Creation of Strategy for the Educational System of Comprehensive Welfare
Get PDFP(論文)1977年度から筑波大学の医学生を対象に、医学の教育と並行して、保健、看護、福祉などの医学関連のパラメディカルの分野の教育・実習をさせるという、わが国で初めての斬新なチーム医療教育を断行した。 この教育は、さらにすでに医師となっている医師会員の再教育にも導入し、1987年には茨城県古河市において保健・医療・福祉の各専門家集団と、さらに市民を含めて官民一体となった包括的地域ケア・システム(福祉の森事業)を構築することに成功した。 この成果を基盤として、1991年以降は福祉系大学の学生に対して、保健・医療の教育を充実させ、さらに在宅ケアが重要視される21世紀の福祉人材として、保健・医療・福祉に加えて心理的支援、経済的自立・支援、福祉施設運営・経営の知識、さらにはヘルパーの技能体得等総合的・包括的な能力を教育する浦和大学総合福祉学部が2003年4月からこれもわが国では初めての構想が発足した。 チーム医療教育から始まって、総合福祉教育に至るまでの30年間の保健・医療・福祉の連携による包括的ケア・システムの教育と実践に関する開発的歩みについて述べる。 この理想を4年間で実現させる「総合福祉教育体系の創成」がわが大学の最大の課題である。Since 1977, we have started to create the novel educational system of the medical team care in Japan. At First, we have managed this system for medical students of University of Tsukuba, and educated about not only medicine but also paramedical field, for example, health, nursing and welfare. Moreover, we have introduced this educational system for the member of the Association of medical doctor. Since 1987, we have succeeded to make the comprehensive community care system in Koga city, Ibaraki, with specialists in the field of health, nursing, welfare and citizen in this area. Based on these results, 1991, we decided to introduce this system to the students of University in the field of welfare. We are sure it is very important for them to learn about health, medicine, welfare, home visiting care, mental support, economical support, management of welfare house and so on. To educate these many important items synthetically, we have instituted the Department of Comprehensive Welfare, Urawa University, since April, 2003. I introduce about the development of the novel educational system that I have managed in these 30 years. Bully/Victim Problems and the Students of a Teaching Profession Course: Their Experiences during School Days and the Present View on Bullying
Get PDFP(論文)本論文は、教職課程履修学生に対して、小学校・中学校・高等学校時代に経験したいじめ認知、加害・被害経験、現在のいじめの発生状況認識・今後の推移評価、いじめ報道に対する関心、情報への対応について1997年に調査したものの報告である。その結果、児童生徒を対象とした1996年実施の全国的社会学調査と比べて、学級内でのいじめ認知を多くの学生が報告し、いじめ加害も多くの学生が経験していた。他方、いじめ被害の経験率は1996年の児童生徒調査より少なかった。いじめ発生の現状を70%弱の学生が多いと認識し、今後の推移も40%弱の学生が増えると評価していた。報道への関心や情報への対応では、いじめ被害経験のある学生の方が図書類を読むことが多く、加害経験のある学生の方が友人たちと話し合うことが相対的に多い傾向がみられた。The purpose of this paper is to examine the students' views on school bullying problem. The data of 52 female and 107 male students of a teaching profession course were analyzed and compared with the data of Morita et al.'s report (1999). Many (60-70%) students were aware of bullying in the class during elementary school days and some (25-45%) students were aware in junior-high school days. No relationship between the awareness of bullying behaviors and their interests in the news of bullying was found. There are some differences between the bullies and the victims. 70% of the bullied students who had victimized during their school days have referred to find out information by looking in books about bully/victim problems. 33% of the bullies (24% of the victims) during their school days have told about school bullying.departmental bulletin pape
Marketing Theories in the New Digital Age
Get PDFP(論文)The Internet is a vast public web of computer networks and connects users of all types around the world to each other. With the Internet explosion, we are undergoing a great transformation of the new digital age. E-commerce has been popularized rapidly among businesses（business to business）and business to consumer. The purpose of this article is to clarify the characteristics and problems of this new transaction system. The number of Internet users in Japan reached 69.4 million in 2002, corresponded to 54.5 percent of population. The number of broad band users reached 19.6 million in 2002. It owed to the lowest rates based on the competition. One study estimates the rate of BtoB e-commerce in the all BtoB trades in Japan is 6.99 percent and the rate of BtoC e-commerce in the all BtoC sellings in Japan is 1.02 percent in 2002. As a result of the development of e-commerce, it may bring the enlargement of market exchanges because e-commerce enables the lowering of market trading cost. On the other hand, as Iwao Nakatani pointed out, it may bring the overshooting of supply or demand side. For consumers e-commerce is most useful when they seek for products and services which they need or want with better convenience and lower costs. For wholesalers e-commerce may threaten their raison d'etre because it will facilitate direct tradings between manufacuturers and retailers or suppliers and customers. The Theory of the Paradigms and Administrative Functions in Business Management
Get PDFP(論文)In this paper I intend to describe and to analyze paradigms which are written by Kuhn in 1962. I want to analyze the functions of the executive in this paper, too, such as the theory of C.I.barnard's as you know. Kuhn's book is known to many scientists especially in social science, of course including so many natural scientists. Nothing to say it is very difficult for us to understand the characteristics of Kuhn's theory completely but the paradigms and disciplinary matrix theory of his are very important to make many contexts out. Paradigm theories and disciplinary matrix are not only important key-words but also the meaning of these factors is central philosophical element in Kuhn's book. The factors themselves are difficult to make out and explain but the important point in short is something like a model which is scientific effects recognized by some groups of scientists in a term as to some ideas and problems. Taking his paradigm and disciplinary matrix into consideration, we'll be able to reach the effects by placed some theories in the theories of business management. On the other hand the theory Barnard's is ambitious and as he tells us in the preface, his purpose is first to provide a comprehensive theory of cooperative behavior in formal organizations. Cooperation originates in the need of an individual to accomplish purposes to which he is by himself biologically unequal. With the enlistment of other individuals cooperation speedily becomes a constantly changing system made up of interrelated biological, psycholological, and social elements. At all events the view of Kuhn's theories of the paradigm and disciplinary matrix Barnard's theory acts an important role and also functions. A Study of the Development of the Basic Conception in Frobel's Pedagogy : From Paternity to Maternity
Get PDFP(論文)Frobel at first lays emphasis on the conception of school pedagogy in his pedagogy. Later he turns his attention to the importance of the conception of childcare and home reform. The purpose of this paper is to study the development of the basic conception in Frobel's pedagogy through comparing his following three papers. His following three papers mean “An unser deutsches Volk”, "Grundzuge der Menschenerziehung", and "Friedrich Frobel, seine Erziehungs-Grundsatze, seine Erziehungs-Mittel und Weise, wie seine Erziehungs-Zwecke und sein Erziehungs-Ziel im Verhaltnis zu den Strebungen der Zeit und ihren Forderungen. Dargestellt von ihm selbst". Comparing these three papers shows that the strong paternity of God disappears but the maternity appears strongly in proportion as Frobel turns his attention to the importance of Kindergarten. Accordingly, I explain if the education based on paternity changes to the education based on maternity in Frobel's basic conception of pedagogy and if this development from paternity to maternity is related to "das spharische Gesetz".departmental bulletin pape
Evaluation of Anxiety in College Students Undergoing Camp Program Using State-Traitt Anxiety Inventry (STAI) Method
Get PDFP(論文)本研究は、浦和大学短期大学部福祉科で実施されるキャンプ実習(スポーツ実技B)に参加した学生60名(男子学生7名、女子学生53名)を対象に、キャンプ実習の体験学習が学生の心理的側面にどのような影響を及ぼすのかSTAI日本語版X-1(状態不安)調査用紙を用いてキャンプの効用を明らかにした。その結果、 1)キャンプ実習前のSTAIは、学生全体の60.0%が高い不安得点であった。 2)キャンプ実習後のSTAIは、高い不安得点は全体の21.7%へと減少した。 3)キャンプ実習前後の不安得点の平均値は、実習前の45.2±9.8点から、実習後に35.8±8.6点へと有意に低下していた。The purpose of this study was to evaluate of anxiety in college students undergoing a camp program by using a State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) method. Sixty students (7 males and 53 females) undergoing the camp program in a series of four days included three nights were studied. We evaluated the change of students' state anxiety pre-and post-camping with the STAI (Form X-1, Japanese Version) method, and investigated difference of students' state anxiety pre and post camping by paired t-test. The results obtained were as follows: 1)In the pre-camp, 60% of the student body showed high state anxiety. 2)In the post-camp, the state anxiety significantly decreased (from 60% to 21.7%) compared with the pre-camp. 3)The anxiety score in the post-camp (35.8±8.6 points) was significantly lower than that in the pre-camp (45.2±9.8 points).departmental bulletin pape

The achievement of Chisso in fiscal year 1971 was severe, regardless of amends money of the Minamata disease. The manager declared that he aimed at the except of petrochemistry. The decision of the Kumamoto district court became a lost case of Chisso in March, 1973. Minamata disease amends money of Chisso has increasingly grown. The bank such as The Nihon Kogyo Bank did the support measures. The explosion accident of the Goi factory happened in October, 1973.
