。実習前と比較して、実習後の刺激語(キャンプ)に対する反応語数は有意に増加した。実習前後の一般的な反応語は、テント、山、川およびキャンプファイヤー等であった。反応語の分類では、実習後に感情型、要素型、環境型が減少傾向を示した。一方、社交型(例えば、友達、友情、協力、笑顔など)は実習後有意に増加した。A study was carried out to examine the effects of welfare education camp on the image of camping in Urawa University Junior College students (n=117). The number of reactive words to the stimulus word (camp) in the post-camp significantly increased compared with the pre-camp. In the pre- and post-camp, common reactive words were the tent, the mountain, the river, and the campfire, etc. In the classification reaction words, the feelings type, the element type and the environmental type showed the decreasing tendency after practicing camping. On the other hand, the sociality type (for example, friend and friendship, cooperation, and smile, etc.) significantly increased in the post-camp.departmental bulletin pape
Minorities in the Motion Pictures by Director Zwick : from "Glory" to "The Last Samurai"
Get PDFP(論文)In Hollywood movies the images of Japan, Japanese or Japanese culture have been misunderstood. There were so many stereotypes of us. The movie, "The Last Samurai" is showing Meiji-period, the epoch of Japanese history, which was the term changing our culture through Western civilization. That was not exceptionally stereotyped. The Director of "The Last Samurai," Edward Zwick, was very impressed by the movie, "Seven Samurai," by Director Akira Kurosawa. Mr. Zwick also studied Japanese history and culture from Professor Reishauer at Harvard University. The movies before "The Last Samurai" were as follows: "Glory", showing the first black troops of the Civil War, Massachusetts # 54 troop; "Legends of the Falls", showing the family in Montana at the turn of the 20th Century, whose father was the Colonel of the Custer's Seventh Cavalry; "Courage under Fire", showing the Gulf War, operation ‘Desert Storm’, in which there were friendly fire among the US Army. This movie was the first one in Hollywood showing the Gulf War.; "The Siege", showing the relationship between the Islamic terrorists and NYPD, FBI, CIA. This movie was like a kind of imaginary scene of 'September 11th'. Director Zwick has developed the views to see the World affair. He has studied the history of minorities all over the world. Of the first tow we mentioned that a work by Jan Ympyn Christoffels in Dutch appeared at Antwerp in 1543, and a French translation of it the same year, which also marked the introduction of Italian methods into England. The English translation of Paciolo also appeared in England in 1543. It was written by Hugh Oldcastle, a teacher of arithmetic, and is the first treatise on bookkeeping in language of which we possess any record. No original copy of Oldcastle's work is, unfortunately, known on exist, and our knowledge of it is derived from a reprint issued in 1588 by John Mellis, who describes himself as a "Scholemaister." In 1547 a work appeared in London with the title of : "A notable and very excellent work, expressyng and declaryng the maner forme how to kepe a boke of accomptes or reconynges, &c."This is an English translation of Jan Ympyn's work. A Study of "the hypochondriacal basic tone" and "the psychic interaction"in Morita Therapy
Get PDFP(論文)Morita therapy which means an original psychotherapy in Japan was established by Shoma Morita around 1920. He became the first proffesor of Department of Psychiatry Jikei University School of Medicine. Morita therapy is particularly effective with a kind of neurosis called shinkeishitsu. Morita therapy has two major therapeutic techniques "Gajoku" which means resting in bed and "Sagyo" which means work or daily activities for living, and has style of family therapy. In this paper I refer to Morita's experience which is related to his idea of principles of treatment when he contrives a special therapy for shinkeishitsu. And then I study "the hypochondriacal basic tone" that is the basis of Morita theory, and "the psychic interaction" and "the contradiction of thinking" that mean the psychological mechanism for activating symptoms. Further I study the principles of feelings and residential Morita therapy. The basis of principles of Morita therapy has Morita's way of thinking that shinkeishitsu patient surmounts symptoms and grows into an active person through educating the hypochondriacal basic tone. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to study mainly the hypochondriacal basic tone and the psychic interaction in Morita therapy, and to explain the significance of educating the hypochondriacal basic tone.departmental bulletin pape
