FORMULASI EKSTRAK DIETIL ETER RIMPANG LEMPUYANG WANGI (ZINGIBER AROMATICUM VAL.) SEBAGAI KRIM MASKER
An investigation has been done about formulation of Dietil Eter Ekstract of Lempuyang Wangi Rhizome (Zingiber Aromaticum Val.) as A Cream Mask by using variation concentration of nonionic emulgator (polysorbat 20 and sorbitan monostearic) that were formula A (concentration 3%), formula B (concentration 2%), and formula C (concentration 1%). There aim of investigation was to determine the Formulation of Dietil Eter Ekstract of Lempuyang Wangi Rhizome (Zingiber Aromaticum Val.) as A Cream Mask which has an optimum stability. Stability evaluation has done by observation of organoleptic, creaming volume, dispersed globule, viscosity and yield value, and emulsion type determination before and after stress condition at 50C and 350C for 10 cycles. Observation’s result shown that there wasn’t change before and after stress condition of orgenoleptic, creaming volume, emulsion type, rheology type before and after stress condition. Statistic analyse result of parameter viscosity and yield value by means of random black design shown that formula B (concentration 2%) obtained apparent indifferent in dispersed globule, viscosity and yield value between before and after stress condition. The conclusion that cream mask has the most optimal stability is that by formula B (concentration 2%).Key Words : Formulation, Lempuyang Wangi Rhizome, Cream Mas

AnalyzeQuality Of Cooking Oil With Double Fractination In Tidiness With The Recuring Usage.Have been research concerning quality of cooking oil double fractination in tidiness with the recuring usage by aims to determine quality of cooking oil with double fractination in tidiness with the recuring usage. The parameter of quality test of oil and fat is free fat acid number, saponification number, peroxide number, iodium number and water content with using titrimetri method. Kind of cooking oil which used were cooking oil double fractination. ANALISIS KANDUNGAN Β-KAROTEN PADA BEBERAPA VARIETAS CABAI MERAH (CAPSICUM ANNUUM) SECARA SPEKTROFOTOMETRI UV-VIS
A have applied of research about content of β-carotene in three quality of cabai namely cabai merah besar (Capsicum annuum L. Var. Abreviata Einger huth), cabai merah keriting (Capsicum annuum L. Var. Longum sendt) and cabai rawit (Capsicum frustescens L). For to Analysis and senelles content β-carotene in cabai. Cabai sample to be extraction in demarcation by acetone. The result of extraction to extract again with petroleum eter and applied safonification with KOH 15%. Qualitative analysis applied with Chromatography method in thin layer using petroleum eter : Benzen (9:1).The result it showing there are spot which same on three samples and β-carotene pure as the compere. STUDI INTERAKSI OBAT PADA PENGOBATAN PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS YANG DISERTAI TROMBOSIS DI RSUP. Dr. WAHIDIN SUDIROHUSODO MAKASSAR
The aim of this study was to determine the interactions of drugs that used to treat the Diabetes Mellitus patiens espoused by Trombosis at RSUP. DR. Wahidin Sudirohusodo in Makassar. The research concerning by means non-experimental with descriptive approach was to collect the data with retrospectively compared take from medical data then to seach the drugs that interacting each other on Diabetes Mellitus patient espoused by Trombosis at RSUP. DR. Wahidin Sudirohusodo in Makassar. From determinable research result that in the year 2007 interaction among drug of Diabetes Mellitus ( Sulfonylurea) with the drug antitrombosis ( Aspirin) that is equal to 61,6% while in the year 2008 equal to 38,4%, with the interaction type that is interaction pharmacokinetics in the form of distribution interaction, and effect generated by that is effect Pharmacodynamik.Key Words : Interaction, Diabetes mellitus, Thrombosi
PRODUKSI YOGHURT dan SOYGHURT DARI SUSU SKIM dan SUSU KEDELAI DENGAN VARIASI BAHAN PENSTABIL
A research had been done of Yoghurt and soyghurt production from skim milk and soya milk with variation of stabilizer agent. Yoghurt is fermentation milk product made from fermentation milk uses acid lactic bacteria, soyghurt is fermentation milk product made from fermentation soya milk uses acid lactic bacteria. To get the best quality of yoghurt and soyghurt usually added stabilizer agent so that get the best consistency, viscosity and stability. The aim of this investigation is to determine influence of milk kinds and stabilizer agent at Yoghurt and soyghurt production from skim milk and soya milk. Yoghurt made by skim milk and soyghurt made by soya milk with three variation of stabilizer agent, which 0,9% gelatine, 0,9% CMC, and 0.9% caragenan. The assay were organoleptic observation, pH and viscosity measurement, % acid lactic content test, and total of acid lactic bacteria test. The assay is done after storage at 50C. Organoleptic observation is consistency, odor, and taste. pH measurement by pH’s universe paper than viscosity measurement by brookfield viscometer with three replication, 50 rpm rates. % lactat acid content test by alkalimetry method. And total of acid lactid bacteria test by pouring method. The investigaton result can be concluded that stabilizer agent influence consistency, viscosity and prevent of separation between solid and liquid phase at yoghurt and soyghurt. 0,9% gelatine is the best stabilizer agent at yoghurt and soyghurt prodution.Key Words :Yoghurt, Soyghurt, Skim, Stabilizer Agen
UJI TOKSISITAS EKSTRAK ETANOL BUAH MERAH (Pandanus conoideus Lam) ASAL MANOKWARI PAPUA BARAT DENGAN METODE BRINE SHRIMP LETHALITY TEST
A research on Toxicity assay of Extract Ethanol Red Fruit (Pandanus conoideus Lam) upon Brine Shrimp Lethality Test which intended to know the toxic effect of Red Fruit and supposed to determine Lc50 of the Red fruit by method Brine Shrimp Lethality Test. The ethanol ekstrak, was made in various concentration 10, 100, 1000 µg/ml. Mean while, for negative control was seawater which made by the same concentration. In each concentration has put in 10 brine shrimp. Each concentration has put 1 drop of yeast extract as source of food. The volume is added to 10 ml, observation is done after 24 hours treatment. Observation result in dead brine shrimp data. From the counted of probit analysis method obtained Lc50 value was that 52,844 ± 25,679 µg/ml. HUBUNGAN PELAKSANAAN PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN DI APOTEK RSUD LABUANG BAJI MAKASSAR DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAAN PASIEN
This study aims to determine the level of patient satisfaction on the quality of pharmacy service at Labiang Baji hospitals pharmacy Makassar. Has conducted researche about relations implementation of pharmaceutical at the Labuang Baji Baji Hospital Pharmacy Makassar with the level of patient satisfaction.Data from Labuang Baji Hospital Pharmacy from of data about the facility, and drug information service. While filling in the form of the questionnaire. There are 100 respondents who filled in the questionnaire. Respondents were taken using a method accidental. The result showed that existing facilities in inadequate wedge Labuang pharmacies, drug information service has not been fully implemented but the distribution of drug has done well. Meanwhile, from questionnaires completed by patient/families of patients obtained results that the quality of pharmaceutical services in hospital LB was satisfactory, with a value of SME (Society Satisfaction Index ) is 74.70975 to obtain the quality of service B, and categorize the performance of service units in good/satisfactory.Key Word : pharmacy services, respondents, questionnaire
UJI SENSITIVITAS BEBERAPA ANTIBIOTIKA PADA JAMUR PENYEBAB KANDIDIASIS MULUT
Has been done research Sensitivity Test of Several Antibiotic on Candidiasis Mouth – Caused by mushroom. Kirby Bouer agar diffuse method used in this research, in which 15 specimen of acne were taken and performed three times replication to get a better result. Result of the research based on diameter of inhibitory zone showed that from three replication the antibiotic which sensitivity the most on Candidiasis mouth – cause mushroom are Nystatin (60%), Griseofulvin (33,33%), Ketokenazol(26,67%), Flukonazol (26,67%) , Myconazol (6,67 %). The conclusion is antibiotic which sensitivity the most on Candidiasis mouth– caused by mushroom is Nystatin. Key Words : Sensitivity Test, Antibiotic, Candidiasis Mouth
EFEK ANTIHIPERLIPIDEMI INFUS DAUN SAMBILOTO (Andrograpidis paniculata) PADA HEWAN COBA KELINCI ( Orictolagus cuniculus) DENGAN PARAMETER KOLESTEROL DAN TRIGLISERIDA
This research is done to know whether infuse of sambiloto leaf can reduce cholesterol and trigliserida value in the blood or not. For reducing cholesterol and trigliserida value in the blood, we want to know the most effective concentration of infuse of sambiloto leaf ( Andrograpidis paniculata).In this research, the method is used is draw up samples, substancions, experimental animals, treatment with experimental animal and measuring cholesterol and trigliserida value.All sample can reduce cholesterol and trigliserida value at concentration 10%, 15%, or 20%, sample with concentration 15% and 20% reduce cholesterol value is better than sample with concentration 10%. Sample with concentration 15% and 20% have reducing effect of trigliserida value same with simvastatin.Analyze using ANAVA (analys variant) with continuing test using LSD at belief standart 0,05, in conclusion, infuse of Sambiloto leaf can reduce not only cholesterol but also trigliserida value in male rabbits.Key Word : Antihiperlipidemi, Andrograpidis paniculata, cholesterol and trigliserida
VALIDASI METODE PENETAPAN KADAR GABAPENTIN TERDERIVATISASI SECARA HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY DAN APLIKASINYA DALAM SEDIAAN KAPSUL
Gabapentine, is a new antiepileptic drug which has a structural analogue of neurotransmitter γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Gabapentine inhibits calcium uptake of gated calcium channels presinaps in the brain. This research aimed to develop and validate a new HPLC method with UV detection for determination of gabapentine in capsule. The method is based on the reaction of gabapentine with 1-fluoro-2,4-dinitrobenzen (FDNB) in acetonitrile which carried out in the presence of borate buffer (pH = 9,5) at 65oC for 20 minutes, which formed a yellow colored product with the absorption at 367 nm. The product was separated by HPLC using A Zorbax ODS (Agilent) column (250 x 4.6 mm, 5 µm) was utilized as stationary phase and 50 mM acetate buffer (pH 3.7) : methanol : acetonitril (25 : 30 : 45 v/v/v) as mobile phase, with flow rate 0.8 mL/min, and the detection at 367 nm.The purposed method was validated by means of accuracy, precision, linearity, selectivity, LOD and LOQ, and the complied with the requirement for validity. The method has been succesfully applied for the determination of gabapentine in capsule with LOD = 1.05 µg/mL and LOQ = 3.49, linear quantitative response curve was generated over a concentration range of 3.49 - 100 µg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.99996 and recovery range of 97.27 – 104.24% with RSD 2.63%.Keywords : gabapentin, FDNB, HPLC, validatio
