No full textClosely linked to a reality that is not too distant from our own, and with a clear influence from Brechtian epic theatre, Corpo-delito na sala de espelhos not only exposes the atrocities committed by the PIDE, but also denounces the practice of justice applied to political police agents in the aftermath of the April Revolution. The play has been enthusiastically received by critics for the importance of its subject matter, but it has also provoked some less positive comments in terms of the impact it may have (had).Em estreita ligação com uma realidade que não nos é muito distante, e no âmbito de uma clara influência do teatro épico de matriz brechtiana, Corpo-delito na sala de espelhos não só expõe as atrocidades cometidas pela PIDE, como denuncia a prática da justiça aplicada aos agentes da polícia política no pós-Revolução de Abril. Contexto atual do desenvolvimento de soluções de geotermia superficial em Portugal
No full textThere is a significant difference in the development of shallow geothermal energy solutions, when we compare Portugal to other European countries where this technology has already seen significant development. Despite this, there has been greater mobilization in this regard and there is already some experience in developing these solutions and successful cases. The sustainable development of this technology’s implementation is of great importance to guarantee installations of quality and create a positive impact on the energy and heating and cooling sectors in Portugal. In this sense, an analysis is made of the current context of governance and development of this type of systems in Portugal, including several areas, namely, legal framework; resource management system; training and certification; project support tools; implementation incentive policies; among others. Some success cases are cited that represent milestones in the development of these systems in Portugal. Finally, some key points are still identified to proceed with the sustainable development of this technology. The absence of adequate regulation and legislation for the use of geothermal resources limits market development, leading to a lack of fiscal, financial and political incentives.Existe uma diferença significativa no desenvolvimento de soluções de exploração de geotermia superficial, quando comparamos Portugal a outros países europeus onde esta tecnologia já conta com um desenvolvimento significativo. Apesar disso, tem-se verificado uma mobilização maior neste sentido e já existe alguma experiência no desenvolvimento destas soluções e casos de sucesso. O desenvolvimento sustentável da implementação desta tecnologia é de elevada importância para se garantir instalações de qualidade e criar um impacto positivo nos setores da energia e climatização em Portugal. Nesse sentido, faz-se uma análise ao contexto atual de gestão e desenvolvimento deste tipo de sistemas em Portugal, incluindo vários domínios, nomeadamente, enquadramento legal; sistema de gestão dos recursos; formação e certificação; ferramentas de apoio ao projeto; políticas de incentivo à implementação; entre outros. São referidos alguns casos de sucesso que representam marcos no desenvolvimento destes sistemas em Portugal. Por fim, identificam-se ainda alguns pontos chave para que se prossiga com o desenvolvimento sustentável desta tecnologia. A ausência de regulamentação e legislação adequada para a utilização destes recursos geotérmicos limitam o avanço do mercado da geotermia superficial, levando à falta de incentivos fiscais, financeiros e políticos

No full textThis article reflects on the limitations of the Church and the monarchy in the times of Philip II to impose the rules on sexual morality. It studies a territory in the northern periphery of the Crown of Castile, Galicia, and its rural population. For this purpose, we use evidence known from demographic studies -mobility, consanguinity, illegitimacy- and judicial processes of the Royal Court of Galicia; in other words, we propose an analysis based on non-ecclesiastical documentation to discuss what the discourse of the clergy and the monarchy affirmed after the Council of Trent.Este artigo reflete sobre as limitações da Igreja e da monarquia no tempo de Filipe II para impor as regras da moral sexual. Estuda um território situado na periferia norte da Coroa de Castela, a Galiza, e a sua população rural. Para isso, utilizamos evidências conhecidas de estudos demográficos -mobilidade, consangüinidade, ilegitimidade- e processos judiciais do tribunal da Real Audiencia da Galiza; em outras palavras, propomos uma análise baseada em documentação não eclesiástica para discutir o que o discurso do clero e da monarquia afirmava após o Concílio de Trento
Uso da inteligência artificial na segurança dos trabalhadores: uma revisão sistemática de literatura
Get PDFWork accidents represent a problem not only in Brazil, but also worldwide. The International Labour Organization estimates that 2 million people die worldwide each year from work-related causes. This research presents a systematic literature review, with the purpose of identifying the main international publications, types and applications of AI in work safety, with a focus on preventing worker accidents. After drafting the research protocol and searching the Emerald Insight, IEEE Xplore, Science Direct, Scopus, and Web of Science databases, 2,369 articles were found from which, after applying the exclusion criteria, 31 articles directly related to the theme were selected. The countries with the most searches were China, the US, and South Korea, with around 50% of the total. The main applications identified were monitoring workers and detecting objects in work environments. It became clear that AI applied to worker safety is still little explored, with a significant increase from 2022.Os acidentes de trabalho representam um problema não só no Brasil, mas também em todo o mundo. A Organização Internacional do Trabalho estima que 2 milhões de pessoas morrem no mundo a cada ano de causas relacionadas ao trabalho. Esta pesquisa apresenta uma revisão sistemática de literatura, com o objetivo de identificar quais as principais publicações internacionais, tipos e aplicações da IA na segurança do trabalho, com o foco na prevenção de acidentes de trabalhadores. Após a elaboração do protocolo de pesquisa, e realização de busca nas bases Emerald Insight, IEEE Xplore, Science Direct, Scopus e Web of Science, foram encontrados 2.369 artigos que, após a aplicação dos critérios de exclusão, foram selecionados 31 artigos ligados diretamente à temática. Os países com mais pesquisas foram China, EUA e Coreia do Sul, com cerca de 50% do total. As principais aplicações identificadas foram o monitoramento dos trabalhadores e a detecção de objetos nos ambientes de trabalho. Ficou evidenciado que a IA aplicada a segurança dos trabalhadores ainda é pouco explorada, havendo um bom aumento a partir de 2022
