The Result of the Survey of the Community Support Services for the Persons with Multiple Disabilities Living in Their Homes (1) : The Result of the Survey of Service Providers
Get PDFP(論文)地域で暮らす重複障害者の数が増加していると考えられるが、これまで、その実態については十分調査されてこなかった。そこで、本研究では、全国の在宅サービス事業者を利用する在宅重複障害者の実態を調査した。その結果、利用者の1/3が重複障害者であること、身体障害と知的障害、身体障害の重複、知的障害と精神障害の重複障害者が多いこと、地域社会の社会資源の不足が顕著であることが明らかになった。The situation of persons with multiple disabilities living in communities has not been investigated although the number of them has been increasing. This study surveys the situation of persons with multiple disabilities who use the community service providers in Japan. The results indicate that one-third of the users have multiple disabilities, there are many persons who have physical and intellectual disabilities, physical and physical disabilities, and intellectual and mental disabilities, and the resources in communities are extremely short.departmental bulletin pape
Desertion and Relief : Sublation with Jijimuge and the Meanings of Living in an Instant : The Cases of Basho and Mokujiki-Myoman
Get PDFP(論文)松尾芭蕉(1644-1694)と木喰明満(1718-1810)とは、各々江戸時代中期・後期に活躍し、共に貴重な文化遺産を創造した。俳句と木彫という異なる分野ではあるが、共に希有の芸術家として知られている。また、両者には類似点が多く、共に放浪の旅人として旅に生き、また妻帯することなく、人並み外れた超俗の人生を送った。しかしその現世への関わりには対照的ともいえる部分が存在する。つまり芭蕉は最初の紀行文「野ざらし紀行」において、「猿を聞人捨子に秋の風いかに」という句を読み、現実と理想の相克のうちに捨て子を置き去りにした。一方木喰明満は旅の先々で布教を第一義としながらも、医療・奉仕活動に精進し、その傍ら寝る間を惜しんで彫像を彫り続けた。それを、芸術家と宗教家の違いと片づける立場もあるが、むしろ彼らをしてその各々に分かったものについて、彼らの経歴を振り返りながら、また彼らの悟道の程度、芸術の相異に着目しながら種々の観点から考察を加えた。Matsuo Basho(1644-1694) and Mokujiki-Myoman(1718-1810) took active parts each in the middle and the latter of the Edo period. And both of them have created great cultural heritages. Despite they engaged in the different artistic fields, both of them are very famous as great artists in Japan. There were a lot of similarities between them, for example, both of them led vagabond lives, had no wives and lived supermundane lives. But there was a striking contrast to the world. That is, Basho composed a haiku [Saruwokikuhito sutegoni akinokaze ikani] and left an abundant baby in the conflict between the reality and the ideal. On the other hand, Mokujiki-Myoman devoted his life not only to the pursuit his own faith but to help poor people, besides he sat up till late into the night with making wood sculptures. The critics may say that their difference in the attitude toward people should rise because of their professional difference. Beyond the professional difference, the author preferably considers and clarifies their differences in viewpoints of their personal histories, their degree in spiritual awakening and the artistic differences.departmental bulletin pape
The pollution restriction policy of Japan in the 1970's

After middle of the 1960's, strengthening the pollution restriction came to be advanced by the neighborhood protest movement and the serious pollution damage. Mesures to reduse sulfur dioxide were evaluated in many countries in the world. But the state of floods of the toxics substance other than the controlled substance was left. The economic priority principle revived in the background of the recession after the oil crisis. It could be said that easing environmental standards of the nitrogen dioxide was a typical case where economic deveropment was given priority more than environmental preservation. Get PDFP(論文)この論文では、先ず通時的な異分析の意味を明らかにしていく。Jespersenの異分析論を整理し､更にこれらの例に関する他の解釈を調べる。逆成、民間語源、意味構文についての考察をする。次に幼児の聞き誤りと異分析について調べる。Jespersenは幼児の聞き誤りが通時的な異分析につながると指摘した。通時的異分析は、語をはじめて学ぶ者による聞き誤りによっておこされると理解される。固定しない幼児の聞き誤りは共時的異分析といってよい。最後に郡司の異分析論を調べる。郡司はことばが現実よりも操作しやすいという事実を指摘している。そのことが思うままにことば遊びができることにつながる。これは歴史的な語の変化につながらないが、共時的な異分析と理解してよい。郡司はことばを用いる歴史の中において分析能力を備えることと､異分析感覚の発達は重要なことであると説明している。ことばを分析することが出来たから文字をもつことが出来､文字を用いることが異分析能力を発達させた。ことばによって新鮮な表現をする意図が異分析であると理解される。departmental bulletin pape
Influence of Deference between Wheelchairs for General and Sport Use to the Results of Various Physical Fitness Tests
Get PDFP(論文)本研究は、一般用とスポーツ用の車椅子の違いが車椅子を用いた各種体力測定の結果に与える影響を明らかにすることを目的とした。60名の学生が、一般用とスポーツ用のそれぞれの車椅子を用いて、車椅子20m走、リピートターン、車椅子5分間走を行った。一般用車椅子に比較して、スポーツ用車椅子の使用による各種体力測定の結果は、以下の様であった。 1)20m走平均速度が2.10±0.31m･s-1に対して2.52±0.31m･s-1と20.5±11.7%の上昇率であった。 2)リピートターン回数が7.63±1.26回に対して10.75±1.86回と42.6±23.6%の上昇率であった。 3)5分間走距離が387.6±58.2mに対して521.2±64.7mと36.7±21.8%の上昇率を示した。This study aimed to make clear the influence which is given to the result of various physical fitness tests using the wheelchairs with the difference of the wheelchair for general use and sport use. 60 students underwent wheelchair 20 m running, wheelchair repeat turn and wheelchair 5 minute running using wheelchairs for general use and sport use, respectively. By comparison with the wheelchair for general use, the present findings as the results of various physical fitness tests due to the use of the wheelchair for sport were obtained as follows: 1) 20 m running average speed was 2.52±0.31 m･s-1 and 20.5±11.7 % as the Rate-of-Climb vis-a-vis 2.10±0.31 m･s-1. 2) Frequency of repeat turn was 10.75±1.86 time and 42.6±23.6 % as the Rate-of-Climb vis-a-vis 7.63±1.26 time. 3) 5 min running distance was 521.2±64.7 m and 36.7±21.8 % as the Rate-of-Climb vis-a-vis 387.6±58.2 m.departmental bulletin pape
A Report from Manhattan in Black History Month (2006) : Exhibition of "Slavery in New York"

Two musicals, I watched on Broadway, were “The 25th Annual Putnam County: Spelling Bee" and “The Color Purple." One of the phrases in “Spelling Bee" was “Life is ... PANDEMONIUM." The author of The Color Purple, Alice Walker wrote “... the pain too is part of the love" in the pamphlet of the musical “The Color Purple." The exhibition of “Slavery in New York" presented by the New York Historical Society is the main theme of this paper. The front page of New York Amsterdam News were “It Happened in New York", “Black New Amsterdamers" to “Rediscovering Slavery." One of the titles of lectures is “Women Who Said ‘No'". The researching library of mine is the Schomburg Center. The title of exhibition there was “In Motion: The African-American Migration Experience." The sign “In Memoriam CORETTA SCOTT KING (1927-2006)" were placed at the entrance of the exhibition room in Schomburg Center. An Endeavor of Preparing the General Graduate Examination in the Nursing Care Department : The General Examination as one of Faculty Development Activities
Get PDFP(論文)All students in the nursing care department must take the general graduate examination. The result does not afect students' acquisition of the national license now. However, it is expected that each student must pass the examination to get the license in the future. We, professors in the nursing care department, educate and encourage them through various opportunities to become good care workers. The goal of passing the examination becomes more diicult year after year as a whole, for the acknowledged level of students lowers year after year. However, the knowledge of nursing care is critically important in providing appropriate nursing care. Therefore all the professors of the department determined to educate all the students in order to pass the examination. It is a hard object for the professors to attain. We must improve our teaching skills through our faculty development activities. Last year we had many special lessons for our students to prepare the examination. The number of passing the examination improved amazingly last year, compared to the previous year. We will continue to improve our teaching skills to attain our goal, to make sure all the students pass the examinat ion.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)社会福祉の活動を理論づける方法には、様々の視点がある。憲法の規定、法哲学者の規定等があるが、そうした方法が、社会福祉の現実の水準にどこまで影響力を発揮しうるのか、どのような視点が必要であるのかを考察している。主として、考察が意識しているのは、Rawlsの議論である。彼は、Fairness公正を実現するものとして、正義justiceを取り上げ、この正義を実現するものとして、福祉を理論化している。リベラリストに区分される政治哲学者であるが、その考えは、平等主義的な発想を含んでおり、今日の世界の政治思想に大きな影響力を発揮している。はたして、この正義の視点で福祉を理論化できるだろうか、そうした疑問を提起し、正義を補完するものとして、相互性mutualityを提起しようとしている。これは、social capitalのアプローチとも関連するもので、そうした視点を含んで理論化が試みられている。departmental bulletin pape
