    This study aimed to determine the form of religious culture development based on local wisdom in Tunas Luhur Paiton High School and the factors that influence it. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were principals and high school teachers. This study found that developing a religious culture based on local wisdom has several forms: the habit of praying in the congregation, use of Islamic attributes, habituation of smiles, greetings, greetings (Senyum, Sapa, Salam-3S), availability of Islamic facilities, and celebration of Islamic holidays. The factors that support religious culture development are motivation and a pleasant work climate

    The learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic requires many adjustments, sometimes creating new problems that face immediately. The case arises, so educators make various innovations to support the implementation of the teaching process. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand how the blended learning model at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamiyah Nganjuk. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation with data sources from the head of the madrasa, fathers and teachers, students and parents of students. The results explain blended learning effectively because of the availability of internet support facilities, computer laboratories, and ICT lessons taught since 2020. Students and parents also respond positively to the application of limited face-to-face learning by combining online through blended learning.     Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Religius Di Sekolah Dasar

    The background of this research is the increasing incidence of character devia-tions in the community which shows the weak behavior of students. This is due to the lack of maximum enforcement of religious character in schools. The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation, strategy, and sup-porting aspects as well as aspects of the implementation of religious character education in elementary schools. The writing method uses descriptive qualita-tive and literature review. The data to support the writing of this journal pa-per comes from the literature related to the problem being studied. Various kinds of reference books, namely books, papers, proceedings, scientific journals, and scientific articles come from the internet. Writing maximizes mutual con-tinuity with each other and in accordance with the subject matter. The data obtained are filtered and sorted by subject matter. Then, do writing papers based on data that has been designed which are mutually sustainable in a co-herent manner. The data study method is descriptive and argumentative. The results showed that the implementation of religious character implemen-tation can be seen from 1) The dimensions of the religious character developed. 2) The strategy is implemented through layers of artifacts and layers of values and beliefs. 3) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The method in shap-ing the religious character of the students is packaged in the subject matter as well as in the school environment. Thus, the teacher has the most important role in shaping religious character. Regarding how to use it, there are model guides, story methods, and traditional ways of doing things. [Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah makin maraknya kejadian penyim-pangan karakter dalam lingkungan masyarakat yang menunjukkan lemahnya perilaku peserta didik. Hal itu disebabkan kurang maksimalnya penegakan karakter religius di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan, strategi, serta aspek penunjang serta aspek implementasi pendidikan karakter religius di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penu-lisan menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dan kajian kepustakaan. Data-data untuk menunjang penulisan makalah jurnal ini bersumber kepustakaan ber-sangkutan masalahan yang ditelaah. Berbagai macam acuan pustaka yaitu buku, makalah, prosiding, jurnal ilmiah, dan artikel ilmiah berasal dari inter-net. Penulisan memaksimalkan saling berkesinambungan satu sama lain dan sesuai dengan pokok pembahasan. Data diperoleh disaring serta diurutkan dengan pokok pembahasan. Lalu, melakukan penulisan karya tulis ber-dasarkan data yang sudah dirancang yang saling berkesinambungan secara runtut. Metode kajian data bersifat deskriptif argumentatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan implementasi karakter religius dapat dilihat dari 1) Dimensi karakter religius yang dikembangkan. 2) Strategi yang dilaksanakan melalui lapisan artifak dan lapisan nilai dan keyakinan. 3) Faktor pendukungnya dan faktor penghambatnya. Metode da-lam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik tersebut dikemas dalam ma-teri pelajaran serta di lingkungan sekolah.     This study explores the internalization process of Aswaja-based character education in an Islamic elementary school in Semarang, Indonesia. This qualitative research with a case study design was accomplished at Imama Islamic Elementary School, Semarang, Indonesia. The study results found three findings. First, the school environment was designed by the various religious activities and programs that shape the religious culture in schools. Second, efforts to integrate Aswaja-based character education values ​​in the learning process. Third, it was a collaborative role between the school, parents, and the community, from socialization and planning to evaluating and monitoring the activities and programs. All three are based on the teachings of Aswaja An-Nahdliyah, which emphasize the values ​​of tolerance (tasamuh), balance (tawazun), justice (i'tidal), and moderation (tasawuth). This condition can reinforce the student's character, referring to Aswaja An-Nahdliyah's teaching. The findings of this study imply that the school needs to develop programs to strengthen student character that refer to religious traditions or other local treasures who live in the community. That way, its design and implementation will become more acceptable to the student and the community while at the same time placing the school as a concrete miniature of social life for students

    Salah satu usaha yang termasuk unit ekonomi mikro Islam adalah koperasi syariah. Pada perkembangannya sampai saat ini, koperasi syariah menghadapi berbagai masalah, termasuk masalah pendanaan. Untuk menghadapi masalah tersebut, salah satu upaya strategis yang dapat dilakukan oleh adalah menerapkan perencanaan strategi yang baik agar dapat menentukan langkah yang yang tepat daam menghadapi segala permasalahan yang ada. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan perencanaan strategi pengembangan usaha ekonomi mikro Islam di koperasi Pesantren Al-Qodiri Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Perencanan strategi pengembangan usaha ekonomi mikro Islam di koperasi Pesantren Al-Qodiri Jember melalui beberapa tahap, di antaranya: 1) analisis lingkungan baik lingkungan internal maupun eksternal koperasi pesantren Al-Qodiri Jember. 2) berdasarkan analisis SWOT posisi Koperasi Pesantren Al-Qodiri Jember berada pada kuadran II sehingga berada pada masa tumbuh dan membangun (grow and build). Strategi yang cocok bagi badan usaha yang berada pada posisi Grow and Build adalah strategi intensif  diantaranya adalah a) Memperluas dan memperkuat jaringan dan kerja sama dengan semua pihak yang terkait; b) Pengembangan dan perluasan koperasi pesantren Al-Qodiri Jember; dan c) Perluasan ekspansi pasar di beberapa tempat di luar pesantren

    Kemiskinan dan Pengangguran adalah dua sisi mata uang yang tidak bisa dipisahkan antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Tidak meratanya distribusi kekayaan menjadi sebab utamanya. Kekayaan hanyalah dimiliki oleh segelintir orang saja, termasuk tanah-tanah produktif yang sejatinya bisa dimiliki oleh banyak orang. Solusi untuk ini semua adalah zakat. Zakat menjadi penyeimbang ekonomi masyarakat, mengalirkan harta dari muzakki kepada mustahiq untuk berbagai keperluan, tidak hanya makanan pokok, namun juga bisa digunakan untuk mengembangkan usaha umat, mengangkat derajat mustahiq menjadi muzakki-muzakki baru yang berdaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Model pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan aqad Qardlu Hasan. Penelitian ini berada di desa Kapas Kecamatan Kunjang Kabupaten Kediri, dengan total wilayah pertanian Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) seluas 5 hektar. Hasil dari penelitian ini ekonomi petani meningkat, sedangkan Lembaga Yatim mandiri memiliki lumbung pangan mandiri untuk proses program beras yang lebih lancar. Dari pada membeli beras kepada tengkulak, dan yang diuntungkan hanya satu pihak saja, maka lebih baik membeli dari petani sekitar Lembaga

    COVID-19 merupakan pandemi yang menyebar hampir keseluruh belahan dunia termasuk Indonesia. Dengan adanya pandemi ini menyebabkan pola pendidikan menjadi berubah sehingga sistem pembelajaranpun ikut berubah dari menggunakan sistem luring menjadi daring.  Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui problematika dan inovasi yang dapat dilakukan pada pembelajaran dimasa pandemi COVID-19. Dalam pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan teknik observasi yang dilaksanakan di TK Assalam. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan artikel jurnal ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pendidik mempergunakan metode home visit sebagai penanggulangan bagi siswa yang orang tuanya terkendala mengenai pengaplikasian internet dan alat multimedia, pendidik melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran secara berkelompok yang disesuaikan dengan daerah anak sebagai upaya untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran, terbukanya akses komunikasi antara pendidik dan orang tua sebagai penangulangan ketidak mampuan orang tua berperan menjadi seorang pendidik dan Kegiatan pembelajaran tidak difokuskan pada RPPH dalam upaya menanggulangi keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana di rumah siswa. &nbsp

    Relationship between Self-Efficacy, Emotional Intelligence, and Parental Social Support with Learning Motivation of University Students in Distance Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic

    Distance learning has an impact on decreasing university students’ motivation to learn. Meanwhile, learning motivation is fundamental in the distance learning process. Learning motivation correlates with internal factors such as self-efficacy and emotional intelligence and external factors such as parental social support. This study aimed to find alternative factors that support learning motivation and examine the relationship between self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and parental social support with learning motivation in university students carrying out distance learning during the COVID-9 pandemic. The study used quantitative research with the correlational research type involving undergraduate students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta with a total of 408 students. The Academic Motivation Scale-Short version (AMS) was used to measure learning motivation, the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) was used to measure self-efficacy, the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Short Form (TEIQUE-SF) was used to measure emotional intelligence, and the parental social support scale compiled by Fitrotin was used to measure parental social support. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study found that self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and parental social support had a relationship with learning motivation. This was indicated by the positive value of Beta=27.284, p-value of 0.000 (p <0.005), the regression (F value) of 36.569, the correlation (R)= 0.467, and the effective contribution to learning motivation of 21.8%. Programs to increase self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and parental social support are important to increase motivation

    Along with the times, many students, especially in universities, have no character as students. Politeness, manners, and morals have begun to be underestimated. So, it is important to apply multicultural education in university as an alternative and solution to make students with the character through multicultural values. The research method used in this study is a descriptive analysis by collecting various data and sources, then analyzing and systematically describing the urgency of multicultural education in character development in the era of society 5.0 at universities. The study's results found that students' character in university began to decline. Multicultural cultural values ​​have been abandoned. Many students have ignored etiquette, manners, and behavior, especially lecturers as teachers or educators. So, through multicultural education, it is expected to contribute in terms of character building.     Resistensi Paham Radikalisme Berbasis Pembelajaran Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

    This study tries to focus on the resistance movement of Islamic primary education to the radicalism movement in elementary schools. The reason is, many findings explain that many radicalism movements are included in basic Islamic educational institutions. The process of infiltration was sour, including through religious activities by taking speakers from outside, it turned out that the lecturers were affiliated with radical groups, alumni networks, infiltration through teaching materials, and so on. Currently, many basic Islamic institutions are aware of this, so they carry out various activities or programs to carry out resistance or resistance such as those carried out by elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a naturalistic inquiry paradigm. By examining a qualitative approach, this research produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior, where the research emphasizes natural settings and holistically meaningful individual actions. The results showed two core findings according to focus. First, broadly speaking, elementary schools out a resistance movement against radicalism by basing its understanding on the concept of Islam rahmatan lil alamin. The second is the open implementation of the resistance movement by applying the Islamic concept of rahmatan lil alamin in the curriculum which emphasizes socio-religious habituation and how students live in a multicultural social environment. This courage in openness is driven by the support factor of the largest religious organization in Indonesia, namely Nahdlotul Ulama (NU) as an affiliate. [Penelitian ini mencoba untuk memfokuskan pada gerakan resistensi pendidikan dasar sekolah dasar Islam terhadap gerakan radikalisme di sekolah dasar. Pasalnya, banyak temuan yang menjelaskan bahwa gerakan radikalisme banyak masuk di lembaga pendidikan Islam dasar. Proses infiltrasi bermacam-masam, diantaranya meluli kegiatan keagamaan dengan mengambil penceramah dari luar, ternyata penceramahnya berafiliasi dengan kelompok radikal, jaringan alumni, infiltrasi melalui bahan ajar, dan lain sebagainya. Saat ini, banyak lembaga Islam dasar menyedari hal tersebut, sehingga melakukan berbagai kegiatan atau program untuk melakukan resistensi atau perlawanan seperti yang dilakukan oleh pendidikan dasar sekolah dasar Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma naturalistic inquiry. Dengan telaah pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati, dimana penelitian ditekankan pada seting alami dan tindakan individu yang bermakna secara holistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua inti temuan sesuai fokus. Pertama, secara garis besar, SDI Miftahul Huda melakukan gerakan resistensi terhadap paham radikalisme dengan mendasarkan pemahaman pada konsep Islam rahmatan lil alamin. Kedua implementasi gerakan resistensi secara terbuka dengan menerapkan konsep Islam rahmatan lil alamin dalam kurikulum yang menekankan pembiasaan sosio-religius dan bagaimana peserta didik hidup di lingkungan sosial yang multikultural. Keberanian dalam keterbukaan ini didorong adanya faktor dukungan organisasi keagamaan terbesar di Indonesia yaitu Nahdlotul Ulama (NU) sebagai afiliasinya
